Abstract

There are still many students who still need to improve their physical fitness. Students who are too lazy to exercise have an impact on their poor health. This study aims to analyze the effect of Gemar Gatra gymnastics training on improving students' physical fitness. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach. The study sample sample was 40 male students in grade XI of high school. The method used in data collection was a questionnaire and test. The research instrument used was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) for males aged 16-19 years. The data analysis technique can be used to test hypotheses using ANOVA. The results of the study showed that Gemar Gatra gymnastics training had a significant effect on improving students' physical fitness. The paired Sample T-Test test showed a significant difference between students' physical fitness before and after participating in Gemar Gatra gymnastics training. It was concluded that Gemar Gatra gymnastics can improve students' physical fitness. This study implies that Gemar Gatra gymnastics training can be used for high school students. The implications of the research are that Gemar Gatra gymnastics exercises can be applied by teachers so that they can improve students' physical fitness.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Inclusive Learning Model Based on Local Wisdom, oriented towards gender equality and disability in Physical Education (PJOK), to build Fundamental Motor Skills and character in students. The research utilizes the ADDIE method, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis phase, the causes of gaps in PJOK learning were identified through interviews and observations. The design phase produced a draft method that accommodates individual needs, focusing on gender equality and disabilities. In the development phase, validation by experts indicated that the method is based on solid theory and is practically applicable in the classroom. During the implementation phase, the product was tested on small and large groups, showing high practicality and effectiveness. Comparative testing across three schools in Buleleng further reinforced the effectiveness of the model in enhancing students' locomotor and manipulative motor skills. Statistical analysis (descriptive, normality, homogeneity, and independent sample tests) showed significant improvements in student achievement. The findings conclude that the Inclusive Learning Model based on local wisdom is effective, valid, and practical in improving students' learning outcomes in PJOK.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and test the relationship between students' learning motivation in extracurricular soccer activities with learning outcomes in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) subjects. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 3 Ulakan to determine the relationship between students' learning motivation in participating in extracurricular soccer activities and their PJOK learning outcomes, with the aim of helping students develop their learning outcomes and add to their abilities, both academic and non-academic. The population of this study was all fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 3 Ulakan Karangasem, totaling 26 students. The study is a quantitative descriptive study included in correlational research. The instruments used were the learning motivation scale and PJOK learning outcomes. Data analysis in this study used SPSS 23 with bivariate techniques. The results of the study showed an r value of 0.719 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.005. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and PJOK learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to: (a) To determine the difference in the effect of imagery training on self-confidence and achievement motivation of Dojang Udayana taekwondo athletes. (b) To determine the difference in the effect of concentration training on self-confidence and achievement motivation of Dojang Udayana taekwondo athletes. (c) To determine the difference in the effect of imagery training and concentration training on self-confidence and achievement motivation of Udayana Dojang taekwondo athletes. This research is pure experimental research. The subjects in this study were athletes at Dojang Udayana Badung Regency totaling 30 people. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique used in this research is paired sample t test analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian terkait minat masyarakat terhadap olahraga rekreasi canoe adapun lokasi penelitian berada di kota Singaraja, Kabupaten Buleleng, Provinsi Bali. Subjek dari penelitian ini yakni masyarakat sekitar kota singaraja. Kajian secara mendalam peneliti membahasa terkait (1) Bagaimana minat masyarakat Singaraja terhadap olahraga rekreasi canoe dipantai penimbangan, (2) Apa saja faktor – faktor yang mempengarungi minat masyarakat Singaraja terhadap olahraga rekreasi Canoe dipantai penimbangan. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskritif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket terbuka dan tertutup untuk mengetahui respon dari responden pengguna olahraga rekreasi canoe. Adapun dari hasil penelitian dari indokator yang ada responden menujukan hasil yang sangat baik dalam minat terhadap olahraga rekreasi canoe ini dan faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat kepada olahraga canoe ini merujuk pada indicator lingkungan yang mendukung, teman dan fasilitas yang dapat mendukung timbulnya minat.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid and reliable performance assessment instrument for the Industrial Work Practice (PKL) subject, especially in the Fashion Design Expertise Program, and to evaluate the quality of the instrument for Phase F students. The trial subjects of this study consisted of 14 educators of the Fashion Design Expertise Program and 72 Phase F students specializing in Fashion Design in Bali Province. The design of this study follows the ADDIE development model, with instrument development procedures including content validity testing with the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) index, item internal consistency with the product moment correlation coefficient, instrument reliability with the Cronbach's alpha formula, item discrimination test, and parameter estimation analysis of the PKL course performance instrument. The results of the study show that: (1) The CVR value of each item is 1.00; (2) The correlation index of each item exceeds the critical value in the r-table and the instrument reliability coefficients, respectively, which indicate high reliability; and (3) Based on the item discrimination index, there are 106 items in the very good category, 49 items in the good category, and 14 items in the bad category.

Abstract

The limited availability of multimedia resources in football science, coupled with a lack of innovation and updates in the learning materials, significantly impacts student motivation and learning outcomes. Furthermore, there are several factors influencing learning results, such as learning motivation, student comprehension, available learning facilities, and the media employed by lecturers during teaching. One of the strategies to be implemented in learning is the use of interactive multimedia in the Football Practice Theory course to boost student motivation and improve learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to develop football multimedia for Physical Education (PE) in the context of Football Practice Theory. This study also examines the feedback from both lecturers and students regarding the development of PE football multimedia in Football Practice Theory. The research follows a Research & Development (R&D) approach, utilizing the ADDIE development model, which includes the following steps: A for Analysis, D for Design, D for Development, I for Implementation, and E for Evaluation. The validity tests conducted by content experts, as well as media and design experts, resulted in an average score of 1.00, categorizing it as very good. The effectiveness of the multimedia, based on the N-Gain calculation, was 0.78, indicating its effectiveness. The N-Gain value was derived from the difference in average pre-test and post-test scores. Student feedback resulted in an average score of 67.5, categorized as very valid, while lecturer feedback yielded an average score of 47, also categorized as very valid. Based on all the evaluations conducted on the PE football multimedia in Football Practice Theory, the developed multimedia is deemed appropriate as a learning resource for enhancing student motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PJOK Bola Besar teknik (Passing) Bola voli dan (Lay Up Shoot dan Shooting) Bola Basket melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri pada peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA N 2 Bangli tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu guru sebagai peneliti, dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 31 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA N 2 Bangli, terdiri dari 16 orang perempuan dan 15 laki-laki. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data rata-rata hasil belaja PJOK Bola Besar pada observasi awal 9,7% dengan kategori kurang baik, siklus I sebesar 64,5% dengan kategori cukup baik, dan pada siklus II sebesar 93,5% dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulan bahwa hasil belajar PJOK Bola Besar teknik (passing) bola voli dan (lay up shoot Dan shooting) bola basket meningkatkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada peserta didik kelas XI MIPA1 SMA N 2 Bangli tahun ajaran 2022/2023
