This study was to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance in PT PLN (Persero) Karebosi Customer Service Unit Makassar City. the sample of this study were 58 employees. This type of research is Quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using the questionnaire distribution technique. The results of the study shows that there is a positive influence between the workload variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is a negative influence between the work stress variable (X2) on the employee performance variable which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 38. 355 + 0.265 - 0.294 + e and has a significant effect with the t_ (calculated) value of each variable of 3.711> t_ (table) (X1) and -2.612> t_ (table) (X2), with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05 (X1) and 0.012 <0.05 (X2). The R Square value of 0.501 this figure shows that the workload variable and the work strea variable in this study contributed an influence of 50.1%.

This study aims to test whether the variables Liquidity (CR), Solvency (DAR), and Profitability (ROA) have an influence on Profit Changes at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The population in this study is all financial report data of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2021 period in each quarter, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position and profit/loss reports. The documentation technique is the data collection technique used. The collected data were analyzed using financial ratios which were then entered into the multiple linear regression equation. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be seen that partially the current ratio and debt to assets ratio do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. These results are inconsistent with (H1) and (H2) which say the current ratio and debt to asset ratio partially have an influence on changes in earnings. It is also known that partially the return on assets has a significant effect on changes in earnings. These results are in accordance with (H3) which says return on assets has an influence on changes in earnings. From the results of this analysis it can also be seen that simultaneously the current ratio, debt to assets ratio, and return on assets do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. This result is inconsistent with (H4) which states that the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, and return on assets simultaneously have an influence on changes in earnings.

This study aims to find out how the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Sinjai District Religious Court Office. The population and this study were 40 employees of the Sinjai District Religious Court. Data collection was carried out using the method of interviews, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS).

The purpose of this research is totest and analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Sulselbar Bank. The techniques for collecting secondary data are obtained from the Financial Data at PT. Sulselbar Bank. The population is the financial statements at PT. Bank Sulselbar from August 2017 to December 2021, and the samples taken are monthly data for 4 (four) years and 5 (five) months. So, the amount of data obtained is 53. The results of the research have been tested on classic assumptions such as the assumption of normality, the assumption of multicollinearity and the assumption of heteroscedasticity. By applying multiple linear regression techniques in the process of analyzing the data. The results showed that partially Non Performing Loans (NPL) had a negative and insignificant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) had a positive and insignificant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta pemanfaatan teknologi berpengaruh terhadapa kualitas layanan publik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kantor DPMPTSP Kota Palopo. Riset ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang dipergunakan pada riset ini adalah cross sectional, objek penelitian yaitu masyarakat yang menggunakan layanan DPMPTSP. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang menggunakan layanan DPMPSTSP Sampel penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah mengunjung DPMPTSP minimal 2(dua) kali yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Sehingga didapatkan 143 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, bersumber dari hasil kuesioner yang diisi oleh respoden yang dilayani oleh DPMPTSP .Teknik pengumpulan data pada riset ini untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan kuesioner dengan SmartPLS 3 sebagai alat bantu dalam teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta pemanfaatan teknologi berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadapa kualitas layanan publik. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketika nilai struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta pemanfaatan teknologi meningkat maka variabel kualitas pelayanan publik turut meningkat begitu pula sebaliknya.

This research aims to find out whether there is a significant positive influence on Monitoring the Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study was 39 ASN at the Gowa Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and partial test (t). Based on the research results, simple linear regression results were obtained which showed the equation y= 22.20 + 0.497x The coefficient of determination (r2) for this factor has a value of 0.336 or 33.6%, the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. This is proven by statistical tests showing that the t-value = 2.606 is greater than the t-table = 0.309. The calculation results obtained show that the monitoring variable has a positive and significant influence on ASN performance and the hypothesis results are acceptable.

This community empowerment activity was carried out in Kassi Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. Kassi Village is located in a highland area and has agricultural and plantation land that includes secondary crops and horticulture. Kassi Village also has attractive tourism potential and an art studio that showcases various traditional dances. This wealth of resources supports the growth of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Kassi Village, with 89 MSEs recorded in 2022. However, this abundance of natural potential has not yet contributed significantly to the MSEs, which tend to remain stagnant. To address this issue, the Tim PKM provided optimization services for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) through a business workshop program. The method used in this community empowerment effort is a capacity building method with a participatory approach. The results of this activity showed that the problems faced by business actors were effectively resolved through intensive training and the formation of the Baji Kassi Community to optimize the performance of MSEs in Kassi Village by providing consultation services.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Board of Enrekang Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Enrekang Regency as many as 75. The type of research used was quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of data processing research using SPSS.24 show that based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis there is a positive influence between Competency (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) variables on Employee Performance which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 14.390 + 0.302 X1 + 0.087 X2 + e and there is a significant influence between Competency and Employee Performance variables, which can be seen from the Sig value. of 0.017 <0.05 or in other words the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). While the Organizational Culture Variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance which can be seen from the Sig. equal to 0.479 > 0.05 or in other words the significant value is greater than the error level (0.05). The R Square value of 0.143 indicates that the Employee Performance variable is influenced by Competence and Organizational Culture by 14.3% while the remaining 85.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Kindang Village is one of the villages that has quite large potential for home industries, but still faces challenges in effective business financial management. This community service activity aims to increase the competitiveness of home industries through training and mentoring in sustainable business financial management. The implementation method includes socialization, simple financial management training, financial record keeping, and intensive mentoring for three months. The results of the activity show an increase in business actors' understanding of the importance of financial records and business planning, as well as changes in behavior in managing cash flow and determining product selling prices. This program has succeeded in building financial awareness and increasing the efficiency of business management, which has an impact on increasing the competitiveness of home industries in Kindang Village.
