Abstract

Purpose — This research aims to illuminate the influence of human capital, structural capital, and spiritual capital on innovation, mediated by knowledge sharing.Method — This research employs a quantitative methodology. It involves gathering data through a questionnaire that utilizes convenience sampling, focusing on 200 MSME operators across Banyumas, Brebes, and Cilacap. The statistical analysis utilizes Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).Result — We found that human capital, structural capital, and spiritual capital directly impact innovation in MSMEs. Furthermore, we observe that knowledge sharing functions as a mediator in MSMEs innovation.Contribution — The study extends previous research, adding knowledge sharing as a mediating variable to explore its role in the nexus among human capital, structural capital, spiritual capital, and MSMEs innovation.

Abstract

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) is an integrated company based on government strategic initiatives. PT Pelindo Regional 1, which is headquartered at Belawan Port-Medan, has a vast working area covering four provinces, causing the need to support Pelindo Regional 1's operational activities to also be significant, such as office stationery (ATK) and operational cars. The use of ATK or operational cars greatly influences the company's operational costs, which can also affect the company's profits. This research aims to design and implement an application for controlling stationery demand and operational car usage so that it can be monitored effectively and efficiently. The methods used are Waterfall and Unified Modeling Language. The results of implementing this application can make it easier for each work division (user) to submit requests for ATK and use of operational cars and obtain application status information. This application makes it easy for the general department (admin) to control requests for stationery and operational cars and obtain information on the total costs used by each work division from requests for stationery and operational cars approved.

Abstract

Factors that can affect employee performance, namely motivation and remuneration. One of the other important elements is leadership. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and remuneration on employee performance with leadership style as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was all employees in the ranks of the Technical Implementation Unit in Nusakambangan who came from 9 work units. Determination of respondents using purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is part of the total employee population in the ranks of the Technical Implementation Unit in Nusakambangan taken from each work unit. Research data were obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative technique, namely an interactive analysis technique using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool. Based on the analysis and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance; (2) Remuneration has a positive effect on employee performance; (3) Leadership style does not moderate the influence of motivation on employee performance; (4) Leadership style does not moderate the effect of Remuneration on employee performance. Abstract

Elementary school age is a period of physical growth and movement that plays an important role in the formation of quality individuals. Through physical movements in the form of games that continue to provide optimal development in children both cognitive maturity and motor development. Sports with a play-and-game system can increase the growth of neurons in the brain and stimulate the growth of new neurons in the hippocampus. Meanwhile, physical education learning in elementary schools is still teacher-centered and there is still a lack of variety of learning models. Based on the above problems, the play-and-game model can be used as a monotonous and less interesting learning solution. This learning is effective and innovative because it can provide learning experiences both from cognitive, motor, and affective aspects. Engaging in physical activity will positively affect all systems: cardiovascular, respiratory, hormonal, immunological, and nervous systems. In addition, a large development of the frontal and temporal lobes at the age of children 7-12 years. The brain will become more rapidly developed so that it will make faster cognitive improvement. The Play and game model can improve academic performance both in memory, memory, and learning.

Abstract

The implementation of the General Elections Commission programs and activities as a hierarchical part of the General Elections Commission in the context of implementing functions and achieving performance is financed by the State Budget and the Regional Budget. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance improvement strategy of the Banjar City General Elections Commission employees. This study uses a qualitative approach and collects data through in-depth interviews with 7 respondents who know about Banjar City performance in the city of Banjar. Data analysis was carried out through translation, and the expected conclusions were obtained. The findings show that in improving the performance of Banjar City staff, they coordinate with election monitoring agencies, local governments, and involve staff in staff training.

Abstract

Physical education learning is a medium for developing individuals as a whole physically, mentally, physically and socially.. Interest influences the academic process and academic achievement. Interest cannot be separated from needs and desires, which need to be cultivated by educators or instructors. The research aims to determine students' interests when taking part in physical education at Public Junior High School 1 Gandusari, Trenggalek Regency. This is quantitative descriptive research with a survey method. The population in this study was 647 students Junior High School 1 Gandusari students, Trenggalek Regency and A total of 100 students were sampled in this research. This research instrument has been tested by experts. Techniques for analyzing data using percentages with the assistance of Microsoft Excel software, which is then described in a frequency table and histogram. The results of this research show that students' interest in participating in learning physical education at Public Junior High School 1 Gandusari, Trenggalek Regency is very high, namely 85% and the high category is 15%.

Abstract

Physical fitness is very important for everyone, especially for carrying out daily activities well without feeling too tired. This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of extracurricular sports participants at SMPN 17 Malang. The method used is a quantitative descriptive survey involving 60 students as samples. Data was collected using the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) phase D which includes several tests (1) hand and coordination test, (2) sit-up test, (3) Standing Broad Jump Test, (4) T-test, (5) beep test. Descriptive statistical techniques presented in percentage form were used in this research. The research results show overall of the 60 participants, 3 students were classified as very good, 31 students were classified as good, 20 students were classified as moderate, 5 students were classified as poor, and 1 student was classified as very poor. From these results, it is concluded that extracurricular sports participants at SMPN 17 Malang have physical fitness in the "moderate" category. Therefore, efforts need to be made to improve their body fitness so that they can achieve better achievements in the future.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan akses e-commerce dikalangan pedagang Pasar Tradisional Gambir, Percut Sei Tuan, melalui implementasi aplikasi SEMBOL (SistemElektronik dan Manajemen Berbasis Online). Rendahnya pemahaman mengenai teknologi digital dan minimnya aksesterhadap platform e-commerce menjadi tantangan utama bagi para pedagang pasar tradisional dalam mengoptimalkanpendapatan dan mempertahankan daya saing di era digital. Dalam kegiatan ini, dilakukan serangkaian pelatihan danpendampingan yang fokus pada peningkatan kemampuan pedagang dalam menggunakan aplikasi SEMBOL, mulaidari pengenalan dasar teknologi digital, cara mengoperasikan aplikasi, hingga pemanfaatan fitur e-commerce untukmemperluas jangkauan pasar. Evaluasi keberhasilan program dilakukan melalui peningkatan jumlah pedagang yangmampu menggunakan aplikasi SEMBOL secara mandiri serta peningkatan transaksi digital yang tercatat. Hasil darikegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian lokal dengan mempermudah parapedagang tradisional dalam mengakses pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka melaluipemanfaatan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Perawat adalah salah satu anggota terpenting dari staf rumah sakit. Karena perawat adalah yang paling terlihat oleh pasien, kinerja perawat akan menggambarkan kinerja rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari pelatihan, supervise, lingkungan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan komitmen sebagai variable intervening. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel diambil secra sensus dari populasi yang tersedia yaitu 96 perawat di RSI Purwokerto. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan menggunakan google form kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diselenggarakan mampu meningkatkan kinerja, supervisi dari kepala ruangan juga meningkatkan kinerja dan lingkungan juga turut mempengaruhi kinerja. Komitmen mampu menjadi variable intervening pengaruh dari pelatihan supervisi, lingkungan terhadap kinerja The nurse is one of the most important members of the hospital staff. Since nurses are the most visible to patients, nursing performance will describe hospital performance. The performance of nurses is part of the values that are important for patients in the quality of hospital services. Because of different perceptions of nurses’ performance, comments and protests from patients’ families who are dissatisfied with hospital services still occur over time, but it is difficult to prove the authenticity of such events and comments. The role of training, supervision, environment, and commitment is important for improving the performance of nurses. The study aims to analyze the impact of training, supervision, and environment on the performance of nurses, with commitment as an intervening variable. The study was carried out quantitatively with the number of samples taken during the direct census from the available population of 96 nurses in RSI Purwokerto. Data collection using a questionnaire shared using Google Forms is then analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of the research indicate that the training organized can improve performance; supervision from the head of the room also improves performance; and the environment also affects performance. Commitment can be a variable influenced by the intervening influences of training, supervision, and environment on performance. Thus, to improve the performance of nurses, training should be done frequently, supervision of the leadership should be performed well, the working environment should be improved, and commitment should be increased.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan proporsi dewan komisaris independen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2021 dengan jumlah populasi 72 perusahaan dan jumlah sampel penelitian terdiri atas 51 perusahaan dan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (dengan kriteria tertentu). Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan analisis model regresi linear berganda dengan t-test α 5%. Teknik yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, solvabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu calon investor ketika memutuskan untuk berinvestasi di perusahaan.
