Abstract

Package C equality education program is an educational program that is equivalent to the High School level. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of citizen learning in participating in package C equality education at PKBM As Salam Tanjung Batu Ogan Ilir. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. The research results show that learning package C at PKBM As Salam is enough. This effectiveness is supported by several important components, such as learning planning, learning goals, learning media and methods, administration, learning facilities, citizen involvement and assessment of learning outcomes. This study also found that the majority of residents studying package C at PKBM As Salam have worked and resided outside the Tanjung Batu area. This condition affects the effectiveness of learning, especially related to the involvement of learners and the use of online and offline learning methods, each of which has advantages and disadvantages for learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi program pelatihan komputer yang dilaksankan oleh Lembaga Kurusu Dan Pelatihan (LKP) Widya Eduskill di Kota Prabumulih menggunakan model CIPP (context, input, process dan  product). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala LKP, instruktur, peserta didik pelatihan dan alumni peserta didik pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi pada aspek context menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan komputer berlandaskan hukum yang jelas, relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan dunia kerja. Pada aspek input, ditemukan bahwa sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana, dan sumber belajar sudah memadai namun masih perlu peningkatan di beberapa bagian. Evaluasi process menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan sesuai rencana dan kurikulum berdasarkan acuan standar kompetensi kerja nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) , sedangkan pada aspek product, pelatihan memberikan dampak efek panjang terhadap peningkatan keterampilan peserta dan semua peserta berhasil mencapai kompetensi secara maksimal. Secara keseluruhan, program pelatihan komputer di LKP Widya Eduskill dinilai cukup efektif, namun disarankan untuk melakukan peningkatan pada aspek fasilitas dan evaluasi berkelanjutan agar kualitas program dapat terus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of education at Majelis Ta'limul Qur'an on the character building of children in Senuro Village, with a special focus on the learning materials delivered in instilling moral and religious values in children. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, using purvosiv random samlping techniques, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the learning materials at Majelis Ta'limul Qur'an are delivered through interactive methods and by the development of children's age, such as dialog, storytelling, exemplary, targhib and tarhib and habituation. The material effectively instills character values in children. Children who participated in the assembly activities experienced an increase in positive attitudes, such as discipline, better morals, and increased responsibility. Parents also feel the positive impact of the learning materials provided, seen from changes in children's behavior at home and the surrounding environment. Thus, education at Majelis Ta'limul Qur'an not only improves children's religious abilities but also becomes a fortress in shaping character by Islamic values amid the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Background: Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang masih terbatas di sekolah menengah pertama di Kecamatan Banyuasin II menyebabkan kualitas pembelajaran kurang optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, program pengabdian masyarakat di wilayah tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas mereka. Metode: Program ini diikuti oleh 23 guru menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur yang mencakup tahap persiapan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam dua fase. Fase pertama menekankan pada pengetahuan dasar tentang perencanaan berbasis data dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, sedangkan fase kedua berfokus pada strategi implementasi dari konsep-konsep tersebut. Evaluasi keberhasilan program diukur melalui pretest dan posttest serta survei umpan balik dan kepuasan peserta. Hasil: Penilaian melalui pretest dan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta. Selain itu, survei umpan balik dan kepuasan peserta mengindikasikan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan. Kesimpulan: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis para pendidik sekolah dasar dalam menerapkan perencanaan berbasis data dan metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of character education in families in stimulating the social development of early childhood in Tanjung Batu Seberang Village. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation of parents of children aged 3-6 years. The results of the study indicate that families have an important role in instilling character values such as religious, honesty, tolerance, communicative, and social care. However, the implementation of these values is still not optimal, especially in the values of honesty, tolerance, and social care. In addition, six main methods were found in character education, namely role models, habituation, storytelling, advice, attention, and rewards and punishments. The role model and habituation methods are quite dominant methods, but have not been fully carried out consistently by parents. Based on these findings, it is recommended that parents increase their involvement and consistency in children's character education, as well as support from the village government through parenting counseling and training programs.

Abstract

Mie Celor, salah satu ikon kuliner khas Palembang, telah menjadi bagian dari warisan budaya kuliner Indonesia. Namun, penyajian tradisional sering kali kurang memperhatikan estetika visual, yang merupakan elemen penting dalam menarik minat konsumen modern. Artikel ini membahas hasil seminar bertajuk "Kreativitas dalam Piring: Eksplorasi Seni Plating Mie Celor Nusantara", yang bertujuan menggabungkan tradisi kuliner lokal dengan seni penyajian makanan modern. Seminar ini memfokuskan pada prinsip food plating, pengembangan kreativitas dalam penataan hidangan, dan pemanfaatan elemen dekoratif yang relevan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perpaduan antara nilai tradisional dan inovasi estetika mampu meningkatkan nilai jual Mie Celor sekaligus memperkuat identitasnya sebagai bagian dari warisan budaya nusantara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media buku bergambar yang valid dan praktis untuk menstimulasi kemampuan membaca anak usia 5-6 tahun di kelompok bermain Hubullah, kelurahan Timbangan, Indralaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan dan implementasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket validasi ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli bahasa, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil validasi produk media buku bergambar menunjukkan media termasuk kategori sangat valid, dengan validasi media sebesar 85%, validasi materi sebesar 90%, dan validasi bahasa sebesar 90%. Hasil uji coba one to one sebesar 98% dan uji coba small group trial sebesar 98% sehingga termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, media buku bergambar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini untuk menstimulasi kemampuan membaca anak.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a QR Code-based practical guidebook for internship courses for students of the Public Education Study Program, FKIP, Sriwijaya University, looking at its validity and practicality. This research uses a type of development research with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model. Through certain considerations, this research was carried out in only 4 (four) stages. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation methods. The research results showed that at the analysis stage, respondents needed a QR Code-based internship practice guidebook. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the development showed a percentage of 75% with a valid category for Indonesian language experts, then the validation of material experts obtained a score of 92.5% which means very good and valid, then the results of the media expert validation obtained a score of 97.5% which means also very good, from three validators an average score of 88.33% was obtained which means the product is valid. Furthermore, the results of the product trial for one to one obtained a score of 100%, meaning it is very practical, then the results of the small group trial obtained a score of 99.75% which means it is very practical. Based on these results, the study concludes that the PLS internship practice guidebook media based on Qr Code can be said to be practical and can be implemented to students of Community Education, FKIP, Sriwijaya University.

Abstract

AbstractFood is one of the necessities of life. Food is often added with preservatives such as chemicals that harm human health. One of the safe natural preservatives is bacteriocin compounds. Bacteriocins can be produced by lactic acid bacteria (LAB). These bacteriocins have known as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) status. This study aimed to isolate and identify BAL from the digestive tract of giant shrimp (Macrobrachium rosenbergii), as well as test the ability of the bacteriocin produced to the proteolytic enzyme, temperature, pH, and salt. The research methods used were bacterial isolation, bacterial characterization, hemolysis test, bacteriocin antibacterial activity tests, proteolytic enzyme influence tests on bacteriocin activity, temperature, pH, and salt content tests on bacteriocin activity, and antibiotic tests. The research results showed that there were 37 LAB isolates and there were 7 isolates that produced bacteriocins. The LAB isolated from the digestive tract of giant prawns is Gram-positive bacteria in the form of bacilli, catalase-negative, gamma hemolytic, methyl red positive, and homofermentative. The bacteriocins can inhibit the pathogenic bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli and be degraded by the Protease-K enzyme. Moreover, the bacteriocins have the characteristics of being stable at acid to neutral pH (pH 2–7), stable at low and high temperatures (4–100 °C), and stable under conditions with a salt content of 2–6.5%. The results of the identification of LAB belonged to the Lactobacillus genus.AbstrakMakanan merupakan kebutuhan pokok dalam kehidupan sehari-hari manusia. Makanan sering kali ditambahkan bahan pengawet seperti bahan kimia yang berpengaruh buruk terhadap kesehatan manusia. Salah satu alternatif bahan pengawet alami yang aman bagi kesehatan manusia adalah senyawa bakteriosin. Bakteriosin dapat dihasilkan dari bakteri asam laktat (BAL). Bakteriosin yang diproduksi oleh BAL sudah berstatus Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi BAL dari saluran pencernaan udang galah (Macrobrachium rosenbergii), serta menguji kemampuan bakteriosin yang dihasilkan terhadap enzim proteolitik, suhu, pH dan kadar garam. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah isolasi bakteri, karakterisasi bakteri, uji hemolisis, uji aktivitas antibakteri bakteriosin, uji pengaruh enzim proteolitik, suhu, pH dan kadar garam terhadap aktivitas bakteriosin. Hasil isolasi terdapat 37 isolat BAL dan 7 isolat yang menghasilkan bakteriosin. BAL yang diisolasi dari saluran pencernaan udang galah merupakan bakteri Gram positif berbentuk basil, katalase negatif, gamma hemolisis, methyl red positif dan homofermentatif. Bakteriosin mampu menghambat bakteri patogen Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli, dapat didegradasi oleh enzim Protease-K, stabil pada pH asam hingga netral (pH 2–7), stabil pada suhu rendah maupun tinggi (4°–100 °C) dan stabil pada kondisi dengan kadar garam 2–6,5%.  Hasil identifikasi BAL dari usus udang galah yaitu bakteri termasuk dalam Genus Lactobacillus.
