Abstract

Logbook is an information system that is used for recording the activities of FMIPA Riau University employees and also as a media for attendance of FMIPA Riau University employees which is managed by the Personnel and IT department of the Riau University FMIPA. This study aims to test and evaluate the application of Information System Technology referring to quantitative descriptive analysis based on the HOT Fit Model's, namely Users (HR), Organizations based on the Personnel perspective of FMIPA Riau University because there are still user complaints, there has never been an evaluation of the application of the Riau University logbook using the HOT method. -FIT. This study uses 9 variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, system development, system use, user satisfaction, organizational structure, organizational environment and net benefits. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 60 people consisting of 53 assistants and 7 leaders. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the variable using the system has the highest value, which is 0.709 or 70.9%, which means that the variable using this system is the variable that has the greatest influence on the application of the FMIPA Riau University logbook information system. Abstract

The processing of medical record files has an important role to support the achievement of administrative order in efforts to improve health services in hospitals. This study aims to see how the process of processing medical record files at the Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital, Riau Province 2022. The research method used is qualitative analytics. The informant consisted of 6 people, namely the Head of the Medical Support Services Section, the Head of Medical Record Installation and 4 medical record officers. How to collect data with in-depth interviews and observations at the Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital, Riau Province. Research shows that Human Resources in Medical Record Installations are still lacking and medical record file processing training has not been carried out thoroughly to officers. Facilities and infrastructure to support the work of officers are inadequate. In the assembling section, there are still incomplete documents. Coding officer had difficulty in reading the doctor's writing and the diagnosis was not found in the ICD-10 book The process of indexing medical records has not been carried out in full. In the reporting of the hospital SIMRS is still in the process of being refined. The analysis section has not been intense in the communication of the medics with the medical records officers. The filling part of the medical record file storage system lacks storage racks and narrow storage space. It is necessary to add medical records officers and infrastructure in the Medical Record Intalation. The process of processing medical record files needs accuracy and clarity in terms of completeness and diagnosis. In the filling section, it is necessary to add a medical record file storage rack and expand the storage space so that the medical record file processing process can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

AbstrakPenerapan teknologi informasi pada bidang kesehatan sangat membantu dalam melakukan pencarian dokumen seperti status pasien dan pembayaran. Status pasien yang isi didalamnya merupakan riwayat medis yang dijadikan dasar untuk menentukan tindakan lebih lanjut oleh seorang dokter. Pembayaran di praktik yang dimaksud adalah agar meminimalisir resiko kesalahan perhitungan biaya berobat sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian. Tujuan dibangunnya aplikasi ini untuk membantu admin atau perawat dapat mengolah data dengan cepat dan mempermudah menemukan status pasien. Metode penelitian menggunakan sebuah model, model yang digunakan yaitu waterfall model. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan Framework Codeigniter. Hasilnya aplikasi sukses dibangun dan telah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan users (Admin, Dokter dan Pimpinan) dan didapat kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun sangat memudahkan bagi admin, dokter dan pimpinan. Point penilaian yang diberikan secara keseluruhan adalah 40,4 point dengan predikat (baik sekali).Kata kunci : Aplikasi Pengolahan Data, Praktik Dokter, Framework Codeigniter, PHP, UML, MySQLAbstractThe application of information technology in the health sector is very helpful in searching for documents such as patient status and payments.  The status of the patient which contains a medical history that used as the basis for determining further action by a doctor.  Payment in practice in question is to minimize the risk of miscalculation of medical expenses resulting in losses.  The purpose of this application is to help admins or nurses to process data quickly and make it easier to find patient status.  The research method uses a model, the model used the waterfall model. The application built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter Framework.  As a result, the application was successfully built and has been running well and can be used according to the needs of users (Admins, Doctors and Leaders) and it is concluded that the applications built very easy for admins, doctors and leaders.  The overall assessment point is 40.4 points with a predicate (very good). Abstract

Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) Kampung KB Mekar Wangi Pekanbaru merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan secara berkelompok dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pelayanan kesehatan lansia di masyarakat sehingga terbentuk pelayanan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lansia di Kampung KB Mekar Wangi Kelurahan Tangkerang Barat Pekanbaru yang menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan PKM ini. Salah satu permasalahan yang sangat mendasar pada lansia adalah masalah kesehatan, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan kelompok lansia. Kader pada BKL Mekar Wangi berjumlah 22 orang dan memiliki pendidikan rata-rata SMA kebawah. Adapun 3 permasalahan prioritas yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu: 1) Minimnya pengetahuan kader tentang kesehatan lansia; 2) Pencatatan administrasi BKL masih dilakukan secara manual; dan 3) Minimnya peralatan kesehatan bagi BKL. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pada mitra Bina Keluarga Lansia Kampung KB Mekar Wangi yaitu upaya meningkatkan kesehatan lansia melalui pelatihan dan penyuluhan kepada kader lansia, penyuluhan kepada lansia, pengadaan peralatan pendukung kesehatan, dan perancangan sistem informasi untuk manajemen administrasi secara terkomputerisasi. Beberapa kegiatan yang telah selesai dilaksanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian yaitu perancangan aplikasi bina keluarga lansia, penyuluhan peningkatan pengetahuan para kader bina keluarga lansia, pelatihan penggunaan peralatan Kesehatan lansia, dan penyuluhan pentingnya posyandu lansia. Hasil dari evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa tercapainya peningkatan kesehatan mitra, meningkatnya pelayanan mitra, dan meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra.

Abstract

Efforts to increase fruit and vegetable consumption in school-age children are carried out by providing training to parents and providing video tutorials on fruit and vegetable modification on social media (WA Group) through the intermediary of teachers. The low coverage of Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Behavior (PHBS) on fruit and vegetable consumption indicators in Pelalawan Regency and the results of the initial survey which showed the low frequency of bringing fruit and vegetable supplies to school children were the reasons behind this research. This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of fruit and vegetable consumption in elementary school children in Pangkalan Kerinci. This study uses a quasi-experimental research design with pre test-post test non-equivalent control group design. The study was conducted in July – August 2022 with a sample of 100 students (50 in the treatment group and 50 in the control group). Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Wilcoxon test and 1 sample T-test. The results found the highest significant average of fruit and vegetable consumption after the intervention was 63.1 grams and 134.1 grams in the treatment group and 63.9 grams and 128.8 grams in the control group. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a difference between the frequency of consumption of fruits and vegetables before and after the intervention. Suggestions in this study is that it is recommended for schools to make an appeal letter related to the fruit and vegetable consumption program once a week and expected to the Health office for increasing teachers education related to fruit and vegetable consumption in primary school children. Abstract

The Work accident cases Province of Riau in 2019 amounted to 14,325 cases, it was knew that unequal knowledge of officers related to HOSH problem that occurs at Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of reseacch was to determine the application of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. The method of research was qualitative with Rapid Assessment Procedure design, interviews used purposive sampling technique as well as field observations and documentation of the activities of the HOSH committee. The results showed that HOSH program had not been optimally implemented due to the lack of socialization and training related to HOSH to all hospital staff. It can be concluded that it was necessary to propose a schedule of socialization/training related to HOSH in the form of training and education TORs, routine HOSH committee meetings, direct supervision by the hospital director, monitoring and evaluation in the form of monev reports, proposals for OSH experts to become full-time, budget proposals for implementing HOSH programs such as internal and external training, procurement of educational stickers and banners related to HOSH. Abstract

Pada era globalisasi dan perdagangan bebas seperti saat ini, banyak bermunculan berbagai macam produk barang yang dipasarkan kepada konsumen di indonesia, apabila tidak berhati-hati dalam memilih produk yang diinginkan konsumen, maka konsumen hanya akan menjadi objek eksploitasi dari pelaku usaha yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Pembuatan program sistem monitoring obat yang akan kadaluarsa inidiharapkandapat memberikan kemudahan kepada apotek untuk mendapatkan informasi obat-obat yang akan kadaluarsa dengan cepat dan tepat,dengan adanya sistem tersebut apotek tentu mengetahui obat yang akan kadaluarsa dan harus di kembalikan kepada supplier, dengan demikian konsumen tidak akan dirugikan dengan obat yang sudah kadaluarsa, karena terjaganya kualitas obat yang akan dikonsumsi oleh konsumen.Pembuatan sistem monitoring obat yang akan kadaluarsa ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman visual basic 6.0 dengan databasenya MySQL.

Abstract

Salah satu penyebab semakin meningkatnya kasus COVID-19 adalah ketidakpatuhan masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan. Padahal untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 maka tindakan preventif tersebut harus dilaksanakan, baik oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui determinan perilaku kepatuhan masyarakat yang berhubungan dengan protokol kesehatan di era new normal di Kelurahan Sungai Jering Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kari Teluk Kuantan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian Observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Sungai Jering wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kari Teluk Kuantan pada 24 Maret-25 Mei 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kari Teluk Kuantan kecamatan Kuantan Tengah sebanyak 5.698 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 190 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini ialah menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisa univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan (p value = 0,002), sikap (p value = 0,001), tingkat pendidikan (p value = 0,000), dukungan lingkungan sosial (p value = 0,006), dukungan keluarga (p value = 0,023), peran pemerintah (p value = 0,042) dengan perilaku kepatuhan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan protokol kesehatan di era new normal di Kelurahan Sungai Jering Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kari Teluk Kuantan. Tidak ada hubungan antara peran tenaga kesehatan dengan perilaku kepatuhan masyarakat (p value = 0,674). Bagi seluruh pihak diharapkan dapat lebih meningkatkan upaya pencegahan penularan COVID-19 dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19.   One of the causes of the increasing number of COVID-19 cases is public non-compliance with health protocols. In fact, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, these preventive measures must be implemented, both by the government and the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of community compliance behavior related to health protocols in the new normal era in Sungai Jering Village, Kari Teluk Kuantan Health Center Work Area. This research is a quantitative analytic research, using the type of observational research with a cross sectional design. This research was carried out in Sungai Jering Village, the working area of ​​the Kari Teluk Kuantan Health Center on March 24-25, 2021. The population in this study was the people who were in the working area of ​​the Kari Teluk Kuantan Health Center, Kuantan Tengah sub-district as many as 5,698 people with a total sample of 190 samples. The sampling technique used is the accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is univariate and bivariate analysis using chi square. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is known that there is a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.002), attitude (p value = 0.001), education level (p value = 0.000), social environment support (p value = 0.006), family support (p value = 0.006). value = 0.023), the role of the government (p value = 0.042) with community compliance behavior in implementing health protocols in the new normal era in Sungai Jering Village, Kari Teluk Kuantan Health Center Work Area. There is no relationship between the role of health workers with community compliance behavior (p value = 0.674). All parties are expected to be able to further increase efforts to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 by complying with health protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.

Abstract

Bencana adalah peristiwa atau rangkaian peristiwa yang mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan dan penghidupan masyarakat yang disebabkan, baik oleh faktor alam dan/atau faktor non alam maupun faktor manusia sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya korban jiwa manusia, kerusakan lingkungan, kerugian harta benda, dan dampak psikologis. Penyebab banyaknya korban bencana kebakaran gedung karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan  bencana. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi dan simulasi mitigasi bencana kebakaran gedung penting dilakukan sejak dini untuk memperkecil risiko menjadi korban melalui pendidikan bencana di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif yang bersifat penelitian praktik dengan batasan masalah melalui pemberian materi dan pelatihan simulasi mitigasi kebakaran gedung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di pondok pesantren AlKautsar pada tanggal 07 Desember 2023 dengan partisipan yang terlibat sebanyak 36 orang. Melalui serangkaian tahapan yang terorganisir dengan baik, mulai dari persiapan hingga penutupan, kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan ruang dialog dan implementasi yang positif antara penyelenggara dan peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan penyuluhan kepada peserta didik dan warga sekolah mampu memberikan informasi yang relevan dan bermanfaat kepada warga sekolah dalam menanggulangi bencana untuk kedepannya. Sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman mendalam dan keterampilan serta meningkatkan pasrtisipasi aktif bagi peserta. Dalam jangka panjang, diharapkan peningkatan pemahaman ini dapat digunakan dalam kesiapsiagaan akan bencana kebakaran yang terjadi di sekolah. Mesikpun demikian, evaluasi terus-menerus dilakukan untuk menilai seberapa siap nya warga pondok pesantren al-kautsar dalam menghadapi kejadian bencana kebakaran.

Abstract

Public Relations plays a role in explaining or defending the public's unfavorable views of the institution, by presenting various data, facts and actual information. Based on the results of the initial public relations survey at Arifin Achmad Hospital, they are still experiencing problems in carrying out their role as public relations. The basis of this research is to find out the role of Public Relations in improving services at the General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province in 2023. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research was carried out in July-August 2023 at Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province. The writing subjects consisted of the Sub-Coordinator of law and Public Relations, the Head of General Affairs and Public Relations staff. The results showed that there were 4 roles carried out by public relations at the General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province , namely the role as (1) communicator, the role of public relations as a communication liaison, namely conducting cooperative relations with other regional hospitals, conveying hospital information through communication media and not conduct two way communication with patients or the public.(2) relationship, the role of public relations as a relationship builder is not to build relationship with the media and do not receive training for internal public relations. (3) back up management, the role of public relations as a management support, namely public relations carrying out planning activities to implementation to be taken into consideration by general hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province. (4) good image maker, the role of public relations as a positive image builder, namely by providing information in the hospital environment in the form of leaflets, banners and also outreach. In conclusion, the General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province should pay attention to questions that are oriented towards hospital public relations in order to support service improvement.
