Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji praktek tanggung jawab sosial di Indonesia dan hubungannya dengan kinerja perusahaan. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Kumpulan data panel dikumpulkan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2010-2014 untuk mengukur GRI sebagai proksi variabel CSR dan kinerja keuangan (ROA, ROE dan EVA). Regresi data panel berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh CSR terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Hasil – Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa praktik CSR hanyalah pemenuhan kewajiban dan tidak berpengaruh pada kinerjaKeterbaruan/Nilai -  Penelitian ini tidak hanya mengukur kinerja keuangan berdasarkan akuntansi (ROA dan ROE) tetapi juga kinerja berbasis pasar (EVA)  Abstract Proposed – This paper aims to examine the corporate social responsibility practices in Indonesia and it’s relation to firm performance  Design/Methodology/Approach – A panel data set gathered from Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2010-2014 period to measured GRI as a proxy of CSR and financial performance variables (ROA, ROE and EVA). Multiple panel data regression was used to analyze the effect off CSR to firm performance.Result – This result found that CSR practice was only an obligation fulfillment and had no effect on performanceNovelty/Value -  This study not only measured financial performance by accounting-based (ROA and ROE) but also market-based performance (EVA)

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on the facts, almost in junior high school professional competence has not been satisfactory, especially social studies teachers, ironically the attitude of students' self-concept is lower in teaching and learning activities. This fact is determined by many factors, internal factors include lack of interest, weak motivation, weak level of intellectual intelligence, while external factors are teachers influencing student learning outcomes in schools. The weak self-concept of students in the classroom is closely related to the weak professional competence of teachers and the work ethic of teachers. one _ part of the teacher's internal factors which implicitly determine the success of students in growing students' self-concepts, especially in social studies subjects, professional competence and teacher work ethic. Professional teachers are teachers who are able to carry out their duties competently, both conceptually and applicable and have the ability to carry out teacher duties. Research was conducted in private MTs in Rupit District, North Musirawas Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of teacher professional competence and teacher work ethic on the self-concept of private MTs students in Rupit District, North Musirawas Regency, either simultaneously or partially. The sample in this study were private MTs students in Rupit District as many as 90 students. The results obtained are: The partial test (t test) which was carried out proved the professional competence of teachers and the work ethic of the teacher partially significant effect on the self-concept of private MTs students in Rupit District t count > t table and also significant at 0.001 < 0.05. This means that the variable of professional competence has an effect on students' self-concept. The teacher's work ethic on students' self-concept in private MTs in Rupit District. Where t count > t table and also significant at 0.001 < 0.05. This means that the teacher's work ethic variable has an effect on students' self-concept. Teacher professional competence and teacher work ethic simultaneously significantly influence the self-concept of private MTs students in Rupit District where F count > F table and sig of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that the variables of teacher professional competence and teacher work ethic have an effect on students' self-concept. Abstract

Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan meningkatkan kemampuan akademis siswa diperlukan sistem yang mampu memenuhi tujuan tersebut, salah satu sistem tersebut adalah manajemen sekolah. Program manajemen sekolah di SMAN 4 Rejang Lebong berbentuk program-program alternatif  baik. Target program manajemen sekolah meningkatkan  mutu dan kebaikan pelanggan dengan melibatkan semua komponen dan potensi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang  kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, siswa kelas XII (dua belas), guru dan operator erapor. Berdasarkan temuan sistem manajemen sekolah dalam mengembangkan kemampuan akademis siswa di SMAN 4 Rejang Lebong bahwa pengelolaan  manajemen sekolah cukup terencana, terorganisasi sehingga sekolah dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan akademis siswa. Mengembangkan  kemampuan akademis dalam  melanjutkan perguruan tinggi  pelaksanaannya menyiapkan peserta didik dalam langkah pembelajaran, penilaian menggunakan metode relavan dengan materi yang disampaikan. Dampak dari sistem manajemen  sekolah untuk melanjutkan Perguruan Tinggi berdampak baik secara internal meningkatkan kualitas dalam pembelajaran sehingga memotivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan Perguruan Tinggi, dan secara eksternal sebagai tantangan sekolah meningkatkan kualitas lulusan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui hubungan mata kaki, kekuatan otot perut dan kekuatan otot tungkai dengan kemampuan sepak sila dalam ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw putra siswa SDN 01 Kaliwuluh Kebakkramat Karanganyar tahun 2016. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata kaki dengan kemampuan sepak sila, rhitung = 0,530 > rtabel 5% = 0,361, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot perut dengan kemampuan sepak sila, rhitung = 0,376 > rtabel 5% = 0,361, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai dengan kemampuan sepak sila, rhitung = 0,430 > rtabel 5% = 0,361, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata kaki, kekuatan otot perut dan power otot tungkai dengan kemampuan sepak sila, r2y(123) sebesar 0,468 > rtabel5 % pada taraf signifikansi 5% sebesar 0.361 dan f0 sebesar 7,6301 > ftabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% sebesar 2,89.

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) To find out whether the use of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model has an effect on the mathematics learning activity of seventh grade students of MTsN 2 Kotabaru. 2) To find out how much influence the use of the TGT type of cooperative learning model is seen from the mathematics learning activity of class VII MTsN 2 Kotabaru. The method used in this research is an experimental quantitative research method. The sample in the experimental class amounted to 37 people and in the control class there were 37 people out of 110 people total population. Data were collected using research instruments in the form of learning implementation observation sheets and student learning activity observation sheets. The results of the study stated that the use of the TGT Cooperative Learning Model had an effect on the mathematics learning activity of students in grade VII MTsN 2 Kotabaru, with the magnitude of the effect of the TGT type cooperative learning model on learning activities. students by 13.1%.

Abstract

The reading ability of students at SDN 01 Sembowo varies, ranging from not being able to read at all or being able to read but not fluent. This problem occurs because it comes from the students themselves and also the lack of attention from parents in guiding them at home. Even in the classroom, there is actually reinforcement or assistance in reading, but students are not able to accept it well. Classroom action research was used in this study with the planning, implementation (action) and evaluation reflection stages. Observation and tests are used as data collection techniques. The research was conducted in stages through two cycles. In this study, the average post-procedure yield in Cycle II was 75%, which was an increase compared to Cycle I, which was only 62.5%. This can be strengthened by increasing students' reading literacy, which causes students to become more active and learn with more confidence in themselves. The advice given is that teachers should be able to optimize all available resources so that they can boost teacher creativity and quality.

Abstract

Character education is an effort to apply religious, moral and ethical values to students through science, assisted by parents, teachers and the community which is very important in the formation and development of students' character. Every child has good potential from birth, but this potential must continue to be honed and socialized properly so that each child's character is formed and develops optimally. The aim of this research is to find out the formation of religious character at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta. This research is included in descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The research results showed that the formation of religious character at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta through the habit of carrying out Duha prayers, reading and memorizing short letters before and after learning begins can foster religious attitudes and noble character and can shape the character of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, growth, dan struktur modal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur yang sudah dan masih terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode Purposive sampling, dan diperoleh 26 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa Struktur Aktiva tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal dengan nilai t hitung – 2,216 dan signifikan 0,030. Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh dengan nilai t hitung -2,223 dan signifikan sebesar 0,029. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh dengan nilai t hitung -2,467 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,016.likuiditas berpengaruh negative dan signifikansi,dengan nilai t hitung -5,578dan signifikansi sebesar 0,011. Growth berpengaruh dengan nilai t hitung 3,010 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,0004. Struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas dan growth berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan F hitung sebesar 9,049 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai Adjusted R² diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,295. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan ,likuiditas, dan growth mempengaruhi struktur modal sebesar 29,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 70,5 % dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pentingnya evaluasi pemanfaatan teknologi dan media dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan studi literature review dengan teknik analisis data berupa analisis isi. Pada revolusi industri 4.0 inovasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam pengembangan media digital secara online sangat penting dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil studi (1) Pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan Konseling Di SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah, atau mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengembangkan media layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Selain itu, Bimbingan dan Konseling merupakan salah satu bidang pendidikan yang memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan layanan di sekolah, terutama pemberian bantuan bagi peserta didik yang dilaksanakan melalui berbagai layanan. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling atau konselor saat ingin mengevaluasi pemanfaatankan suatu pelayanan atau pertemuan, kini tidak harus datang langsung ke tempat dan bisa dilakukan dengan melakukan tatap muka tanpa harus menghadirinya. 2) Pemanfaatan Media Teknologi dalam Pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Aplikasi seperti Google meet, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Skype, dan masih banyak aplikasi lainnya yang berbasis online bisa digunakan sebagai pendukung terlaksananya proses konseling. Selain meminimalisir jarak dan waktu, pengadaan model konseling seperti ini dapat memberikan informasi secara jelas serta menambah pengetahuan menjadi lebih luas. Pengembangan Media digital berbasis dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling saat ini sangat penting dilakukan dalam menyongsung era revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

This research discusses social discrimination among characters in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav. Therefore, the aim of this research is to: (1) describe the representation of dialogue containing social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (2) describe the representation of the causes of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (3 ) describes the implications of social discrimination on drama learning in high school. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data is taken from the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav in the form of screenshots of film footage and dialogue between characters which contain social discrimination. The results of research on social discrimination on the main character in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav show that (1) social discrimination which includes direct discrimination: limiting a certain area, such as housing, type of work, public facilities, and indirect: the act of blocking someone/ certain groups, races/ethnicities relate freely, hinder the rules/procedures followed which contain discriminatory bias and result in harm to the main character, a child living with HIV/AIDS, (2) the cause of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav is caused by due to the lack of public knowledge about HIV/AIDS, (3) The results of this research have implications for Drama Learning in Class XI SMA, especially in competency identifying characterization, dialogue and setting in drama performances.
