Abstract

Physical conditions greatly affect the ability and skills of an athlete to master movement in a sport, especially Pencak Silat. The purpose of this research is to find out how the physical condition of the athletes at the level of prospective families of the Perisai Diri branch of Malang Regency is. This study used a descriptive quantitative research design and used survey research methods. The results of the survey research on the physical condition of Cakel (Prospective family level) of the Malang Regency branch of Perisai Diri showed that the average physical condition of the red belt level athletes or prospective families of the Malang Regency branch of Perisai Diri was included in the "Medium" category (30%) with an average score of The average is 250.66 and the percentage value of red belt level athletes or prospective families who have "Very Good" physical conditions are 0 athletes (0%), "Good" is 13 athletes (43%), "Medium" are 9 athletes ( 30%), "Less" by 5 athletes (17%) and "Very Less" by 3 athletes (10%). From this study, it can be concluded that the intensity and frequency of an athlete's exercise greatly affect the athlete's physical condition.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan produk berupa pembelajaran taekwondo berbasis blended learning agar dapat mempermudah atlet untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dalam peningkatan kemampuan kognitif atlet. Pembelajaran taekwondo terdapat beberapa aspek yang harus dipelajari untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran taekwondo, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat mempermudah dan memaksimalkan hasil belajar atlet. Metode yang diaplikasikan pada penelitian ini yaitu model rancangan berbasis blended learning yang memiliki 9 langkah, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, identifikasi sumber belajar dan kendala, identifikasi karakterisitik pebelajar, menentukan tujuan pembelajaran, memilah dan menentukan strategi pembelajaran, mengembangkan sumber belajar, uji coba, revisi dan prototipe pembelajaran berbasis blended learning. Produk yang dihasilkan yaitu buku cetak yang dilengkapi dengan scan QR Code, multimedia interaktif berupa articulate storyline, dan aplikasi online menggunakan google classroom. Hasil belajar pada setiap pertemuan mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan suatu model latihan teknik dasar karate menggunakan media audio visual untuk karateka INKANAS Situbondo.. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Pengembangan yang mengacu pada metode pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Lee and Owen, (2004:93). Dengan menggunakan langkah – langkah sebagai berikut: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) melakukan desain produk, (3) pengembangan produk, (4) implementasi produk, (5) evaluasi produk. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah sebuah media audio visual yang dapat di akses secara offline atau tanpa menggunakan jaringan internet. Hasil uji coba dari keseluruhan produk melibatkan 36 karateka INKANAS Situbondo. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah sebuah bahan latihan atau media latihan yang bisa diakses secara offline atau tanpa jaringan internet. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan bahan latihan teknik dasar karate menggunakan media audio visual untuk karateka pemula INKANAS Situbondo dapat dikatakan layak digunakan sebagai bahan latihan teknik dasar karate untuk karateka pemula INKANAS Situbondo.

Abstract

The ornamentation of single chairs is a crucial aspect in furniture design, contributing to the aesthetic value and beauty. This qualitative descriptive study utilized fieldwork data collection methods to delve into the chair ornamentation in Jepara, a coastal area in Central Java renowned for its carved furniture industry. This industry reaches all societal layers, from the low to the high income groups. The study identified a design revolution that shifted the focus of chair decoration from mere ornaments to form and function. Specifically, the ornamentation in the design of single wooden chairs in Jepara includes two main motifs: flora and fauna, as well as geometric. The study also explores how innovation in the ornamentation of Jepara's single chairs contributes to the competitiveness in local and international markets, highlighting the importance of design in the furniture industry. Furthermore, this research reveals the impact of the interaction between Jepara's carving art traditions and modern design trends, creating a unique synergy that enriches both cultural heritage and contemporary aesthetics. This analysis uncovers how each chair style with its respective ornamentation reflects the distinctive cultural and social background of the region.

Abstract

Dribble is one of the basic techniques in the game of basketball by bouncing the ball on the floor, with the aim of scoring. To dribble well, several components are needed, including balance and agility. This research was conducted with the aim of improving students' basic basketball dribbling technical skills, as well as to find out whether there is a relationship between balance and agility and students' basketball dribbling abilities. This research design uses descriptive correlational research with a quantitative approach. Data collection uses balance, agility and dribble test instruments. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using the Pearson Product Moment technique and Multiple Linear Regression. From the test results it is known that balance and agility have an influence on dribbling ability by 48,3%, and each component makes a contribution, including the balance component by 21,3% and the agility component by 78,5%. So it can be concluded (1) there is a significant relationship between balance and dribble ability, (2) there is a significant relationship between agility and dribble ability, (3) there is a significant relationship between balance and agility and dribble ability.

Abstract

Determining the selection of quality laying hens is a decision that must be carried out so that production results will increase and the quality of the eggs produced, there are lots of criteria that must be owned for the complexity and importance of the problem requiring analytical methods rather than intuitive decisions. as a condition for obtaining the scholarship. Each laying hens must have criteria to determine the quality of laying hens. Decision Support System Determining the Quality of Laying Hens with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method is an element that greatly influences the smooth running of the task. The division in this study will be appointed a case, namely looking for the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the SAW (Simple Additive) method. Weighting) The research was conducted by finding the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative, namely the best quality laying hens.

Abstract

This research delves into five pivotal factors influencing employee performance within business contexts. This study examines the effects of development and training, work-life quality, self-efficacy, safety, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This article seeks to acquire insights into the mechanisms that determine performance results by investigating the correlations between these parameters. For this purpose, data was collected from 135 employees, a total of 360 employees of Al-Saeed Company, one of the most prominent Yemeni companies in the contracting and construction field in Yemen, through the questionnaire and analyzed the data using the PLS software. Findings confirm that development and training, work-life quality, safety, and job satisfaction do not affect employee performance, while self-efficacy positively influences employee performance.
