Abstract

Kanggotan is located in the area of Tugurejo Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency. Tugurejo Village has 2 educational institutions, MI Tugurejo and SD Negeri Tugurejo. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the principal, information was obtained that SD Negeri Tugurejo has a physical condition of the school that is not so large, the location is not strategic, and most students are from underprivileged family backgrounds with relatively low incomes, the purpose of this service is to develop the potential of children related to their interests and talents to have a good career plan and introduce various applications and websites to the teacher council. To bring an interesting teaching and learning process to students, especially about career planning. Efforts to overcome these problems include providing career planning guidance and improving students' life skills at SD Negeri Tugurejo as a provision for continuing their careers. The method of implementing the service is to provide career planning training to students and socialization of career planning to teachers and parents of students; the results of this service program are career learning media in the form of career snake and ladder games that can be used by teachers, making pamphlets of motivational words with the theme of career planning, the understanding of the mindset of students and parents of students towards career planning.

Abstract

Komunitas Disabilitas Fisik Warsamundung, Kabupaten Magelang mengalami permasalahan yaitu resiliensi psikologi rendah karena belum adanya edukasi kesehatan mental, kurangnya kesadaran pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental, serta akses konseling terbatas. Program sekolah kesehatan mental melalui peer counselor training ini merupakan program edukasi non formal berbasis komunitas yang bertujuan menyediakan edukasi kesehatan mental, meningkatkan resiliensi sebagai upaya penerimaan diri anggota komunitas, serta menyediakan program pelatihan konselor sebaya sebagai akses konseling. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan monitoring, serta penutupan dan keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 17 anggota Komunitas Warsamundung dengan tujuh aktivitas, meliputi materi kesehatan mental, konseling sebaya, dan keterampilan konselor sebaya. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas program menggunakan skala resiliensi Reivich dan Shatte.  Hasil pelaksanaan program sekolah kesehatan mental yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman berkaitan dengan kesehatan mental, meningkatnya resiliensi psikologis dan meningkatnya keterampilan konselor sebaya. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa peer counselor training efektif meningkatkan resiliensi.

Abstract

Optimizing the potential of social capital in the context of disability is a crucial aspect in realizing quality inclusive education and requires active collaboration between various related parties in creating a learning environment for disabilities. Social capital is defined as a network of social relationships, norms and values ​​that facilitate cooperation between individuals and groups. This activity aims to explore how stakeholder collaboration can be improved through optimizing the potential of social capital to support quality inclusive education for individuals with disabilities. The methods used are material selection, introduction and training objectives, supporting skills development sessions, case studies and group discussions, evaluation and feedback. The results show that effective stakeholder collaboration in supporting inclusive education requires a deep understanding of the potential and barriers faced by individuals with disabilities. The potential for social capital, such as: trust, interdependence, and a strong network of relationships between stakeholders is key in building an inclusive educational environment. Strategies to optimize the potential of social capital include: training and capacitation of stakeholders about the importance of inclusion and social capital, establishing joint discussion forums between stakeholders, and implementing policies that support inclusive education. The active role and commitment of social capital from all parties involved is very necessary to create an inclusive, fair and quality educational environment for all individuals.
