Based on the authentic guidelines for junior high school teachers, the assessment focuses on how assessment can improve the abiolity of students in teaching and learning process to be carried out through three approaches: “Assessment of Learning, Assessment for Learning, Assessment as Learning.” This is in fact in the field of state junior high school educators need to know the authentic assesment profile that is applied based on the 2013 curriculum. The purpose of this study is to detrmine the ability and skills to carry out authentic assesment during the learning processes, to determine learning success and improvement of learning, or as a way to find out the implementation of 2013 curriculum authentic assessment profile for junior high school teachers in Mataram. The type of research used is descriptive with a survey approach. The time of the study was carried out from the end of May to October 2018. Subjects were biology teachers in junior high schools in Mataram, SMP Negeri 2, 4 and SMP Negeri 13 Mataram. Techniques for collecting data is qualitative/descriptive with questionnaires, documents, and interviews: The profile and ability to develop authentic cognitive domain assessments was carried out reaching to 100% of 21 integrated science (Biology) teachers of Junior High School in Mataram which were compiled and implemented in Daily Task inform of essay/subjectively structure and objective questions (multiple choice) reaching up to 90% according to the 2013 curriculum based on Minister of Education and Culture no. 22 of 2016. The profile and ability to develop psychomotoric assessment was compiled and implemented by 21 integrated science (biology) teahers of Junior High School in Mataram in form of practicum &work performance reachingup to 97% and modification of teachers/students textbook reach up to 85 %categoried as very good. The profile and ability to develop assessment in affective domain was implemented with techniques and instruments in form of attitude and self-assessment that reached 90% with very good categories (exactly the same as the format of the assessment guidelines) in accordance with the 2013 curriculum and modification forms reached up to 27% categoried as very less. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the inquiry learning model to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes at the temperature and heat of class XI from one public school (SMAN 1 Gerung). This type of research is a quasi experiment with the basic pattern "The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design" and descriptive method. The research instrument used was the observation sheet applying the learning model and test the learning outcomes in the cognitive domain (C1 to C6). Assessment of learning implementation using a scale of 1 to 4. Student learning outcomes are said to be complete if 80% of students obtain a minimum value of 75. The results of this study indicate that: the implementation of learning increased from the criteria both in the first meeting to rise to be very good criteria at the fourth meeting. Student cognitive learning outcomes increased from 43 in the pre-test to 78 in the post-test, with classical completeness of 84%. The conclusion of this study is inquiry learning effectively improves students' cognitive learning outcomes in temperature and heat.

This study aims to test the effectiveness of the blended learning rotation model to improve the scientific literacy skill of prospective teacher students. The design of this study used the Posttest-only design with nonequivalent groups. The research subjects were 76 students majoring in biology education at Universitas Mataram. The research was done to two experimental groups, namely the blended learning station rotation model (BLSRM) and regular learning (RL). The research instrument used a multiple-choice test which refers to the aspects of scientific literacy competence according to PISA. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively, complete with the Hotelling's T2 test to test the effect of BLSRM on students' scientific literacy skills. The results showed that students' scientific literacy skills were in the very low category (mean BLSRM = 38.50, RL = 34.22) and there was no effect of BLSRM on students' scientific literacy skills (Hotteling Trace = .098 and Sig. = .080). To improve students' scientific literacy skills, BLSRM needs to be combined with other models such as problem-solving model, so it can be an effective strategy in science learning

Green betel leaf (Piper betle L.) contains secondary metabolites, namely alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, saponins, tannins. Green betel leaf (Piper betle L.) is widely used for wound healing, especially in rural Indonesians. This study aims to determine the effect of green betel leaves extract (Piper betle L.) on wound healing in mice (Mus musculus L.). The samples were determined using a randomized block design (RBD) using mice (Mus musculus L.) which consisted of three treatment groups using a concentration of 20%, 30%, 40% and one control group. The Measure of the average diameter of the wound was using a ruler on each side of the diameter. The data measurement for the average diameter of wound restriction was analyzed by using the one way. The one way Anova test showed that the sig or p-value is 0.000 <0.05 (at the alpha level of 5%) so that Ho is rejected which indicates that there is an effect of giving green betel leaf extract (Piper betel L.) on wound healing in mice (Mus musculus L.). Based on the results of the LSD or LSD test, it shows that it is not significant / the same because the sig value is 0.074> 0.05, which means that no change occurs in mice when given 30% or 40% extract. Green betel leaf extract (Piper betle L.) has an effect on wound healing in mice (Mus musculus L.).ÃÂ ÃÂ

Papaya fruit has many benefits, one of which is papaya seed can be used as antifertility drugs especially young papaya seeds. This is because young papaya seeds contain secondary metabolites of alkaloid glycosides and proteolytic enzymes such as papain which can interfere with spermatogenesis. This aims to determine the effect of young papaya seed extract of a mice number spermatozoa. Mice were randomly selected to represent 4 dose groups: control group (P0), extract 30mg/BW (PI), extract 60mg/BW (PII) and extract 90mg/BW (PIII). Each treatment group was carried out with six repetitions. The treatment was given intravenously by injecting it in the tail of the mice for 15 consecutive days. The observed spermatozoa quality variables is a number of spermatozoa. Data analysis used one way ANOVA significance test 5% (p<0,05) and continuedÃÂ with the LSD (Least Significant Difference) 95% confidence. The result of the study on the quality of spermatozoa showed a significant effect at the doses of 60mg/BW (PII) and 90mg/BW (PIII). The higher dose of young papaya seed extract, it increasingly affects the number of sperm. The research concluded that the extract of young papaya seeds has a significant impact of a mice number spermatozoa (Mus musculus).

Many species of fish in Rawa Taliwang Lake can be used as bioindicators. Climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) is a species of freshwater fish that is used as a bioindicator. The aims of this study were: Want to know the heavy metal content of Copper (Cu) and Cadmium (Cd) in Climbing perch from Rawa Taliwang Lake to enrich the Environmental Knowledge course material. A special benefit is to protect consumers who consume fish from heavy metal contaminants. The research was conducted in Rawa Taliwang Lake, which is an area that is submerged in water. Methods Data collection was carried out by determining 2 research stations, namely in the east and west of the lake. Next, fishing is done using gill nets. Fish samples were taken from 3 to 4 fish at each station. The fish species taken were Climbing perch (Anabas testudineus). Then each fish sample was put into a plastic bag and then stored in a sample box. The research sample was then analyzed in the West Nusa Tenggara Health, Testing and Calibration laboratory. The data analysis method was carried out by taking muscle tissue from Climbing perch and then analyzing the content of heavy metals in the form of Copper (Cu), and Cadmium (Cd) using an Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. Measurement of heavy metals in fish tissue was carried out by adding concentrated HNO3 and HClO4, heated at a temperature of 60-70úC for 2-3 hours until the solution was clear. Ready samples were measured by AAS using an air-acetylene flame. The measurement results show the presence of heavy metals Copper (Cu) and Cadmium (Cd) in the fish tissue studied. The conclusion of this study is that the heavy metal content in Climbing perch à(Anabas testudineus) originating from Rawa Taliwang Lake to enrich the Environmental knowledge course material is; Copper (Cu) ranged from 0.067 ppm to 0.126 ppm, and Cadmium (Cd) ranged from 0.011 ppm to 0.016 ppm.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan psikomotor siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan percobaan tentang suhu dan kalor menggunakan media tiga dimensi dan simulasi komputer. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan melakukan observasi aktivitas siswa pada pembelajaran fisika di kelas. Aktivitas yang dimaksud adalah keterampilan psikomotor siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan percobaan. Indikator keterampilan psikomotor dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 4 komponen yaitu kemampuan merangkai alat, kemampuan membaca alat ukur, kemampuan mencatat data pengamatan, kemampuan mempresentasikan hasil percobaan. Penilaian setiap indikator menggunakan skala 4 dengan nilai skor yaitu apabilai nilai 12 sampai 16 termasuk kriteria sangat bagus, nilai 8 sampai 11 termasuk kriteria baik, nilai 4 sampai 7 termasuk kriteria kurang baik, dan nilai kurang dari 4 termasuk kriteria tidak baik. Pembelajaran fisika melalui kegiatan percobaan pada konsep suhu dan kalor dalam penelitian ini menggunakan media tiga dimensi dan simulasi komputer. Kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan selama 4 kali pertemuan. Siswa yang dijadikan subyek penelitian terdiri atas 21 orang yang terdapat di kelas XI SMAN 1 Kediri Tahun Akademik 2017/2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata keterampilan psikomotor siswa untuk indikator pertama adalah sebesar 12, indikator kedua sebesar 12, indikator ketiga sebesar 13, dan indikator keempat sebesar 8. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan psikomotor siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan percobaan tentang suhu dan kalor menggunakan media tiga dimensi dan simulasi komputer berada pada skala 3 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 11 yaitu termasuk kriteria baik. Penerapan media tiga dimensi dan simulasi komputer dapat menjadi alternatif media dalam pembelajaran fisika sehingga dapat mengembangkan keterampilan psikomotor siswa di SMA.

Biologi memiliki karakteristik materi spesifik yang membuat guru harus lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain penggunaan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi, media pembelajaran merupakan sesuatu yang penting dan harus diperhatikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh blended learning berbasis media pembelajaran multimedia terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan di SMA Negeri 1 Praya Tengah. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode quasy experimental dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Praya Tengah. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan random sampling sehingga diperoleh kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Pengumpulan data hasil belajar menggunakan instrumen tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Mann Whitney dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil uji Mann Whitney didapatkan bahwa nilai Asymp Sig (2-tailed) lebih besar dari α atau 0,035 < 0,05. Artinya, blended learning berbasis media pembelajaran multimedia memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstrak: Teknik pembedahan merupakan pengetahuan tentang cara-cara pembedahan hewan coba untuk mengamati organ-organ dalam. Keberasilan pengamatan struktur dan frekwensi denyut jantung pada hewan coba sangat ditentukan oleh tehnik-tehnik pembedahan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang tehnik-tehnik pembedahan hewan coba dan meningkatkan ketrampilan siswa melakukan pembedahan hewan coba untuk mengamati struktur jantung dan frekwensi denyut jantung. Metode dalam pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan, pada tahap ini disampaikan materi tentang tehnik-tehnik pembedahan hewan coba dan metode pratekum, yaitu melakukan praktek pembedahan hewan coba untuk mengamati struktur jantung dan frekwensi denyut jantung. Hewan coba yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah 10 ekor mencit (Mus musculus) strain BALB/C dan 10 ekor dan katak (Rana Sp). Pengabdian ini dapat disimpulkan: Kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi siswa Klas VII SMP Negeri 7 Mataram sebagai pengetahuan dan ketrampilan terkait dengan tehnik pembedahan hewan coba. Siswa telah memahami tehnik-tehnik pembedahan hewan coba, dapat melakukan pembedahan hewan coba dengan baik dan benar, serta mengetahui struktur jantung Katak dan Mencit. Hasil praktekum diperoleh Mencit memiliki rata-rata denyut jantung 102 per menit, sedangkan denyut jantung Katak reratanya 69 per menit. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah bagaimana upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk memahami model akumulasi logam berat pada manusia, dan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang bagaimankah yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa SMAN 1 Palibelo kabupaten Bima agar dapat mengerti tentang model akumulasi logam berat dalam jasad hidup dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang model akumulasi logam berat bagi siswa dan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang tentang cara untuk menghindari diri dari kontak langsung dengan logam berat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar siswa SMAN 1 Palibelo kabupaten Bima terhidar dari pola model akumulasi logam berat. Adapun manfaat dari pelatihan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang model akumulsi logam berat dan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang cara untuk menghindari diri dari kontak langsung dengan logam berat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar siswa peserta pelatihan terhindar dari pola model akumulasi logam berat. Dengan adanya model akumulasi logam tersebut, maka prospeknya sangat besar untuk menjadi bahan pelatihan pada siswa-siswi SMAN 1 Palibelo mengingat lokasinya yang dekat dengan teluk Bima. Sebagai kesimpulan adalah; 1) Pelatihan tentang model akumulasi logam berat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa tentang model akumulasi logam berat pada manusia pada siswa SMAN 1 Palibelo Kabupaten Bima, dan 2) Pengetahuan tentang proses akumulasi logam berat dan keterampilan tentang pola akumulasi logam berat dalam jasad hidup sudah dapat diserap oleh siswa SMAN 1 Palibelo kabupaten Bima, sehingga bisa dijadikan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari
