Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes mellitus (DM) was a degenerative disease which often found in the community. Diabetes was caused by unhealthy habits, such as overeating, lack of exercise, and stress. The purpose of this study was to identify selfmanagement as one of the interventions that can improve treatment compliance in patients with diabetes.Methods: This study was used quasy experiments non randomized pretest-posttest design. Samples were 20 families who lived with type 2 diabetes patient. Variable independent was self management intervention and variable dependent was patient complience. Data were collected by using interview, food recall, and observation on behavioral change. Data then analyzed by using paired t-test with α≤0.05.Results: The results had showed that before intervention only 3 (15 %) respondents who obey diabetes diet, then increase to 19 (95 %) respondents after intervention with p value=0.000. Patient’s medication compliance also increased, from 6 (30 % ) respondents before intervention to 20 (100%) respondents after intervention, with p value= 0.000. Patient compliance on exercise also increase from 2 (10%) respondents before intervention, become 19 (95%) respondents after intervention, with p value=0.000.Concluison: Self management intervention could improve patient’s knowledge, problem-solving skills, and self-effi cacy. Self management should be done after the patient had understand their disease and realized the importance of self-care. Community health nurses were expected to implement self management as one of nursing intervention, so that patient compliance on their treatment can be increased.

Abstract

Introduction: One of reproductive health issues on adolescent in developing countries was sexuality. Issues of sexuality was multifactor, such as cultural factors. Cultural barriers affect the socialization of reproductive health and sexual education in adolescents, because it was considered taboo to talk about it.Methods: This study was a qualitative study. The number of informants as many as 10 adolescent students, one community leader, 2 parent of adolescents, 2 teachers. The data shown is obtained from in-depth interviews. Data were then analyzed by using interactive analysis model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion.Results: The result had shown that 1) perceptions of sexuality was understood as sexual intercourse or physical activity that was driven by the desire to the opposite sex, perceptions about adolescent promiscuity with regard to sexuality was seen as something that very concern because beyond norms and customs, many sexuality information was obtained from school environment such as peers, media, environment (in this case was people around the house) and none got information from the parents, and the norms-values -culture were believed as self-control in activities related to sexuality such as relationship; 2) adolecent’s behavior related to sexuality was associated with relationship and still done normatively, infl uenced by eastern culture, there was no informant who had sexual intercourse before marriage; 3) psychosexual of adolescent, were affected by social relationships in their environment at home, including closeness to parents, norms, values learned at home.Conclusion: Based on the research results can be given suggestions that one of them needed to talk openly about sex and sexuality information to youth.

Abstract

Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia is still health problem and the prevalence rate is high. Discontinuing medication and lack of family support are the causalities. Numbers of strategies to overcome are seemingly not succeeded. Roles and responsibilities of family nursing are crucial to improve participation, motivation of individual, family and community in prevention, including pulmonary tuberculosis. Unfortunately, models of pulmonary tuberculosis currently unavailable. The combination of adaptation and conservation in complementarily improving family support and compliance in medication is introduced in this study.Method: This research intended to analyze Adaptive Conservation Model (ACM) in extending family support and treatment compliance. Modeling steps including model analysis, expert validation, field trial, implementation and recommending the output model. Research subject involves 15 families who implement family Assistance and supervision in Medication (ASM) and other 15 families with ACM.Result: The study revealed ACM is better than ASM on the case of family support and medication compliances. It supports the role of environment as influential factor on individual health belief, values and decision making. Therefore, it is advised to apply ACM in enhancing family support and compliance of pulmonary TB patients.Discusion: Social and family supports to ACM group obtained by developing interaction through communication. Family interaction necessary to improve family support to pulmonary tuberculosis patients. And social support plays as motivator to maintain compliance on medication

Abstract

Abstrak Sukuk merupakan salah satu instrumen investasi yang memberikan peluang bagi investor muslim dan non-muslim untuk berinvestasi di Indonesia. Sukuk dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membangun perekonomian bangsa dan menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jenis sukuk banyak macam sesuai dengan akad yang digunakan. Sukuk merupakan instrumen investasi yang sesuai syariah dan menjanjikan, akan tetapi masih banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang masih belum mengetahui dan masih khawatir terhadap eksistensi sukuk sebagai instrumen investasi. Oleh karena itu, dirasa masih sangat penting untuk dibahas dari berbagai aspeknya, terutama dari segi keuntungannya baik secara fixed income maupun floating income, serta risikonya. Sukuk ijarah dinilai cukup prospektif bagi para emiten yang berniat menerbitkan sukuk. Imbalan hasil yang akan diberikan kepada para pemegang sukuk ijarah tersebut didapatkan dari hasil sewa dengan tingkat fee ijarah tetap (fixed income). Fee ijarah ini diperoleh dari penyewaan tempat dan telah ditentukan sebelumnya, bukan tergantung dari bagi hasil sebagimana sukuk mudarabah. Kata Kunci: Ekistensi, Sukuk Mudarabah, Sukuk Ijarah. Abstract Sukuk is one of investment instruments that give investors opportunity to invest in Indonesia. Therefore, sukuk can be used to develop economy and create society welfare. Types of sukuk many kinds in accordance with the contract used. Sukuk is a sharia compliant and promising investment instrument, but there are still many Indonesian citizens who still do not know and are still worried about the existence of sukuk as an investement instrument. Therefore, it is still very important to be discussed from various aspects, especially in terms of profits both in fixed income and floating income, as well as the risks. Ijarah sukuk is considered quite prospective for issuers who intend to issue sukuk. The yield that will be given to the ijarah sukuk holders is obtainded from the rental income with a fixed income ijarah fee (fixed income). This ijarah fee is obtained from the rental of a place and has been determined beforehand, not depending on the profit sharing as sukuk mudarabah. Keyword: Existence, Mudarabah Sukuk, Ijarah Sukuk.

Abstract

Social-emotional development is critical in the process of child development which is formed through the developments obtained in a learning process both from the family environment, friendship environment, and school environment. In developing children's social-emotional, teachers have a very important role in developing children's social-emotional at school. This study aims to find out how the role of the teacher in developing children's social-emotional in Darul Muttaqin Kindergarten, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative field research, which was conducted at Darul Muttaqin Kindergarten, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection method used is interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. To test the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of the research and analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that in developing the social emotionality of children in Kindergarten Darul Muttaqin, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, the teacher acts as an educator, supervisor, manager, innovator, communicator and motivator in order to develop children's social emotional development so that they can develop optimally. Abstract

The application manuk dadali dance in integrated learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the methods used to improve the physical abilities of gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years and to find out the activities of manuk dadali dance activities that can improve the physical abilities of fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in TK PGRI 03 Srigonco. The research design used was classroom action research using two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, acting, acting, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques used were observation techniques in the form of instruments and documentation techniques. The difference between cycle I and cycle II is that in the first cycle the movements taught are not done thoroughly and in the second cycle every meeting of all movements is practiced simultaneously to facilitate observation of children who have not mastered manuk dadali dance movements. This study can be concluded that it can improve the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years with visible indicators of success from 53.12% to 79.42% seen an increase between cycles with a percentage of 26.3%..

Abstract

Manajemen perpustakaan adalah proses pengelolaan perpustakaan untuk mencapai tujuan dengan menggunakan sumber daya yang ada.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti sumber daya manusia berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan perpustakaan dan meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data yang dipakai adalah primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan di SDN 09 Suak Tapeh, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Peran sumber daya manusia dalam manajemen perpustakaan sangat krusial untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Dengan pengelolaan yang baik, perpustakaan dapat berfungsi secara optimal sebagai sumber belajar. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan SDM perpustakaan harus menjadi prioritas untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Meskipun upaya untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa diterapkan, namun kendala serta keterbatasan anggaran untuk pengadaan dapat menghambat optimalisasi fungsi perpustakaan sebagai pusat sumber informasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan program Agama, Keagamaan, dan Pendalaman Kitab (AKPK) sebagai upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter di SDN 1 Tegal Munjul, Purwakarta. Program AKPK merupakan bagian dari kebijakan pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta yang difokuskan untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai religius siswa, membentuk sikap toleransi, serta menanamkan kebiasaan perilaku religius sejak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket tertutup. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program AKPK memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap semangat belajar, rasa percaya diri, serta penguatan kompetensi religius serta sosial peserta didik. Program ini dinilai sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa serta mampu mendukung proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna dan menyenangkan. Dukungan sekolah serta peran aktif guru sangat menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan program ini. Selain itu, temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi tenaga pendidik diperlukan untuk mempertahankan efektivitas dan konsistensi pada pelaksanaan program AKPK. Dengan demikian, program AKPK diharapkan dapat menjadi model praktik baik dalam membentuk karakter siswa secara holistik melalui pendekatan keagamaan yang inklusif dan juga toleran. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini meliputi perlunya evaluasi berkala, penguatan peran keluarga, serta sinergi antara sekolah, pemerintah, dan masyarakat dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter yang berkelanjutan. Secara jangka panjang, program ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga spiritual, emosional, dan sosial peserta didik secara menyeluruh. Program ini juga dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi dalam membangun generasi muda yang berintegritas tinggi, memiliki empati sosial, serta mampu beradaptasi dengan dinamika kehidupan beragama di tengah masyarakat yang majemuk serta multikultural.
