Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of Price, Ease, Information Quality, Safety and Confidence variables on Online buying decisions. Data collection method using purposive sampling, with 100 respondents. Data analysis method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with independent variables namely price, convenience, quality of information, security and trust. The dependent variable used is an online purchasing decision. This study uses quantitative data with primary data sources. Primary data in question, obtained from the object of research directly by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results showed that the price, convenience, quality of information, security and trust variables had a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously on the students of STIE Mandala Jember. The conclusion of this study was that price, ease, convenience, quality of information, security and trust influence online buying decisions. Abstract

Entrepreneurship education will be integrated into the education system has the potential to support economic growth. Sector of entrepreneur should start to grow, not only for the general public, but also among the students. On the other side, there were many differences in the Personal Entrepreneurial Competency (PEC) among students between state univer-sities and private universities. Target of research was description potency and intention of student in private university and state university. The purpose of study were: (1) Identify PEC and entrepreneurial intentions of students on state and private universities in Jember; (2) Identify the factors driving and inhibiting the development of an entrepreneurial cul-ture in state and private universities in Jember. The research method using the PEC and Intention Entrepreneurship. Results: Internal Push Factors identified in the role of Univer-sities. Internal Inhibiting Factors identified as the weak role of the Universities, while inhi-biting factors external, public perception that the entrepreneurial future is uncertain. From the results of the mapping of potential entrepreneurial ability, most of the students in the state and private universities in Jember on various items in the position enough ratings or moderate. Entrepreneurship intention is influenced by Openness to experience, Self Effica-cy, Subjective Norm, Traits, where each variable is different effects in Universities.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of the variable leadership style, organizational culture, compensation on performance through the variable Organizational Citizenzhip Behavior as an Intervening variable. The research was conducted at private universities in Jember. Methods of data collection through distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method used was SEM. The results obtained from this study are that there is a direct influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and compensation on lecturer performance. Indirect influence through the intervening variable Organizational Citizenship behavior. The implications that can be formulated in relation to the results of this study are that higher education leaders should always apply a leadership style that is able to encourage the improvement of lecturer performance. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of organizational commitment variables, Islamic work ethicsand organizational culture on the performance of lecturers at STIE Mandala. The method ofcollecting data is through a questionnaire. The sampling method used a saturated sample. Thedata analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results obtained from this studyare organizational commitment has no significant influence on employee performance, Islamicwork ethics and organizational culture have a significant effect on lecturer performance at STIEMandala. The implications that can be formulated related to the results of this study are that theleadership of higher education institutions should strive to increase the organizationalcommitment of their employees, create an organizational culture that is able to create a goodwork culture.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk membangun strategi pemasaran dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan pupuk pertanian mersubsidi pada kios Resmi UD. HASRI JAYA. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2017 bertempat di Desa Karang Harjo Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dimana populasi penelitian ini berupa produsen dan konsumen yang mempunyai wawasan tentang pemasaran pupuk pertanian bersubsidi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dalam yang terdiri dari 5 orang. Data yang diperoleh adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif hasil wawancara responden yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alternatif strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan penjualan pupuk pertanian bersubsidi pada kios resmi UD. HASRI JAYA Di Kecamatan Silo Kabupaten Jember adalah strategi WO (strategi meminimalkan kelemahan organisasi sehingga dapat merebut peluang). Strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah strategi turn around. Dalam hal ini kelemahan organisasi perlu diperbaiki untuk memperoleh peluang yang besar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia cabang Jember. Variabel yang diteliti adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Kompensasi (X2), Motivasi Kerja (Z), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur dan sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia cabang Jember, Kemudian terdapat pengaruh langsung kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia cabang Jember. Sedangkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia cabang Jember. Pada uji Sobel, tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi pasar PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia cabang Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Palang Merah Indonesia Kabupaten Jember. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari tanggapan responden terhadap kuesioner. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Nonprobability Sampling yaitu dengan metode Saturated Sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS, analisis ini meliputi Uji Asumsi Klasik yang terdiri dari Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinieritas dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2), Uji Hipotesis yang terdiri dari Uji Parsial (t Tes) dan Tes Simultan (Tes F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived security, ease of transaction, price and quality of information on buying interest through customer satisfaction at the Online Travel Agency (OTA) Traveloka.Com. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques use purposive sampling by distributing 60 questionnaires to STIE Mandala Jember students, the analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS version 20 and Sobel test calculator to test hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the perceived security, price and quality of information variables have a direct effect on customer satisfaction at the Online Travel Agency (OTA) Traveloka.Com, while the ease of transacting variable has no direct influence, 2) the ease of transaction and quality of information variables. Information has a direct effect on buying interest at the Online Travel Agency (OTA) Traveloka.Com, while the perceived security and price variables do not have a direct influence, 3) customer satisfaction has a direct influence on buying interest at the Online Travel Agency (OTA) Traveloka. Com, and finally 4) the customer satisfaction variable cannot mediate the relationship between the variables of perceived security, ease of transaction, price and quality of information on buying interest through customer satisfaction at the Online Travel Agency (OTA) Traveloka.Com.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables of work stress, work discipline and work spirit on the performance of permanent employees of PTPN XII Sumber Tengah Desa.Silo, Kec. Silo Kab. Jember. The data used in this study were primary data in the form of data from questionnaires and secondary data in the form of vision and mission, values ​​and organizational structure which were obtained directly from PTPN XII Sumber Tengah Silo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency. The data processing method in this study uses the Research Indicator Test Analysis method, namely Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination Analysis and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and test F, with the help of SPSS 20 analysis tool. The results showed that the variables of work stress and work morale partially had no significant and positive effect on the performance of employees of PTPN XII Sumber Tengah Silo Village, Kec. Silo Kab. Jember and the variable work discipline partially had a significant effect and positive on the performance of employees of PTPN XII Sumber Tengah Silo Village, Kec. Silo Kab. Jember, and simultaneously the variables of work stress, work discipline and work spirit affect the performance of employees of PTPN XII Sumber Tengah Desa. Silo, Kec Silo Kab. Jember

Abstract

Kegiatan IbM adalah suatu kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan khalayak sasaran adalah Masyarakat yang produktif secara ekonomi ( kelompok Usaha Bersama Ayam Broiler) yang bertempat di Dusun Wonolangu Desa Panti kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Jember. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada mitra IbM dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas SDM dan peningkatan kesejahteraan Mitra IbM melalui efisiensi dan efektifitas manajemen usaha ternak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah pada masalah Manajemen Pengelolaan Usaha dan masalah Administrasi. Pendekatan penyelesaian masalah dilakukan dengan melalui tahapan, survey, diskusi dengan mitra yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan yang akan dijalankan, konsultasi dan pendampingan lanjutan. Selain itu dilengkapi pula dengan bantuan alat kepada mitra dan bimbingan teknis dari tenaga ahli . Luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah metode dan Publikasi Nasional. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan IbM antara lain; 1) Peningkatan kesejahteraan pada Mitra IbM yang dapat diperoleh melalui efisiensi kegiatan produksi dan manajemen usaha yang efektif; 2) Program pelatihan dan pembinaan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas anak kandang (SDM); 3) Memberikan informasi dan memfasilitasi persiapan pendanaan dari pihak luar melalui kredit UMKM PT. TELKOM JEMBER; 4) Mitra IbM dapat mendeteksi secara dini potensi terjangkitnya penyakit pada ayam sebagai hasil dari bimbingan teknis oleh dokter hewan.
