Abstract

The high frequency of the Babaranjang train track causes congestion problems on the Urip Sumoharjo road which is caused by road closures when the train passes. The impact of the closure caused long queues of vehicles to block Padjajaran and Kimaja roads. In this study, it discusses the causes of congestion in the vehicle movement that is not smooth, especially on the Simpang Urip Sumoharjo road. Then compare the road capacity and the degree of saturation of the Urip Sumoharjo road under normal conditions and the conditions when the Babaranjang train passes, and analyze the structural concept to overcome congestion at the Urip Sumoharjo crossing.Analyze the comparison between Flyover and Underpass using the Scoring Zero One method. The results of the analysis show that to overcome congestion on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo it is more effective to build an underpass with a score of 60% while the flyover building gets a score of 40%. With the cross-normal degree of saturation, the result is 0.711. As for the results of saturation after the train passed the result was 1.56. And the calculation results show that the existence of an underpass can reduce congestion on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo by 45.58%.Keywords: Railroad latch, Degree of Saturation, Scoring Zero One method

Abstract

AbstractBicycles are an sustainable mode of transportation because they do not produce exhaust gas. Motor vehicle exhaust gas is one of the causes of global warming. The bicycle lane facilities in Metro City aim to get Metro City as an friendly city to cyclists. This study aims to find out the level of effectiveness of bicycle lanes in Metro City. The research methods used for the effectiveness of bicycle lanes are the BCI (Bicycle Compatibility Index) method which refers to the reference (Harkey et al., 1998), the BLOS (Bicycle Level Of Service) method which refers to the reference (Sprinkle Consulting Inc., 2007) and the Guttman method which refers to the reference (Guttman, 1944). The BCI and BLOS model methods result for bicycle lanes in metro city on average get a C rating which means the road conditions are quite suitable (quite safe and comfortable) for cyclists. The obtained of C rank is inseparable from the high volume of traffic and inadequate road body width in some roads. Guttman's method for bike lanes in Metro City resulted in a percentage of 55,55% which means it is suitable for use. Although it is appropriate, but there is still something that needs to be improved on the facilities and there needs to be a policy related to the use of bicycles and bicycle lanes.Keywords: effectiveness, bicycle lane, Metro City, Bicycle Compatibility Index, Bicycle Level of Service, Guttman

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap layanan jasa transportasi umum Bus Trans Lampung dan mengetahui faktoryang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa Bus Trans Lampung rute Rajabasa - Panjang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara langsung serta dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat diketahui bahwa keseluruhan penumpang telah merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh jasa layanan trasportasi umum Bus Trans Lampung. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh menurut responden yaitu ketepatan jadwal kedatangan Bus Trans Lampung yang merupakan sub kriteria dari sistem operasi. Dilihat dari bobot nilai gabungan akhir, sub kriteria sistem operasi memiliki nilai gabungan akhir sebesar 0,413 dan paling berpengaruh menurut responden dalam hal prioritas pertimbangan kepuasan konsumen dibandingkan dengan sub kriteria dari kendaraan yang memiliki bobot nilai gabungan akhir sebesar 0,379 dan sub kriteria dari operator/kru sebesar 0,208.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has caused a decrease in transportation movement activities on the Z.A Pagar Alam road. Transportation movement activities due to the pandemic in which the government established a WFH (Work From Home) with this policy resulted in a reduction in the level of transportation modes so that it had a positive effect, namely reducing traffic congestion in the city center and also reducing air pollutants.In connection with the above problems, it is necessary to study the calculation of the emission load on the Z.A Pagar Alam road during the new normal period which can then be compared with the Z.A Pagar Alam emission load during the normal period, in order to find out how much the emission load changes on the R.A road. Kartini due to Covid-19.this study aims to determine the emission load of Pagar Alam Z.A during new normal conditions and during normal conditions. The results of this study indicate that there is a change in the emission load for each of the existing concentrates and the most significant is CO2 on the Z.A Pagar Alam road due to changes in vehicle volume that occur during normal and new normal conditions.

Abstract

Jalan R.A. Kartini menghubungkan kawasan primer dengan kawasan sekunder guna mendukung berbagai aktivitas dan kebutuhan masyarakat kota Bandar Lampung. Dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19, terjadi penurunan aktifitas pergerakan transportasi yang disebabkan oleh berkurangnya aktifitas diluar rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis emisi kendaraan di jalan R.A. Kartini selama masa new normal dan membandingkannya dengan masa normal. Data yang digunakan pada analisis berasal dari data volume lalu lintas dan data penjualan mobil. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu volume kendaraan mempengaruhi tingkat emisi yang dikeluarkan dari masingmasing kendaraan. Hasil prediksi kosentrasi emisi kendaraan yang terjadi yaitu karbon monoksida (CO) sebesar 125,32 ton/tahun, karbon dioksida (CO2) sebesar 17430,58 ton/tahun, hidrokarbon (HC) sebesar 27,47 ton/tahun, nitrogen oksida (NOX) sebesar 5,91 ton/tahun, partikulat (PM10) sebesar 0,9495 ton/tahun dan sulfur dioksida (SO2) sebesar 0,6348 ton. Beban emisi pencemar kendaraan tertinggi disebabkan oleh CO2 dan CO.Kata kunci: jalan R.A. Kartini, pandemi Covid-19, masa new normal, volume lalu lintas, emisi kendaraan

Abstract

AbstractBandar Lampung City is the third largest and most populous city on Sumatra Island with a population of 1,033,803 people (BPS, 2018). Due to the large population, traffic jams often occur, one of which is on Jalan Pangeran Antasari. The road is a City Street class which has a length of 5.6 km and a width of 15 m.Methods Data collection is carried out during peak hours, namely in the morning at 07.30 - 09.00 WIB and during busy afternoons at 16.15 - 17.45 WIB on weekdays, namely Tuesday and Friday. The method used is a moving car observer. The data collected is data on density, speed and fuel demand. The calculation results are obtained from type I vehicles, namely vehicles with a capacity of 1469 cc for liters of gasoline which are widely used during trips in the afternoon, namely 0.46 liters of gasoline with the largest average density of 67.28 pcu/km. From type II vehicles, which are vehicles with a capacity of 2000 cc for liters of gasoline which are widely used for travel, namely 0.7 liters with a density of 90.99 pcu/km in the afternoon hours. Of the two types of vehicles in this study, the consumption of liters of gasoline is greater, that is, it occurs in type II vehicles with a capacity of 2000 cc compared to type I vehicles with a capacity of 1496 cc. Abstract

With the rise in the number of vehicles on Indonesian roads, the frequency of loads that occur on road pavements rises, and extreme weather changes can damage the pavement layer, particularly at the level of durability (durability), particularly at the top layer, namely the AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course). As a result, it is required to improve the quality of road surface, one of which is to add additives to asphalt mixtures. Coconut shell waste, which is converted into charcoal, was used as an additive in this study. Because coconut shell waste is readily available in Indonesia, but its utilization is inefficient, this study intends to assess the effect of adding coconut shell charcoal at levels of 0%, 3%, 6%, and 9% on the durability of asphalt mixtures. Furthermore, the test objects at each level of coconut shell charcoal were submerged for 30 minutes, 1 day, 7 days, and 14 days at a temperature of 60˚C. Because coconut shell charcoal is an organic material, it is susceptible to the influence of water, the effect of adding coconut shell charcoal to the AC-WC mixture in terms of the First Durability Index (IDP) and Second Durability Index (IDK) values show a greater loss of strength as the coconut shell charcoal content increases.

Abstract

Jalan raya merupakan salah satu prasarana transportasi darat terpenting, sehingga desain perkerasanjalanyangbaikadalahsuatukeharusanuntukmenghubungkansuatu tempat ke tempatlain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan tebal struktur perkerasan jalan yang dipakai pada jalan provinsi berdasarkan Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) 2017. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Jl. Laksamana R.E martadinata Bandar Lampung dengan panjang jalan 5,179 km. Umur Rencana yang direncanakan Menggunakan Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) 2017 adalah selama 20 tahun dengan faktor laju perumbuhan lalu lintas sebesar 4,83 % dan diperoleh nilai Cumulative Equivalent Single Axle (CESA) sebesar3.137.290.03. Berdasarkan evaluasi tebal perkerasan antara Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) 2017 dengan desain yang digunakan oleh Bina Marga dan Bina Kontruksi Provinsi Lampung, maka penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam pembangunan jalan di provinsi lampung.Kata Kunci : Jalan raya, Stuktur Perkerasan, MDP 2017

Abstract

Perlintasan pintu kereta api pada segmen ruas jalan H. Komarudin Bandar Lampung sering menimbulkan kemacetan sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya tundaan dan panjang antrian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perilaku tundaan yang terjadi pada masing-masing lajur akibat penutupan pintu lintasan kereta api. Metode gap acceptance digunakan untuk mengetahui besaran tundaan yang terjadi dengan dukungan data kecepatan dan waktu tempuh. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tundaan atau waktu gap tertinggi pada hari Senin pagi sebesar 12,08 detik. Durasi penutupan palang pintu terlama terjadi hari senin pagi pukul 08:15 WIB sebesar 357,44 detik. Panjang antrian terpanjang terjadi pada hari senin sore saat kereta ke 1 sebesar 165 meter pada arah Fly Over – Bataranila.

Abstract

Abstract Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA) is one of the surface layers with a higher percentage of AC pavement. This layer uses a gap gradation which has advantages, one of which is the percentage of coarse aggregate 70% of the total mixture, so that the main strength comes from the strength of the aggregate. In addition, it is necessary to increase the strength of the asphalt which can be done, one of which is to use coconut shell charcoal waste as a mixture in the asphalt. Coconut shell waste is found in Indonesia that has not been used optimally, so this study aims to determine the effect of adding coconut shell waste to the Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA) pavement mixture on Marshall characteristics and determine the optimum asphalt content needed so that the SMA mixture can improve performance. strength. Variations in addition of Coconut Shell Charcoal of 0%, 3%, 6% and 9% which will be mixed with asphalt. Furthermore, the test object is immersed for 30 minutes at a temperature of 60˚C. The addition of coconut shell charcoal to the Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA) mixture has an effect on changes in the Stability value, the higher the coconut shell charcoal content in the Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA) mixture, the Stability value will increase, this is because coconut shell charcoal affects the penetration value of the asphalt. . The results of this study obtained the highest stability value at the addition of 9% Coconut Shell Charcoal content. Keywords: Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA), Coconut Shell Charcoal, Stability Abstrak Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA) adalah salah satu lapisan permukaan dengan persentase lebih tinggi dari perkerasan AC. Lapisan ini menggunakan gradasi senjang dimana memiliki keunggulan yakni persentase agregat kasar 70% dari campuran, sehingga kekuatan bersumber dari kekuatan agregat. Selain itu, diperlukan peningkatan kekuatan pada aspal yang dapat dilakukan salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan limbah arang tempurung kelapa sebagai campuran pada aspal tersebut. Limbah tempurung kelapa banyak ditemukan di Indonesia yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penambahan limbah tempurung kelapa pada campuran perkerasan Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA) terhadap karakteristik Marshall dan Menentukan kadar aspal optimum yang dibutuhkan agar campuran SMA dapat meningkatkan kinerja kekuatan.Variasi Arang Tempurung Kelapa sebesar 0%, 3%, 6% dan 9% yang akan dicampurkan aspal. Selanjutnya benda uji direndam dengan 30 menit dengan suhu 60˚C. Penambah anarang tempurung kelapa terhadap campuran Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA) berpengaruh terhadap Stabilitas, semakin tinggi kadar arang tempurung kelapa dalam campuran Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA) maka nilai Stabilitas akan semakin meningkat, hal ini dikarenakan arang tempurung kelapa mempengaruhi nilai penetrasi terhadap aspal. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai stabilitas tertinggi pada penambahan kadar Arang Tempurung Kelapa 9%. Kata Kunci: Split Mastic Asphalt (SMA), Arang Tempurung Kelapa, Stabilitas
