Medical malpractice disputes can occur in health services, treatments, actions, and care when patients feel disadvantaged or do not get the results they expected. The purpose of the study is to understand and analyze the implementation of health law in Indonesia in resolving medical malpractice disputes with a legal certainty approach based on Law Number 17 of 2023 in conjunction with Government Regulation Number 20 of 2024, to understand, analyze, and seek proposals on what government policy should be in regulating the settlement of medical malpractice. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a normative legal approach through library and field research with data collection techniques through literature studies. Results of the study show that the policies contained in Law Number 17 Year 2023 still lack clarity because the law has yet to establish a precise and authoritative definition of medical malpractice which results in there being no legal certainty.

Abstract

Puger Kulon Village possesses superior potential not only in processed fishery derivative products but also in the promising maritime business sector. This diversity of potential makes the village a maritime circular business with a sustainable economic concept. However, limited human resources are limited, preventing the village from mapping the development of this circular business. The Puger Kulon village community has not yet implemented structured Standard Operating Instructions (SOPs) and integrated financial planning and management. The community service program for this assisted village consists of several stages, including: 1. determining the mapping and creating SOPs for the development of the Puger Kulon Village maritime circular business sector; 2. creating and organizing social accounting-based financial reports; 3. providing education and training related to marketing the maritime business potential. The resulting outputs include the availability of Standard Operating Instructions (SOPs) and guidelines for preparing financial reports.

Environmental-based budgeting is one of the strategies to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which were launched globally, including in Indonesia. This study examines whether value-for-money-based local government budgeting can be elaborated to incorporate environmental aspects and their implications for financial reporting. Its objective is to analyze the possibility of implementing sustainable budgeting through economic valuation in the Regional Budget (APBD). Its novelty lies in the implementation of economic valuation in government budgeting and its implications for financial reporting, which are highly relevant today. The research method is a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach, with economic valuation and qualitative analysis through case studies and policy documents. The results indicate that sustainable budgeting can be implemented with specific technical guidelines such as environmental indicators, green budget tagging, and a participatory approach. By implementing this budgeting, local governments will contribute positively to economic growth without harming the environment.
