Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the Halal Label, Performance, Conformance and Features on the decision to purchase Haibee Chips tempe chips. The basic method of this research is a combination method, while the sample was taken by accidental sampling as many as 75 consumers. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that descriptively the variable data for halal labels is 92 (strongly agree), conformance 80 (agree), features 78 (agree) and performance 78 (agree). Based on regression analysis together with the F Test, the halal label, performance, conformance and features variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at α 0.000 < 0.01 (1%). Partially in the T test, the variables that influence the decision to purchase Haibee Chips tempeh chips are the halal label variable 0.040 < 0.05, conformance 0.000 < 0.01, features 0.000 < 0.01. And the variable that has no real influence is performance 0.324 > 0.05. The conclusion is that purchasing decisions are influenced by the halal label, conformance, features and performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan LMDH Wana Bhakti di Desa Sumanding melalui implementasi teknologi tepat guna dan peningkatan kapasitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan participatory empowerment melalui pelatihan branding dan digital marketing, diseminasi teknologi (mesin pengupas kopi, mesin sortir, dan mesin bor biopori), serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Program berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas mitra secara signifikan. Implementasi mesin pengupas dan sortir kopi meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pengolahan, menghasilkan produk berkualitas standar, dan memberikan tambahan pendapatan dari jasa sortir. Pelatihan pemasaran digital berhasil membangun identitas merek dan membuka akses pemasaran yang lebih luas. Selain itu, tercipta 2.500 lubang biopori yang berkontribusi terhadap konservasi air dan tanah pada lahan seluas 2 hektar. Program pengabdian ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, nilai tambah produk, dan pendapatan mitra. Keberlanjutan program memerlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan, ekspansi penerapan biopori, dan pengembangan kemitraan untuk memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan dan akses pasar LMDH Wana Bhakti. Kata kunci: Teknologi Tepat Guna, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Konservasi Lahan   Abstract This community service program aims to empower the Wana Bhakti Community-Based Farmers (LMDH) in Sumanding Village through the implementation of appropriate technology and capacity building. The methods used include a participatory empowerment approach through branding and digital marketing training, technology dissemination (coffee hulling machines, sorting machines, and biopore drilling machines), and ongoing mentoring. The program significantly increased the capacity of partners. The implementation of the coffee hulling and sorting machines increased processing efficiency, produced standard-quality products, and provided additional income from sorting services. The digital marketing training successfully built brand identity and opened broader marketing access. Furthermore, 2,500 biopore holes were created, contributing to water and soil conservation on a 2-hectare plot of land. This community service program has proven effective in increasing productivity, product added value, and partner income. The sustainability of the program requires ongoing mentoring, expanded biopore implementation, and partnership development to strengthen the institutional capacity and market access of the Wana Bhakti LMDH. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of knowledge level, religiosity, health safety of halal food and beverage, and school origin on the decision of junior high school students to purchase halal food and beverage products in Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational nature. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of samples used for this study were 108 respondents consisting of 54 general junior high school students and 54 religious junior high school students. The data collection technique used was interview with questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing there is a multiple linear regression test, namely the f test and t test. Based on the results and discussion, it shows that the level of knowledge, religiosity, halal food health safety and school origin together (f test, p = 0.000 <0.01) have a positive and very significant influence on purchasing decisions. While partially (t test) school origin (p = 0.109> 0.05) has an insignificant effect, while other independent variables level of knowledge (p = 0.000 <0.05), religiosity (p = 0.020 <0.05) and health safety of halal food and beverages (p = 0.015 <0.05) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In conclusion, the purchasing decisions of halal food and beverages of junior high school students from religious-based schools and students from national public-based schools in Semarang City have similar perceptions, and what influences purchasing decisions is the level of knowledge, religiosity and healthy safety of halal food and beverages.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the daily egg production level (HDP) and Break Event Point (BEP). The research location and respondents were determined intentionally (purposive sampling) with a total of 4 farmers consisting of 1,000 tail respondents, 1,350 heads, 4,500 heads and 6,000 heads. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviewing, recording and observing. The analysis model used is a descriptive analysis model with verbal and mathematical methods. The verbal method is a way of using words to explain a thing, while a mathematical method uses break event point (BEP) analysis. Based on the results of the study it was found that the production level of 51-day Hen Day production (HDP) of laying hens aged 85 weeks between 85.1% -85.3% . Break Event Point (BEP) production obtained from a scale of 1,000 head was 30,379.5 kg, 1,350 tails of 36,282.5 kg, 4,500 tails of 124,180 kg, and 6,000 tails of 159,231.5 kg. Break Event Point (BEP) prices on a 1,000-tail scale of Rp. 16,893, 1,350 scale of Rp. 14,965, a 4,500 scale of Rp. 15,349 and the scale of 6,000 is Rp. 14,698. The conclusion of this study is that the HDP level is still below standard because the maintenance system for laying hens has not been maximized while the yield of the product and the rupiah is above the BEP value so that the laying hens business produces profits

Abstract

ABSTRACT Leadership from a hospital leader or hospital manager will be determine their hospital progress either will be a possitve or not. Astrini hospital currently make a leadership transformation model which is all leaders and stakeholders now must have a caring and concern about patient safety and worker safety at hospital environment to achieve organization safety culture.The purpose of this study is to see is there correlation between leadership to build an organization safety culture at Astrini hospital. We distributing several questioners which adopted and we measure safety culture indicator by six patient safety goals achievement and national quality indicator protective personal equipment achievement. Questioners have been distributed to manager and hospital staff. According from responders, their managers and leaders at hospital have a high caring and concern about patient and work safety (n=20). There are shown progressive positive trend in six patient safety goals and using protective personal equipment achievement during last six month at 2022. However, it’s going down again at beginning 2023. There is correlation between leadership in purpose to build a safety culture either patient safety or worker safety at Astrini hospital. Leadership skills have an important role to influence hospital staff performance. Safety oriented leadership must be start from all stakeholders and then all hospital leader or manager, so they can motivate and improving their staff knowledge about why patient and work safety are important to them when they are working at hospital. Keywords: Safety Culture, Leadership, Patient Safety, Work Safety  ABSTRAK Kemampuan kepemimpinan dari seorang manajer atau pemimpin rumah sakit akan menentukan arah perkembangan dari rumah sakit tersebut apakah menuju arah yang lebih positif maupun sebaliknya. Rumah sakit Astrini saat ini melakukan proses transformasi model kepimimpinan, yakni pemangku jabatan dan kepentingan harus memiliki tingkat kepedulian yang tinggi dalam hal keselamatan pasien dan keselamatan kerja dilingkungan rumah sakit sehingga dapat membentuk suatu budaya keselamatan di rumah sakit. Untuk melihat hubungan antara kepemimpinan untuk membentuk suatu budaya keselamatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Astrini. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diadopsi dan dilakukan pengukuran indikator budaya keselamatan dengan capaian enam indikator sasaran keselamatan pasien dan indikator nasional mutu penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Kuesioner disebar baik pada manajer rumah sakit dan staff rumah sakit. Didapatkan bahwa menurut responden, para pemimpin dan pimpinan rumah sakit saat ini telah memiliki kepedulian yang tinggi terhadap keselamatan pasien dan keselamatan kerja (n=20). Hasil capaian indikator enam sasaran keselamatan pasien selama enam bulan terakhir tahun 2022 menunjukan peningkatan, namun saat ini mengalami penurunan pada trimester pertama tahun 2023. Terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan dengan tujuan membentuk budaya keselamatan pasien dan kerja. Kemampuan memimpin mempunyai peran penting untuk mempengaruhi kinerja staff rumah sakit. Kepemimpinan berorientasi pada keselamatan harus dimulai dari para pemangku kepentingan kemudian seluruh pimpinan atau manajer rumah sakit, sehingga mereka dapat memotivasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan staff mereka tentang mengapa keselamatan pasien dan keselamatan kerja sangat penting bagi mereka ketika sedang bekerja di rumah sakit Kata Kunci: Budaya Keselamatan, Kepemimpinan, Keselamatan Pasien, Keselamatan Kerja.

Abstract

Sertifikasi halal untuk produk merupakan salah satu hal yang penting bagi pelaku usaha dan konsumen. Pelaku usaha akan mendapatkan kepercayaan masyarakat jika produk yang dijual sudah memiliki label halal dan konsumen akan mendapatkan jaminan keamanan saat mengkonsumsinya. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan sosialisai yang dilakukan oleh Pusat Kajian Halal Universitas Wahid Hasyim Semarang ini diharapkan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat khususnya pelaku usaha yang ada di daerah kelurahan Mangunsari. Selain kegiatan sosialisasi, juga dilakukan diskusi secara langsung dengan peserta yang hadir. Hasil diskusi menjelaskan bahwa masih perlu dilakukan sosialisasi serupa dan dibarengi dengan kegiatan pendampingan bagi pelaku usaha. Masyarakat kelurahan Mangunsari memberikan respon positif dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini dan berharap kedepan akan ada kegiatan serupa

Abstract

Maize is the second most important food commodity after rice and a the main source of carbohydrate in Indonesia. The aim of this study was to determine the potential production potential and the appearance of several plant characters in several corn hybrids. The research method was conducted using Randomized Completed Design (RCD)with 3 replications. Analysis of data was done by analysis of variance and if there was a real effect, it was continued with the Honest Significant Difference (HSD). The results showed variation in phenotype appearance on each hybrid tested especially on the characters: leaf length, cob length, cob diameter and water content, weight character per cob, cob weight per plot and yield per hectare. The tested hybrids showed high yielding ability and were quite competitive when compared to current commercial varieties. compared to commercial varieties currently in the market.So it can be said that UWH 1, UWH 2, UWH 3, UWH 5 and UWH 6 can be developed into new hybrid varieties. be developed into new competitive hybrid varieties both for the purposes of corn feed grain and fresh feed forage (Silage).

Abstract

Pengenalan sektor pertanian kepada generasi alpha sangat diperlukan agar tidak terjadi kesenjangan regenerasi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk memberikan pengenalan dan pengetahuan mengenai tanaman cabai meliputi jenis dan macam cabai, cara berbudidaya, pengendalian hama penyakit tanaman cabai, pemberian pupuk. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yakni berupa kegiatan penyuluhan dalam bentuk sosialisasi, transfer pengetahuan teoritis pengolahan lahan, transfer pengetahuan tanaman cabai beserta teknik budidaya dan praktikum budidaya tanaman cabai. Hasil kegiatan mendapat respon positif dan baik dari peserta kegiatan. Tumbuhnya minat peserta untuk mengenal sektor pertanian. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil evaluasi kegiatan. Kedepannya perlu adanya keterlibatan, peran dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak yang berkaitan, seperti sekolah, dinas/instansi, dan keluarga agar generasi alpha lebih mengenal dan berminat pada sektor pertanian.

Abstract

The condition of jaundice is very common in newborns, especially in LBW (Low Birth Weight Babies). There are many causes for this yellow baby. What often happens is because the baby's liver function is immature to process erythrocytes (red blood cells). In infants the age of red blood cells is approximately 90 days. The result of the breakdown, erythrocytes must be processed by the baby's liver. At birth the baby's heart is not yet good enough to do its job. The rest of the breakdown of erythrocytes is called bilirubin, this bilirubin is what causes jaundice in babies. Neonatal jaundice is a clinical condition in infants characterized by icterus staining of the skin and sclera due to excessive accumulation of unconjugated bilirubin. Clinical jaundice will begin to appear in newborns when blood bilirubin levels are 5-7 mg/dL. Jaundice during the first week of life is present in about 60% of term infants and 80% of preterm infants. The method used is Pre Test and Post Test using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the counseling there was an increase in respondents' knowledge about handling jaundice (icteric) babies, which were in the good category as much as 47 (88.68%). The conclusion is that there is a significant increase in respondents' knowledge after being given counseling.
