Abstract

Effective management is a crucial aspect in the operational dynamics of educational institutions. This research aims to develop a Website-Based Academic and Financial Management Information System for the An-Nawawi Al-Hakiimiy Foundation using the prototyping method. The system, developed using the Laravel framework, is designed to optimize various academic and financial management processes, including administration, student and teaching staff data management, attendance tracking, student evaluation and assessment, charity (infaq) recording, and financial management. Through the prototyping method, the system was developed incrementally by involving users in both the design and testing processes. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results demonstrated an average assessment score of 95.3%, indicating that the system is highly effective and ready for implementation. This research is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the foundation's operational management through the utilization of information technology.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is a key pillar of Indonesia's economy, including in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. According to 2023 census data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), 768,765 farmers are engaged in Individual Agricultural Enterprises (UTP), with 46,910 from Dompu Regency, linked to the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP). BPP Kempo District faces inefficiencies in aid distribution due to manual processes using books and paper, leading to data recording errors. To address this, a web-based aid distribution information system was developed, providing aid registration and announcement features to facilitate data management and communication. This study aims to enhance aid distribution efficiency by digitizing manual processes. The Prototyping method was applied to allow early user feedback, ensuring improvements before the final system deployment. This approach helps minimize errors and aligns the system with user needs. The results, based on black-box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), confirm the system's effectiveness. Black-box testing with end users verified that all features met expectations, while UAT showed an 87.95% satisfaction rate, categorized as "very good." Thus, this system improves the effectiveness of aid distribution in Kempo District.

Abstract

Character education is a continuous process that requires a continuous process. The family environment is the first place for children to learn about character education. During their growth period, children will learn every basic behavior that is important for their life. Children's mental and emotional are strongly influenced by the ability and understanding of parents regarding parenting. Because of this, the role of parents is very important, but currently, most parents do not have the ability and understanding regarding good parenting according to the needs and development of children. Based on interviews conducted with 40 parents with children aged 0-6 years, 85% of them said that it was still difficult to know how to adopt an appropriate parenting style based on the age and development of the child's character. Seeing these problems, this research was conduct to develop the socio-emotional character of children by providing assistance, activity recommendations, and character development milestones based on the child's age. This research was conducted to provide recommendations for more personalized activities according to the needs of children. The research was conducted using the design thinking method to validate problems and solutions. By using the design thinking method, a validated solution can be formed because through each process it can be known what is the most pain (toughest problem) and most gain (biggest desire) from the customer regarding the problems experienced. These recommendations are then packaged in a software using a personal extreme programming approach.

Abstract

The development of a web-based Scout Information System for Kwartir Cabang Mataram aims to improve the management of member data and activities through a REST API. The current data management process, relying on tools like Google Forms and Microsoft Excel, is inefficient and error-prone. To address these issues, the proposed system integrates all levels of scout organization within the Mataram City, from school-based scout units (gugus depan) to the city level scout organization (kwartir cabang), creating a centralized platform for real-time data access. Built using the Scrum method, the system is developed through iterative sprints and regularly improved based on stakeholder feedback. The REST API architecture enables seamless communication between the back-end and front-end components, ensuring system scalability, flexibility, and future integration with other platforms, including mobile applications. Black-box testing guarantees the functionality of the system’s endpoints. This system is expected to enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative delays.

Abstract

Traditional Sasak weaving in Lombok faces major challenges such as counterfeit products, lack of supply chain transparency, and price disparities, all of which undermine sustainability and consumer trust. Blockchain technology offers potential solutions by improving transparency, security, and data integrity. However, adoption among weaving MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) remains limited due to low digital literacy and limited awareness of blockchain’s benefits. This study evaluates the acceptance of blockchain technology among traditional weaving MSMEs in Lombok using an Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Beyond the standard constructs Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) the model integrates Perceived Trust (PT), Perceived Privacy (PP), Perceived Security (PS), Social Influence (SI), and Customer Satisfaction (CS). A quantitative survey was conducted with 50 MSME actors in Sukarara, Lombok. Findings show that PEU significantly influences PU (path coefficient = 0.798; t = 11.520; p < 0.001), while Attitude Toward Using (ATU) strongly affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU) (path coefficient = 0.775; t = 5.147; p < 0.001). Both PS and PP significantly impact PT, with path coefficients of 0.410 and 0.380, respectively. Conversely, SI and CS have no significant effect on BITU. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power, with R² values of 81.7% for ATU and 80.7% for BITU. These results highlight that technical factors particularly usability and trust are more influential than social factors in determining blockchain adoption. The study recommends simplifying technology, improving digital literacy, and ensuring policy support to drive wider adoption among traditional MSMEs.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, teknologi telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Muncul persaingan dalam menyampaikan bentuk pelayanan terbaik melalui teknologi. Salah satu bentuknya melalui pembangunan sebuah website yang mewadahi beragam informasi suatu sekolah. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Buah Hati Insani membutuhkan sebuah website profil yang dijadikan sebagai media promosi dan menyebarkan informasi sekolah kepada masyarakat secara menyeluruh dan profesional. Di mana pembangunan website ini akan membantu proses pembentukan citra sekolah yang relevan dengan visi dan misi serta menarik pihak orang tua dari calon siswa atau siswi. Pengembangan website profil ini dikembangkan melalui WordPress dengan alur pengerjaan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Dengan informasi yang disajikan berupa visi dan misi, aktivitas utama, deskripsi sekolah, biodata tenaga pengajar dan staf, foto-foto kegiatan, berkas persyaratan pendaftaran, PPDB online, pertanyaan yang memiliki potensi ditanyakan, alamat, dan kontak admin yang dapat dihubungi. Dilakukan pula migrasi website dari local menuju hosting dan domain. Setelah website profil terbangun dilakukan pengujian menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan nilai score sebesar 82,071. Score ini termasuk dalam kategori acceptable dan berada pada grade B, yang berarti website tersebut mudah diterima oleh khalayak luas serta telah memenuhi kriteria user friendly.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan dasar memerlukan peningkatan literasi digital guru sebagai kunci keberhasilan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru sekolah dasar melalui pelatihan coding berbasis pendekatan STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas empat tahapan utama: sosialisasi dan identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan modul pembelajaran digital, pelatihan literasi digital dan coding, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman guru terhadap konsep coding dan STEAM, dengan rata-rata skor posttest mencapai 82.93 dibandingkan 59.04 pada pretest. Guru mampu mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek digital di kelas, menghasilkan produk siswa berupa animasi, game edukatif, dan simulasi ilmiah. Program ini juga menghasilkan modul pembelajaran digital, sistem LMS, dan komunitas guru STEAM. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan coding berbasis STEAM efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital dan kompetensi guru, serta dapat direplikasi untuk memperkuat ekosistem pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Traditional weaving in West Nusa Tenggara was essential to the region’s cultural heritage. Many local micro, small, and medium enterprises continued to practice traditional weaving using natural materials. However, the rise of synthetic materials threatened this tradition, making distinguishing between natural and synthetic woven fabrics difficult. This study aimed to develop a blockchain-based self-certification system to enhance traceability, security, and efficiency using Non-Fungible Tokens. The research method leveraged the Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm for user authentication and smart contracts to mint Non-Fungible Tokens, ensuring the authenticity and origin of each product.Each product’s metadata was signed with a digital signature that anyone could authenticate, and the outcome and the product metadata became a certificate. This study resulted in a web prototype with an easy-to-use interface that allowed artisans to create certificates and sell their registered works. This solution aimed to ensure the authenticity of traditional woven products by offering secure and transparent blockchain technology.

Abstract

Banyaknya kunjungan dan informasi kesehatan selama kehamilan sampai dengan setelah melahirkan membuat Pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (PKIA) menjadi pelayanan yang paling sibuk di sebuah puskesmas. Pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan biasanya memilih Puskesmas yang paling dekat dengan tempat tinggalnya sehingga data pasien seperti rekam medis akan tercatat pada Puskesmas dimana pasien mendaftar. Apabila pasien pindah tempat tinggal dan memilih Puskesmas yang baru maka pasien akan didata ulang sehingga kurang efektif. Pasien juga diberikan buku KIA yang berisi informasi penting mengenai kesehatan ibu dan anak sehingga tidak boleh hilang ataupun rusak, namun resiko kehilangan atau kerusakan mungkin saja terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat desain arsitektur community cloud computing dimana seluruh Puskesmas di Kota Mataram tergabung dalam komunitas cloud. Data rekam medis pasien tersimpan di data center sehingga dapat diakses dari Puskesmas mana saja dan dapat pula digunakan untuk mengakses aplikasi-aplikasi yang dimiliki Puskesmas baik itu aplikasi berbasis web ataupun aplikasi berbasis mobile. Terdapat dua metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu (1) analisis proses bisnis dan (2) desain arsitektur sistem. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa analisis kebutuhan model bisnis PKIA yang digambarkan dalam bentuk use case diagram sebagai bagian dari layanan Software as a Service (SaaS) dan prototype arsitektur community cloud Puskesmas di Kota Mataram.

Abstract

Pulau Lombok memiliki pariwisata berupa keindahan alam dan kebudayaan yang menarik, sehingga juga mendapat tiga penghargaan pada World Halal Tourism Awards 2016 dengan faktor pertumbuhan kunjungan wisatawan sebesar 13% pada tahun tersebut. Adanya sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu wisatawan dalam menentukan keputusan perjalanan wisata mereka adalah wajib. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan logika Fuzzy Mamdani dan Algoritma Genetika dengan tujuan memberikan rekomendasi pariwisata.Logika Fuzzy Mamdani memberikan pertimbangan wisata berdasarkan 5 parameter (anggaran, rencana perjalanan, akomodasi, makanan dan minuman, serta biaya transportasi) yang kemudian menjadi 5 fungsi keanggotaan untuk membangun kombinasi aturan pada fuzzy dan menghasilkan keluaran berupa pertimbangan wisata, yaitu: Tidak Memungkinkan, Cukup Memungkinkan, dan Memungkinkan. Kombinasi lima fungsi keanggotaan tersebut, menghasilkan 10.080 aturan, yang digunakan untuk mengetahui seseorang memungkinkan, atau tidak untuk berwisata ke pulau Lombok dengan constrain parameter yang dimiliki, yang dibangkitkan dengan menggunakan fungsi Defuzzifikasi Mean of Max (MOM). Algortima Genetika digunakan dalam memberikan alokasi penggunaan budget yang optimal dalam berwisata di Pulau Lombok.Hasil pengujian dengan perhitungan manual dan model defuzzifikasi yang berbeda memiliki akurasi 100%.  Untuk implementasi Algoritma Genetika, aplikasi memperoleh alokasi anggaran optimal pada probabilitas crossover (pc) dan probabilitas mutasi (pm) dengan (pc) 0,7 dan (pm) 0,2. AbstractTourism in Lombok has an interesting culture, it makes Lombok got three awards at the 2016 World Halal Tourism Awards and became a growth factor for tourist visits by 13% that year. An application that can help tourists in determining travel decision is mandatory.The application developed with Mamdani Fuzzy Logic and Genetic Algorithm to provide tourism recommendations. The Fuzzy Mamdani Logic Method provides tourism considerations based on 5 parameters (budget, travel plans, accommodation, food and drinks, and transportation costs) which then become 5 membership functions to build a combination of rules on fuzzy and produce output in the form of tourism's considerations: Not Enable, Enough Enable, and Enable. The combination of the 5 membership functions constructed 10.080 fuzzy rules, that's used to know wheater tourists enables them to go to Lombok with the limitation that they have. The defuzzification used is the Mean of Max (MOM). Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used in providing optimal budget allocation in traveling on Lombok IslandThe results of testing with manual calculations and different defuzzification models have 100% accurate, the application of GA obtained optimal budget allocation on crossover probability (pc) and mutation probability (pm) combination with (pc) 0.7 and (pm) 0.2.
