University Muhammadiyah Gresik through the entrepreneurship study program and the accounting study program collaborated with the Muhammadiyah Sidayu Student Association. This collaboration resulted in program synergy in the form of financial smart seminars and strengthening the “Youngpreneurship Mindset”. The result of this service activity is o build financial intelligence in IPM Sidayu cadres so they are able to manage finances effectively and efficiently. Financial intelligence is expected to encourage changes in the consumer mindset to become an entrepreneur mindset.

Lazismu PDM Gresik has implemented a community empowerment program by providing capital for mustahik. The purpose of this activity is to change the status of mustahik to become independent business actors. As part of Muhammadiyah's business charity, this empowerment activity is not only related to economic problems, but also as part of da'wah to strengthen monotheism of business actors. The target group for this service consists of business actors who have received capital from Lazismu PDM Gresik funds. The priority problem that is still being faced is business management and the presentation of its financial statements. The implementation of PKM activities will be carried out by transferring knowledge and technology (IPTEK) by conducting coaching activities such as counseling. After the counseling, assistance will be provided by the Student Team to oversee the preparation of financial reports. The results of this community service are: Knowledge and understanding in business development (innovation), and understanding business financial records through the android application, as well as improving infrastructure in developing a business.

This research aims to find out how the implementation of "Bakso SIP" innovation with the Business Model Canvas and Ten Types Innovation methods. The research used a qualitative-descriptive method on "Bakso SIP" located in the Village, Pekauman, South Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan Province. The results showed that the owner of "Bakso SIP" has made three innovations in ten types of innovation, namely process innovation, channel innovation, and customer engagement, so that the business model of "Bakso SIP" has changed (remodeling) the business model canvas on the element of customer segments which used to only reach residents of the Pekauman area, Banjarmasin then more widely reach residents of Banjarmasin City. Customer relationships that used to be only with direct transactions can then make reservations in advance via WhatsApp Business and promote via Instagram, value proposition there is a change in service online reservation in advance. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the juridical formulation of Article 28 paragraph (2) and Article 45 paragraph (2) of the ITE Law and the implementation of law enforcement. The method used is normative juridical. The research results obtained that the juridical formulation of Article 28 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (2) of the ITE Law, contains several juridical weaknesses that it does not formulate the qualifications of the offense whether it is "violation" or "crime" law enforcement. The origin of 28 paragraph (2) is proven through a meaningful analysis of the content of the accused's hate speech phrases that actually cause hostility, communal conflicts through the symbolization of religious figures.

Judging from the continued increase in the number of students at the Qomaruddin Islamic Boarding School, it will always be accompanied by the increasing needs of the students that must be met, starting to increase the number of students will indirectly have an impact on the increase in several businesses. Kopontren business development is one way to improve the economy at the Qomaruddin Bungah Gresik Islamic boarding school. This research aims to determine the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the management of the Qomaruddin Kopontren business using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach starting from observation techniques after which data analysis is carried out from interviews and other sources. The results of this research indicate that the application of business ethics at Kopontren Qomaruddin generally works well in conventional or general business settings, whereas in the perspective of Islamic business ethics it goes well following the guidelines for Islamic business ethics but there is an interest system run by the Qomaruddin Kopontren which contains elements of usury which is forbidden in Islam. So that the application of Islamic business ethics has not been fully realized.

The integration of religious learning significantly shapes students' educational experiences and character development. This study explores specific dimensions of religiosity in the attitudes of Islamic primary school students in Indonesia, focusing on awareness, initiative, and altruism. Using a qualitative design with a grounded theory approach, the research was conducted in 64 classes from grades 1 to 6, involving 1,920 students. Instruments included a guidebook of students' daily worship activities and teacher observations. Data were analyzed using NVivo 14 and Crosstab analysis. The findings reveal that students' external religiosity, influenced by their environment and personal motivation, leads to internal religiosity characterized by conscientiousness, initiative, and altruism. Conscientiousness reflects adherence to religious norms, initiative is shown through disciplined and pious actions, and altruism manifests in helping others based on religious teachings. The study concludes that the development of students' religiosity dimensions results from disciplined and continuous training supported by teachers and parents. The findings highlight the importance of ongoing attention and guidance in fostering altruistic attitudes. These insights have implications for educators, policymakers, and parents, emphasizing the need for comprehensive religious education that promotes ethical behavior and social responsibility. Future research should explore the long-term effects of religious education on moral and social development, its impact across diverse backgrounds, and the role of digital platforms in enhancing religious education.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality dimensions of service quality are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward patient satisfaction. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents. The sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data collection used questionnaires. Data analysis method used quantitative analysis using validity and reliability test, F test, the coefficient of determination, t test and linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study showed that the quality of service that consists of tangibles (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) simultaneously significant effect on patient satisfaction. Partially, Tangibles variable (X1), Reliability (X2) and Empathy (X5) showed significant effect on satisfaction (Y). While, variable Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) partially did not show significant effect on satisfaction (Y).

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of capital expenditure, sales growth, revaluation of fixed assets and leverage on company performance. The population in this study includes 46 transportation service sectorcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that a research sample of 42 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period was obtained. The analysis technique uses a fixed effect model. The results in this studyindicate that the sales growth variable has a significant positive effect on company performance,while revaluation of fixed assets and leverage has a significant negative effect on company performance, and capital expenditure have no effect on company performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana biaya modal, jumlah pinjaman, jumlah dewan direksi, dan pendapatan non-bunga mempengaruhi kinerja bank. Model regresi data panel efek tetap digunakan untuk menganalisis pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari laporan yang diterbitkan oleh BPR Konvensional. Laporan tersebut tersedia di situs web www.ojk.go.id. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, 27 bank BPR dari bekas Residensi Pati untuk tahun 2020–2023 menjadi sampel penelitian. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pendapatan non-bunga, jumlah anggota dewan direksi, dan biaya modal memiliki sedikit pengaruh terhadap kinerja bank, jumlah pinjaman memiliki dampak yang sangat positif. Menurut studi ini, bank harus mempertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan keanggotaan dewan dan memaksimalkan pendapatan non-bunga guna meningkatkan tata kelola. Kinerja dan profitabilitas masa depan bank dapat ditingkatkan dengan manajemen yang efektif di bidang ini. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, particularly on job losses among prospective students' parents, was the primary factor behind the decline in admissions in 2020. Additionally, the introduction of new study programs in 2019 and competition among universities in nearby areas also contributed to this fluctuation. The purpose of this analysis is to identify the causes of enrollment fluctuations and develop strategies to increase new student admissions at Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. This will lead to effective strategies to address these challenges and create programs that attract new students to register at Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. This research employs a qualitative method, with information obtained through interviews with relevant subjects, including the Head of Admissions & Public Relations from 2019-2023, Heads of Department, Admissions Officers, several students from 2023, and some prospective students for 2024. Analysis shows that online promotional strategies are highly effective, but personal connections and accreditation strengthening are also crucial. Altogether, these strategies successfully align the university with the dynamics of the higher education market. Recommendations are made to continue developing adaptive strategies to enhance the university’s appeal in the increasingly competitive higher education landscape.
