Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of the variables intellectual intelligence, emotionalintelligence and spiritual intelligence on student achievement in the STIE Mandala ManagementStudy Program, either partially or simultaneously. The population of this study were students ofthe Management Study Program. The research sample was second, fourth, sixth and eighthsemester students. Non-probability sampling method, sampling technique is purposive sampling.The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The conclusions obtained partiallyintellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a significant effect on studentachievement in Management Study Program, while spiritual intelligence has no effect on studentachievement in Management Study Program STIE Mandala. Simultaneously the three of themhave a significant effect on student achievement in the management study program of STIEMandala. The implications that can be formulated are the need to maintain and improve the threeintelligences related to their effect on learning achievement.Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, LearningAchievement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, brand image, E WoM and WoM on purchasing decisions for Oriflame products. Case studies at SPO Amalia Kartika Putri Situbondo.This type of research is included in the type of quantitative research.The sample used was 40 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis.the influence of WoM on Purchase Decision shows that there is a positive and significant influence. Purchases show no negative and significant influence. the effect of Price on Purchase Decision shows that there is a positive and significant influence; Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions shows a positive and significant influence; E-WOM on Purchase Decision shows a positive and significant influence; the influence of WOM on Purchase Decision shows that there is a positive and significant influence. the influence of Product Quality, Price, Brand Image, E-WOM, and WOM shows that there is a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

Mandala College of Economics has long collaborated with the Jember Job Training Center (BLK). In early February 2022, a one-month training was held with a focus on training on Entrepreneurship. We saw a very interesting phenomenon from their enthusiasm in pioneering and running a business with enthusiasm and they (trainees) were very enthusiastic about participating in the training and asked a lot of questions and discussions. The core problems of the training participants include: 1. determining the right amount of product to be produced; 2. The increase in the price of feed resulted in an increase in the selling price of the eggs produced; 3. Online merchants have many competitors as well as their consumers who are already good at making direct purchases in marketplaces such as Shopee and Tokopedia; 4. Problems in marketing their services due to the many competitors, especially in the world of servicing motorcycles, cellphones, computers and so on. The results of this service include entrepreneurship training participants who have been able to apply the Monte Carlo technique, are able to calculate whether to buy or make related feed, have understood the importance of cooperation and strategies to shorten distribution channels in order to get a relatively cheap price, and finally the trainees have been able to apply personal selling and implementing excellent service for their customers, this is evident from the increase in their sales.

Abstract

Welfare for people who have the main income as farmers can be assisted by housewives to boost family income with small businesses. These small businesses need to be given guidance and assistance so that their business develops according to the progress of the times. By collecting business data, it is possible to obtain business data for mothers and then sort out businesses that have the intention of developing a business. With the method of counseling business owners by visiting business places one by one to provide motivation in developing a business so that people who were not aware that business could develop finally have the will and motivation. Furthermore, business management training with digital marketing pressure points was held. As a result, the businesses owned by housewives are more developed by recognizing digital businesses but are still weak in planning management and recording results or finances. So that the follow-up plan for this assistance is training on business and financial records. It is even more important to collaborate with a digital financial recording application platform that is easier, safer and user-friendly for the community so that businesses can develop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of standard operating procedures, job descriptions and work culture on employee performance. In this study, data were collected by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 45 respondents with census techniques, which aimed to determine respondents' perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes data instrument testing (validity test, and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression, it can be seen that the variables of standard operating procedures (0.575), job descriptions (0.475) and work culture (0.409), all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the t-test, the results obtained are standard operating procedures (0.021), job descriptions (0.014) and work culture (0.001), all of which have a significant effect on employee performance. From the F test, the results of the variable standard operating procedures, job descriptions and work culture have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and transformational leadership on teacher performance through motivation as an intervening variable at the Al Baitul Amien Education Institute, Jember. The population in this study were all teachers at the Al Baitul Amien educational institution, while the sample was taken by proportional sampling. The analytical method used is path analysis (Path Analysis) and also the Sobel test to see the role of the motivational variable as an intervening variable. The results of the study show that there is a direct effect of compensation and transformational leadership on teacher work motivation and performance. Work motivation affects performance.

Abstract

Science and technology for the Community (Iptek bagi Masyarakat/IbM) can be used as a vehicle in community service activities to actively improve the efficiency and productivity of businesses partners, and is the  application of science and technology by implementing and lecturers can provide experiences for students that entrepreneurship has the insight and knowledge in order to foster the entrepreneurial spirit. Implementation of the activities carried out through the joint  identification of  problems  between  partners,  implementing  faculty  and students. Based on the problems identified priority considering it is made in time and cost. The conclusion that can be drawn  from  the implementation of  IBM, is the presence  of unresolved  issues  due to time constraints  and  the  cost  of production  lay out,  while've  accomplished is  making  catfish  feed  (pellets), diversification of processed catfish (shredded, chips, nuggets), support tools (tool maker  catfish  feed  /  pellets,  presto,  pans,  pots,  tools  shredded  pres,  pres  plastic tool, blender), catfish care, and managerial aspects. The need for these activities to be continued in order to provide more benefits for partners mainly because, the desire to continue this activity is the input from partners and as also suggested by the reviewer as business partners to conduct monitoring in Jember.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of service, price, and quality of womenswear products  simultaneously to consumers to buy.  (2)  to determine the effect of  the service,  price,  and  quality  of  womenswear  products  partially on consumers to buy. Sampling technique are used snowball sampling. Total sample were  60  respondents who  transact  womenswear  products  through  BlackBerry Messenger  (BBM). The analysis used multiple regression.   The results showed: (1)  service,  price,  and  quality  of  womenswear  sold online  through  Blackberry messenger group simultaneously significantly affect consumer buying interest. (2) Partially, only price variable that significantly influence the consumers to buy.

Abstract

The reseach was done on the influence of variable analisis Traits, subjective norm, and Self efficacy to entrepreneurial Intentions.This study aims to determine the influence of Traits, subjective norms and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. The sample used in this study were 100 students of Mandala Economy College in Jember. Methods of data collection by questionnaire is given directly to respondents. Analytical test equipment used in this study is to Regression analysis. It’s founded that,  simultaneously there was a significant correlation among Traits, Subjective Norm, and Self Efficacy to entrepreneurial Intentions students of Mandala Economy College in Jember. Partially  there wasa significant correlation among Traits and Self Efficacy to entrepreneurial Intentions students of Mandala Economy College in Jember, but there was no significant correlation among Subjective Norm to entrepreneurial Intentions students of Mandala Economy College in Jember.
