Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the students' self-regulated Learning of class XI IPS on Economics subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in terms of the dimensions of motives, methods, time, behavior, physical environment and social environment. The type of the research was descriptive study with qualitative approach. The populations were all class of XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja with a total of 103 students. Saturated sampling used in this study, this sampling technique uses the entire study population. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation.  The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that the students' self-regulated learning of class XI IPS on Economics Subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in terms of the dimensions of motives, methods, behavior, physical environment were in a good category, while in terms of time dimensions and social environment were in the category of less well.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the perceptions of teachers and students of the Accounting Department at SMKN 1 Negara on the elimination of the national exam. The research design used was a descriptive study which describes teachers’ and students’ perception toward the elimination of national examination. This study involved all accounting teachers and students of SMK Negeri 1 Negara as a population. Meanwhile, the samples of this study were 10 accounting teachers and 198 accounting students. These samples were determined by using the Solvin formula. In collecting the data, the instrument used was a questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed through descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that teachers’ perception from the internal factor dimension obtained a score of 398 which is included in the agreed category. Further, the external factor dimension obtains a score of 439 which is also included in the agreed category. Moreover, students' perceptions of the internal factor dimension obtained a score of 7,814 which is included in the agreed category. Furthermore, the external factor dimension obtains a score of 8,464 which is included in the agreed category. From the results, it can be concluded that the teachers and students of the Accounting Department at SMKN 1 Negara agree with the elimination of the national examination.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify consumer perception towards Bali Governor Regulation Number 97 of 2018 on restrictions of disposable plastic waste. This research used a descriptive type research to analyze consumer perception towards Bali Governor Regulation Number 97 of 2018 on restrictions of disposable plastic waste. The population in this study include all consumers in Mendoyo Subdistrict, Jembrana Regency, Bali. This research used incidental sampling techniques which and obtained samples as many as 330 people. The results of this study were categorized in several dimensions namely dimension of need which obtained a score of 4,144 in the score range of 3,366 - 4,158 thus it is categorized as highly favorable, dimension of expectation obtained a score of 16,603 in the score range of 14,586 - 18,018 thus it is categorized as highly favorable, and dimension of experience obtained a score of 6,625 in the score range of 5,147 - 6,731 thus it is categorized as favorable.

Abstract

In general, trade transactions is a form of transaction that is often carried out by society. Trade transactions is defined as the exchanging goods for goods or goods for money betwen sellers and buyers which is carried out by agreement. On conventional or online trade transactions, the main goal that seller expectes is to maximize profit. Thus, some entrepreneurs cheat to get many profit. This is different from Tegallinggah community’s transaction in the cotton industry, they prioritize moral values. The most of sellers from cotton industry are Muslims, they believe that their activities in trade will be blesed. The aims of this study is to know the phenomeneon of local wisdom within trade transaction and to know the meaning of local wisdom phenomeneon. This is a qualitative research using phenomenological approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya: hubungan antara kondisi ekonomi dengan partisipasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar, hubungan antara persepsi orang tua terhadap pendidikan dengan partisipasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar, hubungan antara kondisi ekonomi dan persepsi orang tua terhadap pendidikan dengan partisipasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar yang berasal dari Dusun Banjar Anyar Desa Sambangan Kecamatan Sukasada Kabupaten Buleleng, sedangkan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kondisi ekonomi, persepsi orang tua terhadap pendidikan dan partisipasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi, angket/ kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kondisi ekonomi dengan partisipasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar sebesar 0,636, terdapat hubungan antara persepsi orang tua terhadap pendidikan dengan partisipasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar sebesar 0,621 dan terdapat hubungan antara kondisi ekonomi dan persepsi orang tua terhadap pendidikan dengan partisipasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar yaitu 0,578.Kata Kunci : Ekonomi, Persepsi, Partisipasi Belajar This study aimed to determine: the magnitude of the relationship between economic conditions with the students' participation of elementary school, the relationship between parents 'perceptions of the education with students' participation of elementary school, the relationship between economic conditions and perceptions parents towards education with student' participation of elementary school. The subjects were elementary school students from hamlet of Dusun Banjar Anyar Desa Sambangan Kecamatan Sukasada Kabupaten Buleleng, the while object in this research is economic conditions, Perceptions of Parents on Education, and Students Participation of Elementary School. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kualitas pelayanan pada PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu di Kecamatan Sukawati tahun 2012, (2) kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu di Kecamatan Sukawati tahun 2012, (3) besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu di Kecamatan Sukawati tahun 2012. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah nasabah pada PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu berjumlah 3.151 orang. Objek penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kualitas pelayanan berada pada katagori sangat baik, (2) kepuasan nasabah berada pada kategori puas, (3) besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu di Kecamatan Sukawati tahun 2012 sebesar 21% dan sisanya 79% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Hasil t hitung sebesar 5.600 dan t tabel sebesar 1.657 atau t hitung > t tabel artinya kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu di Kecamatan Sukawati tahun 2012.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah The aim of this study was to indentify (1) service quality in PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu Sukawati district 2012, (2) customer satisfaction in PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu Sukawati district 2012, (3) the influence of service quality between customer satisfaction in PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu Sukawati district 2012. This study based on descriptive and causal design. The subject of this study were the customer in PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu about 3.151 customers. The object of the study service quality and customer satisfaction at PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu. The sampling method used proporsional random sampling technique. The data collection method of this study used questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data analyzed by descriptive analysis and simple linier regression analysis. The result of this study showed (1) service quality in PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu Sukawati district 2012 showed in very good category, (2) customer satisfaction in PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu Sukawati district 2012 showed in satisfy category, (3) the influence of service quality between customer satisfaction showed 21% and the rest 79% influence by other factors. By the result of t count 5.600 and t table 1.657 or t count > t table. That means service quality significant impact the customer satisfaction in PT BPR Ulatidana Rahayu Sukawati district 2012.keyword : Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh modal terhadap sisa hasil usaha, (2) pengaruh volume usaha terhadap sisa hasil usaha, (3) pengaruh jumlah anggota terhadap sisa hasil usaha, dan (4) pengaruh modal, volume usaha dan jumlah anggota secara simultan terhadap sisa hasil usaha. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi berupa laporan keuangan koperasi, dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) modal berpengaruh positif terhadap sisa hasil usaha, (2) volume usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap sisa hasil usaha, (3) jumlah anggota tidak berpengaruh terhadap sisa hasil usaha, dan (4) modal, volume usaha dan jumlah anggota secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap sisa hasil usaha.Kata Kunci : modal, volume usaha, jumlah anggota, sisa hasil usaha The purpose of this research to determine (1) the influence of capital on the added value of cooperative, (2) the influence of business volume on the added value of cooperative, (3) the influence of the members on the added value of cooperative, and (4) the influence of capital, business volume and members simultaneously to the added value of cooperative. Data collection in this research using documentation method in the form of annual reports, and analyzed with multiple linear regression method. The results of this research indicate that (1) the capital affecting on the added value of cooperative, (2) the business volume affecting affecting on the added value of cooperative, (3) the members has not affecting on the added value of cooperative, and (4) capital, business volume and the members simultaneously affecting the added value of cooperative.keyword : capital, business volume, members, added value of cooperative

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha dalam menunjang prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012, (2) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha dalam menunjang prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012 berada pada kategori yang baik, (2) besarnya pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha dalam menunjang prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012 adalah 33,5% dan sisanya 66,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Variabel pemanfaatan perpustakaan mempunyai thitung sebesar 9,080 dan ttabel sebesar 1,654 atau thitung > ttabel yang artinya pemanfaatan perpustakaan Undiksha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2010-2012. (2) determine the influence of the use of Undiksha’s libraries in supporting student achievement of Economic Education Department in academic year 2010-2012. This research was quantitative research. The research conducted on students of economics education department in academic year 2010-2012. A questionnaire was used as data collection method. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the use of the Undiksha’s library by students of economic education department in academic year 2010-2012 were in a good category, (2) the influence of the use of Undiksha’s library in supporting student achievement of economic education department in academic year 2010-2012 was 33.5% and the residual 66.5% were affected by other factors that were not examined. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Tekhnologi, Informasi, dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu pada siswa kelas VIII J di SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, (2) mengetahui respons siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di kelas VIII J di SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran dengan tahapan-tahapan dalam setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Data hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar pada akhir setiap siklus. Data respon siswa dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket/kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan jumlah siswa yang telah tuntas pada siklus I sebesar 65,52%, sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang telah tuntas adalah sebesar 93,10%, dan (2) respons siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 41,72 dengan kategori positif.Kata Kunci : TIK, Hasil belajar, Respons siswa This study aims to (1) determine the use of interactive learning media based on Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) in improving learning outcomes in the Integrated IPS VIII J grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja academic year 2013/2014, (2) determine students' responses the use of ICT based interactive learning media on subjects in class VIII Integrated IPS J in SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja academic year 2013/2014. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted in two cycles of learning with the stages in each cycle includes planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Student learning outcomes data collected through achievement test at the end of each cycle. Student response data collected through questionnaires/questionnaires. Collected data was then analyzed descriptively. The results showed, (1) the use of ICT based interactive learning media can improve student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the number of students who have completed the first cycle of 65.52%, while in the second cycle the number of students who have completed amounted to 93.10%, and (2) the response of students to the use of ICT based interactive learning media obtained average scores average of 41.72 with the positive category.keyword : ICT, Learning outcomes, Student response

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) harapan Pegawai Negeri Sipil terhadap kepuasan kerja di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar, dan (2) kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar dan objek penelitian adalah kepuasan kerja yang diharapan dan yang dirasakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar. Responden penelitian sebanyak 158 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pegawai mengharapkan peningkatan kinerja pada setiap variabel kepuasan kerja untuk mencapai kepuasan yang memuaskan. Untuk perasaan pegawai, pegawai masih merasakan kurang puas terhadap variabel-variabel kepuasan kerja hal tersebut terlihat dari 10 variabel kepuasan kerja yaitu kesempatan untuk maju, keamanan kerja, gaji, perusahaan dan manajemen, pengawasan, pekerjaan, kondisi kerja, aspek sosial, komunikasi dan fasilitas delapan variabel dirasakan kurang puas yaitu variabel kesempatan untuk maju, keamanan kerja, gaji, pekerjaan, kondisi kerja, aspek sosial, komunikasi dan fasilitas dan dua variabel sudah dirasakan memuaskan yaitu variabel perusahaan dan manajemen, pengawasan. Kata Kunci : kepuasan kerja pegawai. The main corcerns of this study were (1) to know the civil servant’s expactation trough the satisfaction’s work in region secretariat of Gianyar regency, and (2) to know the result of work that was felt by civil servant in region secretariat of gianyar regency. This research was done in office of region secretariat in gianyar regency. And the subjects of thestudy were civil servents in region secretariat in gianyar,and the object of the study was the the satisfaction’s work that was expected and that was felt by civil servents in region secretariat of gianyar regency. The total number of the stduy were 158 people. The data collected by questionnaire and that was analyzed by descriptive analysis study. The result of the study showed that the official goverment hoped that the planning in every variable was increase to got the satisfying. The official goverments felt that the satisfaction in every variable still low, it can be seen on the 10 variables such as:the oportunity to go, the savety of work, salary, the company and the management, supervision, activity, the situation, sosial aspect, communication and the facilities. Those eight variebles was felt still in low satisfaction, and both variables such as the company and the management,and supervision were felt to give good satisfaction. keyword : the civil servant’s satisfaction
