Abstract

In this study, the adoption of the Delone & McLean information system success model and its adaptation using the organizational hierarchy culture theory is used to explore the state of information system success and examine the factors that suggest success. This research was conducted at universities in Banten Province, which currently rely on information systems in many ways, especially those related to university management. By measuring the evaluation of the success of information systems and the hierarchical culture in organizations using a model that the researcher built according to the integration of 2 models. The results the measurement of the success of information systems were obtained from distributing questionnaires, there were still 85 (63%) respondents, and 84 (61.3%) were satisfied with the performance of the information system success model. The least squares structural equation modeling analysis (PLS-SEM) was then applied due to the sample size. The previous stage consisted of evaluating the reflective measurement model in evaluating the reliability of internal consistency using Composite Reliability, Reliability indicators, Convergent Validity and Discriminant Validity, finally it was concluded that the success of information system by hierarchical culture integration model in the organization on could be passed on the more complex research terms, especially using samples, and different questionnaires.

Abstract

Abstract: The advances in information technology have substantially affected the world of education. One of these impacts is the emergence of the concept of innovative schools. The Smart School application is a solution to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of managing the educational procedures in schools. This research intends to design a Smart School application using the Web-based Prototype method. The prototype method allows developers to design and develop application prototypes that can be tested by users (teachers, students, and parents) before implementing the actual application. This will help identify user needs, collect feedback and ensure that the resulting Smart School application meets the expectations and needs of all stakeholders. The Smart School application has many features, such as student data management, lesson schedules, homework and test management, communication between teachers, students and parents, and tracking student learning progress. This application is designed with a web interface like computers, tablets and smartphones. The resulting Smart School application using the Prototype approach will be better able to meet changing user needs and help improve the quality of education in schools. Apart from that, web technology will make it easier to access and use applications by all stakeholders in the world of education.             Keywords: Smart School Application; Prototype; Website Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi sudah meninggalkan efek yang substansial terhadap dunia pendidikan. Salah satu dampak tersebut adalah munculnya konsep sekolah cerdas. Aplikasi Smart School merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan prosedur pendidikan di sekolah. Riset ini bermaksud untuk merancang aplikasi Smart School dengan menggunakan metode Prototype berbasis Web. Metode Prototipe memungkinkan pengembang merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe aplikasi yang dapat diuji oleh pengguna (guru, siswa, dan orang tua) sebelum menerapkan aplikasi sebenarnya. Hal ini akan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, mengumpulkan umpan balik dan memastikan bahwa aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Aplikasi Smart School dirancang dengan banyak fitur yang beragam seperti pengelolaan data siswa, jadwal pelajaran, pengelolaan pekerjaan rumah dan ulangan, komunikasi antara guru, siswa dan orangtua, serta pelacakan kemajuan perkembangan pembelajaran siswa. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan antarmuka web seperti komputer, tablet, dan smartphone. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Prototype, diharapkan aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan akan lebih mampu memenuhi perubahan kebutuhan pengguna dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi web akan memudahkan akses dan penggunaan aplikasi oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan di dunia pendidikan.Kata kunci: Aplikasi Smart School; Prototype; Website

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information technology has significantly impacted the efficiency and effectiveness of information system management, including inventory management. This research aims to implement the Features from Accelerated Segment Test (FAST) method in a web-based Inventory Information System to increase the speed of object detection and recognition in the stock monitoring process. The system development method in this research uses the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) which consists of 7 development phases. The FAST method helps ensure that the objectives are clear, specific, and achievable, ultimately leading to a more efficient and effective system. Implementing of this method in the web-based Inventory Information System is expected to provide faster and more accurate results in identifying stock changes, thereby minimizing the risk of shortages or excess inventory. Users can easily access real-time stock information via a responsive web interface. The system performance evaluation’s findings demonstrate that the FAST approach can speed up object detection, which benefits inventory management. Implementing the FAST method in a web-based inventory information system can bring many strategic and operational benefits and is expected to significantly increase the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management in an increasingly competitive market. Keywords: FAST method; inventory; UML;website Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak besar terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan sistem informasi, termasuk dalam hal manajemen persediaan barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode FAST pada Sistem Informasi inventaris berbasis web guna meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi dan pengenalan objek pada proses monitoring stok barang. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) yang terdiri dari 7 fase pengembangan. Metode FAST membantu memastikan bahwa tujuan jelas, spesifik, dan dapat dicapai, yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan sistem yang efisien dan efektif.  Implementasi metode ini pada aplikasi inventaris berbasis web diharapkan bisa membagikan hasil lebih cepat dan akurat mengidentifikasi perubahan stok barang, sehingga meminimalkan risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan. Pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi stok barang secara real-time melalui antarmuka web yang responsif.Hasil evaluasi performa sistem menunjukkan bahwa metode FAST mampu meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi objek, sehingga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap manajemen persediaan barang. Dengan adanya implementasi metode FAST pada Sistem Informasi inventaris berbasis web, dapat membawa banyak manfaat strategis dan operasional dan diharapkan bisa memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menaikkan efisiensi dan kecermatan pengelolaan persediaan barang di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.Kata Kunci: metode FAST; persediaan barang; UML; website

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information technology encourages businesses to take over digital systems in business operations, even in the sales process. The Point of Sales (POS) system is the leading solution for recording transactions, managing stock, and creating sales reports efficiently. This study aims to develop a POS application based on a website and make it easier for administrators to manage sales transactions, making them faster and more efficient. This system is made with a structured Agile Development method, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation. The framework used is the Laravel framework, with system testing conducted using BlackBox. The test results show that the system is on track and that the efficiency of the transaction and reporting process can be increased. A web-based basis allows users to manage their business more easily in real time because this application is flexible and can be used on various devices.            Keywords: agile model;laravel;point of sales; websites  Abstrak: Pengembangan teknologi informasi mendorong bisnis untuk mengambil alih sistem digital dalam operasi bisnis, bahkan dalam proses penjualan. Sistem Point of Sales (POS) adalah solusi utama untuk merekam transaksi, mengelola stok dan membuat laporan penjualan secara efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangan aplikasi POS berdasarkan situs web dan memudahkan administrator dalam mengelola transaksi penjualan, membuatnya lebih cepat dan lebih efisien. Sistem ini dibuat dengan metode Agile Development yang terstruktur, requirement, design, development, testing, deployment, dan implementation serta kerangka kerja yang digunakan yaitu framework Laravel dengan pengujian sistem menggunakan Blackbox. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berada di jalur dan bahwa efisiensi proses transaksi dan pelaporan dapat meningkat. Dengan berbasis web memungkinkan pengguna untuk lebih mudah mengelola bisnisnya secara real time, karena aplikasi ini fleksibel melalui berbagai perangkat. Kata kunci: model agile;laravel;point of sales;website

Abstract

This article aims to describe the reality of music art learning at Citra Cemara Elementary School. The problem is focused on the independent curriculum used in schools in music art learning in phases A, B, and C. The focus of the problem in phase A is the difficult transition and the development of different students. The focus of the problem in phase B is the problem faced by independent learning skills. The focus of the problem in phase C is the use of technology. The Independent Curriculum Theory is used to overcome these problems. This curriculum emphasizes student-centered learning, flexibility in content and methods, and character and competency development. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed qualitatively. In-depth interviews with music art teachers to obtain information about experiences, views, and perceptions related to music art learning at Citra Cemara Elementary School. Direct observation in class during music art learning at each phase. Documentation is carried out to see teaching materials, results, and evaluations in the music art learning process in writing. This study concludes that with the implementation of the independent curriculum, students in each phase have achieved quite good learning outcomes on average. However, there are still some things that can be improved, such as information on teacher training, which is expected to be communicated to schools, especially in music arts teacher training.

Abstract

Social education plays a crucial role in shaping the character of the younger generation and understanding societal well-being issues. Information-based education is essential in global technological development, including in Indonesia. Therefore, innovations related to social education must be increasingly emphasized for the welfare of society. This research adopts a qualitative approach, facilitating the analysis of social contexts, perceptions, and experiences comprehensively. The findings reveal the interconnectedness of education and social sciences, with education-designing curricula beneficial for society. In terms of societal well-being, social education innovations stress the use of internet-based technology and a multidisciplinary approach contributing positively to community life. This form of social education seems capable of significantly impacting the insights, attitudes, values, and behaviors of a society becoming more open to the developments of the modern world.

Abstract

Globalization has brought significant impacts on the shifting values and cultural identity of the nation, particularly in the field of arts education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s educational philosophy in Dambus dance education as an effort to preserve cultural identity in the global era.The philosophy of ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madya mangun karso, tut wuri handayani serves as a conceptual foundation for shaping an arts education process that instills educational values. This research employs a qualitative method with an ethnocoreological approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies involving students, teachers, and cultural communities. The results show that cultural values such as religiosity, mutual cooperation, politeness, and patriotism are internalized in the movements, music, costumes, and symbolic meanings of the Dambus dance. The implementation of Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s philosophy in dance education is reflected in three main aspects: (1) educators serve as moral exemplars and guardians of cultural values; (2) students are actively engaged in learning processes that foster a sense of belonging to local culture; and (3) appreciation activities and Dambus dance performances function as a medium to strengthen identity and cultivate national awareness amid the currents of globalization. Thus, Dambus dance education based on Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s philosophy becomes an effective means of fostering cultural awareness, character, and an identity rooted in Indonesian personality.
