Abstract

Islamic religious education is crucial for children because it provides a strong moral and ethical foundation for their lives. Islamic religious education can also help them understand moral values, such as honesty, patience, tolerance, and a sense of responsibility. This can shape a child's character, leading to individuals with noble character and respect for others. The role of the family in educating children is crucial because parents are their children's first teachers, teaching them about Islamic religious education. The effectiveness of Islamic religious education within the family on students' religious attitudes reflects their experience of religion, which concerns a person's inner life, as religious attitudes cannot be separated from their adherence to their own religion. Attitude formation and change are influenced by two factors: (1) Internal factors, namely the ability to select and analyze external influences, including interest and attention. Humans are essentially born with a natural state (innate religious potential), and only environmental factors (parents) influence the development of a child's religious innate nature. (2) External factors, namely factors external to the individual, namely environmental influences received. The external factor is that humans possess basic potential that can be developed as religious beings. This potential is generally referred to as a religious innate nature. The type of research used by the researcher is a survey and is a qualitative study. It explores field data using descriptive analysis methods. This aims to provide a quick and accurate picture of the effectiveness of Islamic religious education in families on students' religious attitudes. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this study include: observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

The growth of shophouses in Banda Aceh City tends to be fast. This phenomenon cannot be separated from the consequences of Banda Aceh being a provincial capital. However, the uncontrolled growth of shophouses tends to have negative impacts on the urban environment. Therefore, this study was aimed at gaining new knowledge on perceptions held, problems encountered and solutions expected by residents related to shophouses in Banda Aceh City. This research was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, a qualitative research method was used. Data were collected using a survey with open-ended questions and analyzed using a content analysis method (text data). In the second stage, a quantitative research method was used. Data were collected using a survey with closed-ended questions and analyzed using a quantitative analysis method. Both data collection methods were executed based on online surveys. The results showed three dimensions of the perceptions of residents related to shophouses in Banda Aceh City, i.e.: Lack of Regulation, Development Consequence, and Efficiency Effort. They also showed four dimensions of the problems encountered by residents, i.e.: Environment Disturbance, Circulation Disturbance, Reduced Comfort, and Reduced Esthetic. Related to the solutions expected by residents, there were two dimensions, i.e.: Regulation Rearrangement and Public Facility Management. The results also revealed a strong relationship between the Lack of Regulation perception dimension and the Circulation Disturbance problem dimension and the Regulation Rearrangement solution dimension.

Abstract

Genetic Algorithm speed is determined by computation time. Computing time in AG for finding the optimum value is strongly influenced by the following parameters: population size, crossover probability (Pc), mutation probability (Pm), and the selected selection method. Pc is one of the essential parameters in AG. A chromosome that will reach the best solution can be obtained from the crossover process of the two parent chromosomes. The Pc value strongly influences the crossover process. Determining the appropriate and correct Pc value indicates how large the parent chromosome will experience crossover. The method used to analyze the effect of Pc on AG performance is changing the Pc value between 0.80-0.95. The simulation used MATLAB R2012b to obtain the best computational time for each Pc value. Meanwhile, the other AG parameters remained the same: Pm=0.05 and population size=100 for each change of Pc value. The test results using MATLABR2012b show that the fastest computing time is in the range of Pc values between 0.85-0.95 with an average computation time of 0.14564s. This indicates that for the case of optimizing the scheduling of courses in the Unimed Electrical Engineering study program, the Pc value between 0.85-0.95 will provide the fastest computation time.

Abstract

This activity aims to describe the process of socializing Physical Education learning media based on local wisdom, dance, innovation, cultural values, and national identity. The background of this activity departs from the need to develop learning media that are not only oriented towards improving the motor skills of students, but also integrating cultural and artistic values as a strengthener of national identity. The implementation of activities through socialization, observation, interviews, and documentation. Socialization activities were carried out in junior high schools involving PJOK teachers, students, and regional art communities. The results show that learning media prepared based on local wisdom and dance are able to increase student learning motivation, enrich movement experience, and instill cultural values that are in line with national identity. In addition, innovations in learning media make it easier for teachers to deliver material creatively and contextually. The research conclusion confirms that the socialization of learning media based on local wisdom, dance, and culture is not only effective in improving the quality of Physical Education learning, but also strategic in strengthening the character and national identity of the younger generation.
