Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was determine product quality and price on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative research methods and the type of research is purposive sampling. The sample of this study were consumers of Kawipack Bag Stores in Malang City, totaling 55 respondents. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis used is instrument test, normality test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kawipack Bag Stores in Malang City. Furthermore, partially product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kawipack Bag Stores in Malang City. Keywords : Product Quality, Price, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of individual personality and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial motivation of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Sampling was carried out on Management students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020 using the Slovin formula so that the sample obtained in this study was 81 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. To obtain data, this research used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that individual personality and entrepreneurship education simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. Furthermore, individual personality and entrepreneurship education partially have a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and motivation on employee performance at Bank BNI Malang Branch Office. The number of samples used was 32 employees as respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results of this research show that the variables Qualiy of Work Life (QWL) and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Bank BNI Malang Branch Office. In addition, motivation is proven to be a significant mediator between employee performance and QWL. The practical implication of these findings is the importance of increasing employee motivation to improve their performance and quality of work life, which in turn will support the achievement of overall organizational goals. This research contributes to understanding the complex dynamics between psychological factors and the work environment in the context of employee productivity and job satisfaction. Keywords: Employee performance, motivation and quality of work life (QWL)

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of Islamic leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction and motivation as intervening variables at PT Benih Citra Asia Jember. 67 respondents were selected for the study's sample using a random sampling approach based on the Slovin formula. This study employed route analysis (also known as path analysis) as a quantitative data analysis tool. Partial hypothesis testing using data is employed. As per the study's findings, there is a noteworthy correlation between the variables of Islamic leadership and employee performance. Additionally, there is a noteworthy effect of Islamic leadership on job satisfaction and work motivation. Furthermore, there is a sigificant relationship between work motivation and employee performance and job satisfaction variables. While the indirect effect shows that the job satisfaction variable is able to mediate the Islamic leadership variable on employee performance, the work motivation variable is also able to mediate the Islamic leadership variable on employee performance. Keywords: Islamic Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research to analyze and describe the influence of PLN Mobile Application Service Quality on Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as Interverning (Study on PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang Customers. The population in this study is PLN mobile UP3 Malang users with a total of 35,574 users. Then from the total A sample of 98 people was taken using the Slovin formula. The variables used in this research were the dependent variable customer loyalty, the independent variable service quality, and the intervening variable customer satisfaction. The data analysis technique in this research used path analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software research shows that 1). PLN Mobile Application Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang.2). PLN Mobile Application Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang. 3). Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang. 4). The service quality of the PLN Mobile Application has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the ifluence of work environment, communication, competence, and motivation on the performance of PK IPNU IPPNU UNISMA. The research was conducted using a survey method of 86 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research was quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data test used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The research results show that the work environment, competence, and motivation have a significant effect on management performance, while communication does not have a signicant effect. In conclusion, comfort in the work environment and high competence can improve management perfomance the higher the motivation, the lower the management performance, but good communication does not have a significant effect on management performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Communication, Competence, Motivation, And Management Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional branding and experiential marketing on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as intervening variables in the Avoskin skincare brand. The population of this study is Generation Z in Lowokwaru District, Malang City aged 18-25 years and have made purchases or interacted with products by implementing emotional branding and experiential marketing strategies. While the sample in this study amounted to 90 samples. The data analysis used MRA Process Macro by Hayes 2018. The results of the study show that 1) Emotional branding has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction 2) Experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction 3) Emotional branding has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty 4) Experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty 5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty 6) Emotional branding has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. 7) Experiential marketing has an effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction but the results are not significant. Keywords: Emotional Branding, Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate whether brand image can moderate the influence of brand ambassadors and brand awareness on purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative approach. This study uses explanatory research and moderated regression analysis (MRA) methods to test the proposed research model. The sample of this study were 100 active students of FEB UNISMA class of 2021. The hypothesis was tested using instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test, moderated regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using SPSS v25. The findings indicated that 1) Brand ambassadors have a significant and positive effect on consumer decisions to make purchases, 2) Brand awareness has a significant and positive effect on consumer decisions to make purchases, 3) Brand image reduces the impact of brand ambassador influence on purchasing decisions, 4) Brand image reduces the impact of brand awareness on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research discusses the development of the digital entertainment industry in Indonesia, with a focus on Video on Demand (VOD) and the influence of related factors on the decision to purchase Netflix services among students at the Islamic University of Malang. In recent years, the transformation from traditional entertainment to digital platforms has changed the way people access and enjoy content, especially with the increasing use of the internet and smart devices. This study uses a quantitative approach and explanatory research method to examine the relationship between the variables of Advertising, Price Perception, Service Quality, and Celebrity Endorsement on purchasing decisions. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents at the Islamic University of Malang. The results showed that these variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, where attractive advertisements and positive price perceptions are factors that contribute to the increase in VOD service users. The findings are expected to provide insights for stakeholders in the entertainment industry in formulating marketing strategies that are more effective and relevant to the needs of today's consumers. Keyword : Advertising,Price Perception, Service Quality,Celebrity Endorsment,Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The objective of the study is to determine how halal certification, cost, and location affect the decisions made by customers to buy geprek sa'i tlogomas chicken.  In this study, a quantitative research method is used. Following this Malhotra methodology, a sample of 70 respondents was selected from among all customers who had purchased Ayam Geprek Sa'i Tlogomas in Lowokwaru District, Malang City.  This study employs SPSS analysis tools in conjunction with multiple linear regression analysis.  The F and t tests are used in hypothesis testing. The output of the study present that the influence of halal certification, price and location have a significant simultaneous effect on the purchase decision of consumers of geprek sa'i tlogomas chicken. Halal certification variables, prices and locations have a significant effect on the purchase decision of consumers of geprek sa'i tlogomas chicken. Keywords: Halal Certification, Price, Location and Purchase Decision
