Abstract

Pembelajaran yang masih bergantung pada media konvensional kerap menurunkan motivasi dan berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Pemanfaatan video pembelajaran animasi menjadi alternatif yang relevan di era digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran animasi berbasis study case, menilai kelayakan, mengetahui respon siswa, serta menguji efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Metode penelitian termasuk dalam jenis Research and Development (R&D) dan menggunakan model ADDIE yang mencakup analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 4 Surabaya dengan subjek siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, angket, dan soal posttest. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi ahli materi dan media, angket respon siswa, lembar wawancara serta soal pilihan ganda. Selanjutnya, data ditelaah secara kuantitatif menggunakan uji non parametrik Mann-Whitney dan perhitungan Effect Size. Temuan penelitian mengungkap bahwa video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan tergolong dalam kategori “Sangat Layak” dari ahli materi sebesar 90% dan ahli media sebesar 97,33% serta mendapatkan respon positif dari siswa sebesar 98,44%. Hasil uji Mann Whitney menghasilkan perbedaan sebesar 0,019. Sementara, hasil effect size menghasilkan efektivitas sebesar 0,302 dan termasuk dalam kategori “Sedang”. Kesimpulannya, video pembelajaran animasi berbasis study case Layak dan efektiv diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in Medalem Village is the lack of adequate facilities related to road signs. Signs also need to be made to make it easier for immigrants to enter Medalem Village. The plan installation program that will be carried out by the Lamongan 3 UNESA 2022 KKN group is carried out by making information signposts indicating directions, both directions to the village, the village head's house and the ranks of his apparatus, as well as certain other strategic locations. This community service activity begins by conducting field surveys or places where signage will be installed. After finding the location where the board will be installed, the next step is to make a plaque or board by buying the necessary tools and materials. After finishing making the plaque, it was continued with painting which was then continued with the installation of the plaque carried out by students assisted by the local community and produce 11 signboards. Abstract

Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) telah melaksanakan pelatihan manajemen dokumen bagi pegawai desa di Kecamatan Sukodono dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan mewujudkan tertib administrasi di pemerintahan desa. Dalam kegiatan tertib administrasi terdapat beberapa kelurahan di bawah naungan Kecamatan Sukodono yang memiliki kinerja minimal terkait dengan tata kelola administrasi. Pengelolaan dokumen khususnya pada kegiatan penataan yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan prosedur kearsipan yang baik dan benar. Terdapat pula beberapa kelurahan yang masih minim pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan dokumen, dikarenakan kurangnya pelatihan serta adanya pegawai baru yang masih perlu pemahaaman lebih lanjut terkait dengan prosedur pengelolaan dokumen yang benar. Untuk itu tim PKM memberikan pelatihan terkait pengelolaan arsip khususnya kepada pegawai yang menangani arsip di kelurahan-kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Sukodono. Pelatihan ini difokuskan pada konsep tertib administrasi yang menekankan pada kelengkapan dan kerapian dokumen administrasi. Pengelolaan arsip yang baik merupakan hal yang krusial bagi pemerintah desa, dan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pegawai dalam mengelola dokumen dengan baik. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara offline dan diikuti oleh 36 peserta, termasuk 1 orang narasumber dari ANRI, 4 orang narasumber dari anggota PKM, dan 5 orang mahasiswa. Pelatihan ini berlangsung selama 4 jam dan mencakup materi arsip aset. Pelatihan ini mendapatkan umpan balik yang positif, dengan 87,2% peserta menyatakan akan menerapkan apa yang telah mereka pelajari dalam kegiatan administrasi mereka. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan manajemen dokumen berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan ketertiban administrasi di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Artificial Intelligence (AI) terhadap berpikir kritis mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Google Form yang disebarkan kepada 279 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 dengan fokus pada Outer Model (Convergent Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach Alpha, Discriminant Validity, Average Variance Extracted) dan analisis Inner Model (Uji R-square, Uji   F-Square, Path Coefficient, T-statistic dan P-Value). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ariabel penggunaan AI terhadap berpikir kritis memperoleh nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,757 > 0,1 artinya positif, t-statistic 25,290 > 1.96 artinya signifikan, p-values 0,000 < 0.05, maka hipotesis diterima, yang berarti bahwa penggunaan AI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap berpikir kritis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa AI meningkatkan kemampuan analitis dan evaluatif mahasiswa, memfasilitasi penyelesaian tugas, dan meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Serta mendukung penelitian sebelumnya tentang peran AI dalam menyediakan akses ke informasi, personalisasi, kolaborasi, umpan balik, dan pembelajaran berbasis masalah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an interactive learning media based on Quizlet and find out its feasibility, student response, and effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The sample of this study came from two classes with a total sample of 63 students with details of the control class of 34 students and 29 students in the experimental class. The effectiveness of the learning media was measured using the N-Gain analysis test from the experimental class and the control class. The research instruments consist of material validation sheets and media experts, student response questionnaires and evaluation questions. The data was analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the study showed that the learning media developed met the eligibility criteria of 83% of material experts in the "very feasible" category and 76% of media experts in the "feasible" category and received a positive response from students of 83.67%. Based on the results of the N-Gain test, 69% of the results were obtained with the interpretation of "quite effective" in improving learning outcomes and can be used in the learning process.

Abstract

The study aims to produce a textbook called Basic Teaching and Learning Skills in the Aspect of Teacher Personality Competence Integrated with QR-Code to improve the quality of professional teacher competence. The study applied the Research and Development (R&D) methodology based on the ADDIE model. The findings indicated that there was high level of feasibility, including material expert validation 83.3, language validation 88.3 and student responses 95.5 which is categorized as very feasible. The results show that the implementation of the QR-Code can increase the level of interactivity to watch the videos, case studies, reflective materials that reinforce the level of conceptual knowledge and internalization of the characters. The findings synthesis is in accordance with Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and experiential learning theories, and technology is the reflective medium in personality development. It concludes that the QR-Code textbook is a productive, innovative, and topical medium to form teacher personality competence, which is consistent with the curriculum and the demand of transformation education digital. The product will help improve innovation in higher education by helping close the gap between the pedagogical content and digital literacy and providing adaptive and professional teachers to meet the demands of the 21st-century education.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of a case study–based digital book aimed at improving learning quality in Office Management education, where students are required to master both conceptual understanding and practical decision-making skills. Despite the increasing use of digital learning resources in higher education, existing instructional materials often lack contextual integration between theory and real workplace scenarios, resulting in limited student engagement and insufficient opportunities for problem-based learning. To address this issue, the present research aims to design and develop an interactive digital book enriched with authentic case studies that align with course learning outcomes. The study employed a Research and Development approach using the 4-D model Define, Design, and Develop to produce learning materials validated by experts and tested through limited trials. The results show that the digital book achieved high feasibility, with an average expert validation score of 87.33%, while student responses reached 93.87%, indicating strong acceptance, improved motivation, and enhanced perceived understanding. The synthesis of these findings demonstrates that embedding case-based learning elements into digital book formats can effectively support critical thinking, contextual reasoning, and independent learning in Office Management courses. In conclusion, the developed digital book is classified as highly feasible for instructional use and holds substantial potential to enhance learning experiences, although further research is recommended to examine its broader effectiveness and long-term impact on student learning outcomes.
