Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa sangat ditentukan oleh manajemen guru pendidikan agama Kristen dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tinggi atau rendah hasil belajar siswa tergantung pada cara guru dalam memenets proses belajar mengajar. Artinya untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang efektif dan efesien perlu manajemen yang baik. Namun pada kenyataannya, kurangnya manajemen yang efektif dari guru sehingga terjadi kemerosotan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk guru menerapkan manajemen pendidikan agama Kristen dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Penelitian menggunakan studi literatur sebagai pendekatan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah, mengumpulkan pustaka, dan melakukan penyaringan pustaka terhadap data yang diperoleh serta Teknik pengolahan data yang diperoleh akan disajikan dalam bentuk tabulasi dengan menganalisa. Hasil penelitian ini guru menerapan manajemen pendidikan agama Kristen yang mulai dari tahap perencanaan merencanakan sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi serta kebutuhan siswa, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang efektif, pengawasan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran secara teratur

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning using wordwall. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data for this study were obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that wordwall can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 40.19%, the first cycle 65.37% and in the second cycle it increased to 89.72%. Thus, the use of wordwall can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

As the residents of Jambi Province's demand for air transportation increases, this will certainly have an impact on aviation activities in Jambi, where the intensity of flights continues to increase and the number of passengers increases. Based on these things, this research is intended to identify the extent of the influence of the noise level in the Sultan Thaha Airport area on the activity environment around the airport so that necessary steps can be taken so that residents and school students around the airport can anticipate the impact of noise from aircraft in the area. Jambi Sultan Thaha Airport. The data required in this research is divided into 2 types, namely primary data and secondary data. For primary data in this research, questionnaires were distributed to environmental activity areas around the airport, and for secondary data from this research, data on the population of RT 03. Data collection for measuring noise values was carried out at several points, where these points were the environment. activities in the Jambi Sultan Thaha Airport area. Measurements refer to KEPMENLH No. 48/MenLH/11/1996. The results of the questionnaire data distributed to residents and students in the area around the school which is the activity area of Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport, concluded that people in the activity area sometimes have trouble sleeping, get dizzy, feel uncomfortable and get emotional more easily, due to the distance. close to the runway, which is the main factor in the impact of noise in the area around the school, especially when planes land. An alternative anticipatory method that residents can implement now is to use a natural noise barrier, namely planting trees that meet the criteria so that they can reduce noise exposure.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dermatofitosis adalah infeksi jamur golongan dermatofit, yaitu organisme yang menyerang jaringan keratin pejamunya. Tiga genus dermatofit yaitu: Epidermophyton, Microsporum dan Trichophyton.Menentukan KHM griseofulvin, itrakonazol dan terbinafin terhadap isolat agen penyebab dermatofitosis kulit glabrous. Pengambilan data deskriptif potong lintang dengan uji kepekaan griseofulvin, itrakonazol dan terbinafin terhadap isolat koloni dermatofit yang tumbuh melalui tehnik mikrodilusi kaldu pada Laboratorium Mikrobiologi RS Pendidikan UNHAS Makassar. Griseofulvin, itrakonazol dan terbinafin peka terhadap sebagian besar agen penyebab dermatofitosis pada kulit glabrous di Makassar yaitu dengan persentase kepekaan griseofulvin 96,15%, itrakonazole 96,30% dan terbinafin 100% dari 27 isolat dermatofit yang dapat diidentifikasi. Spesies yang telah resisten terhadap griseofulvin adalah Trichophyton rubrum, spesies yang resisten terhadap itrakonazole adalah Microsporum audouinii sedangkan terbinafin peka terhadap keduaSpesies Trichophyton dan Microsporum.KHM Itrakonazole lebih rendah dari griseofulvin dan lebih tinggi dibanding Terbinafin mengindikasikan bahwa terbinafin merupakan antifungal yang lebih peka dibanding kedua golongan obat tersebut. ABSTRACT Dermatophytosis is a fungal infection of the dermatophyte group, namely organisms that attack the keratin tissue of their host. The three genera of dermatophytes are: Epidermophyton, Microsporum and Trichophyton. Objectives: Determine the MIC of griseofulvin, itraconazole and terbinafine against isolates of the causative agent of glabrous skin dermatophytosis. Methods: Collecting descriptive cross-sectional data using griseofulvin, itraconazole and terbinafine sensitivity tests on dermatophyte colony isolates growing using the broth microdilution technique at the Microbiology Laboratory of the Makassar UNHAS Teaching Hospital. Result: Griseofulvin, itraconazole and terbinafine were sensitive to most of the agents that cause dermatophytosis on glabrous skin in Makassar, namely with a sensitivity percentage of griseofulvin 96.15%, itraconazole 96.30% and terbinafine 100% of the 27 dermatophyte isolates that could be identified. The species that is resistant to griseofulvin is Trichophyton rubrum, the species that is resistant to itraconazole is Microsporum audouinii while terbinafine is sensitive to both Trichophyton and Microsporum species. Conclusions: The MIC of Itraconazole is lower than griseofulvin and higher than Terbinafine, indicating that terbinafine is a more sensitive antifungal than these two groups of drugs.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of expository teaching strategies in enhancing students' communication competencies in the digital era. Using a qualitative research method with a library research approach, this study analyzes various literatures related to expository teaching, communication competencies, and the use of digital technology in education. The findings reveal that expository teaching supported by digital technology can enrich the learning experience by increasing interactivity, accessibility, and understanding of the material. However, challenges such as the digital divide, digital distractions, and the need for adequate digital literacy skills were also identified. In conclusion, while the implementation of expository teaching based on technology offers numerous benefits, proper management and adequate training support for both teachers and students are crucial to maximize learning outcomes.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to optimize the practice of greenpreneurship through education on the use of eco-friendly packaging among traditional food business owners in the Rungkut area of East Surabaya. The main problems faced by MSMEs are the low level of environmental awareness and the widespread use of single-use plastic packaging. This activity was carried out through interactive workshops, practical simulations, and the formation of a post-training community. A total of 38 participants were involved, and the results of the pre-test and post-test showed a 43.8% increase in understanding scores. As many as 55.3% of participants adopted at least one type of eco-friendly packaging within the first two weeks after the activity. In addition, 84.2% of participants joined the Green MSME Rungkut community to strengthen networks, share best practices, and maintain the sustainability of the program. This activity demonstrates that a practice-based educational approach combined with community support is effective in encouraging sustainable behavioral change among MSME actors. The results of this community service are expected to serve as a model that can be replicated in other areas to build a more environmentally friendly and competitive business ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Anugrah Energitama Award. The sample used in this study is employees of PT. Anugrah Energitama Award with a sample of 120 employees. The problem in this study is motivated by the importance of compensation as an external factor that can encourage motivation and improve employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of PT. Anugrah Energitama Award and analyzed using SmartPLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, as well as a direct effect on employee performance. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work motivation has been shown to play a role as a partial intervening variable in the relationship between compensation and employee performance. This means that compensation not only has a direct effect, but also indirectly through increased work motivation. This finding provides the implication that the management of PT. Anugerah Energitama needs to continue to improve a fair and competitive compensation system in order to foster work motivation and encourage the achievement of optimal employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of authentic leadership on employee performance through organizational culture at PT. Semen Kupang in East Nusa Tenggara. Authentic leadership is defined as a leadership style that is based on authenticity, transparency, and strong ethics, which is expected to improve employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data from employees of PT. Semen Kupang. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained was analyzed using path analysis techniques to see the direct and indirect relationships between authentic leadership variables, organizational culture, and employee performance. The results of the study show that authentic leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of organizational culture. These findings indicate that authentic leadership not only improves employee performance directly but also reinforces a positive organizational culture, which in turn improves overall performance. This research makes an important contribution to the leadership and management literature, as well as provides practical implications for companies in developing effective leadership strategies and organizational culture to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource management (HR) strategies on the quality of teachers through the learning process in schools. This study examines how various HR management strategies, such as recruitment, training, development, performance appraisal, and compensation, affect teacher quality. The quality of teachers is measured through pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies. The learning process is evaluated based on the interaction of teachers and students, the use of innovative learning methods, and the achievement of student learning outcomes. The study also considers contextual factors such as the work environment, the principal's support, and school resources that can moderate the relationship between HR management strategies and teacher quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using statistical techniques such as regression and analysis. The results of the study are expected to provide insight for school managers and policymakers on the importance of HR management strategies, as well as provide practical recommendations for schools and education stakeholders to optimize HR management strategies in improving teacher quality and creating an effective learning environment. Thus, this research contributes to the development of better education through improving the quality of teacher human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic on employee performance, either directly or through work motivation as a mediating variable at SMA YPK Merauke. Employee performance is an important factor in achieving quality education, so it needs to be improved through strengthening work ethic and motivation. Work ethic is understood as a positive attitude and responsibility towards work, while work motivation refers to internal and external drives that affect an individual's work ethic. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 105 employees, and the sampling technique is carried out in saturated samples. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through work motivation. Work motivation has been proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between work ethic and employee performance. These findings provide practical implications for school management to improve employee performance through the development of a work ethic and effective work motivation.
