Abstract

Kinerja usaha memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Peningkatan kinerja memungkinkan UMKM untuk bersaing lebih efektif dan menciptakan peluang yang lebih baik bagi pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha, dengan keunggulan kompetitif sebagai mediasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui non-probability sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah pemilik UMKM di Jakarta Barat sebanyak 125 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, sedangkan kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. Selain itu, keunggulan kompetitif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. Orientasi kewirausahaan berengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif, serta kompetensi kewirausahaan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Pengaruh mediasi keunggulan kompetitif pada orientasi kewirausahaan positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. Sedangkan, pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha yang dimediasi keunggulan kompetitif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Penelitian ini berdampak pada pemilik usaha UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat, karena keunggulan kompetitif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Oleh karena itu, pemilik usaha yang memiliki pengetahuan, kemampuan, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan kompetensi kewirausahaan yang relevan dapat lebih siap dalam meningkatkan kinerja usahanya. Business performance plays an important role in improving business sustainability and growth. Improved performance allows MSMEs to compete more effectively and create better opportunities for business development. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competence on business performance, with competitive advantage as mediation. Data were collected through non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique, the sample of this study was the owners of MSMEs in West Jakarta as many as 125 respondents. Data analysis was performed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive but insignificant effect on business performance, while entrepreneurial competence has a positive and significant effect on business performance. In addition, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, and entrepreneurial competence also has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. The mediating effect of competitive advantage on entrepreneurial orientation is positive but insignificant to business performance. Meanwhile, the effect of entrepreneurial competence on business performance mediated by competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect. This research has an impact on business owners of F&B MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Turnover intention is a form of employee assessment that has not been achieved in real terms towards the continuity of his relationship with the current employer or company. Then, the intention to move employees can be influenced by factors such as job satisfaction, job stress and career development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress and career development on turnover intetion. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability method with a saturated sampling technique that refers to sampling as a whole. The sample in this study were 50 baristas. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive effect on turnover intention, job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention and career development has a positive effect on turnover intention. The implication of this research for the company in general is that the company can manage the turnover intention level of baristas through increasing job satisfaction, including by fulfilling employee rights, especially regarding better compensation.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa kelas V SDN Panyaweuyan dalam penggunaan komputer, khususnya dalam persiapan untuk Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK). Banyak siswa menghadapi tantangan akibat keterbatasan akses teknologi dan kurangnya keterampilan menggunakan komputer, yang menyebabkan kecemasan dalam menghadapi asesmen ini. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, kami melaksanakan program dalam tiga tahap : persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, siswa diberikan pelatihan praktis dalam menggunakan komputer, termasuk mengetik, menggunakan perangkat lunak dan berinteraksi dengan sistem ANBK. Pelatihan menggunakan metode interaktif, seperti praktik langsung, sesi tanya jawab dan buatan personal. Evaluasi dengan menggunakan General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) menunjukkan peningkatan pada kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan siswa. Meskipun perbedaan statistik antara hasil pre-test dan post-test cukup moderat, siswa melaporkan merasa lebih nyaman dan mampu menggunakan komputer. Pelatihan ini membantu mereka merasa lebih siap menghadapi ANBK dan mengurangi kecemasan mereka. Dalam kegiatan PKM ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan teknologi yang berkelanjutan di sekolah untuk membantu siswa beradaptasi dengan pembelajaran dan asesmen berbasis komputer, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan mereka untuk pendidikan masa depan. PKM activities aims to improve the self–efficacy of fifth-grade students at SDN Panyaweuyan in using computers, especially in preparation for the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK). Many students struggled with computer use due to limited access and lack of familiarity, leading to anxiety about assessment. To address these challenges, we implemented a three-phase program such as preparation, implementation and evaluation. During implementation, students received guided practice in basic computer skills, including typing, navigating software and interacting with the ANBK system. The training was interactive, involving hands-on practice Q&A sessions and personalized assistance. Evaluations using the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) indicated that students improved in both confidence and computer skills. Although the statistical difference between pre-test and post-test results was moderate, the students reported feeling more comfortable and capable of using computers. This training helped them feel more prepared for ANBK and reduced their anxiety. In this PKM activities emphasise the importance of continuous technological support in schools to help students adapt to computer-based learning and assessments, fostering their confidence and skills for future educational challenges.

Abstract

Resiliensi kewirausahaan merupakan kemampuan individu beradaptasi dan melakukan perubahan setelah menghadapi keadaan sulit, ancaman ataupun masalah. Resiliensi kewirausahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti entrepreneurial grit, passion berwirausaha dan digitalization. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh entrepreneurial grit dan passion berwirausaha terhadap resiliensi kewirausahaan dan efek mediasi digitalization. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk skala likert melalui google form kepada 91 pemilik usaha/manajer UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat. Analisis data menggunakan metode PLS-SEM yang diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial grit, passion berwirausaha dan digitalization berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap resiliensi kewirausahaan UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat. Entrepreneurial Grit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap resiliensi kewirausahaan UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat dengan dimediasi oleh Digitalization. Passion Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap resiliensi kewirausahaan UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat dengan dimediasi oleh Digitalization.   Entrepreneurial resilience is the ability of individuals to adapt and make changes after facing difficult circumstances, threats or problems. Entrepreneurial resilience can be influenced by several factors, such as entrepreneurial grit, entrepreneurial passion and digitalization. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial grit and entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial resilience and the mediating effect of digitalization. The sampling technique used non probability sampling method with purposive sampling approach. Data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire through google form to 91 business owners / managers of F&B MSMEs in West Jakarta. Data analysis using the PLS-SEM method which is processed using SmartPLS version 4 software. This study shows that entrepreneurial grit, entrepreneurial passion and digitalization have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial resilience of F&B MSMEs in West Jakarta. Entrepreneurial Grit has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial resilience of F&B MSMEs in West Jakarta mediated by Digitalization. Entrepreneurial Passion has a positive but insignificant effect on the entrepreneurial resilience of F&B MSMEs in West Jakarta mediated by Digitalization.

Abstract

Generasi Z merupakan sosok yang mencari makna lebih dalam mengenai pekerjaan dan kehidupan mereka dengan memandang pentingnya work life balance mereka terhadap kehidupan pribadi mereka. Generasi Z juga memiliki potensi besar untuk menghadapi masa depan mereka lebih baik dengan meningkatkan efikasi diri dan cenderung merasa puas dengan peran pekerjaan mereka jika diberikan kesempatan untuk dapat memilih karir mereka berjalan sesuai dengan ekspetasi yang diharapkannya. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh efikasi diri, work life balance, career choice terhadap kinerja karyawan Generasi Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden adalah para karyawan yang berusia 12 hingga 27 tahun, dengan lokasi di Jakarta Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri, work-life balance dan career choice memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hal ini menunjukkan jika efikasi diri meningkat disertai adanya keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi dan juga adanya pilihan karir yang sesuai harapan, maka kinerja Generasi Z dapat ditingkatkan. Implikasi praktisnya mencakup pentingnya kebijakan organisasi yang fleksibel dan pengembangan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri serta mendukung keseimbangan kerja dan pilihan karir karyawan.   Generation Z is a figure who seeks deeper meaning about their work and life by considering the importance of  their work-life balance to their personal lives. Generation Z also has great potential to face their future better by increasing self-efficacy and tends to feel satisfied with their job role if given the opportunity to be able to choose their career to run according to their expectations. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of self-efficacy, work life balance, and career choice on the performance of Generation Z employees.  Respondents are employees aged 12 to 27 years, with locations in West Jakarta. The results of the study showed that the variables of self-efficacy, work-life balance and career choice had a positive and significant influence on performance. This shows that if self-efficacy increases accompanied by a balance between work and personal life and also the existence of career choices that meet expectations, then the performance of Generation Z can be improved. Practical implications include the importance of flexible organizational policies and the development of training programs to improve self-efficacy and support employees' work-life balance and career choices.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial motivation on the success of women’s fashion MSMEs in Central Jakarta, with business strategy serving as a moderating variable. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach with purposive sampling, the study involves 306 respondent who are owners of women’s fashion MSMEs. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that an entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant impact on the success of women’s fashion MSMEs in Central Jakarta. Similarly entrepreneurial motivation positively and significantly influences business success. Business strategy also demonstrates a positive and significant effect on success while moderating the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and business success. However, business strategy as a moderator in the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and business success shows a negative but significant influence, highlighting the need to align strategies with individual entrepreneurial motivation. These results suggest that MSMEs entrepreneurs can enhance business success by cultivating an innovation driven mindset, growth orientation, and risk-taking ability. Strong entrepreneurial motivation drives concrete actions toward business development, enabling entrepreneurs to remain focused despite challenges. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving entrepreneurial skills, aligning strategies with motivations, and fostering resilience to achieve sustained success. Women’s fashion MSME entrepreneurs are encouraged to maximize their business potential and succeed in a competitive market environment.

Abstract

The importance of entrepreneurial knowledge and social media in increasing the success of women's fashion MSMEs in Central Jakarta, especially amidst increasingly tight business competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of these two factors on business success by considering family support as a moderating factor. Entrepreneurial knowledge helps business actors in recognizing opportunities, managing risks, and adapting in a dynamic and competitive market. Meanwhile, social media acts as an effective marketing tool to reach consumers at a relatively low cost. Family support is believed to provide additional stability and motivation for MSME owners. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach and involves 106 respondents of women's fashion MSMEs in Central Jakarta. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on business success. However, the influence of social media on business success is positive but not significant. In addition, family support has a positive and significant influence on business success. As a moderating variable, family support is not significant in moderating the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and social media on business success. This study suggests that MSMEs should focus more on improving their understanding of entrepreneurship and maximizing the use of social media effectively, while further research can expand the scope of business sectors and variables studied for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

The success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is influenced not only by internal factors but also by various external factors that can strengthen or weaken business performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of government support as a moderator of entrepreneurial competence and self-efficacy on business success in women's fashion MSMEs in Central Jakarta. The research employs a purposive sampling technique with 225 respondents, consisting of women’s fashion MSMEs owners in Central Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The research instrument consisted of an online questionnaire distributed to respondents meeting the sample criteria. The result show that entrepreneurial competence, self-efficacy, and government support have a positive and significant effect on the business success of women's fashion MSMEs in Central Jakarta. However, government support was not found to strengthen the effect of entrepreneurial competence and self-efficacy on the business success. Thus, entrepreneurial competence, self-efficacy, and government support are vital for success in fashion MSMEs. MSMEs business owners can enhance their success by developing entrepreneurial competence and self-efficacy, focusing on innovation, strategic decision-making, and self-confidence as key drivers of business success in the fashion industry. With government support, including training, and access to capital, fashion MSMEs can grow, compete in broader markets, and contribute to local economic development.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intentions in Generation Y are influenced by various factors that reflect their preferences and life orientation. Entrepreneurial orientation will form a proactive mindset and dare to take risks. Work-life balance is also an important consideration for Generation Y who crave flexibility and balance between their personal and work lives. Meanwhile, career choice determines the direction of an individual's decision in choosing the career that best suits their aspirations, including the tendency to become an entrepreneur. Therefore, these three factors are seen as interrelated in influencing the entrepreneurial intention of Generation Y. The purpose of this research is to enrich the literature related to the variables of entrepreneurial orientation, work life balance, and career choice on the entrepreneurial intention of Generation Y. The sample amounted to 100 employee respondents in the age range of generation Y.

Abstract

Program Smart Village Universitas Tarumanagara dilaksanakan di Desa Ciherang, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Cianjur, untuk meningkatkan kompetensi numerasi dan literasi digital siswa sekolah dasar menghadapi Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK). Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga hari pada Oktober 2024, melibatkan lima sekolah dasar yaitu SDN 01 Ciherang, SDN 02 Ciherang, SDN Caringin Nunggal, SDN Maleber, dan SDN Panyaweuyan. Metode kegiatan mencakup pengenalan literasi digital, pembelajaran numerasi interaktif, serta pre-test dan post-test untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan kompetensi siswa. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan bersifat interaktif dengan ice breaking dan permainan edukatif yang menarik minat belajar siswa. Data pre-test menunjukkan siswa menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam memahami soal-soal ANBK, khususnya numerasi dan pengoperasian komputer. Setelah sesi intervensi, hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman numerasi dan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menggunakan komputer. Program ini secara langsung mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDG 4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas dan SDG 9 terkait inovasi dan infrastruktur teknologi di pedesaan. Tantangan utama selama kegiatan berupa keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, rendahnya literasi awal siswa, serta kendala bahasa lokal yang menghambat komunikasi efektif. Melalui kolaborasi mahasiswa lintas disiplin ilmu dan interaksi yang hangat antara siswa dan mahasiswa, kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, menyenangkan, serta efektif. Program Smart Village UNTAR ini memberikan model intervensi pendidikan yang inovatif yang dapat direplikasi untuk mendukung transformasi pendidikan digital di daerah lain di Indonesia.
