Abstract

PT Segar Murni Utama (MOJOTRAS) Mojokerto is a company engaged in the processing of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) which was founded in 2004 in the Mojokerto area, East Java. PT Segar Murni Utama (MOJOTRAS) Mojokerto is a company engaged in the processing of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK). In mineral water production activities, the company produces several kinds of products, namely Gallon products, 1500 ml bottle products, 600 ml bottle products, 330 ml bottle products, and 240 ml cup products. In this production process there are things that need to be considered by the company, such as the achievement of activities that are not in accordance with the product sales target and there are several errors that occur during the production process. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct evaluation on the current production business process using the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) which aims to evaluate the quality of business processes based on facts. As well as the Raci Chart method which aims to identify the duties and responsibilities of participants or stakeholders in the company, and model them into the Business Process Model and Nation (BPMN). Business process evaluation can be used by companies to compare the business targets made with the final results of these business activities.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Polewali (Smansa Polewali) is one of the upper secondary education institutions that provides a website as a technology-based facility in conveying information to all components, both educators, educated, to the public. Even so, since it was held in 2011 until now there are stillproblems usability including regarding interfaces such as interface design which is considered to have too many colors, inappropriate font selection, quite complicated menu choices, excessive use of images, and writing that is considered too small. In addition, on the layout side of the website, Smansa Polewaliin this case, the submenus are considered too many, as well as the less strategic position of the images, and the disproportionate size of the buttons. This of course has an impact on the lack of user interest in accessing thewebsite Smansa Polewali, so that the vital function of the website as a forum for conveying information is not achieved. In connection with these problems, further research that the researcher has prepared to solve this problem is by using theapproach Human Centered Design and themethod USE Questionnaire, in which theapproach is Human Centered Design used to identify users and divide users into several groups, as well as conduct interviews with questions. open questions that are asked to collect problems faced by users when accessing thewebsite Smansa Polewali. While the use of questionnaires is used to measure four aspects of usability, namely usefulness, ease of use, ease of learn, and satisfaction. So that in this researchimprovements andhave been made usability , significantto thewebsite Smansa Polewali. It can be seen in the percentage value of theaspect of usabilitythewebsite Smansa Polewalibefore the research was held the average value was 54.88%, while after repairs the average value obtained reached 87.52% from the results of interviews conducted with all respondents. Recommendations for improving the usability of thewebsite Smansa Polewaliproduce a new look with the aim of increasing usability.

Abstract

The laboratory is a facility for supporting Education, Research, and development purposes. the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine science consists of 3 specific majors, Management of Fishery Resources, Utilization of Fisheries and Marine Resources, and Fisheries Socio-Economics. Each departments provides several laboratories. In laboratory administration management, such as inventory of tools and materials, scheduling, borrowing and monitoring are still done with conventional method using excel spreadsheet documentation and loan master book. So that there are several obstacles such as the lack of information on specifications and conditions of tools and materials, the differentiation of the data held by the laboratory assistant with the head of the laboratory, the laboratory assistant must scan for one by one from all loan forms when students do free laboratory and return tools. Based on this findings, so that laboratory management can run well, a laboratory management information system is needed that can solve problems of inventory, scheduling, borrowing, archiving and monitoring laboratory activities. The process of analysis and design of laboratory management information systems is carried out using the Ripple method and using the Problem Pyramid method in the analysis phase. The results of the needs analysis are illustrated with activity diagrams, user interface sketches and use case diagrams. While the results of the design are described with class diagrams, communication diagrams, sequence diagrams and database schema. The results of analysis and design testing using consistency analysis with the results of the Requirement Consistency Index is 100% which shows that all elements of the requirements have been defined consistently and the traceability matrix test shows the traceability of each requirement.

Abstract

Baraya Cargo is a shipping company that carries out shipping activities through a series of business process activities starting from contract agreements, shipping preparation, delivery, and ending with the issuance of invoices. The current business processes are still experiencing problems from time delays and the occurrence of a lack of documents that disrupt the performance of Baraya Cargo. Therefore, improvement activities were carried out starting from modeling the main business processes in the form of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) in the Bizagi application. The business process model is then evaluated using the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF). It was found that there are 3 main business processes that have problems where there are inappropriate metric values. After that, an analysis was carried out using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to find the root cause of the metrics that did not match. Recommendations are then given using streaming tools from Business Process Improvement (BPI). Finally, a simulation was carried out through the Bizagi application to determine the time performance improvement between business processes (as-is) and business processes (to-be). The simulation results show that the contract agreement business process has increased performance by 75.5%, the delivery business process is 1.6% and the invoice issuance business process is 76.5%. It can be seen that the implementation of the recommended business process shows a significant performance improvement when applied to Baraya Cargo.

Abstract

Halo Filkom website is here to help students who need information related to services, technical support, question, and submitting complaints to all services at FILKOM UB by utilizing the e-ticketing system. The researcher found that although the Halo Filkom website was feasible to use, because it was relatively new, several complaints from students of the Faculty of Computer Science were found, such as the design being too rigid, tickets closing too quickly, or the ticketing system being confusing for new users. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the Halo Filkom site so that it will be better in the future. The method used to evaluate and improve the Halo Filkom website is the design thinking method. The reason researchers use the design thinking method is because this method can help researchers explore user needs more deeply. With qualitative research methods like interviews, compared to quantitative like surveys. With the empathize stage in this method, it can involve respondents to participate in brainstorming related to complaints and ideas in the future development of the Halo Filkom website. Data collection for the evaluation was carried out using the interview method consisting of students and stakeholders. In addition, an evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) was also carried out with the aim of assessing the usability of the website before redesigning it. It was found that the SUS website scores 54.5 points. After making design improvements such as making tutorials for new users, improving pages so that they are not rigid, and other improvements. After the redesign, the SUS test was carried out again and it was found that the score increased to 91.5 points. It can be concluded that the process of evaluating and improving the website using the design thinking method succeeded in increasing the SUS score by 37 points or 67.88%.

Abstract

PT Kaltim Prima Coal is the largest coal mining company in the world. PT Kaltim Prima Coal carries out the process of extracting coal to manage it until it is ready to be distributed to customers. One of the departments at PT Kaltim Prima Coal is the CPPM department where this department focuses on repairing and maintaining coal processing machines. The CPPM Department is required to carry out follow-up actions for machine damage quickly, effectively and efficiently. One of the business processes related to these demands is the business process for managing data feedback in the CPPM Department. Currently, the process of managing feedback data is still carried out using a manual system and simple applications such as Microsoft Excel and Whatsapp, so an effective, efficient and integrated IS/IT is needed. To overcome the problems that arise from the manual data feedback management process, it is necessary to design an enterprise architecture in the CPPM Department to align business strategy with IS/IT strategy and requires careful planning to plan and manage IS/IT. This study uses the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) enterprise architecture framework design with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method. This research is limited to phase C Information System Architecture. The design produces a blueprint of the proposed business architecture and information system architecture for managing data feedback in CPPM Department of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.Based on the evaluation results it is known that the business architecture model has 100% validity based on syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic quality and the degree of completeness between the quality attributes of the information system design that is built reaches 66.67%

Abstract

SMA Negeri Mojoagung telah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka pada kelas X dan akan diterapkan bertahap pada kelas XI dan XII. Karakteristik kurikulum ini adalah sesuai dengan profil siswa Pancasila. Salah satu projek untuk memperkuat profil siswa Pancasila adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk bereksplorasi. Penilaian profil siswa Pancasila menggunakan rubrik deskripsi fase E/F dan berbeda untuk setiap siswa. Namun, pada proses pengelolaan nilai masih dilakukan satu per satu sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar, sementara aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam profil siswa Pancasila berbeda-beda dan belum ada sistem informasi yang mendukung. Penelitian di SMA Negeri Mojoagung bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis website yang mampu membantu dalam proses pengelolaan nilai siswa yang dilakukan oleh guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC model prototyping. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan mempelajari buku Panduan Pengembangan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website ini, terdapat dua aktor, yaitu admin dan pendidik. Perancangan hasil analisis kebutuhan menggunakan UML dan meliputi use case, activity, sequence, dan class diagram. Sistem diimplementasikan menggunakan PHP dan framework Laravel. Pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing jenis validasi dan mendapatkan hasil 100% valid. Hasil pengujian UAT juga mendapatkan hasil 100% bahwa sistem dapat diterima dan digunakan oleh pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem informasi dalam pengelolaan nilai siswa diharapkan dapat membantu dalam manajemen nilai siswa dan memudahkan proses penilaian profil siswa Pancasila yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

The flipped-classroom instructional model is considered suitable for teaching procedural knowledge. Apart from flipped-classroom, it turns out that another instructional model, namely direct instruction, is also designed to teach procedural knowledge. Therefore, this study aimed to examine differences in procedural knowledge learning outcomes between flipped-classroom and direct instruction learning models in the cognitive and psychomotor domains and to determine the effect of flipped-classroom on students’ procedural knowledge learning outcomes. This type of research is a true-experimental design with a randomized pre-test post-test control group design for the cognitive domain and a randomized post-test only control group design for the psychomotor domain. The research instrument used a written test (pre-test and post-test) for the cognitive domain and a performance assessment for the psychomotor domain. The flipped-classroom is better than direct instruction regarding procedural knowledge learning outcomes. Furthermore, flipped-classroom significantly affects the students’ procedural knowledge learning outcomes, both cognitive and psychomotor domains. The effect of flipped-classroom implementation on the psychomotor domain (t(50)=23.62; p<0.01; d=6.56) is greater than the impact of performance on the cognitive domain (t(50)=2.35; p<0.05; d=0.65).

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Malang merupakan instansi pemerintahan di Kota Malang yang berfokus pada layanan G2G. BKPSDM memiliki aplikasi layanan kepegawaian yang disebut SIMAS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen ASN). BKPSDM Kota Malang memberikan layanan kepegawaian untuk proses kenaikan pangkat. Peraturan Presiden No. 39 Tahun 2019 tentang Satu Data Indonesia mengamanatkan proses layanan kenaikan pangkat level regional wajib diintegrasikan dengan layanan kenaikan pangkat pada level pusat. Integrasi data terkait antara proses kenaikan pangkat pada (SIMAS) BKPSDM Kota Malang dan kenaikan pangkat pegawai (SI-ASN) Badan Kepegawaian Negara Republik Indonesia (BKN RI) menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan peta jalan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dengan perspektif enterprise architecture, perancangan arsitektur pada BKPSDM Kota Malang serta mengintegrasikan sistem informasi pada BKPSDM Kota Malang. Upaya solutif dalam integrasi sistem informasi kepegawaian adalah melakukan perancangan arsitektur dengan metode TOGAF ADM dan pemodelan arsitektur menggunakan ArchiMate. Peta jalan yang dihasilkan berupa linimasa kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan layanan kepegawaian daerah (SIMAS) dan pusat (SI-ASN) selama 6 bulan dengan 6 kegiatan yang dilaksanakan secara berurutan, yaitu (1) Memastikan Legal Formal Integrasi SIMAS – SI-ASN terpenuhi, (2) Instalasi Infrastruktur TIK, (3) Audit dan Perancangan API, (4) Implementasi dan testing API, (5) Uji Kepatuhan API, dan (6) Monitoring dan Evaluasi API.
