The purpose of this study is to determine, test and empirically analyze the evaluation of knowledge sharing on employee performance from the aspects of communication and competence in Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. The analysis techniques used are using validity and reliability tests, linearity tests, regression analysis, path analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination test and correlation analysis with a sample of 50 respondents. The results of the study show that the t-test in the first equation can be concluded that the communication and competence variables have a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. The results of the t-test in the second equation can be concluded that communication, competence and knowledge sharing have a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of the F test are known to be the value of F = 110.758 significance 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded together that the communication, competence and knowledge sharing variables have a significant effect on performance. The calculation result of the total R2 value of 0.978 can be interpreted that the variation in employee performance in Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency is explained by the variables of communication, competence and knowledge sharing by 97.8% and the remaining 2.2% is explained by other variables outside the research model such as supervision and organizational culture. The conclusion of the Direct and Indirect Effects is as follows: The direct effect of communication on performance produces a greater value than the indirect effect, so it is more effective through the direct path. The direct effect of competence on performance produces a greater value than the indirect effect, so it is more effective through the direct path. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the effect of competence on performance is the most dominant variable in improving employee performance in Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency.

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the results of research related to human resource development strategies, competency, and employee creativity on the perception of organizational support and employee work performance at the General Election Commission of Sragen Regency. The data used are primary data with a sample of 40 respondents of employees at the General Election Commission. The data analysis method was tested with validity tests, reliability tests, partial tests (t-tests), simultaneous tests (F-tests), R-square tests and path analysis tests. The results of the study indicate that: human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the perception of organizational support. Competence has a significant effect on the perception of organizational support. Employee creativity has a significant effect on the perception of organizational support. Human resource development has a significant effect on work performance. Competence has an insignificant effect on work performance. Employee creativity has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Perception of organizational support has a significant effect on work performance. The results of the iF test can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of human resource development, competency, employee creativity, perception of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the General Election Commission of Sragen Regency. The total R2 is 50.3%. The conclusion of this path analysis shows that the use of the intervening variable of perception of organizational support in order to improve work performance, for the variables of human resource development and employee creativity is ineffective, whereas for competence it is effective.

The purpose of this study is to create a competitive advantage by maximizing the performance of business organizations is to seek a market-oriented company profile and its impact on innovation in the organization. The target population is 90 rural banks in Solo Raya, while samples taken as many as 45 RBs (50%). Based on the Solo Raya region comprising seven areas, namely Wonogiri, Klaten District, Sragen, Boyolali district, Karanganyar, Sukoharjo regency and municipality Surakarta then each region is taken at random. The results showed environmental uncertainties and no significant negative effect on innovation. Market orientation and significant positive effect on innovation. Environmental uncertainties and significant positive effect on business performance. Market orientation positive and significant impact on business performance. Innovation positive and significant impact on business performance. Environmental uncertainties and market orientation through effective direct path.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat melalui program “Eco-Creative Village: Pemanfaatan Botol Bekas Menjadi Kreasi Bunga” menjadi salah satu solusi yang relevan dan aplikatif. Program ini mengintegrasikan konsep kepedulian lingkungan (eco-friendly) dengan kreativitas masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah botol plastik menjadi produk kerajinan berupa bunga hias yang bernilai estetika dan ekonomis. Pemanfaatan botol bekas sebagai bahan dasar kerajinan diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya prinsip reduce, reuse, dan recycle (3R). Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan, tetapi juga membuka peluang peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan tema Eco-Creative Village sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kontribusi perguruan tinggi dalam menjawab permasalahan nyata di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan desa yang lebih peduli lingkungan, kreatif, mandiri, serta berkelanjutan, khususnya di Desa Gebang, Kecamatan Masaran, Kabupaten Sragen. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan respon positif dari masyarakat Desa Gebang, khususnya peserta kegiatan. Program Eco-Creative Village mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah plastik secara ramah lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan botol bekas. Peserta kegiatan memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dalam mengolah botol plastik bekas menjadi kreasi bunga yang memiliki nilai estetika dan potensi nilai ekonomi. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam mengurangi volume sampah plastik di lingkungan desa serta menumbuhkan budaya peduli lingkungan. Program ini juga berpotensi menjadi sarana pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengembangan produk kerajinan berbasis limbah plastik.
