Abstract

This research is motivated by the obligation of a teacher in making a Lesson Plan (RPP in Indonesian language) prior to conducting instructional activities. Consequently, it is imperative for prospective teachers, specifically students enrolled in the PGSD programme at Ngudi Waluyo University, to possess the ability to effectively and accurately develop lesson plans in accordance with relevant regulations. The primary objective of this study is to examine the learning objectives of the theme RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) in the Indonesian Language and Literature Learning course within the elementary school curriculum of 2013, specifically focusing on the low grade level. The participants in this study were randomly selected fourth-semester thematic RPP 3 students of PGSD at the University of Ngudi Waluyo. These students were enrolled in the Low Class Elementary School Indonesian Language and Literature Learning course. The employed methodology is the descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the findings derived from the analysis of the three thematic lesson plans, it can be deduced that there exists a congruence between the learning objectives outlined in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and the objectives stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations. Each lesson plan demonstrates alignment with the analysed aspects, specifically: 1) the learning objectives under scrutiny, which encompass the intended learning outcomes as prescribed. The Core Competencies (KI) encompass various components, including spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, knowledge, and abilities. 2) The learning objectives are aligned with the Basic Competencies (KD). 3) The learning objectives incorporate Operational Verbs. 4) The learning objectives encompass the ABCD components.

Abstract

 Pengabdian ditujukan kepada Guru SDN Ungaran 01 Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah guru belum dibekali pengetahuan tentang beberapa jenis game edukasi, kurangnya eksplorasi guru untuk membuat aplikasi game edukasi dan pemanfatannya,  serta  pengetahuan  guru hanya sebatas media yang secara instant dapat digunakan sehingga minimnya guru dalam membuat game edukasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, demonstrasi dan praktek serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini  peserta kegiatan telah mengalami peningkatan pemahaman guru dengan rata-rata 93,2%, yaitu pengetahuan guru tentang jenis-jenis game edukasi 100%, Pengetahuan tentang game edukasi melalui mitt app inventor 92,5%, dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat game edukasi melalui mitt app inventor 87%. Oleh karena itu, hasil kegiatan  pelatihan  pembuatan aplikasi melalui mitt app inventor  ini  dapat  dikatakan  berhasil  dalam  kategori sangat baik. Mitt app inventor dapat membantu guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan siswa dalam proses belajar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu program unggulan yang  dapat  menjadi  salah  satu  sumber  belajar yang dapat digunakan sekolah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pendidikan menuntut guru untuk mampu mengintegrasikan media pembelajaran inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran matematika yang banyak memuat konsep abstrak. Salah satu teknologi yang berpotensi mendukung pembelajaran matematika adalah Augmented Reality (AR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan penggunaan media AR dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru matematika di MA Al-Bidayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimental dengan desain pretest–posttest one group. Subjek penelitian adalah guru matematika MA Al-Bidayah yang mengikuti pelatihan penggunaan media AR. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes pretest dan posttest, angket respon guru, serta observasi. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kompetensi guru setelah pelatihan, dengan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 55,5 meningkat menjadi 82,5 pada posttest. Selain itu, hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas guru memberikan respon positif terhadap penggunaan media AR dalam pembelajaran matematika. Guru menilai bahwa media AR mampu mempermudah penyampaian materi, meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, serta menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan penggunaan media AR efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran matematika di madrasah aliyah. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities through the influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model, incorporating interactive learning video media. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design type. The research subjects consisted of two classes: class III A, an experimental class that received CTL learning assisted by Interactive Learning Videos, and class III B, a control class that received CTL learning without the aid of Interactive Learning Videos. Data collection techniques were carried out through problem-solving ability tests, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis employed prerequisite tests, including normality and homogeneity tests, as well as hypothesis testing using independent sample t-tests and regression analysis. The study's results showed significant differences and influences in the understanding of problem-solving abilities between students who participated in CTL learning assisted by Interactive Learning Videos and those who participated in CTL learning without media. CTL learning, assisted by Interactive Learning Videos, was able to increase student engagement, facilitate mathematical problem-solving abilities, and create a more meaningful and enjoyable learning environment. Thus, the use of the CTL learning model assisted by Interactive Learning Videos has a positive effect on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of third-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences and the effect of implementing the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model assisted by the Wheel Of Time media on students’ mathematical concept understanding in Grade II of SD Negeri Lemahireng 01. The research problem is based on students’ low conceptual understanding, indicated by difficulties in explaining, comparing, and applying mathematical concepts, which are caused by teacher-centered learning and the limited use of interactive learning media. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects consisted of two classes: Class II A as the experimental group, which applied the TPS model assisted by the Wheel Of Time media, and Class II B as the control group, which applied the TPS model without media. Data were collected through concept understanding tests, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included normality tests, homogeneity tests, independent sample t-tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed a significant difference in students’ conceptual understanding between the experimental and control groups. Furthermore, the regression analysis indicated that the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model assisted by the Wheel Of Time media had a significant effect on improving students’ mathematical concept understanding. The implementation of this learning model increased student activeness, encouraged learning interactions, and helped students understand mathematical concepts more concretely and meaningfully. Therefore, the Think Pair Share learning model assisted by the Wheel Of Time media is effective in improving mathematical concept understanding among Grade II elementary school students.
