Abstract

Desa Donomulyo memiliki komoditas berupa pertanian dan perkebunan. Perkebunan tebu merupakan salah satu andalan desa ini. Berdasarkan data yang diberikan oleh pemerintah desa Donomulyo, sekitar 67% lahan atau seluas 51 hektar merupakan lahan perkebunan tebu produktif. Rata-rata hasil tahunan tebu sekitar 70 ton/hektar per tahun. Di sisi lain, pemerintah menghapus kebijakan subsidi pupuk. Hal ini menyebabkan tanaman tebu masyarakat gagal. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan limbah tebu adalah dengan menjadi mool organik dan pupuk organik. Teknologi pengolahan limbah tebu adalah dengan membuat komposter untuk pengomposan limbah panen tebu. Selain menggunakan komposter, mesin pencacah juga dibutuhkan untuk proses pembuatan pupuk organik dari sampah organik dan kotoran hewan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat menjadi optimalisasi peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Donomulyo dari limbah panen tebu menjadi mol organik dan pupuk organik.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menguraikan relevansi wacana transaksi jual beli di pasar sebagai bahan ajar untuk menulis teks iklan di SMP kelas VIII. Data diperoleh dari tuturan pedagang dan pembeli di pasar tradisional. Objek penelitian adalah relevansi wacana transaksi jual beli sebagai bahan pembelajaran penulisan iklan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik simak catat dan rekam, lalu dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa wacana transaksi di pasar memiliki relevansi dengan pembelajaran teks iklan serta potensi sebagai sumber bahan dalam pembelajaran menulis iklan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan materi pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam memahami dan mempraktikkan penulisan teks iklan. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat digunakan dalam merancang kurikulum yang lebih berorientasi pada penerapan praktis dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di tingkat SMP.

Abstract

Abstrak : Kenyamanan pencahayaan berhubungan dengan intensitas cahaya yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), yaitu 500 lux. Penelitian oleh Etty Kurniawati pada 2012 menunjukkan bahwa seluruh laboratorium Teknik Sipil Universitas Negeri Malang, termasuk Laboratorium Struktur D19 R. 101, Laboratorium Perkerasan Jalan D19 R. 106, Laboratorium Pengujian Bahan D19 R. 101, dan Laboratorium Hidrolika B9 R. 206, belum memenuhi standar ini karena intensitas cahayanya masih di bawah 500 lux. Untuk mencapai standar tersebut, dilakukan pemodelan desain ulang tata pencahayaan menggunakan perangkat lunak DIALux evo 11. Langkah pertama adalah mengubah warna material dinding menjadi traffic white dengan reflection factor 88 persen. Jika intensitas masih belum mencapai 500 lux, spesifikasi lampu ditingkatkan menjadi Philips 2X TL-D58W. Jika masih kurang, dilakukan penataan dan penambahan jumlah titik lampu. Hasilnya, Lab. Struktur mencapai 505 lux dengan penambahan 5 titik lampu baru. Lab. Perkerasan Jalan mencapai 512 lux dengan penambahan 3 titik lampu baru. Lab. Pengujian Bahan mencapai 503 lux dengan penambahan 7 titik lampu baru. Lab. Hidrolika mencapai 505 lux dengan penambahan 2 titik lampu baru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kenyamanan pencahayaan di laboratorium Teknik Sipil UM telah tercapai, karena semua laboratorium kini memiliki tingkat intensitas pencahayaan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan SNI, yaitu 500 lux.

Abstract

Abstract : Façade maintenance is often neglected and seems imprecise due to many factors, one of which is the location of the facade which is quite difficult to reach. Whereas maintenance on the facade is very important because the facade is the earliest part that is seen from a building and becomes a characteristic of the building, the maintenance applied should not be modest, but must be optimal and heed the relevant regulations. This study reviews by comparing and assessing the maintenance of the facade of the curtain wall material and aluminium composite panel with the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 24/PRT/M/2008. Data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires and to analyse using qualitative descriptive methods and percentages. From this method, it is possible to investigate the comparison of procedures in the field with procedures based on Permen PU No.24/PRT/M/2008 and the level of conformity of the procedures under review. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, the two procedures have similarities and differences, the procedures in the field as a whole are not in accordance with the procedures for the Minister of Public Works No. 24/PRT/M/2008, but the procedures in the field also have their own advantages. Based on the assessment, the level of conformity of the procedures in the field with the Minister of Public Works No. 24/PRT/M/2008 overall reached 86.64%. Meanwhile, based on the grouping of respondents, the score was 66.17% for group I, 78.95% for group II and 91.14% for group III. The overall results stated that the maintenance carried out was not fully in accordance with the regulations, but the results obtained showed good results, where the percentage obtained was more than 50%, this indicates that more than half of the maintenance was carried out by heeding the regulations. Keywords : Maintenance, Facade, Curtain Wall, Aluminum Composite Panel.

Abstract

The electricity infrastructure project is a complex construction project with many types, activities, and synergies from internal and external stakeholders.  The Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) 150kV of Gunungsari is a substation electrical construction project with delays in its construction process. The emergency of delays due to project risks that are not handled properly during the completion process and potentially create new risks. This study aims to identify the risks of project delays and determine effective risk treatment. The risk management process carried out in this study refers to ISO 31000:2018, which starts by defining the scope, context, and risk criteria, then continues with risk assessment, including risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation, and then continues by determining risk treatment. Risk identification was obtained through literature study and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with expert judgment involved in the project. The risk analysis results using the risk matrix obtained the most dominant risks, such as delays in project handover and additional item construction. The major risks included are those that require risk treatment to reduce the level of risk.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sanitasi dan mengelola limbah cair domestik di Pondok Pesantren Kalimasada, Jombang. Upaya untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, program melibatkan langkah-langkah seperti penilaian awal, perencanaan desain instalasi pengolahan limbah cair, pembangunan instalasi, pelatihan untuk penghuni, serta operasi, pemeliharaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Upaya ini dilakukan untuk menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan serta memberikan manfaat positif bagi pondok pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar. Berdasarkan hasil angket pra dan pasca program yang dikuatkan dengan observasi saat atau selama program, diperoleh hasil peningkatan yang signifikan antara pra-saat-dan pasca program. Dimulai dari ketersediaan fasilitas yang sebelumnya Pondok Pesantren Kalimasada Jombang belum memiliki failitas khusus untuk sistem sanitasi dan instalasi menjadi memiliki, dampak dari tersedianya fasilitas ini berbanding lurus dengan kebersihan yang akan tercipta. Selanjutnya pada perubahan mitra, aspek pengetahuan mengalami peningkatan dari 15% menjadi 45% hingga 95%. Kemudian pada aspek keterampilan mulai dari 25% menjadi 55% dan 85%. Hasil ini dikuatkan berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang menyampaikan terbantu dengan adanya pembangunan sistem sanitasi dan instalasi yang dibangun oleh tim, selain itu program ini juga memperoleh testimoni positif mitra.

Abstract

Industrial classes are work experiences for students who are preparing themselves to adapt to the work environment, develop practical skills, and determine appropriate career choices. This research explores the implementation of Kubota industrial classes at SMK Islam 1 Blitar as an approach to preparing students for the world of work. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study and data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. The results show that the cooperation between the school and industry allows for the integration of theoretical and practical learning, as well as specialized training for students. The preparation and implementation of industrial classes involve an important role for both SMK and business and industry world, with the support of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Supporting factors include the availability of facilities and close cooperation between schools and industries, while inhibiting factors include low student interest and limited resources. Impacts of the industrial classes include improved student skills, school reputation, and the supply of skilled labor for industry. Evaluation is conducted through summative evaluations and certification tests, assessing student progress and ensuring the fulfillment of industry standards. Thus, the Kubota industrial class at SMK Islam 1 Blitar is an effective model for preparing students for challenges in the world of work.

Abstract

Public construction projects often face challenges in controlling time and cost, including the maintenance project of the rooftop waterproofing of the IPU Building, 7th Floor, at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar, Malang City. This study aims to evaluate the project performance using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method, which integrates schedule and cost analysis to provide a comprehensive overview of project execution efficiency. The study was conducted up to the 5th week, with a work progress of 20.017%. The data used include the budget plan, S-curve, weekly reports, and actual project costs, analyzed using Microsoft Excel. The calculation results show that in the 4th week, the project experienced a cost deviation with a Cost Variance (CV) of -Rp47,228,379.15 and a schedule deviation with a Schedule Variance (SV) of -Rp16,025,142.49. The Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 0.76 indicates budget overrun, while the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) of 0.90 indicates a delay in execution. The estimated total cost at completion (EAC) is Rp939,260,546.02, exceeding the initial budget of Rp715,408,147.00, and the estimated total time for completion (EAS) is 9.42 weeks compared to the original plan of 9 weeks. These findings highlight the importance of implementing EVM to detect early project deviations and provide a quantitative basis for project performance evaluation

Abstract

Purpose: The case of manipulation in preparing financial reports in research carried out by university lecturers is a serious problem. This study aims to investigate the causes of lecturers having lack of accountability in their research financial reporting Methodology/approach: The systematic review method is used to conceptually explore why lecturers commit dishonest actions in financial reporting. The articles analyzed were 48 national and international journal articles from the Sinta and Google Scholar databases. Results/findings: The results show that fraud is influenced by information asymmetry, weak monitoring, and workload pressure from tridarma and publication demands. Universities should simplify reporting and enhance monitoring, while lecturers need work-life balance to reduce stress and improve accountability. Conclusion : Lecturers’ financial reporting issues stem from asymmetry, poor monitoring, and pressure. Improving oversight and work-life balance can enhance accountability. Limitations: : This study is limited to a literature review without primary data, so it cannot directly assess lecturers' understanding of financial accountability. Future research should use surveys or interviews. Contribution: This study confirms agency theory by highlighting information asymmetry and weak monitoring in universities. It provides a policy basis to enhance lecturer accountability, reduce fraud, and promote financial accountability and work-life balance.

Abstract

Keterlambatan proyek infrastruktur merupakan permasalahan yang umum terjadi di sektor konstruksi Indonesia dan berdampak pada peningkatan biaya, penurunan mutu, dan gangguan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan dan strategi mitigasinya melalui pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). Sebanyak 13 artikel ilmiah terpilih yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 – 2025 dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 80 entri faktor penyebab keterlambatan yang dapat diklasifikasikan ke dalam Sembilan kategori utama, dengan tiga kategori paling dominan yaitu faktor teknis (22 kemunculan), manajerial (20 kemunculan), dan kesternal (18 kemunculan). Faktor teknis mencakup kesalahan desain, metode pelaksanaan yang tidak sesuai, dan kondisi lapangan yang tidak terprediksi. Faktor manajerial berkaitan dengan lemahnya perencanaan, koordinasi, serta dokumentasi proyek, sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi cuaca buruk, pembebasan lahan, dan kebijakan regulasi. Strategi mitigasi yang ditemukan mencakup penggunaan teknologi (BIM), penjadwalan adaptif, pelatihan SDM, penguatan logistic, dan koordinasi lintas instansi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan secara menyeluruh dan kolaboratif dalam pengelolaan keterlambatan proyek infrastruktur.
