Abstract

This study aims to develop a Two-Tier Multiple Choice (TTMC) diagnostic test instrument based on science literacy to assess students' science literacy skills on chemical equilibrium material. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The research subjects consisted of 59 students. The developed instrument was a TTMC diagnostic test comprising 25 items. The development process included three main stages: (1) determining the scope of chemical equilibrium material, (2) collecting information regarding the use of TTMC instruments, and (3) constructing and validating the TTMC diagnostic instrument. Data were analyzed using the Rasch model, which involved expert validation, item validation, reliability testing, difficulty level analysis, item discrimination testing, and students' science literacy profiling. The results indicated that the developed instrument is valid with an average expert validation score of 102 out of 128 and a Scale-Content Validity Index (S-CVI) of 1. The reliability coefficient for the instrument was 0.73 for the small-scale trial and 0.78 for the large-scale trial, indicating good consistency. Furthermore, the instrument demonstrated good discriminative ability by categorizing students into three ability groups. The science literacy profile analysis showed that students' science literacy was in the "sufficient" category with an average percentage of 46%, consisting of content aspect (47%), context aspect (47%), and competency aspect (45%).

Abstract

Chemistry education in the 21st century demands the development of chemical literacy that not only masters theoretical concepts, but also relates science to real-life contexts and scientific thinking skills. This study aims to develop a valid and reliable ethnoscience-based chemical literacy test instrument and STEM approach on thermochemical material for high school students. The development model used is 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The results of observations and interviews showed the need for instruments that integrate the local cultural context, especially the practice of making pottery in Klaten, with the concept of thermochemistry. Expert validation resulted in an Aiken's V value of 0.92 (high category), and the reliability test showed a value of 0.71 (good). Rasch analysis confirmed the validity of the items and the varying difficulty of the questions. This instrument is expected to improve students' chemical literacy in a contextual and meaningful way and encourage critical thinking skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hakim dalam menolak eksepsi pada Putusan Nomor 39/Pdt.Sus-Merek/2022/PN Niaga Jkt Pst dan untuk mengetahui alasan hakim agung dalam menolak permohonan kasasi pada Putusan Nomor 379 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2023. Penelitian hukum ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kasus. Dalam menulis penelitian ini penulis menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik studi dokumen atau teknik studi kepustakaan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode silogisme melalui pola pikir deduktif untuk membangun analisis terhadap isu hukum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa eksepsi yang diajukan tergugat ditolak hakim Pengadilan Niaga. Gugatan diwakili oleh direktur utama perseroan terbatas dan yayasan tidak diikutsertakan karena yayasan tidak berhak mewakili. Terkait pertimbangan hakim agung menolak permohonan kasasi tergugat, didasarkan pada memori kasasi dan kontra memori kasasi dihubungkan dengan judex facti dan diputuskan bahwa hakim Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat tidak salah dalam menerapkan hukum. Tergugat terbukti mendaftarkan mereknya yang memiliki persamaan dengan milik penggugat, serta tergugat adalah karyawan penggugat yang tidak bekerja lagi sehingga patut diduga memiliki itikad tidak baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan mengkaji terkait penerapan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 7 Tahun 2022 dalam proses penyelesaian sengketa perdata di Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta tahun 2023 dan kendala dalam penerapan penyelesaian perkara perdata dengan adanya Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 7 Tahun 2022 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta, serta data sekunder melalui peraturan perundang-undangan, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PERMA telah diterapkan pada Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta yang berimplikasi terhadap mutlaknya kewajiban para pihak untuk berperkara perdata secara elektronik (e-Litigasi). E-Litigasi dimulai sejak perkara didaftarkan melalui aplikasi e-Court, dilanjutkan oleh tahap mediasi dan jika tidak tercapai perdamaian, maka persidangan akan dilanjutkan sesuai dengan alur jawaban gugatan, replik, duplik, pembuktian, kesimpulan dan pembacaan putusan serta pengajuan upaya hukum. Hampir semua tahapan persidangan telah dilakukan secara daring selain agenda mediasi, pembuktian, dan upaya hukum selain banding. Meskipun begitu penerapan persidangan secara e-Litigasi dirasa lebih efektif dan efisiensi waktu. Namun, di sisi lain, pada Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta, masih ditemukan adanya kendala dalam penerapannya, baik kendala internal maupun eksternal yang harus menemukan solusi agar e-Litigasi dapat berjalan dengan maksimal.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Android smartphones has increased user convenience but also elevated the risk of cybercrime, especially malware attacks using complex obfuscation techniques that hinder detection and analysis. Traditional methods are often insufficient to address these evolving threats. This study integrates automated and manual analysis on APK files using Mobile Security Framework (MobSF) and GHIDRA through reverse engineering. MobSF performs automated static analysis to identify vulnerabilities and security indicators, while GHIDRA is used to decompile binary code into pseudocode for in-depth manual verification. The analysis of the “Pencairan Hadiah” (Prize Disbursement) application revealed dangerous permissions such as RECEIVE_SMS, READ_PHONE_STATE, and SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW. Manual inspection with GHIDRA confirmed API calls like getImei() and access to the Telegram API for automated data transmission. Although the bot token was inactive, the findings indicate an intent to exfiltrate sensitive data. The integration of MobSF and GHIDRA provides a deeper understanding and concrete evidence of malicious behavior in APK files, demonstrating the effectiveness of combining automated and manual approaches in digital forensic analysis.

Abstract

Maintenance is an important daily activity that aims to ensure equipment or units can operate properly by reducing the risk of damage. One of the heavy equipment units used in mining projects is an excavator, but the high frequency of breakdowns in excavator units requires optimization of the maintenance that has been carried out. This study aims to analyze the performance and effectiveness of hydraulic excavator unit maintenance using the physical availability, mechanical availability, use of availability, mean time between failure, and mean time to repair calculation methods. The calculations show an 8.12% increase in the average PA, MA, and UA values and a 5.16-hour increase in MTBF. Meanwhile, the MTTR calculation results indicate a time reduction of 6.16 hours after optimization. The calculation results after optimization show that the maintenance carried out is effective and efficient to support the unit's productivity

Abstract

Chemistry learning on acid-base material needs to be associated with the local cultural context to make it more meaningful for students. This study aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning with the CRT approach on the understanding of acid-base concepts. One of the implementations is done through the activity of identifying pH in batik coloring waste as part of the local culture around SMA Negeri 1 Juwana. The research used a quasi-experimental design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design model. The research subjects were grade XI students, with grade XI-4 as the experimental class that received treatment in the form of problem-based learning with the CRT approach, and grade XI-5 as the control class with problem-based learning without the CRT approach. The results showed that problem-based learning with the CRT approach had a significant effect on the understanding of the acid-base concept. This is demonstrated by the results of statistical tests that show a significant difference in concept understanding between the experimental and control classes. The influence of problem-based learning with the CRT approach, based on the effect size test value, is 0.778 (medium category). Based on this, the CRT approach in the PBL model is proven to have an effective impact on students' understanding of the acid-base concept.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to support goat farmers in Saribaye Village, Lingsar District, in improving livestock production through more efficient and sustainable feed management. At present, farmers in Saribaye Village still depend on natural forage available in the surrounding area, the availability of which is limited, especially during the dry season. This condition results in nutritional problems in livestock and leads to decreased meat and milk productivity. The program provided training and assistance on feed processing and preservation techniques, including silage production, fermented feed preparation, and the utilization of agricultural waste as ingredients for complete feed. The approach applied in this program focused on simple, low-cost, and applicable technologies using locally available materials in Saribaye Village. Through this activity, farmers are expected to be able to manage livestock feed more independently and sustainably, particularly in anticipating feed shortages during the dry season. The community service activities were conducted in two stages: a preparation stage and an implementation stage. The preparation stage involved coordination and the formulation of an activity plan, while the implementation stage included lectures, demonstrations, and extension activities. The materials delivered covered feeding strategies, complete feed formulation techniques, and agricultural waste-based feed processing. This program is expected to improve farmers’ capacity in managing livestock enterprises more effectively and ultimately enhance the welfare of goat farmers in Saribaye Village.

Abstract

Digital evidence in the form of CCTV footage is crucial data in legal investigations, but its integrity and authenticity are often questioned due to the lack of standardization of digital forensic procedures. This study aims to design and test the effectiveness of the implementation of a digital forensic framework based on the international standards ISO/IEC 27037:2012 (guidelines for acquisition and preservation) and ISO/IEC 27042 (guidelines for analysis and interpretation). The research method involves the application of the four-stage procedural ISO/IEC 27037 (Identification, Collection, Acquisition, and Preservation) on a CCTV V380 MicroSD card, followed by analysis using ISO/IEC 27042 principles and Autopsy software. The results show that this framework is fully effective. The integrity of the digital evidence is guaranteed, evidenced by the consistency of hash values ​​(MD5 and SHA1) that are verified Matched throughout the acquisition process until the preparation for analysis. Furthermore, the analysis procedure successfully retrieves information from videos that have been deleted from Unallocated Space, complete with important forensic metadata. This study concludes that the ISO/IEC framework has proven effective in ensuring the authenticity of evidence, and is therefore recommended as a scientifically and legally valid standard operating procedure model for forensic practitioners.

Abstract

The operational pattern of excavator units, particularly travel duration and frequency, is one of the dominant factors contributing to the increased occurrence of undercarriage component breakdowns. Therefore, a system-based operational control mechanism is required to limit excessive travel operations that do not comply with manufacturer standards. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of installing an additional controller in the form of a Travel Protection System (TREPOS) in a case study of a 20-ton class excavator as a preventive maintenance strategy to improve the reliability of undercarriage components. The research employs an integrated analytical approach comprising Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), PDCA, and PICA, along with a comparative analysis of operational data before and after TREPOS implementation. The results indicate that excessive travel duration and intensity are among the dominant factors causing unscheduled breakdowns in the undercarriage system. The implementation of TREPOS effectively controls the unit’s operational pattern by reducing continuous travel time exceeding 20 minutes and suppressing the occurrence of unscheduled breakdowns during the study period. Furthermore, TREPOS implementation has the potential to extend the service life of undercarriage components by up to 48% for carrier rollers, 42% for track rollers, 33% for sprockets, and 86% for track links, which overall contributes to a reduction in maintenance costs.
