Abstract

Alumni Association of an educational institution currently requires the website as a means of publication, information and connections in carrying out its activities. With a reliable alumni website is expected to facilitate all alumni activities both related to education and teaching and community serviceIn this research will be done alumni website development by designing interface in the form of mockups that allows users to connect and perform mutualism symbiotic activity. The development of alumni website is done using Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) method, with Customer Relationships Managemet (CRM) phase and Knowledge Management (KM) process which focuses on interface perspective.CKM method is a combination of CRM and KM, while CKM is related to knowledge and relationship, which are two key in business. On the one hand, it can create a closer and valuable symbiotic relationship with the customer, and on the other hand, the knowledge and professional experience gained from communication with the customer can be poured into the maximum product and service, so that it can be the foundation for profit in the competition. Keyword: Website, Alumni, CKM, CRM, KM

Abstract

ABSTRACT SPP payment at Surakarta Al-Islam Vocational School often experiences delays, this will cause disruption of school operational activities because the school tuition payment fund is mostly for operational costs for the development of school facilities and infrastructure. Therefore it is necessary to follow up the parents of students who experience late payment of tuition that can be predicted by the K-Nearest Neighbor method. To predict late payment of SPP, the parameters Income, Education, Family Dependents, and Age are used in calculating the closest distance between training data and testing data. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy of the prediction results of late payment of SPP by the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The prediction results can be used by the school to provide a letter of payment of SPP payments to prospective guardians of students so that when the payment schedule has entered the payment schedule parents of guardians do not experience latency in paying.Keywords: Prediction , K-Nearest Neighbor, Accurate

Abstract

ABSTRACTEdge detection is segmentation of image input that aims to determine the edge by marking the detail part of an image. From some previous studies it has not been shown the results of detection to be able to separate objects from the center of the image input image itself. The purpose of this study is to perform an edge detection function by dividing into nodes using the concept of the Quadran Tree Classifier method to be applied to the case study of the object colored image of the using national flag. Some input images have different levels of complexity and pixels, including the Korean flag, Wales flag, and the flying Indonesian flag. The method is the adoption of tree data structure, where each has 4 nodes the same number of child nodes. If the node has children, number of nodes must be 4, recursively doing the loop. The working concept of this method split and merge segmentation. The results of object segmentation combined in accordance with the homogeneity of colors, especially those with confusion. This research show which is able to observe the scanning pixel on image Korean flag and the flying Indonesian flag, however level pixel 520 x 347 such as Wales flag, this method is unable to separate between line object that is not nudge. The pixel resolution has an effect with total time execution segmentation (minute/sec), total segmentation identified and the total colour.Keywords : edge detection, quadrant tree, digital image processing, image, segmentation

Abstract

ABSTRACT Increasingly complex human needs cause changes in the community environment. This is indicated by the increasingly rapid development of information technology, especially information technology related to online shopping applications through e-commerce applications. The development of technology that is currently being talked about and is the subject of discussion is to develop technology towards modern business by using mobile-based e-commerce applications. Anywhere and anytime quickly and in real time, people can easily make purchases of any product related to the needs of the house they are looking for. The results of this study were to determine the magnitude of the heuristic value of the quality of the mobile e-commerce application user interface Informa and Ikea according to users using the Nielsen 10 principle method. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as input for e-commerce mobile application developers Informa and Ikea to be better, and can be proposed to improve the user interface for e-commerce applications Informa and Ikea.Keywords:  E-Commerce, User Interface, 10 Nielsen Principles.

Abstract

The assistant forum is an organization built by AMIKOM Yogyakarta University which serves as an official forum for Practicum Assistants. In the Forum Assistant there are daily administrators in charge of managing the daily activities of the organization. In determining the day-to-day management, a selection process is conducted, so that the elected management is the right individual and able to make the Assistant Forum organization better. Because of the importance of the selection process, a system that is able to provide recommendations to determine eligible individuals is needed. administrator. There are many methods that can be used in decision support systems, including the Weighted Product method and Simple Additive Weighting. The data of the candidates for Forum Assistant will be applied to these two methods and a comparison is made of the ranking results of the Weighted Product method and Simple Additive Weighting. The results obtained from this study are ranking from the Weighted Product method and Simple Additive Weighting which produces the same ranking of 3 data from a total of 10 data tested or similarity percentage of 20%.Keywords: Selection, Decision Support System, Weighted Product, Selection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis tentang kompetensi guru dalam melakssanakan evaluasi pembelajaran geografi di SMPN kota padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportioned Stratified Random Sampling atau teknik sampel berjenjang, yang dibagi kedalam beberapa kriteria, yaitu pertama: kriteria sekolah berstandar internasional yaitu SMPN 2 Padang,, kedua: kriteria sekolah berstandar nasional yaitu SMPN 12 Padang, dan ketiga: kriteria sekolah biasa yaitu SMPN 18 Padang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar geografi disekolah tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1. guru geografi dalam memilih soal sudah berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda. 2. Guru sudah memeriksa jawaban siswa dengan baik dan mampu mengklasifikasikan hasil . 3. Guru sudah mampu mengklasifikasikan  nilai siswa dan tindak lanjutnya.Kata kuncis: kompetensi guru, evaluasiThis study aims to describe and analyze teacher competencies in conducting an evaluation of geography learning in Padang city junior high school. This study uses a qualitative method, the sample technique used is proportional stratified random sampling, which is divided into several criteria, namely first: criteria for international standard schools, namely Padang 2 Junior High School, second: criteria for national standard schools, namely Padang 12 Junior High School, and third: criteria for ordinary schools, namely SMP 18 Padang. The subject of this research is the teacher who teaches the geography of the school. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are 1. the geography teacher in choosing the problem is based on the level of difficulty and distinguishing power. 2. The teacher has examined the answers of the students well and is able to classify the results. 3. The teacher is able to classify student grades and follow-up.Keywords: teacher competence, evaluation

Abstract

Abstrak : Masih banyak perguruan tinggi yang masih menggunakan cara manual untuk melakukan seleksi beasiswa. Sehingga seringkali hasil penerima beasiswa tidaklah objektif karena tidak adanya ukuran yang terukur untuk melakukan penilaian pemberian beasiswa. Oleh sebab itu dengan adanya teknologi komputer sekarang ini memungkinkan bagi pengelola beasiswa di perguruan tinggi untuk membuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis komputer dengan berbagai metode algoritma. Salah satu algoritma yang akurat untuk suatu sistem pendukung keputusan adalah metode Fuzzy – AHP. Dimana proses pemberian bobot kriteria beasiswa di tentukan oleh AHP dan dioptimasi range nilai tunggalnya dengan menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy. Algoritma ini dapat mengatasi keterbasan range nilai dengan Triangle Fuzzy Number (TFN), juga dapat mengatasi masalah ketidakpastian. Penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy – AHP kedalam program Matlab, karena software ini sangat akurat dan mudah dalam melakukan operasi matematika dan statistika. Adanya fungsi matriks, eigenvalue, eigenvector dan yang lainnya, membuat program Matlab sangatlah cocok bila digunakan untuk analisa dengan metode Fuzzy – AHP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy – AHP kedalam program Matlab, sehingga hasil- hasil yang ada dapat dianalisa secara matematika maupun statistika untuk pengembangan penelitian ini. Sebagai langkah awal penelitian ini telah menghasilkan program Matlab untuk metode Fuzzy – AHP. Dimana dari data yang ada dapat dihasilkan nilai akhir bedasarkan metode yang digunakan. Hasil akhir tersebut berupa nilai akhir dan kesimpulan tentang range/ tingkat kelayakan mahasiswa memperoleh beasiswa. Kata kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy, AHP, Matlab

Abstract

INTISARIWeb Service sudah terbukti banyak diimplementasikan pada proses integrasi sistem. Ada dua metode web service yang sering digunakan untuk membangun sebuah sistem web service yaitu Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) dan Representational State Transfer (REST). Masing-masing metode ini memiliki spesifikasi dan algoritma yang berbeda dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk melakukan uji kinerja sistem web service yang dibangun menggunakan metode SOAP dan REST untuk mendapatkan informasi metode mana yang lebih baik kinerjanya sehingga bisa menjadi solusi integrasi sistem informasi pembayaran mahasiswa  di Universitas AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Proses uji kinerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan tool Apache JMeter.Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatlah Response Time dari sistem lama (SOAP) lebih cepat dari pada prototipe sistem baru (REST). Untuk parameter Received/Sent, prototipe sistem baru lebih baik dari sistem lama. Sedangkan untuk parameter Throughput, sistem lama sedikit lebih baik dari prototipe sistem baru. Kata Kunci: web service, soap, rest, throughput, response time, uji kinerja sistem ABSTRACTWeb Service has proven to be widely implemented in system integration process. There are two web service methods that are often used to build a web service system that is, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Representational State Transfer (REST). Each of these methods has different specifications and algorithms in its implementation. This research is focused to test the performance of web service system built using SOAP and REST method to get information which method better performance. Performance test process is done by using Apache JMeter tool.This research is focused to test the performance of web service system built using SOAP and REST method to get information which method better performance so that can be solution of integration for student payment information system at AMIKOM University Yogyakarta. Performance test process is done by using Apache JMeter tool.From the results of this study obtained Response Time from the old system (SOAP) faster than the prototype new system (REST). For the Received / Sent parameter, the new system prototype is better than the old system. As for the throughput parameter, the old system is slightly better than the new system prototype. Keywords: web service, soap, rest, response time, throughput, performance testing

Abstract

INTISARIPeranan internet sebagai suatu bentuk teknologi informasi sangat penting bagi instansi/lembaga yang ingin tetap bertahan/bersaing untuk suatu kemajuan, maka dari itu instansi/lembaga tersebut harus mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi informasi ini sehingga dapat mendukung instansi/lembaganya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis fitur website UIN dengan menggunakan metode Costumer Relationship Management (CRM), karena metode ini digunakan untuk membantu pihak universitas dalam mengelolah hubungan dengan mahasiswa, dosen dan masyarakat..Hasil survey observasi dan wawancara digunakan dalam menganalisis Fitur Website Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang untuk menghasilkan berupa mockup dari hasil analisa berupa fitur-fitur yang akan diterapkan dalam pengembangan website UIN berdasarkan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM). hasil dari penelitian ini juga akan berupa rancangan fitur-fitur pada website UIN yang dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk lebih berinteraksi secara aktif dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan bagi pelanggan.. Dengan bantuan dari framework dynamic of CRM dan melakukan strategi CRM dengan sistem rekomendasi baru, dari strategi CRM tersebut maka ditemukan tujuan baru yang lebih dinamis seperti konsep fitur bimbingan, menampilkan fitur data alumni, fitur produk hukum bagi kebutuhan pengguna, fitur informasi seminar dan kegiatan kampus yang akan membantu operasional serta sarana komunikasi, maka dari kondisi inilah kebutuhan teknologi akan menjadi lebih ringan.Kata Kunci : Customer Relationship Management (CRM),  website, fiturAbstractThe role of the Internet as a form of information technology is very important for institutions / institutions that want to stay / compete for a progress, therefore the agency / institution must be able to adapt to this information technology so that it can support the institution / institution. The purpose of this research is UIN website feature feature by using Relationship Management (CRM) method, because this method is used to assist university in managing relationships with students, lecturers and community.The results of observation and interview surveys are used in analyzing the Website Features of Raden Fatah Palembang State Islamic University to generate a mockup of analysis results in the form of features that will be applied in UIN website development based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method. the results of this study will also be the design of features on UIN website that can be applied by the company to more actively interact with customers and improve the quality of service for the customer. Abstract

INTISARIPenelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui uji kelayakan prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa Universitas AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Dalam hal ini penulis memilih algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) karena K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) merupakan algoritma  yang bisa digunakan untuk mengolah data yang bersifat numerik dan tidak membutuhkan skema estimasi parameter perulangan yang rumit, ini berarti bisa diaplikasikan untuk dataset berukuran besar.Input dari sistem ini adalah Data sampel berupa data mahasiswa tahun 2014-2015. pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakn dua pengujian yaitu data testing dan data training. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah , IP Semester 1-4, capaian SKS, Status Kelulusan. Output dari sistem ini berupa hasil prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa yang terbagi menjadi dua yaitu tepat waktu dan kelulusan tidak tepat waktu.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan penerapan k=14 dan k-fold=5 menghasilkan performa yang terbaik dalam memprediksi kelulusan mahasiswa dengan metode K-Nearest Neighbor menggunakan indeks prestasi 4 semester dengan nilai akurasi= 98,46%, precision= 99.53% dan recall =97.64%.Kata kunci: Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors, Prediksi Kelulusan, Data Testing, Data Training ABSTRACTThis research is focused on knowing the feasibility test of students' graduation prediction of AMIKOM University Yogyakarta. In this case the authors chose the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm because K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) is an algorithm that can be used to process data that is numerical and does not require complicated repetitive parameter estimation scheme, this means it can be applied for large datasets.The input of this system is the sample data in the form of student data from 2014-2015. test in this research use two test that is data testing and training data. The criteria used in this study are, IP Semester 1-4, achievement of SKS, Graduation Status. The output of this system in the form of predicted results of student graduation which is divided into two that is timely and graduation is not timely.The result of the test shows that based on the application of k = 14 and k-fold = 5, the best performance in predicting the students' graduation using K-Nearest Neighbor method uses 4 semester achievement index with accuracy value = 98,46%, precision = 99.53% and recall = 97.64%.Keywords: K-Nearest Neighbors Algorithm, Graduation Prediction, Testing Data, Training Data
