Abstract

Olahraga futsal merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga bola besar yang dimainkan oleh dua regu, dengan masing-masing jumlah pemain per-regu yakni sebanyak 5 orang. Tinggi rendahnya minat siswa dalam berolahraga bola futsal dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta motivasi yang diberikan oleh guru dan orangtua. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui minat siswa sekolah menengah pertama dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal. Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni 36 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode non-tes berupa lembar quisioner skala likert. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase pada tabel dan grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa survei minat siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal pada kategori sanggat tinggi 2 siswa (sebesar 5,6%), kategori tinggi sebesar 29 siswa (sebesar 80.5%), kategori sedang 5 siswa (sebesar 13,9%), kategori rendah 0 siswa (sebesar 0%), dan kategori sangat rendah sebesar 0 siswa (sebesar 0%). Sehingga berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat dikatakan bahwa minat siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal berada pada kategori “tinggi”. Kategori ini tidak dapat digeneralisasikan, akan  tetapi hanya berlaku untuk kelompok yang diteliti saja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya permasalahan kendala dalam pembelajaran daring PJOK bagi peserta didik di SMP. Banyak guru pendidikan jasmani dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani kurang kreatif sehingga akan berdampak pada pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang tidak optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kendala peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daring pjok pada masa pandemi covid-19 kelas IX SMP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei menggunakan angket atau kuisioner yang diberikan kepada peserta didik. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IX SMP. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa persentase rata-rata skor kendala dalam pembelajaran PJOK pada masing-masing aspek, yaitu aspek manusiawi sebesar 74,62%, aspek material sebesar 72,69%, aspek fasilitas perlengkapan sebesar 78,67%, dan aspek prosedur sebesar 73,66%. Simpulan menunjukkan peserta didik memiliki kendala yang tinggi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring PJOK pada masa pandemi covid-19 di kelas IX SMP. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi kendala peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daring PJOK pada masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Guru PJOK mengungkapkan bahwa aktivitas gerak siswa di rumah tidak bisa di kontrol langsung sehingga guru selalu mengingatkan siswa agar selalu menjaga daya tahan tubuh dengan cara melakukan olahraga aktivitas fisik dan dibarengi dengan pola makan yang teratur. Daya tahan tubuh yang kuat menjadi salah satu benteng menghadapi virus corona COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi peserta didik dalam menjaga daya tahan tubuh di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini menggunakan peserta didik kelas VIII dengan jumlah total sebanyak 56 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif dengan skala penilaian inrterval dari jawaban peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada motivasi peserta didik menjaga daya tahan tubuh pada kelas VIII di SMP pada kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 4 peserta didik (7,14%), berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 31 peserta didik (55,36%), berada pada kategori sedang sebanyak 19 peserta didik (33,93%), berada pada kategori rendah sebanyak 1 peserta didik (1,79%), dan berada pada kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 1 peserta didik (1,79%). Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dalam menjaga daya tahan tubuh pada kelas VIII di SMP. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat motivasi peserta didik menjaga daya tahan tubuh pada kelas VIII di SMP.

Abstract

Pencak silat Sitembak telah diwariskan oleh nenek moyang sebagai salah satu kebudayaan Indonesia yang perlu dilestarikan, dibina, dan dikembangkan. Namun pencak silat sitembak belum tereksos keberadaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan pencak silat Sitembak di Desa Bubunan, melalui etnografi dan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter sehingga perguruan ini dapat berkembang dan lebih dikenal banyak masyarakat. Perguruan pencak silat Sitembak merupakan perguruan tertua sekaligus cikal bakal berdirinya beberapa perguruan yang terdapat di Buleleng. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan etnografi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah informan dari pesilat, pelatih, dewan guru, dan dewan wasit dari Perguruan Pencak Silat Sitembak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dilapangan atau observasi partisipan (pengamatan), wawancara (interview), dan studi dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman wawancara.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik analisis wacana dengan berfokus pada konteks sosial. Hasil penelitian yaitu implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada perguruan pencak silat sitembak yaitu nilai religus, kejujuran, toleransi, disiplin, bekerja keras, mandiri dan kreatif, nilai demokratis, semangat, cinta tanah air, menghargai, prestasi, peduli lingkungan dan peduli social, dan bertanggung jawab. Penerapan studi etnografi yang menggali sejarah dan profil pada perguruan pencak silat Sitembak ini maka upaya pelestarian dan pengembangan perguruan pencak silat Sitembak kepada masyarakat luas dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Background Problems: There are not many studies concerning a method combining resistance training (RT) and small-sided games (SSG) shortly on young soccer players. Research Objectives: This study reveals the acute impact of the combination of resistance training with small-sided games on the physical capacity of young soccer players. Methods: Quasi Experiment with a pretest-posttest group design, involving sixty students of Undiksha Soccer Student Activity Unit using a simple random sampling technique. Thirty samples each entered the combined group (SSG+RT), the small-sided games only (SSG) group, and all were involved in training four times a week (four weeks). Two sessions of aerobic endurance, agility, and leg muscle power (LMP) data collection were conducted in the field. Data were analysed using one-way MANOVA assisted by SPSS 16.0 with a significance level of 5%. Findings and Results: One-way MANOVA test showed F value = 61.390 and sig. value 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means there was a significant effect on aerobic endurance, agility, and LMP in both groups. There was no difference in aerobic endurance results in the SSG+RT and SSG groups with a sig. value of 0.092 (p > 0.05), but there was a difference in the two groups in agility with a sig. value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and LMP with a sig. value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: To improve aerobic endurance, agility, and LMP simultaneously, a combined training method can be implemented, namely integrating resistance training into small-sided games. The current findings can help to improve the performance of young soccer players in a short time. However, it is necessary to study more deeply other variables that have the potential to affect the results of the current findings, such as longer training times.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia disebabkan oleh kondisi sosial ekonomi tidak stabil dan motivasi belajar rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi sosial ekonomi keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini berjenis ex post facto dengan jumlah sampel 300 siswa menggunakan proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data penelitian diuji melalui deskripsi dan uji inferensial. Uji deskripsi membahas nilai rata-rata, nilai terendah, dan nilai tertinggi yang selanjutnya dilakukan uji prasyarat (normalitas, linieritas, dan multikolinieritas). Pengujian hipotesis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menyatakan kondisi sosial ekonomi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar, kondisi sosial ekonomi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap hasil belajar, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, kondisi sosial ekonomi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh kondisi sosial ekonomi keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia. Implikasi penelitian diharapkan dapat berkontribusi positif bagi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Cricket is a team sport played by 6-11 people. In playing all body parts are involved. So that all body parts become active in moving. The purpose of this study was to examine the physical condition of elementary school children in cricket can improve their fitness. This study includes literature review research. The data needed are scientific articles that have been published in various journals. The article search was carried out using the Google Scholar fast search engine. The keywords entered were cricket and started from publications in 2020 to 2024. The articles used as primary data were articles published in national journals, at least nationally accredited, and reputable international journals. Based on the screening results, eight articles were obtained that were eligible for review. The results of the study showed that cricket is very relevant to improve the fitness of elementary school children. It is recommended for teachers and sports coaches to try using cricket games before or after carrying out core sports activities as a variation in teaching.

Abstract

Despite the growing recognition of positive effects on children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development through outdoor learning within early childhood education (ECE), these practices are inconsistently integrated into ECE curricula. Current study analyses bibliometric research to explore the trend in fitness training and highlights pertinent authors who conducted valuable research on this issue. Through DimensionAI system, 43 publications were found using “outdoor learning” AND "early childhood" in Titles and Abstracts fields; Among them: After the application of inclusion criteria for OA (open access) articles by English language indexed also ownership as an open repository through Dimensions we selected a total number n =18 articles which had been published between years from 2015 to date. Based on Microsoft Excel, VOSviewer was employed to construct the co-authorship networks of authors and characterize patterns in terms of citation or between subfields. Analysis indicates a marked increase in research activity over the last few years, which is reflective of an increased interest in outdoor learning. At the same time, it identifies limitations such a focus on as minority of scholars influencing outdoor learning research and limited incorporation into larger educational frameworks. More research is needed on practical challenges and for this generation, in resource-constrained settings. These results also underscore the need to broaden both representation within research and practical approaches of outdoor early education. Findings from the study of research provide a snapshot on what we know and do not know, as well promising directions for researchers to continue with their work in order to help reduce inequity.

Abstract

The data of intermittent endurance for soccer player is very needed by soccer coach to design the next training program. Therefore, a reliable instrument is needed to measure the endurance capacity. This study was aimed at examining the reliability of Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 (YYIRT Level 1) for amateur young soccer player aged 19 to 22 years. The players were devided into two groups, namely U-21 and U-23, and were instructed to complish three YYIRT Level 1 in three weeks. The comparison of mileage from the two groups was used to test the reliability of YYIRT Level 1 by using typical error (TE), coefficient of variation (CV), and intra-class correlation (ICC). The results showed that the average distance for YYIRT Level 1 performance in the U-21 and U-23 groups was 2404 ± 337 meters and 2475 ± 347 meters, respectively. Varying results were also reported for TE between 75 and 173 meters, CV between 3.0 and 6.9%, and ICC between 0.87 and 0.95 across age groups. Therefore, the performance of YYIRT Level 1 has proven to be very reliable in a sample of young soccer players, aged between 19 and 22 years. The intermittent endurance capacity shown in all age groups can be applied for measurements on other young players, both for determining prospective players and comparing performance between players.
