Abstract

This study aims to investigate the communication barriers and digital technology readiness of classroom teachers, special education companion teachers (GPKs), and parents of children with special needs (ABK) at SD Laboratorium UPI Cibiru, Bandung Regency. A qualitative approach was employed using semi-structured, in-depth interviews with 60 participants, comprising 18 classroom teachers, 19 special education companion teachers (GPKs), and 23 parents. The data were analyzed thematically using NVivo 15 software. The findings revealed six interconnected themes: (1) current communication practices dominated by WhatsApp; (2) multidimensional communication barriers encompassing structural, technical, and relational factors; (3) unmet needs for structured digital communication features; (4) stakeholders' perceptions of and readiness for website-based platforms; (5) concerns regarding the security and privacy of ABK students' data; and (6) the critical importance of long-term developmental documentation. The findings indicate that, although WhatsApp is universally used, it fails to support the structured, secure, and longitudinal communication required for effective inclusive education. Stakeholders across all participant groups demonstrated moderate-to-high levels of digital readiness, providing a strong foundation for the adoption of purpose-built digital communication platforms. These findings have important implications for the design of educational technologies and the development of inclusive education policies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of child-friendly schools in Indonesia resulting from previous research. We also offer a child-friendly school idea with an Indonesian perspective. The study uses a systematic literature review approach. There are several categories of articles that we review, including discussing child-friendly schools, multicultural learning, and Indonesian insights. We searched using the publish or perish application and determined articles published in the last five years. We found that the concept of child-friendly schools has yet to be able to fulfil children's rights, such as security and protection, which can have an impact on children's learning motivation. This is based on KPAI data, which shows that there are still many cases of bullying reported in schools. We propose the concept of a child-friendly school with an Indonesian perspective so that children grow and develop into true entities of Indonesian society, namely polite and tolerant. Child-friendly schools with an Indonesian viewpoint can be used as an alternative solution to create children's potential in a better direction. However, this concept needs to be tested more intensively so that an implementation and evaluation scheme can be drawn.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the efectiveness of the Sport Education Model (SEM) in improving Physical Education learning outcomes at the elementary school level compared to traditional teaching approaches, as well as to identify optimal implementation characteristics and existing reaserch gaps. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review design following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. A comprehensive literature search was conducted in the Scopus database in Januari 2026, covering publication from 2020 to 2026. After a rigorous multi-stage screening process, 33 eligible articles were included in the final synthesis, with 15 studi incorporated  into a meta-analysis. The findings revealed that SEM demonstrated a statistically significant overall effec size of 0.590 (p < 0.001), indicating a moderate to large impact compared to traditional instruction. The stronges effects were observed in the effective and social domain (0.612), followed by cognitive (0.589) and psychomotor (0.471) outcomes. Optimal implementation characteristics included a season based structure, two sessions per week with a minimum duration of 60 minutes, and comprehensive teacher training support. Despite the strong empirical support, further longitudinal reaserch, expanded studies in developing countries, and investigations into gender differences and cost-effectiveness are recommended to strengthen the generalizability and practical implication of SEM implementation.   Keywords: Elementary School; Learning Outcomes; Physical Education; Sport Education Model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan framework konseptual sebagai dasar penguatan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis TIK secara terintegrasi Kata kunci : administrasi; kesiapan siswa smk; literasi digital; perkantoran AbstracThis study aims to anayze the implementation of office administration instruction based on information and communication technology (ICT) in the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program at vocational high schools in preparation for the Society 5.0 era. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive multi-case design through semi-structured interviews with teachers, student, and alumni. The results indicate that learning has shifted toward the use of digital technology. However, its implementation is still not optimal, inconsistent, and not fully integrated. The learning process remains in  a transitional  phase between  conventional and digital methods. Key factors influencing implementation include teacher competencies, availability of infrastructure, student ability to manage digital documents, as well as data management and security. Additionally, the study identified a digital skill gap among students, low attention to detail, and limited understanding of information security. Nevertheless, digital learning contributes positively to students word readiness. This study produces a conceptual framewor as a basis for strengthening the implementation of ICT-based learning in an integrated manner. Keywords: administration; vocational high school students readiness; digital literacy; office administration

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in music education through a bibliometric analysis of Scopus-indexed publications from 2016 to 2025. A total of 479 relevant articles retrieved from the Scopus database were analyzed using VOSviewer to identify research trends, thematic clusters, and the intellectual structure of the field. The analysis focused on keyword co-occurrence, thematic clustering, and publication trends. The results reveal six major thematic clusters: (1) pedagogy and instructional strategies, (2) educational innovation and technology integration, (3) music, creativity, and collaboration, (4) interdisciplinary learning and 21st-century skills, (5) learning evaluation and outcomes, and (6) artificial intelligence and future-oriented music education. Publication trends indicate a substantial increase in research output, particularly after 2022, which coincides with the post-COVID-19 period and the accelerated adoption of digital learning technologies. Overall, this study provides a comprehensive mapping of PjBL research in music education, highlighting both established and emerging research themes and offering valuable implications for curriculum development and future research directions.
