Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh consumption values terhadap niat pembelian sepeda listrik dengan green trust sebagai mediasi. Metode penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh masyarakat Surakarta yang berpotensi membeli sepeda listrik sebagai transportasi alternatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z di Surakarta yang berpotensi membeli sepeda listrik sebagai alternatif transportasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 229 responden. Pengambilan sampel akan dilakukan secara Probability Sampling. Penelitian ini akan mengandalkan data primer, yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber yang telah ditentukan melalui wawancara, observasi, atau pengukuran menggunakan kuesioner.  Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data akan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Functional Value berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention. Social value berpengaruh negatif terhadap green purchase intention.Emotional value berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention. Green perceived value berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention. Green trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention. Green trust dapat memediasi hubungan antara functional value terhadap green purchase intention. Green trust tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara social value terhadap green purchase intention. Green trust dapat memediasi hubungan antara emotional value terhadap green purchase intention. Green trust dapat memediasi hubungan antara green perceived terhadap green purchase intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengetahui peran implementasi teknologi digital, kreativitas strategi pemasaran dan kinerja usaha. UMKM di kawasan wisata Boyolali menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan daya saing dan meningkatkan kinerja usaha di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan kreativitas strategi pemasaran dan kinerja usaha pada UMKM di kawasan wisata Boyolali. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) berbasis perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dengan jumlah responden 175 dari para pelaku UMKM di kawasan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi pemasaran, yang pada akhirnya mendorong kinerja usaha secara optimal. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa kinerja usaha juga meningkat seiring dengan penerapan teknologi digital yang membantu meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung melalui peningkatan fasilitas dan kualitas layanan. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan implementsi teknologi digital dan pengembangan kreativitas strategi pemasaran yang kreatif bagi UMKM untuk bersaing di kawasan wisata. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas wilayah studi, seperti keterampilan digital dan modal sosial, untuk memperkaya pemahaman mengenai UMKM.

Abstract

Currently, the issue of sustainability is one of the focuses for many companies. The application of the principles of environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and good governance is important for organizations to increase profitability. The intent of this study is to examine the influence of ESG and governance variables, especially independent board and board gender diversity, toward financial performance. This study involved the population of commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 13 banks. Data testing using SPSS statistical software. The findings demonstrated that financial performance is significantly impacted by ESG, independent boards, and board gender diversity.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remains a significant public health issue in Indonesia and is endemic in nearly all provinces. The mortality rate from DHF continues to rise each year. To address this, health education on dengue fever prevention is essential. One preventive measure involves the use of natural ingredients. Betel leaves, in particular, can kill mosquito larvae due to the toxic substances they contain, which are especially harmful to mosquito larvae. Therefore, community service activities are necessary to raise awareness and provide practical solutions. This activity was conducted in Jetis Village, Sukoharjo, targeting 30 women in the Family Welfare Program (PKK)  from the local community. The implementation included the preparation of pre-tests and post-tests, as well as training sessions. The questionnaire used in this activity assessed participants' skills through a pretest, followed by training in making eucalyptus and betel leaf oil, and concluded with a post-test. The results showed a significant improvement in the participants' skills, with most moving from "moderately competent" to "competent," as indicated by a P-value of 0.001. It can be concluded that the oil-making training effectively improved the skills of the PKK women.

Abstract

Purpose: TikTok become one of the most popular social media not only in Indonesia but also globally. Now days TikTok not only utiliziedwatching video but also for conducting transactions, including buying and selling throug TikTok shop and TikTok Live. This study focus on the influence of streamers' attractiveness and influencers on customers' purchasing decisions on TikTok live streaming through online customer reviews as the mediator. Methodology: This research employs quantitative methods, utilizing a probability sampling approach specifically through simple random sampling. The data collection process involves distributing questionnaires through Goggle Form. The study focuses on 150 active students of UMS and UNS. The data analysis method employed is Partial Least Square (PLS), facilitated by SMARTPLS 3.0 software, encompassing both Outer and Inner model analyses. Results: The research results indicate that online customer reviews and streamer’s attractiveness have a significantly positive influence on purchasing decisions. In addition, the streamer's attractiveness and influencers supported influence online customer reviews. online customer reviews fully mediate the influence of influencers on purchasing decisions. streamer's attractiveness in live advertising media is crucial to attract consumers. However, influencer does not supported on purchasing decision. Applications/Originality/Value selecting influencers with good credibility and in-depth knowledge of the products.

Abstract

Purpose: This research investigates the relationship between Psychological Contract Fulfilment (PCF) and Psychological Contract Violation (PCV) on Revisit Intention to tourism destinations in Klaten. Given tourism's vital contribution to the global economy through economic growth, job creation, and cultural promotion, understanding factors that drive consumer revisit intention is crucial for enhancing revenue and reducing operational costs. Methodology: This research employs a quantitative method, utilizing purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires from 170 respondents who had visited Klaten tourism, and the data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS. Results: This study concludes that PCF enhances tourists' revisit intentions, while PCV diminishes them, highlighting the crucial mediating role of WOM. Thus, tourism managers in Klaten should prioritize fulfilling tourists' expectations to boost loyalty. Applications/Originality/Value: The novelty of this research lies in applying PCF and PCV concepts within Klaten's tourism context and exploring the mediating role of Word of Mouth (WOM) in Revisit Intention, a relatively unexplored area in existing literature.

Abstract

Evolusi produk perawatan kulit yang awalnya bertujuan untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit telah berkembang menjadi industri besar. Terutama di Indonesia yang dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan ekonomi, perubahan gaya hidup, dan meningkatnya kesadaran akan perawatan diri. PT. Paragon Technology memperkenalkan Kahf, lini perawatan kulit untuk pria, yang mengutamakan keamanan produk, kesadaran lingkungan, dan citra merek melalui media sosial, khususnya Instagram dan TikTok, dengan target generasi milenial dan Gen Z. Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan kuantitatif guna menguji dampak social media marketing kepada brand awareness, brand image, juga keputusan pembelian konsumen Kahf, melalui data yang diambil dari 154 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasilnya memperlihatkan korelasi positif yang signifikan diantara pemasaran media sosial dengan citra merek dan brand awareness, yang keduanya memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Meskipun brand image berkorelasi positif dengan keputusan pembelian, brand awareness yang lebih tinggi justru menunjukkan korelasi negatif, mengindikasikan potensi kejenuhan konsumen terhadap paparan merek berlebihan. Temuan ini menggaris bawahi pentingnya strategi media sosial yang efektif untuk mendukung persepsi positif konsumen dan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Training and support of SMEs' financial records are necessary so that entrepreneurs can have knowledge and skills in managing the financial management of each enterprise. The problem faced by SMEs Village Cepogo is the lack of financial management science that results in minimal knowledge and skills in SMEs financial management; no valid calculation of the value of the sale offered; no trace of SME's financial records. This dedication activity aims to improve knowledge and understanding of the management of SMEs Village Cepogo finance; to improve the skills management of the SMEs Village Cepogo financial; to enhance the effectiveness of the economy SMEs Town Cepogo. The solution to the problems implemented is to provide advice related to the management of SMEs Village Cepogo finance as well as to conduct training and support for the administration of SMEs Village Cepogo. The result of the accompaniment is that the participants have financial reports of the enterprise and can calculate the production costs to determine the selling price, this activity is followed with high enthusiasm by the SME actors who cooperate with BUMDES Cepogo.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan indikator penting bagi investor untuk menilai prospek bisnis dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang, terutama di perbankan syariah, yang beroperasi di bawah prinsip-prinsip Islam yang beretika. Faktor-faktor seperti tata kelola perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan dihipotesiskan dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, sementara tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) muncul sebagai mediator yang relevan karena perannya dalam praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan CSR sebagai variabel mediasi, penelitian ini melihat bagaimana ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan tata kelola perusahaan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Data sekunder dari laporan tahunan empat bank syariah yang terdaftar di BEI (2018-2023) digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan dengan menggunakan EViews 12, bersama dengan pengujian mediasi melalui uji Sobel. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan secara signifikan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui CSR. Sebaliknya, tata kelola perusahaan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap CSR atau nilai perusahaan. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya meningkatkan profitabilitas dan mengoptimalkan skala bisnis untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan inisiatif CSR. Bagi manajemen bank, hasil penelitian ini dapat memandu kebijakan strategis yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan, sementara regulator dan investor mendapatkan wawasan tentang faktor penentu utama nilai perusahaan dalam keuangan syariah.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of altruistic and egoistic as behavioral variables on socially responsible investment decision. This paper also investigates the aspects that investors consider the most in making decisions.Method - A total of 108 sample respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria used are capital market study group students who have at least one ethical stock in their portfolio. Conjoint and regression analysis were involved to conduct the research.Result - The results showed that the investment attributes that investors prioritize are industry focus followed by return and risk. Furthermore, the most preferred industry focus is ‘sustainable asset’ followed by ‘no focus’ and ‘arms and defense’. Investment preferences in sustainable assets are based on the altruistic value of investors. Altruism has been shown to have a significant positive effect on investors' decisions to invest their funds in stock which belong to socially responsible investment. On the other hand, the egoistic value has a significant negative effect on the decision to invest in socially responsible investment.Implication - By looking at the research result, companies as stock issuers may consider to create or make their stock sustainable. This research would be beneficial for investment analysts or consultants in providing advice for their clients.Originality - This research uses altruistic and egoistic variables as psychological variables in investment decisions. In addition to using behavioral finance, it also involves value-belief-norm theory to explain the phenomena and discuss altruistic value in Islam perspective.
