Abstract

The purpose this research is to find out the influenceshuman resource characteristics and compensation satisfaction on employee performance. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire distributed to employees of the Bank Jatim Syariah Surabaya branch. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that, the influence of human resources characteristic variables on employee performance, the influence of compensation on employee performance, the influence of human resources characteristics and compensation for the performance of employees of the Surabaya Branch of Jatim Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of literacy of East Java BAZNAS muzaki about Government Regulation RI No. 60 of 2010. The research approach in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of this study concluded that zakat as a deduction from taxable income has existed since 2000 but the understanding of muzaki bvfcdsx is only limited to knowing but not understanding about the mechanism, it is due to a lack of further socialization of Government Regulation RI No. 60 of 2010. The BAZNAS of East Java carries out its role in the dissemination of Government Regulation RI No. 60 of 2010 but only limited to zakat, because East Java BAZNAS has no authority to carry out further socialization.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This purpose of this research is determine the achievement of financial inclusion indicators from the implementation Pusyar. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results is Pusyar as a public policy that successfully maximizes the achievement of three indicators of financial inclusion. Access, usage and quality. Although, welfare is the fourth indicator, it has not been maximally achieved from this program. Pusyar is an example of the realization of public policy in accordance with the concept of Socio-Economic and Financial Restructure. Which this policy optimizes Islamic philanthropy in Islamic financial products to develop SMEs. in the end the policy resulted in the achievement of financial inclusion proces.

Abstract

This study aims to determine practice the gold debts in Laban Village in terms of Islamic law. The qualitative method was used in this study with descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the giver and recipient of the gold debts. The analysis technique was used the field data analysis of the Miles and Hubberman models in this research. The result of the study was showed that the implementation of the gold debts in Laban village was still often carried out, this was due to the ease in filing debt. The gold debts in Laban village did not use any contract agreement in making initial agreements. The practice of gold debts in Laban village still contains elements of riba qardh which were come from an addition proportional to the value of the debt proposed, especially in taking additional items that were not accompanied by an agreement with the recipient of the debt. The solution to avoid gold debts from riba by relying debt with a formidable sale and purchase contract, therefore, that was allowed to take profits (margin).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and motivation of Islamic work on employee performance at Depot Rawon Rosobo Mojoagung. This research was conducted using an associative quantitative approach. The samples used in the study were all employees at the Depot Rawon Rosobo Mojoagung, amounting to 37 people. This study used a questionnaire that was measured using a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that partially Islamic leadership variables (X1) do not significantly influence employee performance variables (Y). The motivation variable of Islamic work partially influences significantly on employee performance variables (Y). Simultaneously Islamic leadership variables (X1) and Islamic Work Motivation (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance variables (Y).

Abstract

The distribution of zakat to the Sentra Ternak Mandiri (STM) Program to Mustahiq aims to have Mustahiq have a business so that it can improve the welfare of Mustahiq and also be able to change the status of Mustahiq to become Muzakki. This study aims to determine the effect of the Sentra Ternak M(STM) program on welfare mustahiq. This study uses a quantitative method with 15 mustahiq as respondents and data analysis techniques using SPSS 20. The test used in this study is a simple linear regression test, normality test, linearity test, and T test. The results of this study are the Sentra Ternak Mandiri (STM) program has an effect on welfare mustahiq.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to determine the determination of margins on Murabahah financing at BMT Madani Sepanjang. The type of data used by the author are primary and secondary data. Primary data comes from interviews with BMT and secondary data derived from data on the number of members of 2016-2018, DSN-MUI fatwa and previous research. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that BMT Madani As long as it sets the selling price on murabahah products using a proportional method or flat method in accordance with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 84 / DSN-MUI / XII / 2012. The BMT margin is around 1% -1.6% and has its own sharia standard, namely the credit committee.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how Na?ir's role is in the utilization of productive waqf land in the Jami Gresik mosque. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used by the author are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Takmir of Jami Mosque 'Gresik as Na?ir of Jami Mosque' Gresik has a role as a collector of funds from the community, Distributing funds obtained from the community for funding school, mosque operational, donation for orphan, and reporting on funds distributed to the public. The Na?ir Mosque of Jami 'Gresik was also analyzed with eight professional Na?ir indicators proposed by the ministry of religion such as Skill, Attitude, Good Integrity, High Work ethic, Implementing Operational Standard, Creativity, Leadership and Networking

Abstract

The research is qualitative descriptive study that aims to make an illustration regarding to the facts and description in connection with improving of parcel members through wadi’ah contract. This reserach used interview, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The study concluded that holiday parcel savings activities can improve the welfare of members as viewed from maqashid sharia indicator which are proctetion of religion (ad-din), protection of life (an-nafs), protection of intellect (al- ‘aql), protection of lineage (an-nasl), protection of property (al-mal). Wadi’ah contract plays a vital role in savings activities, while the understandings of parcel members are inadequate regarding to fiqh muamalah activities that members have done.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method to explore the performance of Islamic banking. This method allows researchers to understand the natural context of the phenomenon under study through data collection from various relevant literature, such as official reports from Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority, and Islamic economic literature. This qualitative analysis aims to describe the condition and performance of Islamic banking in detail and in depth. The results show that Islamic banking has experienced significant growth in several indicators, such as asset growth and financing, compared to conventional banking. However, financing is still dominated by the consumptive sector, with MSME financing remaining low. The study also highlights the differences between murabaha and musyarakah contracts, as well as Islamic banking faces challenges such as limited product offerings and financial literacy issues. The key differences between Murabahah, a cost-plus sale contract, and Musyarakah, a partnership contract based on profit and loss sharing, lie in the way risks and profits are distributed.
