Abstract

Teachers’ performance plays a crucial role in achieving educational quality, and two important factors that can enhance it are creativity and innovative work behavior (IWB). This study aims to examine the influence of these two variables on teachers’ performance through a meta-analysis approach. A total of 25 effect sizes from scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 were analyzed using JASP software version 0.19.3.0, with two independent variables, creativity and IWB. The results indicate that creativity has a significant positive effect on teachers’ IWB with an effect size of 0.561 (SE = 0.133; p = 0.001) and a heterogeneity [(Q = 542.751; p < 0.001; τ² or τ > 0; I² (%)]. Similarly, IWB also shows a significant effect with an effect size of 0.389 (SE = 0.046; p < .001) and a heterogeneity [Q = 66.886; p < 0.001; τ² or τ > 0; I² (%)]. These findings demonstrate that creativity and IWB consistently improve teachers’ performance. Therefore, enhancing teachers’ creativity and IWB should be integral to continuous professional development programs in educational institutions.

Abstract

This systematic review synthesizes recent empirical evidence on how the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and its extensions explain technology-based self-directed learning (SDL), with particular attention to the roles of technological self-efficacy, attitude, and key psychological mediators. Unlike prior TAM-based reviews that primarily focus on technology adoption or usage intention, this review specifically integrates SDL as a learning outcome and maps the psychological mechanisms that bridge technology acceptance and autonomous learning behaviour. Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, sixteen quantitative and mixed-method empirical studies published between 2020 and 2025 were systematically selected and analyzed. The review focused on studies applying TAM or extended TAM frameworks in educational contexts, including e-learning systems, AI-based tools, online tutoring, and simulation-based learning. The synthesis reveals a consistent pattern across contexts: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use indirectly influence SDL primarily through attitude and technological self-efficacy rather than through direct pathways. Technological self-efficacy emerges as the most robust and consistent predictor, exerting both direct effects on SDL and indirect effects via mediators such as learning motivation, positive emotions, and reduced technology-related anxiety, particularly in AI-supported learning environments. These relationships are observed across higher education, secondary education, and professional training settings, with most evidence originating from Asian contexts. This review advances TAM-based scholarship by clarifying SDL as a distinct educational outcome and by consolidating psychological mediation pathways that explain how technology acceptance translates into sustained autonomous learning. The findings highlight the importance of designing educational interventions that strengthen technological self-efficacy and supportive affective conditions to promote effective and equitable technology-enhanced self-directed learning.

Abstract

This study examines the direct and indirect effects of organizational climate, servant leadership, and personality on teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with trust as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 110 private junior high school teachers in Tangerang Regency, Indonesia, and analyzed using regression-based path analysis. The results indicate that organizational climate, servant leadership, personality, and trust each have significant positive direct effects on teachers’ OCB, with trust emerging as the strongest predictor. Further analysis reveals that trust selectively mediates the relationships between servant leadership and OCB, as well as between personality and OCB, while it does not mediate the effect of organizational climate on OCB. These findings suggest that relational and dispositional factors influence teachers’ discretionary behavior primarily through trust-based mechanisms, whereas organizational climate operates through normative or structural pathways. The study contributes to the OCB literature by demonstrating trust as a selective, rather than universal, mediator within an integrated organizational–individual model. Practically, the findings underscore the importance of servant leadership practices and trust-building processes in fostering voluntary and extra-role behavior among teachers.

Abstract

In the context of ongoing transformation in school learning, teachers are required to adapt and develop more innovative instructional practices continuously. This study examines the influence of technology leadership, self-efficacy, and ICT literacy on teachers’ innovative behavior and identifies priority areas for improvement using SITOREM analysis. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 136 teachers selected through multistage random sampling from private senior high schools in Depok City, West Java. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and a standardized test, and analyzed using path analysis followed by SITOREM. The results indicate that all three variables significantly influence teachers’ innovative behavior, with technology leadership emerging as the most dominant factor. Further analysis highlights several priority areas requiring attention, particularly those related to professional practice, teacher development, infrastructure support, and key aspects of self-efficacy. These findings suggest that improving innovative behavior requires not only strengthening overall competencies but also focusing on specific areas where performance remains suboptimal. The integration of statistical analysis with a priority-based approach provides more practical and targeted guidance for managing innovation in schools.

Abstract

Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis penggunaan fitur Canva AI (Magic Design, Magic Write, Magic Edit, Magic Media), penerapan teknologi melalui praktik pembuatan LKPD, dan evaluasi.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru sebesar 73,6% dengan seluruh peserta berhasil menghasilkan minimal satu LKPD digital berkualitas, tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 91,7%, dan terbentuknya komunitas belajar guru berbasis teknologi yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan solusi praktis dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar inovatif sesuai tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Kata kunci: Artificial Intelligence, Kompetensi Guru, Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, Literasi Digital, Pendidikan Dasar
