Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate growth, capital structure, profitability and dividend policy on firm value. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies Registered on the Stock Exchange of the 2015-2017 Period. The sample selection uses the purpose sampling method so that the sample is 188 data. The analytical tool used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The test results show that the growth of the company has no significant negative effect on firm value. Capital structure has no significant negative effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. And dividend policy has a negative effect that is not significant on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, company size, asset structure, business risk and sales growth on the capital structure of real estate and property companies in 2013-2017. The population in this study are all successive real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that profitability has a not significant effect on capital structure. Firm size has a significant positive effect on capital structure. The asset structure has not significant effect on capital structure. Business risk does not have a significant effect on capital structure. Sales growth has significant positive effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Asset Growth, Company Size, and Dividend Policy on Capital Structure (Study on Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2017). The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis method used in this study is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression and assisted by SPSS version 22 statistical test. The results of this study indicate that Profitability has a significant effect on Capital Structure, Liquidity has a significant effect on Capital Structure, Asset Growth has no significant effect on Capital Structure, Company Size has no significant effect on Capital Structure, and Dividend Policy has no significant effect on Capital Structure.

Abstract

This study examines and analyze the effects of institutional ownership structures, managerial ownership structures, public ownership structures, firm size, debt convenant (leverage), litigation risk to accounting conservatism. The population in tihs study is a manufacturing company listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia period from 2014-2016. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The relationship and between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis methods. The results showes that the institutional ownership structures has a significant negative effect on accounting conservatism, managerial ownership structures has a significant negative effect on accounting conservatism, public ownership structures has a significant negative effect on accounting conservatism, debt covenant (leverage) has significant positive effect on accounting conservatism, litigation risk has positive effect on accounting conservatism.

Abstract

The Bank is a financial institution which functions as a financial intermediary between parties that surplus funds (surplus units) and those who lack funds (deficit units). Through banks with excess funds, then the funds can be distributed to the parties that need and will provide benefits for both sides. As has been stated also in the Law No.10 of 1998 on banking, it can be concluded that the bank can act as financial intermediaries by raising funds from the public that surplus funds in various forms of deposits. For that to know the internal factors of the banking side that is estimated to affect banks in channeling capital credit works, namely third-party funds, CAR, ROA, and LDR NPL. The population used in this study are all the banks that listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2013. And for research purposes, the use of samples by purposive sampling method in order to get 75 companies that meet the criteria. Data used is secondary data derived from financial statements published and downloaded via the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Years of observation in this study is from 2011 to 2013. The results showed that the DPK, CAR, LDR, significant positive effect on total outstanding loans. While ROA significant negative effect, and NPL significant negative effect on the number of outstanding loans.Keywords: DPK, CAR, ROA, NPL, LDR, Credit

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, firm size, ownership, and institutional ownership of the financial statements disclosure in the annual financial statements on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This sample in this study are Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of the years 2012-2014 as many as 228 companies. Sampling was purposive sampling method. Mechanical testing of the data is by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analysis show that the variable firm size significant positive effect on financial statements disclosure, while the profitability, leverage, liquidity, ownership, and institusional ownership no significant effect on financial statements disclosure on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange of the years 2012-2014.Keywords: Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity, Firm Size, Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Financial Statements Disclosure

Abstract

The study examines the effect of earnings, cash flows, changes in receivables, changes in payables, changes in inventories and depreciation on future cash flows. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using a go public LQ 45 company as the unit of analysis. The sampling method used purposive sampling with the obsevation period from 2010 to 2013. Relationship and (or) influence between variable is described by using multiple regression. The result showed that the earnings and cash flows has positive effect and significant to the future cash flows. Whereas the changes in receivables, changes in payables, changes in inventories and depreciation had no significant effect on future cash flows.Keywords: Earnings, Cash Flows, Changes In Receivables, Changes In Payables, Changes In Inventories, Depreciation, Future Cash Flows

Abstract

In the decision-making , investors do not just look at the stock price increase is positive, but can use other information that may be used as consideration of decision making, this is because the information may be biased means earnings information occurs because of inaccuracies and their management practices reporting the company's financial profit. The purpose of this study to determine how the effects of capital structure (leverage), the systematic risk, growth opportunities, company size, and profitabiilitas against earnings response coefficient. Research was conducted on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2014 with a purposive sampling techniques was obtained total sample of 155 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. These results indicate the capital structure (leverage), the systematic risk significant negative effect, systematic risks and growth opportunities significant positive effect, while the size and profitability was not significant positive effect.Keywords: Capital Structure (Leverage), Systematic Risk, Growth Opportunities, Company Size, Profitability, Earnings Response Coefficient

Abstract

Abnormal return is the difference between the actual return with the expected return. Investors expect a normal return corresponding capital invested but investors get the return exceeds the expected return. The study examine the effect of company growth, capital structure, earnings, and company size on abnormal return. Population in this research is manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011 to 2014. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Based on the criteria then obtained a sample of 316 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the company growth and capital structure has no significant positive effect and earnings has significant positive effect to the abnormal return.
