Abstract

Plants of Suruhan (Peperomia pellucida) is one of the wild plants that usually grow in moist and population in places. It can be used as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic. People of Jombok Village are still not much aware of the benefits of this plant. The purpose of this research is to know the percentage of frequency and community perception of Jombok Village regarding the utilization of the plant. The methods used in this study are qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this research show that the percentage of Suruhan plants based on their habitat with the highest percentage is in the house fence that there is no ditch about 45% and the lowest is in the pot about 11.67%. Meanwhile, the percentage of Suruhan plant is based on each hamlet, a Bulurejo hamlet with the highest percentage around 26% and the lowest in Kasin around 11%. The public perception of the plant's knowledge is about 58.34% which knows and about 41.66% who do not know. The knowledge of people who know the benefits of the plant is 48.54% and who do not know that is 51.46%. The Use Value test result is the use of plant parts, the most widely used are the leaves and stems with a percentage of each – approximately 28%, the plant is least used by the roots and flowers of each – Approximately 22%. Second is the utilization of plant of plants as medicine and health drink is the highest percentage of uric acid of 38.23%, muscle aches 23.52%, cholesterol-lowering 11.67%, aches, 8.82%, health drinks 8.82%, heat in 5.88%, and a fever of 2.94% Keywords: Peperomia pellucida, ethnobotany, and knowledge society ABSTRAK Tumbuhan Suruhan (Peperomia pellucida) merupakan salah satu tumbuhan liar yang biasanya tumbuh di tempat-tempat lembab dan bergerombol. Tumbuhan ini dapat digunakan sebagai antibakteri, antiinflamasi, dan analgesik. Masyarakat Desa Jombok masih belum banyak yang mengetahui manfaat dari tumbuhan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persentase frekuensi dan persepsi masyarakat Desa Jombok mengenai pemanfaatan tumbuhan suruhan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase frekuensi tumbuhan Suruhan berdasarkan habitatnya dengan persentase tertinggi yaitu di pagar rumah yang tidak ada selokan sekitar 45% dan terendah yaitu di dalam pot sekitar 11,67%. Sedangkan persentase masing – masing dusun, dusun dengan persentase tertinggi yaitu Bulurejo sekitar 26% dan terendah di Kasin sekitar 11%. Adapun persepsi masyarakat terhadap pengetahuan tumbuhan suruhan yaitu sekitar 58,34% yang mengetahui dan 41,66% tidak mengetahui. Pengetahuan masyarakat yang mengetahui manfaat tumbuhan suruhan yaitu 48,54% dan tidak mengetahui 51,46%. Adapun hasil uji Use Value yang pertama yaitu pemanfaatan bagian tumbuhan, yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu daun dan batang dengan persentase masing – masing sekitar 28%, bagian tumbuhan suruhan paling sedikit digunakan adalah akar dan bunga yaitu masing – masing sekitar 22%. Kedua yaitu pemanfaatan tumbuhan suruhan sebagai obat dan minuman kesehatan yaitu persentase tertinggi asam urat sebesar 38,23%, nyeri otot 23,52%, penurun kolesterol 11,67%, pegal-pegal 8,82%, minuman kesehatan 8,82%, panas dalam 5,88%, dan demam 2,94%. Abstract

The ejaculation fraction on Etawa crossbred goat (PE goat) has various standard spermatozoa qualitues, one of which ismotility of spermatozoa. The motility of spermatozoa is very important to note in the development of artificial insemination techniques, because the success in artificial insemination techniques is strongly influenced by the motility of spermatozoa. The motility of semen spermatozoa is known through the process of examining the movement of spermatozoa in microscopic testing. The aim of this research was find out the effect of ejaculation fraction on motility of PE goat spermatozoa. Using an experimental method with a group's random consisting of two treatment groups; K1 is fraction 1and K2 is a fraction 2. The Replication of each treatment was eight replications and a total of sample research was 16 unit. The semen was collected once a week using artificial vagina (VA) technique. The semen collecting until the second ejaculation and motility test of spermatozoa were immediately measured use sperm vision analyzers IVOS II. The test results of the ejaculation fraction observation using an independent sample t-test showed the value of t hit = 0.700 and t (0.025) than 2.14 t hit <t (0.025) meaning that H0 was received, there was no significant ejaculation fraction 1 with ejaculatory fraction 2; motility meaning of the spermatozoa from the PE goat of a fraction 1 and faction 2 not different significantly. ABSTRAK Fraksi Ejakulasi pada Kambing Peranakan Etawa (PE) mempunyai kualitas spermatozoa dengan berbagai standart, salah satunya motilitas spermatozoa. Motilitas Spermatozoa menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dalam pengembangan teknik Inseminasi Buatan, karena keberhasilan dalam teknik Inseminasi Buatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh motilitas yang dimiliki spermatozoa. Motilitas spermatozoa semen diketahui melalui proses pemeriksaan daya gerak spermatozoa dalam uji mikroskopis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fraksi ejakulasi terhadap motilitas spermatozoa kambing PE. Menggunakan metode percobaan dengan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) terdiri atas 2 kelompok perlakuan yakni Kelompok 1 (K1) adalah fraksi 1dan kelompok 2 (K2) adalah fraksi 2, ulangan masing-masing perlakuan 8 ulangan dan unit penelitian berjumlah 16. Penampungan semen dilakukan satu kali seminggu dengan teknik AV (Artificial Vagina). Penampungan dilakukan sampai ejakulat kedua. Segera setelah penampungan dilakukan pengukuran uji motilitas spermatozoa menggunakan sperm vision analyser IVOS II. Hasil uji pengamatan fraksi ejakulasi menggunakan t-test independent sample menunjukkan nilai t hit= 0,700 dan t (0,025)= 2,14 maka t hit < t (0,025) artinya H0 di terima, yang mempunyai arti motilitas spermatozoa kambing PE dari fraksi 1 dan fraksi 2 tidak berbeda nyata. Abstract

Ethnozoological studies examine community knowledge about fauna biological resources. Sumberejo Village, Poncokusumo Subdistrict, there has been no research on reptiles and their use by the community. The purpose of this study is to know the types of reptiles used by the community, and to find out people's perceptions of reptiles in Sumberejo Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. This research was conducted in May-June 2019, using a qualitative descriptive method which included: observation, open interview, identification and analysis of data. Respondents' data recorded included the results of interviews with the community regarding reptile potential, reptile descriptions and documentation photos. The results showed that there were 100 respondents interviewed. There were 6 animals found but only 5 animals that were used by the community for medicine, among others Gecko which was used as an itchy and shortness of breath, lizards were used as medicine for itching and bedwetting, then lizards were used for allergies (itching) and asthma. Then the snake is used for strength for men and monitor lizards which are used as medicine for itching, skin diseases, to soften the skin and asthma. Desa Sumberejo kecamatan Poncokusumo belum ada penelitian tentang reptilia dan pemanfaatannya oleh masyarakat, Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui jenis-jenis reptil yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat, dan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat tentang reptil di Desa Sumberejo Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei- Juni tahun 2019, menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang meliputi : observasi, wawancara terbuka, identifikasi dan analisis data. Data responden yang dicatat meliputi hasil wawancara dengan masyarakat mengenai potensi reptil, deskripsi reptil dan foto hasil dokumentasi.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada 100 responden yang diwawancarai. Terdapat 6 hewan yang ditemukan tetapi hanya 5 hewan yang dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk obat-obatan, antara lain Tokek yang dimanfaatkan sebagai obat gatal dan sesak nafas, cicak digunakan sebagai obat gatal dan mengompol, kemudian kadal yang digunakan untuk alergi(gatal) dan asma. Lalu ular yang digunakan untuk kekuatan bagi pria dan biawak yang dimanfaatkan sebagai obat gatal, penyakit kulit, untuk menghaluskan kulit dan asma. Kata kunci: etnozoologi, Poncokusumo, reptil

Abstract

A effort for improving the quality of local goats in order to have superior values ​​in their genetics is to calculate the number of abnormalities in spermatozoa. The abnormal spermatozoa can inhibit fertilization if the amount of abnormality is so large. This study aim was to analyze the effect of freezing on the number of abnormalities and normality of spermatozoa of Etawa crossbred goats at the Insemination Center of Singosari in Malang. The sampling spermatozoa by floating on AV (Artificial Vagina), then observed under a microscope. The fresh spermatozoa and Post thawing motility spermatozoa were made reviews on the glass object and stained using eosin. The analysis uses the paired sample t-test with two interconnected sample groups. The results of the study were = - 0.346; t (0.025) = -2.306itung < t(0,025) means that H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no significant difference between spermatozoa before freezing and after freezing. From this study that freezing did not increase the number of spermatozoa abnormalities of the Etawa crossbred goat. Keywords: normal spermatozoa of Etawa crossbred, abnormal spermatozoa, frozen Spermatozoa ABSTRAK Salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas kambing lokal agar mempunyai nilai keunggulan pada genetiknya dilakukan perhitungan jumlah abnormalitas dalam spermatozoa. Spermatozoa abnormal dapat menghambat terjadinya fertilisasi apabila jumlah abnormalitas begitu besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh pembekuan terhadap jumlah abnormalitas dan normalitas spermatozoa kambing Peranakan Etawa (PE) di Balai Besar Inseminasi Buatan Singosari Malang. Metode pengambilan sampel spermatozoa dengan menapung pada AV (Artificial Vagina), selanjutnya diamati dibawah mikroskop. Spermatozoa segar dan spermatozoa PTM (Post thawing motility) dibuat ulasan di atas objek glass dan dilakukan pewarnaan menggunakan eosin. Analisis menggunakan uji t Paired Sample t-test dengan 2 kelompok sampel yang saling berhubungan. Hasil penelitian thit = - 0,346 ; t(0,025) = -2,306 thitung < t(0,025) artinya H0 diterima artinya tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara spermatozoa sebelum pembekuan dan sesudah pembekuan. Dari penelitian ini bahwa pembekuan tidak menaikkan jumlah abnormalitas spermatozoa kambing Peranakan Etawa. Kata kunci: spermatozoa kambing PE normal, spermatozoa abnormal, spermatozoa beku.

Abstract

Bawean Island Gresik Regency East Java Province also uses mangroves in their daily lives. This study aims to determine the types of trees that make up mangroves that are utilized and to determine the community perceptions of Daun and Sukaoneng Village, Bawean Island in terms of the utilization of mangrove tree species. Descriptive explorative methods are used which include: literature studies, field observations, interviews with questionnaires, data analysis and observation documentation. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling with 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there are 14 species of trees that make up mangroves belonging to 8 families, namely the Euphorbiaceae family, which is only 1 species (Excoearia agallocha), Combretaceae family with 3 species (Lumnitzera littorea, Lumnitzera racemosa and Terminalia catappa), Acanthaceae family only 1 species ( Avicennia alba), Rhizophoraceae which are 3 species (Rhizophora aphiculata, Rhizophora mucronata and Ceriops tagal), Lythraceae family with 3 species (Phemphis acidula, Sonneratia alba and Sonneratia ovata), Meliaceae family only 1 species (Xylocarpus moluccensis), Arecaceae family only 1 species (Nypa fruticans) and the Malvaceae family are only 1 species (Thespesia populnea) which belongs to 2 types of mangroves namely true mangroves and mangroves. The people of Daun and Sukaoneng Village, Bawean Island use the most mangrove as building material 32%, fuel wood 17%, dye 2%, believed to have 9% spiritual power, 2% ornamental plants and 12% food ingredients. With the most widely used organs including 62% wood, 7% bark (tannin), 5% fruit, 25% leaves and 1% interest. Keywords: ethnobotany, mangrove, community perception, Bawean island. ABSTRAK Pulau Bawean Kabupaten Gresik Provinsi Jawa Timur masyarakatnya juga memanfaatkan mangrove dalam kesehariannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis pohon penyusun mangrove yang dimanfaatkan serta untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat Desa Daun dan Desa Sukaoneng pulau Bawean dalam aspek pemanfaatan jenis-jenis pohon penyusun mangrove. Digunakan metode deskripstif eksploratif yang meliputi : studi pustaka, pengamatan di lapangan, wawancara dengan kuesioner, analisis data dan dokumentasi pengamatan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Purposive samplingdengan 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 14 jenis pohon penyusun mangrove yang tergolong kedalam 8 famili yaitufamili Euphorbiaceae yakni hanya 1 spesies (Excoearia agallocha), famili Combretaceae dengan 3 spesies (Lumnitzera littorea, Lumnitzera racemosadanTerminalia catappa), famili Acanthaceae hanya 1 spesies (Avicennia alba), Rhizophoraceae yakni 3 spesies (Rhizophora aphiculata, Rhizophora mucronata dan Ceriops tagal), famili Lythraceae dengan 3 spesies (Phemphis acidula, Sonneratia alba dan Sonneratia ovata), famili Meliaceae hanya 1 spesies (Xylocarpus moluccensis), famili Arecaceae hanya 1 spesies (Nypa fruticans) dan famili Malvaceae hanya 1 spesies (Thespesia populnea) yang termasuk kedalam 2 tipe mangrove yakni mangrove sejati dan mangrove ikutan. Masyarakat Desa Daun dan Desa Sukaoneng pulau Bawean memanfaatkan mangrove paling banyak sebagai bahan bangunan 32%, bahan kayu bakar 17%, pewarna 2%, dipercaya mempunyai kekuatan spiritual (jimat) 9%, tanaman hias 2% dan bahan pangan 12%. Dengan organ-organ yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan meliputi kayu 62%, kulit kayu (tanin) 7%, buah 5%, daun 25% dan bunga 1%. Kata kunci : etnobotani, mangrove, persepsi masyarakat, pulau Bawean.

Abstract

Balekambang Beach is the most visited beach destination in Malang Regency until the end of 2015. One of the invasive pathways of invasive plants is Tourism. The purpose of this study was to identify invasive plant species, diversity and compare the value of the diversity index with abiotic factors.This research method is descriptive with systematic sampling techniques using Belt Transect, and measurements of abiotic factors include edafic factors and climatic micro factors. Invasive alien plant species found in the Balekambang coastal forest are identified as seventeen species namely (Hemighraphis glaucescens), (Oplismenus sp), (Amomum coccineum), (Arenga obtusifolia), (Leucaena leucochephana), (Mimosa sp), (Cassia siamea), (Eupatorium odoratum), (Hyptis capitata), (Cynodon dactylon), (Sida rhombifolia), (Synedrella nudiflora), (Chromolaena odorata), (Leucaena leucochepala), (Mimosa pudica), and (Ruellia tuberosa) with the index value of invasive plant diversity in protected forests and production classified as high compared to mangroves. The results of the diversity index value with abiotic factors showed a positive (+) direction on soil sailinity where the R2 value was 0.5606 or 50%, which means it showed a relationship between soil salinity and an abundance of invasive plants in Balekambang coastal forest area of 50%. Keywords:invasive plants, Balekambang beach, belt transect, diversity ABSTRAK Pantai Balekambang adalah destinasi wisata alam pantai di Kabupaten Malang yang paling banyak dikunjungi hingga akhir tahun 2015.Salah satu jalur invasi dari tumbuhan invasif adalah Tourism (Wisata). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi jenis tumbuhan invasif, keanekaragaman dan membandingkan nilai indeks keanekaragaman dengan faktor abiotik. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif dengan tehnik pengambilan sampling secara sistematis menggunakan Belt Transect, dan pengukuran faktor abiotik meliputi faktor edafik dan faktor mikro klimatik. Jenis spesies tumbuhan asing invasif yang terdapat di hutan pantai Balekambang diidentifikasi sebanyak tujuh belas spesies yaitu Hemighraphis glaucescens, Oplismenus sp, Amomum coccineum, Arenga obtusifolia, Leucaena leucochephana, Mimosa sp, Cassia siamea, Eupatorium odoratum, Hyptis capitata, Cynodon dactylon, Sida rhombifolia, Synedrella nudiflora.Chromolaena odorata, Leucaena leucochepala, Mimosa pudica, dan Ruellia tuberose dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman tumbuhan invasif pada hutan lindung dan produksi tergolong tinggi dibanding mangrove. Hasil analisis uji korelasi nilai indeks keanekaragaman dengan faktor abiotik menunjukkan arah positif (+) pada salinitas tanah dimana nilai R2 sebesar 0.5606 atau 50%, yang artinya menunjukkan hubungan antara salinitas tanah dengan kelimpahan tumbuhan invasif di kawasan hutan pantai Balekambang sebesar 50%. Abstract

Java Chili Plants (Piper retrofractum) is a medicinal plant that has economic value and can be developed is a family of Piperaceae. The purpose of this study was to determine the public perception of the morphology, distribution and aspects of utilization of Java chili plants in the community of Kalipait Village, Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research was conducted in Kalipait Village, Tegaldlimo Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency in March to June 2019. This study used descriptive exploratory techniques which included literature study, field observations, and interviews using questionnaires, data analysis and documentation of the distribution of Java chili plants. The results of this study indicate that the morphology of the Java chilli plant in Kalipait Village has a round and brown color stem, single leaves, interspersed, pinnate pinnate. Red leaves. Distribution of Java Chili in Kalipait Village has 15 points with 49 individuals. The perception of the people of Kalipait Village on the utilization of Java Chili plants is divided into needs (1%) of food, ornamental plants (4%) of traditional medicine (37%) and for economic value added (58%). The most widely used parts of the Java chili plant by the people of Kalipait Village are fruit (65%), leaves (25%), and roots as much as (10%). Keywords: ethnobotany, Piper retrofractum, medicinal plants Tanaman Cabe jawa (Piper retrofractum) merupakan tanaman obat yang memiliki nilai ekonomi dan dapat dikembangkan, merupakan famili dari Piperaceae. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat tentang morfologi, distribusi dan aspek pemanfaatan tanaman cabe jawa masyarakat Desa Kalipait Kecamatan Tegaldlimo Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kalipait Kecamatan Tegaldlimo Kabupaten Banyuwangi pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik deskriptif eksploratif yang meliputi studi studi pustaka, pengamatan dilapang, wawancara menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data dan dokumentasi persebaran tanaman cabe jawa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa morfologi tanaman cabe jawa di Desa Kalipait memiliki batang bentuk bulat, warna coklat. Daun tunggal, berseling, pertulangan menyirip. Daun berwarna merah. Distribusi Cabe Jawa di Desa Kalipait terdapat 15 titik dengan jumlah 49 individu. Persepsi masyarakat Desa Kalipait pada pemanfaatan tanaman Cabe Jawa terbagi dalam keperluan (1%) pangan, tanaman hias (4%) obat tradisional (37%) dan untuk nilai tambah ekonomi (58%). Bagian organ tanaman cabe jawa yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Desa Kalipait yaitu buah (65%), daun (25%), dan akar sebanyak (10%). Abstract

Wild plants are plants whose presence on agricultural land can reduce crop yields. Losses due to wild plants to cultivated plants vary depending on the type of plant cultivated, climate, species of wild plants and technical cultivation applied. This study aims to determine the diversity of wild plants in the land of maize (Zea mays L.) in Bung-bungan Village Bluto District Sumenep Regency. This method uses a descriptive exploratory method, for each wild plant found in ± 3600 m2 of corn land. Sampling of wild plants using a 4x4 m plot method. The measured data includes the number of species and the number of individuals calculating important values ​​and diversity indices. The results of the study showed that the Shannon-Wienner Diversity Index analysis of the highest value in maize plants in plantations was found in land II, which was 2.678 indicating moderate diversity, categorized as moderate because there were not too many wild plants on maize. Keywords: Corn, diversity, wild plants, ABSTRAK Tumbuhan liar merupakan tumbuhan yang kehadirannya pada lahan pertanian dapat menurunkan hasil tanaman. Kerugian akibat tumbuhan liar terhadap tanaman budidaya beragam bergantung dari jenis tanaman yang diusahakan, iklim, jenis tumbuhan liar dan teknis budidaya yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui diversitas tumbuhan liar di lahan jagung (Zea mays L.) di Desa Bung-bungan Kecamatan Bluto Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode ini menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif, terhadap setiap tumbuhan liar yang ditemukan pada lahan jagung seluas ±3600 m2. Pengambilan sampel tumbuhan liar menggunakan metode plot berukuran 4x4 m. Data yang diukur meliputi jumlah spesies dan jumlah individu menghitung nilai penting dan indeks diversitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis Indeks Keanekaragaman Shannon-Wienner tumbuhan liar nilai tertinggi pada tanaman jagung di lkebun terdapat pada lahan II yaitu 2,678 menunjukkan keanekaragaman sedang, di kategorikan sedang karena jenis tanaman liar yang ada pada lahan jagung tidak terlalu banyak. Abstract

Every land holds classes or level way that are different from each other. Lands or physical environment is consist of relief, climate, land, vegetation and water and all above her during influence of land us. This study attemppts to aware of information the village class land ability Sumberejo Poncokusumo Malang in the form of geographical information system (Map). In order to know class ability sumberejo poncokusumo malang. Village land for research equipment used GPS, Covering the Compass, Map satellite (RBI), clinometer, a ruler, stationery, writting, camera and computters(to data processing). The kind of research this is descriptive kualitatif, research the class data the land done with observation directly in proceed with, recording classification and a categorization directly from the field to be supported by land, map data The land mapping by recording the GPS coordinates of GPS (Global Positioning System) in the village land sumberejo poncokusumo malang. The object of the research is geospatial data the spatial data map RBI sumberejo poncokusumo malang village area. Subject to the research is an unfortunate sumberejo village poncokusumo malang land. In general the village land sumberejo have characteristic land both in terms of texture slope the, the depth of effective drainage and erosion. The result indicate that the ability of land in the study areas consisting of class II and II. Lahan atau lingkungan fisik ini terdidri atas relief, iklim, tanah, vegetasi dan air serta segala yang berada di atasnya selama mempengaruhi penggunaan lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi kelas kemampuan lahan desa Sumberejo Poncokusumo Malang dalam bentuk sistem informasi geografis (Peta). Sehingga dapat diketahui kelas kemampuan lahan desa Sumberejo Poncokusumo Malang. Selama penelitian peralatan yang digunakan meliputi GPS , kompas, Peta Satelit (RBI), Klinometer, Penggaris, alat tulis menulis, kamera, dan Perangkat Komputer/ Laptop (untuk pengolahan data). Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, perolehan data kelas kemampuan lahan dilakukan dengan pengamatan secara langsung yang dilanjutkan dengan pencatatan, klasifikasi dan kategorisasi secara langsung dari lapangan didukung dengan data peta lahan, survei pemetaan lahan dengan merekam titik koordinat dari GPS (Global Positioning System) di wilayah kawasan lahan desa sumberejo poncokusumo malang. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah data geospasial, yaitu data spasial peta RBI daerah desa Sumberejo Poncokusumo Malang. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah Lahan desa Sumberejo Poncokusumo Malang. Secara umum, kemampuan lahan desa Sumberejo mempunyai karakteristik lahan yang baik dari segi tekstur, kemiringan lereng, kedalaman efektif, drainase dan erosi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penentuan kemampuan lahan di daerah penelitian yang terdiri atas kelas II dan III. Abstract

The affected agricultural land from the rate of conversion is approximately 100,000 ha / year, while 40,000 ha / year of new agricultural land can be printed by the government. Population growth, land tenure by farmers has diminished in size. The area of ​​land ownership in 2012, per farmer is approximately 0.22 ha. It is estimated that it will decrease by 0.18 ha in 2050. This condition makes farmers' welfare decreases due to the inefficient land for farming. The research was conducted on 28 January - 28 February 2019 in 2 locations, Jajang Hamlet and Wonokerto Hamlet which were included in Sumberejo Village, Sumberejo Village at 980 meters above sea level. Sumberejo Village is one of the villages included in the Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. The data obtained in the form of images were obtained through direct observation at the location of the study. From the exploration carried out found 27 types of supporting plants (shade and interlude) consisting of trees and other commodity crops. In this case the problem of the Sumberejo village plantation community from the one we interviewed directly complained about the lack of knowledge about plants suitable for agroforestry and knowledge about hatcheries and buffer plants. Based on the value of the perceptions of the percentage of Wonokerto and Jajang Hamlet communities the highest score was 93% related to the mixed cropping system problem, while the lowest percentage value was found in the knowledge about 79% in Jajang Hamlet and 80% in the Wonokerto Hamlet perception.
