Abstract

Desa Donomulyo memiliki komoditas berupa pertanian dan perkebunan. Perkebunan tebu merupakan salah satu andalan desa ini. Berdasarkan data yang diberikan oleh pemerintah desa Donomulyo, sekitar 67% lahan atau seluas 51 hektar merupakan lahan perkebunan tebu produktif. Rata-rata hasil tahunan tebu sekitar 70 ton/hektar per tahun. Di sisi lain, pemerintah menghapus kebijakan subsidi pupuk. Hal ini menyebabkan tanaman tebu masyarakat gagal. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk memanfaatkan limbah tebu adalah dengan menjadi mool organik dan pupuk organik. Teknologi pengolahan limbah tebu adalah dengan membuat komposter untuk pengomposan limbah panen tebu. Selain menggunakan komposter, mesin pencacah juga dibutuhkan untuk proses pembuatan pupuk organik dari sampah organik dan kotoran hewan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat menjadi optimalisasi peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Donomulyo dari limbah panen tebu menjadi mol organik dan pupuk organik.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menguraikan relevansi wacana transaksi jual beli di pasar sebagai bahan ajar untuk menulis teks iklan di SMP kelas VIII. Data diperoleh dari tuturan pedagang dan pembeli di pasar tradisional. Objek penelitian adalah relevansi wacana transaksi jual beli sebagai bahan pembelajaran penulisan iklan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik simak catat dan rekam, lalu dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa wacana transaksi di pasar memiliki relevansi dengan pembelajaran teks iklan serta potensi sebagai sumber bahan dalam pembelajaran menulis iklan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan materi pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam memahami dan mempraktikkan penulisan teks iklan. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat digunakan dalam merancang kurikulum yang lebih berorientasi pada penerapan praktis dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di tingkat SMP.

Abstract

Abstrak : Kenyamanan pencahayaan berhubungan dengan intensitas cahaya yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), yaitu 500 lux. Penelitian oleh Etty Kurniawati pada 2012 menunjukkan bahwa seluruh laboratorium Teknik Sipil Universitas Negeri Malang, termasuk Laboratorium Struktur D19 R. 101, Laboratorium Perkerasan Jalan D19 R. 106, Laboratorium Pengujian Bahan D19 R. 101, dan Laboratorium Hidrolika B9 R. 206, belum memenuhi standar ini karena intensitas cahayanya masih di bawah 500 lux. Untuk mencapai standar tersebut, dilakukan pemodelan desain ulang tata pencahayaan menggunakan perangkat lunak DIALux evo 11. Langkah pertama adalah mengubah warna material dinding menjadi traffic white dengan reflection factor 88 persen. Jika intensitas masih belum mencapai 500 lux, spesifikasi lampu ditingkatkan menjadi Philips 2X TL-D58W. Jika masih kurang, dilakukan penataan dan penambahan jumlah titik lampu. Hasilnya, Lab. Struktur mencapai 505 lux dengan penambahan 5 titik lampu baru. Lab. Perkerasan Jalan mencapai 512 lux dengan penambahan 3 titik lampu baru. Lab. Pengujian Bahan mencapai 503 lux dengan penambahan 7 titik lampu baru. Lab. Hidrolika mencapai 505 lux dengan penambahan 2 titik lampu baru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kenyamanan pencahayaan di laboratorium Teknik Sipil UM telah tercapai, karena semua laboratorium kini memiliki tingkat intensitas pencahayaan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan SNI, yaitu 500 lux.

Abstract

Abstract : Façade maintenance is often neglected and seems imprecise due to many factors, one of which is the location of the facade which is quite difficult to reach. Whereas maintenance on the facade is very important because the facade is the earliest part that is seen from a building and becomes a characteristic of the building, the maintenance applied should not be modest, but must be optimal and heed the relevant regulations. This study reviews by comparing and assessing the maintenance of the facade of the curtain wall material and aluminium composite panel with the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 24/PRT/M/2008. Data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires and to analyse using qualitative descriptive methods and percentages. From this method, it is possible to investigate the comparison of procedures in the field with procedures based on Permen PU No.24/PRT/M/2008 and the level of conformity of the procedures under review. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, the two procedures have similarities and differences, the procedures in the field as a whole are not in accordance with the procedures for the Minister of Public Works No. 24/PRT/M/2008, but the procedures in the field also have their own advantages. Based on the assessment, the level of conformity of the procedures in the field with the Minister of Public Works No. 24/PRT/M/2008 overall reached 86.64%. Meanwhile, based on the grouping of respondents, the score was 66.17% for group I, 78.95% for group II and 91.14% for group III. The overall results stated that the maintenance carried out was not fully in accordance with the regulations, but the results obtained showed good results, where the percentage obtained was more than 50%, this indicates that more than half of the maintenance was carried out by heeding the regulations. Keywords : Maintenance, Facade, Curtain Wall, Aluminum Composite Panel.

Abstract

Digitization of construction using technologies such as AI, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Internet of Things (IoT) can help improve the productivity and efficiency of the construction industry. Machine learning methods such as Artificial Neural Network (ANN) are used to solve complex problems, including in construction projects. In addition, Earned Value Management (EVM) is used as a method to analyze and control project performance and estimate project completion time. Although EVM has the disadvantage of predicting estimated project completion times that are linear in nature, the use of non-linear methods such as Artificial Neural Network can help improve the accuracy of estimating project completion times that are complex and have a high degree of variation. This research aims to analyze the physical achievements of the work and predict estimates of work completion using Earned Value Management which is integrated with the Artificial Neural Network on the Advanced Development Project for Facilities and Infrastructure of the Sanggabuana Karawang Training Area Maintenance Detachment (Sarpras Denharrahlat) belonging to the Indonesian Ministry of Defense. By using EVM and ANN, project management can be improved in terms of cost control, scheduling, and better estimation of project completion time. The data analysis method used is EVM. The data analyzed is Week, Planned Value and Earned Value. The three data are then plotted and translated in graphical form to calculate the Schedule Variance and Schedule Performance Index to evaluate the project. After conducting an analysis using the EVM, then a predictive model is formed to calculate the estimated project completion time using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method. Next, optimization of the predictive model is carried out to reduce the level of prediction error. The Software used to build predictive models is RapidMiner. At week 26, work progress was 100% ahead of plan, with an Earned Schedule value of 31.00. This indicates that the project has been completed in accordance with the target time. Certain parameter modifications to the optimal model include training cycles of 100, learning rate of 0.316, and momentum of 0.316. With these parameter settings, the model produces the most accurate predictions with a low prediction error rate.

Abstract

The project owner expressed a desire to accelerate the project to avoid delays. According to observations and progress reports, the week 45 progress was 76.071% with a deviation of -7.894%. The delay was caused by the contractor's poor time and cost management which affected the project implementation. Warning letter 1 is given by the owner so that the contractor evaluates and accelerates implementation. Time control is required, as well as time optimization analysis using the PERT method for a more efficient and faster duration. PERT focuses on scheduling with synchronization of project elements, taking into account the uncertainty of the duration of tasks and the overall project. This research aims to identify project duration control by applying PERT and CPM methods, as well as exploring the cost of potential project acceleration through subcontractor integration. Data collection techniques are through project observation and documents such as cost budget plans, S-curves, progress reports, and reference drawings. This data is used to analyze the optimal time through identifying critical activities with CPM and determining the optimal duration using PERT. Alternative project acceleration with the addition of subcontractors. In the research results, the CPM method identifies critical activities such as procurement, piling, connection, and cutting pile heads, from the PERT method the optimal duration is 45 days, with a probability of 59.18%. Alternative acceleration by applying subcontractors occurred cost savings of Rp. 84,855,111.02 or 1.11% of the total normal cost so that the cost of acceleration with subcontractors amounted to Rp. 7,547,781,459.38.

Abstract

The Pasuruan Regent Office Building Construction Project is a very important project because it involves the implementation of services to the community so that timeliness and quality in the implementation of development is a must. In week 17 the project experienced delays in implementation where in week 17 the progress plan was 36.906% but the facts in the field were still 22.70% so that there was a delay deviation of -14.204%. This study aims to serve as an early warning and evaluate the performance that is indicated to experience delays so that future realization progress can be carried out in accordance with the plan schedule. The method used is Earned Value Analysis which is a project management method used to measure and analyze project performance based on a comparison between the actual value of the work that has been completed (Earned Value, EV), the costs that have been incurred (Actual Cost, AC), and the estimated costs that should be incurred (Planned Value, PV) at a certain point in the project. EVM is a useful tool for monitoring project progress, identifying potential problems, and making predictions about how the project will proceed. Existing data is analyzed to obtain a prediction of the final state of project completion related to the estimated cost and schedule required. Abstract

The electricity infrastructure project is a complex construction project with many types, activities, and synergies from internal and external stakeholders.  The Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) 150kV of Gunungsari is a substation electrical construction project with delays in its construction process. The emergency of delays due to project risks that are not handled properly during the completion process and potentially create new risks. This study aims to identify the risks of project delays and determine effective risk treatment. The risk management process carried out in this study refers to ISO 31000:2018, which starts by defining the scope, context, and risk criteria, then continues with risk assessment, including risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation, and then continues by determining risk treatment. Risk identification was obtained through literature study and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with expert judgment involved in the project. The risk analysis results using the risk matrix obtained the most dominant risks, such as delays in project handover and additional item construction. The major risks included are those that require risk treatment to reduce the level of risk.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sanitasi dan mengelola limbah cair domestik di Pondok Pesantren Kalimasada, Jombang. Upaya untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, program melibatkan langkah-langkah seperti penilaian awal, perencanaan desain instalasi pengolahan limbah cair, pembangunan instalasi, pelatihan untuk penghuni, serta operasi, pemeliharaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Upaya ini dilakukan untuk menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan serta memberikan manfaat positif bagi pondok pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar. Berdasarkan hasil angket pra dan pasca program yang dikuatkan dengan observasi saat atau selama program, diperoleh hasil peningkatan yang signifikan antara pra-saat-dan pasca program. Dimulai dari ketersediaan fasilitas yang sebelumnya Pondok Pesantren Kalimasada Jombang belum memiliki failitas khusus untuk sistem sanitasi dan instalasi menjadi memiliki, dampak dari tersedianya fasilitas ini berbanding lurus dengan kebersihan yang akan tercipta. Selanjutnya pada perubahan mitra, aspek pengetahuan mengalami peningkatan dari 15% menjadi 45% hingga 95%. Kemudian pada aspek keterampilan mulai dari 25% menjadi 55% dan 85%. Hasil ini dikuatkan berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang menyampaikan terbantu dengan adanya pembangunan sistem sanitasi dan instalasi yang dibangun oleh tim, selain itu program ini juga memperoleh testimoni positif mitra.

Abstract

Industrial classes are work experiences for students who are preparing themselves to adapt to the work environment, develop practical skills, and determine appropriate career choices. This research explores the implementation of Kubota industrial classes at SMK Islam 1 Blitar as an approach to preparing students for the world of work. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study and data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. The results show that the cooperation between the school and industry allows for the integration of theoretical and practical learning, as well as specialized training for students. The preparation and implementation of industrial classes involve an important role for both SMK and business and industry world, with the support of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Supporting factors include the availability of facilities and close cooperation between schools and industries, while inhibiting factors include low student interest and limited resources. Impacts of the industrial classes include improved student skills, school reputation, and the supply of skilled labor for industry. Evaluation is conducted through summative evaluations and certification tests, assessing student progress and ensuring the fulfillment of industry standards. Thus, the Kubota industrial class at SMK Islam 1 Blitar is an effective model for preparing students for challenges in the world of work.
