Abstract

Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan individu untuk mempertahankan usahanya ditenngah perubahan yang tidak terduga. Pada saat ini para pelaku UMKM harus memikirkan bagaimana cara untuk mempertahankan usahanya. Terlebih dengan situasi pasca pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi pada awal tahun 2020 yang membuat perekonomian nasional turun. Tujuannya dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh transformasi bisnis digital, karakter kewirausahaan terhadap resiliensi UMKM di Jakarta barat dengan dimoderasi dukungan pemerintah. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan pendekatan non probability sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Data diolah dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software smartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan karakter kewirausahaan terhadap resiliensi UMKM di Jakarta Barat dam terdapat pengaruh dukungan pemerintah terhadap resiliensi UMKM di Jakarta Barat. Transformasi bisnis digital berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap resiliensi UMKM. Dukungan pemerintah tidak memoderasi pengaruh transformasi bisnis digital terhadap resiliensi UMKM serta dukungan pemerintah tidak memoderasi pengaruh karakter kewirausahaan terhadap resiliensi UMKM. Resilience is an individual's ability to maintain their business amidst unexpected changes. At this time, MSME players must think about how to maintain their business. Especially with the national situation after the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred at the beginning of 2020 which caused the economy to decline. The aim of this research is to empirically test the influence of digital business transformation and entrepreneurial character on the resilience of MSMEs in West Jakarta moderated by government support. The sampling method in this research uses a purposive sampling method with a nonprobability sampling approach. The number of samples in this study was 50 respondents. Data was processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using smartPLS software version 4.0. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial character on the resilience of MSMEs in West Jakarta and that there is an influence of government support on the resilience of MSMEs in West Jakarta. Digital business transformation has a positive and insignificant effect on the resilience of MSMEs. Government support does not moderate the influence of digital business transformation on the resilience of MSMEs and government support does not moderate the influence of entrepreneurial character on the resilience of MSMEs.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is a voluntary, selfless act carried out by an employee outside of his work responsibilities as a form of contribution that can increase the effectiveness of the company. The formation of organizational citizenship behavior can be influenced by various factors, such as self-efficacy, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling method. The sample of this study were all employees at PT XYZ which is engaged in food and beverages and has 36 members. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results showed that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior. Companies can improve organizational citizenship behavior through providing intensive training so that employees can master more efficient work methods and can develop skills relevant to work. This can increase the self-efficacy of its employees in carrying out their work. This is expected to increase organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Efikasi diri diartikan sebagai keyakinan seseorang terhadap kemampuan mereka untuk menggerakkan motivasi, kekuatan kognitif, dan tindakan yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan tugas tertentu. Kompetensi kewirausahaan merupakan keterampilan yang dimiliki seorang wirausahawan, sepertiharga diri, pengetahuan khusus tentang pekerjaan, sifat, dan sosial, kompetensi manajemen, dan kemampuan untuk berkolaborasi, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan hasil perusahaan. Keberhasilan berwirausaha merupakan pencapaian tujuan finansial perusahaan, tujuan pemilik, dan tujuan konsumen dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Dukungan keluarga merupakan tingkat dukungan yang diberikan, baik dalam hal perasaan, sosial, maupun finansial, untuk memulai fondasi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini diadakan dengan tujuan agar mengetahui kontribusi pada efikasi diri dan kompetensikewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan berwirausaha UMKM dan efek moderasi dukungan keluarga. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan oleh peneliti secara online kepada 55 pemilik UMKM di Jakarta Barat. Teknik mengambil sampel menggunakan non- probability sampling yang berupa purposivesampling. PLS-SEM menjadi metode yang dipakai untuk menganalisis data yang menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.6 untuk mengukur tingkat signifikansinya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan berwirausaha. Kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan berwirausaha. Dukungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan tidak signfikanterhadap keberhasilan berwirausaha. Dukungan keluarga memoderasi dengan negatif secara signfikan dampak efikasi diri terhadap keberhasilan berwirausaha. Dukungan keluarga memoderasi dengan negatif secara signifikan dampak kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilanberwirausaha.   Self-efficacy is defined as a person's belief in their ability to mobilize the motivation, cognitive power, and actions needed to accomplish a specific task. Entrepreneurial competencies are skills possessed by an entrepreneur, such as self-esteem, job-specific, trait, and social knowledge, management competencies, and the ability to collaborate, which contribute to improving company results. Entrepreneurial success is the achievement of the company's financial goals, owner goals, and consumer goals within a certain period of time. Family support is the level of support provided, both in terms of feelings, social, and financial, to start the foundation of entrepreneurship. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the contribution of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial competence to the success of MSME entrepreneurship and the moderating effect of family support. The questionnaire was distributed by researchers online to 55 MSME owners in West Jakarta. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling approach. PLS-SEM is the method used to analyze data using SmartPLS software version 4.0.9.6 to measure the level of significance. This study results in self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Entrepreneurial competence has a negative and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Family support has a positive and non-significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Family support moderates with a significant negative impact of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial success. Family support moderates with a significant negative impact of entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial success.

Abstract

In 2024, the Indonesian government aims to increase the export contribution of MSME products to 17%. To achieve this goal, the government actively collaborates with various institutions and MSMEs. Sinta MSME is one of the MSMEs in Cirebon Regency that sells fashion products such as clothes and handicraft bags made by themselves from local Cirebon producers. This is in opening up opportunities for Sinta MSMEs to export the products they sell. It is unfortunate that partners have not fully utilized this exclusive potential, which makes Sinta's MSME products unattractive to the uninitiated. Therefore, partners must be introduced further to how the current entrepreneurial process runs and how to first develop the potential of their products. This happens because Sinta MSMEs do not have the knowledge and input that can encourage them to become export-worthy products. So that the PKM Team of Tarumanagara University provides assistance to solve the problems of these partners. The PKM team provides knowledge and input in accordance with the needs that have been explained by partners. The input given by the PKM Team is in the form of making hangtags and mock up packaging boxes that can later be used by partners to add value to the attractiveness of the product. Hangtags are considered to make it easier for consumers to do a brief analysis before buying it and for partners is to make it easier for them to recap sales because there is already a barcode of each item in it. Box packaging is also expected to help partners maintain product quality and make it easier for consumers to carry it after purchase. ABSTRAK Pada tahun 2024, pemerintah Indonesia memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kontribusi ekspor produk UMKM hinggaa 17%. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka pemerintah secara aktif bekerjasama dengan berbagai lembaga dan UMKM. UMKM Sinta merupakan salah satu UMKM di Kabupaten Cirebon yang menjual produk fashion seperti baju dan tas kerajinan yang dibuat sendiri dari para produsen lokal Cirebon. Hal tersebut dalam membuka peluang UMKM Sinta untuk melakukan ekspor produk yang dijualnya. Sangat disayangkan bahwa mitra belum memanfaatkan sepenuhnya potensi eksklusif ini, yang membuat produk UMKM Sinta tidak menarik bagi orang-orang yang belum tahu. Oleh karena itu, mitra harus diperkenalkan lebih jauh tentang bagaimana proses kewirausahaan saat ini berjalan dan bagaimana terlebih dahulu mengembangkan potensi produk yang dimilikinya. Hal tersebut terjadi dikarenakan UMKM Sinta belum memiliki pengetahuan dan masukan yang dapat mendorongnya menjadi produk yang layak ekspor. Sehingga Tim PKM Universitas Tarumanagara melakukan adanya pendampingan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra tersebut. Tim PKM memberikan pengetahuan dan masukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah dijelaskan oleh mitra. Masukan yang diberikan Tim PKM adalah dalam bentuk pembuatan hangtag dan mock up box kemasan yang nantinya dapat digunakan oleh mitra guna menambah nilai daya tarik dari produk. Hangtag dianggap dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam melakukan analisa singkat sebelum membelinya dan bagi mitra adalah untuk mempermudah mereka dalam melakukan rekap penjualan karena sudah terdapat barcode masing-masing item di dalamnya. Kemasan box pun diharapkan dapat membantu mitra dalam menjaga kualitas produk dan mempermudah konsumen membawanya setelah pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh stres kerja dan servant leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Starbucks Indonesia khususnya district 42, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Kepuasan kerja dalam konteks ini mengacu pada tingkat kesenangan dan kebahagiaan yang dirasakan karyawan terhadap lingkungan kerja, interaksi dengan rekan kerja, kompensasi, dan peluang pengembangan karir di perusahaan. Stres kerja, yang didefinisikan sebagai perasaan tertekan yang timbul dari ketidaksesuaian beban kerja, serta servant leadership, yang mengutamakan pelayanan dan perhatian terhadap kebutuhan karyawan, diidentifikasi sebagai faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja, sebagai mediator, bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara stres kerja dan servant leadership dengan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner kepada karyawan Starbucks Indonesia district 42. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi untuk menguji hipotesis tentang pengaruh variabel independen (stres kerja dan servant leadership) terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan kerja), dengan motivasi kerja sebagai mediator. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana stres kerja dan servant leadership mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan di industri makanan dan minuman, khususnya di Starbucks Indonesia. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen dalam meningkatkan kondisi kerja dan kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan motivasi kerja karyawan, serta memberikan arahan untuk penelitian lanjutan dalam bidang ini. This study investigates the influence of job stress and servant leadership on employee job satisfaction at Starbucks Indonesia, especially district 42, with work motivation as a mediating variable. Job satisfaction in this context refers to the level of pleasure and happiness employees feel towards the work environment, interactions with coworkers, compensation, and career development opportunities in the company. Job stress, defined as feelings of distress arising from workload mismatches, as well as servant leadership, which prioritizes service and attention to employee needs, were identified as the main factors influencing job satisfaction. Work motivation, as a mediator, aims to explain the relationship between work stress and servant leadership with job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires to 42 Starbucks Indonesia district employees. Data analysis was conducted using regression techniques to test hypotheses about the effect of independent variables (job stress and servant leadership) on the dependent variable (job satisfaction), with job motivation as a mediator. The results of the study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of how job stress and servant leadership affect employee job satisfaction in the food and beverage industry, especially at Starbucks Indonesia. The practical implications of this research are expected to support Starbucks Indonesia’s management on improving work condition and leadership in order to increase employee’s satisfaction and work motivation, as well as providing guidance for future studies regarding this topic.

Abstract

The 21st century learning that emphasizes the importance of integrating technology in education. The use of digital technology in STEM learning is an innovative way to increase student engagement and strengthen their understanding of the material. Digital technology and classroom management training was given to 51 elementary school teachers in Ciherang on September 4 2024. This training was carried out by providing a pretest, material, roleplay and posttest. The results of this activity can be seen from the pretest and posttest which show that the use of digital health tools increased by 45%, while classroom management skills increased by 19%. These results show the effectiveness of training in increasing teacher competence in these two aspects. However, obstacles are found among older teachers, who tend to be less motivated to learn digital technology. On the other hand, younger teachers who are more adept at technology can help their colleagues who are struggling. To overcome this challenge, it is recommended to conduct more in-depth follow-up training, especially regarding the application of digital technology in learning and school administration. Apart from that, mentoring for senior teachers is very important so that they can more easily adapt to technological developments. Collaboration between young and senior teachers needs to continue to be encouraged to increase technology adoption and the quality of education. This training not only improves teachers' technical skills, but also builds their confidence in managing classes using technology. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran abad 21 yang menekankan pentingnya integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan. Penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran STEM merupakan salah satu cara yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan memperkuat pemahaman mereka terhadap materi. Pelatihan teknologi digital dan manajemen kelas yang diberikan kepada 51 guru SD di Ciherang pada 4 September 2024. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest, materi, roleplay, dan posttest. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terlihat dari pretest dan posttest yang menunjukkan hasil penggunaan alat kesehatan digital meningkat sebesar 45%, sementara keterampilan manajemen kelas meningkat sebesar 19%. Hasil ini menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di kedua aspek tersebut. Namun, kendala ditemukan pada guru yang lebih tua, yang cenderung kurang termotivasi untuk mempelajari teknologi digital. Di sisi lain, guru muda yang lebih mahir dalam teknologi dapat membantu rekan-rekan mereka yang kesulitan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, disarankan mengadakan pelatihan lanjutan yang lebih mendalam, khususnya terkait penerapan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran dan administrasi sekolah. Selain itu, pendampingan bagi guru senior sangat penting agar mereka lebih mudah beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Kerja sama antara guru muda dan senior perlu terus didorong untuk meningkatkan adopsi teknologi dan kualitas pendidikan. Abstract

he implementation of the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) at SDN Caringin Nunggal, Ciherang Village, faced significant challenges, particularly the limited computer skills of fifth-grade students. This situation was exacerbated by inadequate school facilities and students’ low self-efficacy in using technology. To address these challenges, students from Tarumanagara University, through the Student Creativity Program (PKM) in community service, collaborated with SDN Caringin Nunggal and supported by local teachers, organized computer training based on ANBK simulation. The training lasted for three days and included ANBK test simulations and the introduction of basic computer skills, such as typing, using cursors, and screen navigation. Methods used involved pretest, posttest, and direct simulation. Evaluation using the Paired T-Test method showed a significant improvement in students’ self-efficacy. Results indicated that the average posttest score increased by 22.5% compared to the pretest. This program had a positive impact by enhancing students’ confidence in facing ANBK, preparing them with better technological skills. The collaboration between the student team, teachers, and the school successfully provided solutions to improve students’ competence while creating a more supportive learning environment ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) di SDN Caringin Nunggal, Desa Ciherang, menghadapi tantangan signifikan, terutama keterbatasan keterampilan komputer siswa kelas 5. Situasi ini diperburuk oleh fasilitas sekolah yang kurang memadai dan rendahnya efikasi diri siswa dalam penggunaan teknologi. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara, melalui Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) dalam bidang pengabdian masyarakat, bekerja sama dengan SDN Caringin Nunggal dan didukung oleh guru setempat, menyelenggarakan pelatihan komputer berbasis simulasi ANBK. Pelatihan berlangsung selama tiga hari dan melibatkan simulasi soal ANBK serta pengenalan keterampilan dasar komputer, seperti mengetik, menggunakan kursor, dan navigasi layar. Metoda yang digunakan meliputi pretest, posttest, dan simulasi langsung. Berdasarkan evaluasi menggunakan metode Paired T-Test, terjadi peningkatan signifikan efikasi diri siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai posttest siswa meningkat sebesar 22,5% dibandingkan pretest. Program ini memberikan dampak positif dengan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa menghadapi ANBK, mempersiapkan mereka dengan keterampilan teknologi yang lebih baik. Kerja sama antara tim mahasiswa, guru, dan pihak sekolah berhasil memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa, sekaligus menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih mendukung.

Abstract

A lot of factor affecting business success, among others are self-efficacy and motivation. This study was conducted to determine the influence of self-efficacy and motivation to business success. The population was all of shop owner in PusatGrosir Metro Tanah Abang, Jakarta. The purposive sampling methods used in this research. The methods of data collection were conducted by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The techniques of data analysis were using multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research showed that self-efficacy and motivation simultaneously affect to business success. While the self-efficacy is partially affect to business success and motivation also is partially affect to business success.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointed employees at work or the company and organizational culture are values ??or norms that are instilled by the company. These two important variables explain organizational commitment in the form of employee desires to maintain its membership in the company. The main purpose of this study is to find out the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee organizational commitment. The sample of this research was 50 respondents, who are employees in non-managerial positions. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data analysis method used by researchers was PLS-SEM with bootstrapping method. The results of this study indicated that job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment and organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of transformational leadership and human resources training on employee well-being with organizational justice as a mediating variable. This study used purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 54 respondents who were employees, and the research data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.3.2 software program. The results of this study indicated that transformational leadership and human resources training at the company have a significant and positive effect on employee well-being. This means that the better the transformational leadership is realized in the company, the higher the employee well-being in the company. However, based on the research results, organizational justice did not have a significant and negative effect on employee well-being. So that organizational justice cannot mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and human resources training for employee well-being. The implication of this research for companies in general is that companies can maintain and improve their employee well-being. Suggestions for the company, it is hoped that it can maintain and improve transformational leadership and conduct human resources training regularly and with good procedures to improve employee well-being in a company, because human capital is the one of the main capitals that it is important to be managed by the company.
