Abstract

Penelitian mengenai Kajian Model Potensi Pemberdayaan Masterplan Berbasis Agro Technopark (ATP) di Koleberes Kecamatan Cikadu Kabupaten Cianjur ini dilakukan di wilayah Koleberes Cianjur Selatan mulai bulan Juni hingga Desember 2007. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah model awal bio-cylo farming di wilayah translok Koleberes sesuai keadaan sebenarnya dengan menggunakan metodologi pemodelan Agro Technopark dengan kajian pertanian terpadu.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dan modeling. Penelitian ini didahului dengan penggambaran secara umum model ATP center Koleberes tentang sistem pertanian terpadu di wilayah tersebut termasuk keterlibatan masyarakat yang akan ditingkatkan pendapatannya. Kemudian, model tersebut dikembangkan menjadi model Improvisasi model ATP yang merupakan modifikasi dari model ATP Center Koleberes dengan menghubungkan sektor pertanian, peternakan, dan perikanan dalam sebuah siklus bio-cylo farming. Model pada ATP center Koleberes dan Improvisasi model ATP selanjutnya di simulasikan dengan menggunakan software Vensim PLE 32 Versi 4.2a 2000. Variabel yang di ukur adalah pendapatan masyarakat dan selanjutnya dilakukan komparasi antara pendapatan masyarakat model ATP center Koleberes dan pendapatan masyarakat di model Improvisasi model ATP untuk melihat pola pendapatan masyarakat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan antara model ATP center Koleberes dan Improvisasi model ATP memperlihatkan perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat pada sektor pertanian, peternakan, dan perikanan dengan melakukan perubahan pola tanam yang pad akhirnya menghasilkan beberapa kali panen diantaranya panen harian, musiman, bulanan, tahunan, winduan, dan sektor usaha kecil menengah. Kata kunci: Agro technopark, Bio-cyclo farming

http://dx.doi.org/10.17014/ijog.vol1no3.20061Geologically the Batuceper and Benda Sub-Regencies belongs to the western part of the Jakarta Basin. The area is covered by coastal alluvial and delta deposits, and volcanic product. Understanding the distribution and groundwater pattern, either in the shallow part or the deep part, are of the basic thing for a geometric model and its groundwater fl ow in identifying the groundwater conservation. The result of the aquifer distribution, either in the shallow or the depth parts, was approached by the geoelectrical and hydrogeological surveys in the fi eld and well data that has resulted in aquifer distribution, either in the shallow or the deep parts. In general, the shallow aquifer developed downward becomes semi confi ned and confi ned aquifers. Groundwater fl ow pattern indicated local cones depression of groundwater level, especially around the city. Depression of groundwater level is considered to be related to the natural shape of aquifer as lences. However, it was possible to be caused by over pumping in this zone.

Abstract

The research area is located on the southern slope of Mount Manglayang administratively, including the Jatinangor area, Sumedang, which is the location of various universities. This makes the Jatinangor area develop into a new center of economic growth and education so that the demand for groundwater and surface water for the surrounding population also increases. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of groundwater and surface water and their relationship with local geological conditions. Hydrogeological mapping was carried out by measuring the parameters of the physical properties of water to determine the characteristics of water. Meanwhile, geological conditions in the form of secondary data are processed into slope parameters, lineament density, and rock units. The results showed that the groundwater-surface water group was divided into three groups, namely group one (upstream), group two (middle watershed), and group three (downstream). The results also show a close relationship between geological conditions and groundwater-surface water, especially morphological and lithological factors. This research is useful in developing the treasures of knowledge and applications in lecture activities. The practice carried out can be applied in lectures so that they can connect theoretical and practical needs.Lokasi penelitian terletak di lereng Selatan Gunung Manglayang yang secara administratif termasuk wilayah Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang yang menjadi lokasi dari berbagai perguruan tinggi. Hal ini menjadikan wilayah Jatinangor berkembang menjadi pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pendidikan baru sehingga kebutuhan air tanah dan air permukaan untuk penduduk sekitar juga meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan karakteristik air tanah dan air permukaan serta hubungannya dengan kondisi geologi setempat. Pemetaan hidrogeologi dilakukan dengan mengukur sifat fisik air untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik air. Sementara itu, kondisi geologi berupa data sekunder yang diolah menjadi parameter kemiringan lereng, densitas kelurusan dan satuan batuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok air tanah-air permukaan terbagi menjadi tiga, yaitu kelompok satu umumnya berada di hulu DAS, kelompok dua umumnya berada di tengah DAS, dan kelompok tiga berada di hilir DAS. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang erat antara kondisi geologi dan air tanah-air permukaan khususnya pada faktor morfologi dan faktor litologi. Penelitian ini bermanfaat mengembangkan khasanah pengetahuan dan aplikasi dalam aktivitas perkuliahan. Praktik yang dilakukan dapat diterapkan dalam perkuliahan sehingga mampu menjembatani kebutuhan teoritis dan praktis.

Abstract

Pulau Bengkalis merupakan daerah yang memiliki kondisi air tanah yang tidak layak dipakai dalam kehidupan sehari – hari. Tersusun oleh litologi lempung, pasir dan sebagian rawa gambut yang mempengaruhi kondisi air tanah. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui potensi airtanah berdasarkan pengamatan pada sumur gali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar Ph berkisar antara 7,13 sampai 5,37. Hasil pemetaan muka air tanah menunjukkan arah aliran airtanah pada barat daya sesuai dengan topografi pada daerah penelitian. Rata – rata curah hujan pada daerah penelitian sebesar 1873 mm/tahun dan evaporasi sebesar 2437,1 mm/tahun serta defisit air sebesar 575,22 mm/tahun. Perhitungan neraca air menghasilkan debit presipitasi efektif sebesar 968,27 m3/tahun, debit infiltrasi sebesar 387,31 m3/tahun, dan debit run-off sebesar 580,96 m3/tahun. Pengukuran geolistrik 2D sebanyak empat titik menggambarkan tiga bagian nilai resistivitas bawah permukaan yang menunjukkan kondisi geologi. Batuan terdiri dari lempung, lanau, lempung pasiran dan pasir kasar. Bagian pertama 0 – 56,3 Ωm pada kedalaman 0 – 15 meter merupakan lanau – lempung, bagian kedua 56,4 – 162 Ωm pada kedalaman 32 meter merupakan lempung pasiran serta bagian ketiga 163 – 500 Ωm pada kedalaman 48 meter merupakan pasir kasar yang diperkirakan menjadi potensi akuifer pada kedalaman 20 meter sampai dengan 50 meter.

Abstract

Meskipun wisata alam di Manggarai Barat seperti Taman Nasional Komodo telah terkenal mendunia, wisata budayanya masih relatif sepi peminat. Padahal di wilayah ini tersimpan potensi wisata lain berupa kekayaan budaya yang dipelihara oleh warga melalui sanggar swadaya. Salah satu contohnya adalah Sanggar Compang Toé di Kampung Melo yang terletak tidak jauh dari Labuan Bajo, ibukota Manggarai Barat. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini berupaya mengidentifikasi potensi wisata budaya di Kampung Melo serta peran Sanggar Compang Toé dalam mewujudkan destinasi wisata budaya. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi pustaka. Sebagai hasilnya, ditemukan bahwa sedikitnya terdapat tiga bentuk budaya yang dapat diangkat dan dikelola menjadi daya tarik wisata. Pengelolaan daya tarik wisata dapat dilakukan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat yang tergabung dalam Sanggar Compang Toé agar manfaatnya kembali ke masyarakat itu sendiri. Diperlukan kajian lebih mendalam untuk memaksimalkan peran para pemangku kepentingan yang lain dalam mendukung terwujudnya destinasi wisata budaya.

Abstract

The rapid development of Bali tourism sector, especially in the tourist area of Lake Batur, lead to many changes in community cultural patterns. Several issues, such as the transition of space functions and the development of tourism designations, have not considered the environmental, economic, social and cultural conditions in the local area. Several regional policies were established in order to maintain the local wisdom of the Hindu-Balinese community and become the basis for organizing tourism in Bali. The availability of open space in a tourist attraction in an destination can be a supporting factor for tourists and local communities. This was a qualitative descriptive study. This method aims to obtain an in-depth description regarding the forms of local wisdom of the Hindu-Balinese community which contain the elements of balance which further be adjusted into spatial planning. A sustainable tourist park may be a site for the activities and interaction among local community, tourists, and also be able to become a forum for education regarding Balinese culture and the natural environment, both of which need to be preserved for the sustainability of Lake Batur tourist area which has a great potential in the development of tourism sector.

Abstract

The presence of several hot springs in Sembalun – Rinjani, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara is an indicator of geothermal potential in the area. This study aims to determine the characteristics of hot springs and cold springs and also the geothermal potential in Sembalun – Rinjani area using isotopes and geochemistry methods. The result of d18O and d2H stable isotopes analysis shows that most of the hot springs are meteoric water. Except for Kalak hot spring, other hot springs are a mixing product of meteoric water and andesitic water, with meteoric water composition between 64 to 87%. While 14C radioisotope suggests that the age of hot springs in the Sembalun area is about 10,000–12,000 years BP, the surrounding cold springs are mostly Modern except Jorong cold spring. The results of gas analysis (He, Ar, and Ne) also suggest the same origin of geothermal fluid, i.e., meteoric water origin. Based on chemical composition, Kalak hot spring is plotted as sulfate type water, while Sebau hot spring is plotted near mature water composition but not representing reservoir fluid due to its relatively low temperature and high Mg content. Na/K geothermometer calculation from Sembalun area shows that subsurface temperature is varied between 111-161 °C, while from Rinjani hot springs indicates higher subsurface temperature, i.e., 250-260 °C. It is estimated that reservoir fluid has high TDS with chloride content up to 4000 mg/L.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of family tourism and to identify the strategies carried out by the Saung Eling manager in dealing with the family tourist market segment. Saung Eling is located in Kampung Lembur Sawah, Kelurahan Mulyaharja, Bogor City. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological analysis approach. The information collection technique used are interviews, observations, and documentation of the tourist area, managers, and workers of Saung Eling. Results of the research shows that there is a family tourist phenomenon in the Saung Eling. This is proven by the increase number of family tourist visits to Saung Eling, as well as the number of revisit intentions of more than 10 times by family tourists. In addition, the strategies carried out by the manager of Saung Eling are; in terms of accessibility, the manager of Saung Eling makes it easier for tourists by directly picking up tour groups at points that are easily accessible to tourists. There are directions to Saung Eling also placed at several crossroads. In terms of attractions, Saung Eling provides two main attractions, namely culinary tourism and nature tourism. Culinary at Saung Eling also features local specialties, such as pala squash and nasi liwetan. Meanwhile, nature tourism is packaged in the form of tour packages around the village by utilizing a beautiful rural atmosphere and local wisdom that still emphasizes Sundanese culture. Apart from tour packages. Saung Eling also provides supporting facilities such as parking lots, CHSE, prayer rooms, toilets, and homestays (both in the house that has been prepared as a homestay or at the Saung Eling homestay).

Abstract

Limbah batubara merupakan limbah yang mengandung unsur logam berat dan dikategorikan sebagai bahan berbahaya dan beracun. Rawa kalimati yang terletak di Desa Cilangkap, Kecamatan Babakancikao berdekatan dengan aliran sungai citarum dan area persawahan warga. Selain itu, rawa kalimati juga berada di samping industri serat rayon yang memakai bahan bakar batubara untuk menunjang proses produksi. Hal ini menjadi potensi adanya pencemaran dan masalah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sebaran limbah batubara dan estimasi volume timbunannya sehingga langkah pemulihan fungsi lingkungan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Metode penelitian berupa pemboran inti dan pemboran tangan di beberapa titik lokasi, pengukuran permeabilitas dan pemodelan material timbunan ataupun batuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa limbah batubara tersebar di area blok-blok timbunan, lapisan bawahnya tersusun oleh lempung dan lanau dengan ketebalan beragam dan bagian selatan pada kedalaman dasar bor terdapat akuifer di lapisan batupasir. Nilai permeabilitas tinggi berada di lapisan batupasir yang bertindak sebagai akuifer, sedangkan permebilitas rendah berada di lapisan lempung yang berada di atasnya. Hasil estimasi perhitungan volume limbah sebesar 88.118,26 m3 yang menempati area seluas 38.544,72 m2.

Abstract

The Krayan Highland located in the west of Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province, with a history of the earth dating since the Paleozoic era 570-251 million years ago. The area has a beautiful landscape of mountains and hills, home to the local indigenous people called the Dayak Lundayeh Tribe. Krayan Highland is rich in geodiversity, biodiversity and culture diversity. The area has been least developed in terms of infrastructure compared to other areas in the country. The research aims to find and map the geodiversity and geotourism potential of the Krayan Highland. The research method is qualitative method, which data collection is conducted through desk study and field survey. Descriptive, map analysis and content analysis is conducted during this research. The research discovers rich geodiversity in the area, one of them in the Kubah Garam (salt Dome). The Dayak people utilize the salt in the mountain and develop it into a geoproduct with their local indigeneous knowledge. The Krayan Highland has the potentital to be further developed into an aspiring geopark in the future.
