Abstract

The digitalization of public services requires community readiness to utilize technology-based services effectively and independently. The Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) application is a digital service innovation developed by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to facilitate participants’ access to membership information, particularly for monitoring Old Age Security (JHT) balances. However, in practice, obstacles in using the application are still found due to limited digital literacy, especially among middle-aged workers. This community service activity aims to improve workers’ digital literacy through socialization of JMO application usage. The activity was conducted through face-to-face and individual assistance at PT HM Sampoerna Plant Rungkut Surabaya and PT HM Sampoerna Plant Malang, involving a total of 920 workers. A descriptive qualitative method was employed with data collection techniques including observation, pretests, and posttests. The socialization activities covered assistance with application installation, account registration and activation, as well as hands-on practice in using the JHT balance checking feature directly on participants’ smartphones. The results show an improvement in participants’ understanding and ability to independently use the JMO application after the socialization. These findings indicate that digital literacy socialization plays an important role in bridging the gap between digital public service innovation and users’ actual capabilities. This activity contributes to supporting the optimization of employment social security services and highlights the importance of sustainable digital literacy programs to ensure inclusive digital public service transformation. ABSTRAK Digitalisasi pelayanan publik menuntut kesiapan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan layanan berbasis teknologi secara efektif dan mandiri. Aplikasi Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) merupakan inovasi layanan digital yang dikembangkan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk memudahkan peserta dalam mengakses informasi kepesertaan, khususnya pengecekan saldo Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT). Namun, pada praktiknya masih ditemukan kendala penggunaan aplikasi yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan literasi digital, terutama pada kelompok pekerja paruh baya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pekerja melalui sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi JMO. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dan individual di PT HM Sampoerna Plant Rungkut Surabaya dan PT HM Sampoerna Plant Malang dengan melibatkan total 920 pekerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, pretest, dan posttest. Sosialisasi meliputi pendampingan instalasi aplikasi, pembuatan dan aktivasi akun, serta praktik penggunaan fitur pengecekan saldo JHT secara langsung menggunakan smartphone peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi JMO secara mandiri setelah sosialisasi dilakukan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi literasi digital berperan penting dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara inovasi pelayanan publik berbasis digital dan kemampuan pengguna, serta mendukung optimalisasi pemanfaatan layanan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a public institution responsible for administering employment social security and holds a strategic role in providing administrative services, particularly in participant data entry and membership card issuance, both of which require accuracy, timeliness, and administrative order, however, in practice, various challenges persist, including inefficient data input processes, potential administrative errors, inconsistencies in participant data, and delays in card printing, especially at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa, resulting in service disruptions and reduced service quality. To address these issues, a community service activity was implemented to improve the efficiency and orderliness of membership administration through direct administrative assistance using a participatory approach that involved initial observations, hands-on support in membership administration, and technical assistance in data entry and card printing processes. The results demonstrate a reduction in data entry errors, faster administrative processing times, improved accuracy and consistency of participant data, and enhanced staff understanding of more systematic and efficient administrative procedures, thereby confirming that participatory administrative assistance effectively increases service efficiency and contributes positively to the sustainable improvement of service quality at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. ABSTRAK BPJS Ketenagakerjaan merupakan lembaga penyelenggara jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan yang memiliki peran strategis dalam penyediaan layanan administratif kepesertaan kepada masyarakat, khususnya dalam proses input data peserta dan pencetakan kartu kepesertaan yang menuntut akurasi, kecepatan, dan ketertiban administrasi. Dalam praktiknya, masih dijumpai berbagai kendala seperti ketidakefisienan proses input data, potensi kesalahan administrasi, ketidaksesuaian data peserta, serta keterlambatan pencetakan kartu kepesertaan, terutama di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa, yang berdampak pada terhambatnya pelayanan dan penurunan kualitas layanan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan ketertiban administrasi kepesertaan melalui pendampingan administratif secara langsung dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi observasi awal, pendampingan administratif kepesertaan, serta asistensi teknis dalam proses input data dan pencetakan kartu peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya penurunan kesalahan input data, percepatan waktu pemrosesan administrasi, serta peningkatan ketepatan dan konsistensi data kepesertaan, diikuti dengan meningkatnya pemahaman petugas terhadap prosedur administrasi yang lebih sistematis dan efisien. Dengan demikian, pendampingan administratif kepesertaan terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan memberikan implikasi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Administrative order in construction service participation in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa still faces obstacles, particularly related to the inconsistency of project value input on Form 1. This problem predominantly occurs in projects that use Purchase Order (PO) documents, where participants often ignore the Value Added Tax (VAT) component of 11% in project value reporting, which negatively impacts the accuracy of contribution calculations and the validity of participant data. This activity aims to identify patterns of administrative errors and formulate solutions through the preparation of applicable technical guidelines. The method applied is descriptive qualitative through field observations and documentation studies of 136 registered project archives. Quantitative data findings indicate that of the total sample analyzed, there are 8 projects (5.88%) that experienced value input errors because they did not include the VAT component in their reporting. Responding to these findings, a practical, flowchart-based guide was developed to facilitate participants in determining project values ????in accordance with regulations. The main conclusion of this activity emphasized that providing simple visual guidance is crucial to minimize input errors, improve participants' understanding of administrative obligations, and ensure more accurate and accountable construction service project data governance. ABSTRAK Ketertiban administrasi dalam kepesertaan jasa konstruksi di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa masih menghadapi kendala, khususnya terkait ketidaksesuaian penginputan nilai proyek pada Formulir 1. Permasalahan ini dominan terjadi pada proyek yang menggunakan dokumen Purchase Order (PO), di mana peserta sering kali mengabaikan komponen Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) sebesar 11% dalam pelaporan nilai proyek, yang berdampak negatif pada akurasi perhitungan iuran dan validitas data kepesertaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola kesalahan administratif tersebut serta merumuskan solusi melalui penyusunan panduan teknis yang aplikatif. Metode yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan dan studi dokumentasi terhadap 136 arsip proyek yang terdaftar. Temuan data kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa dari total sampel yang dianalisis, terdapat 8 proyek (5,88%) yang mengalami kesalahan input nilai karena belum menyertakan komponen PPN dalam pelaporannya. Merespons temuan tersebut, disusunlah panduan praktis berbasis flowchart untuk memudahkan peserta dalam menentukan nilai proyek yang sesuai regulasi. Simpulan utama kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa penyediaan panduan visual yang sederhana sangat krusial untuk meminimalkan kesalahan input, meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap kewajiban administratif, serta menjamin tata kelola data proyek jasa konstruksi yang lebih akurat dan akuntabel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance, (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance at CV Giri Jasa Perkasa. The population in this study were all employees at CV Giri Jasa Perkasa, totaling 50 people in the operational section. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample by taking the entire population without having to draw a research sample so that a sample of 50 employees is obtained. The type of data used in the form of a questionnaire as a data collection method which is processed by the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. Based on the results of this study, it shows that (1) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at CV Giri Jasa Perkasa.

Abstract

Perawat merupakan bagian integral dari tenaga kesehatan yang berperan penting dalam menjamin mutu layanan kesehatan. Namun, terbatasnya sumber daya di berbagai rumah sakit di Indonesia, tingginya intensitas kerja serta tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi membuat perawat yang sebagaian besar adalah wanita kesulitan dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi serta mengalami kelelahan emosional. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance dan emotional exhaustion terhadap kinerja perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit Baptis Kediri. Untuk teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 127 responden dengan kriteria yaitu perawat wanita yang telah menikah. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square(PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan emotional exhaustion memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity and job satisfaction on turnover intention among contract employees in the technology division of PT. XYZ. The research seeks to understand how perceived job uncertainty and levels of job satisfaction influence employees’ intention to leave the organization. Design/methodology/approach – This study used a quantitative survey of all 48 contract employees in the technology division of PT. XYZ. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) to examine the relationships between job insecurity, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Originality -  This research offers new insights into turnover behavior among contract-based technology employees in Indonesia, a group often overlooked. Focusing on a project-driven tech division, it highlights the unique psychological and organizational challenges faced by contract workers. Findings and Discussion – The results show that job insecurity significantly increases turnover intention, especially threats to job aspects, while job satisfaction reduces it, with salary as the key factor. Short-term contracts and limited career growth raise employees’ desire to leave, whereas fair pay and recognition help lessen it. Conclusion – The study concludes that clearer contract renewal, better career development, and fair compensation can reduce turnover intention among contract employees. Open communication between management and staff is also essential to strengthen trust, job satisfaction, and loyalty.

Abstract

This descriptive analytical cross-sectional study assessed the quality of Congenital Hypothyroidism Screening (CHS) implementation by Independent Midwives, a vital program for preventing intellectual developmental delay caused by congenital hypothyroidism (CH). The study involved 60 newborns at BPM Kustini, Lamongan (January-June 2025). Quality was evaluated across three critical points: timeliness of sample collection, quality of Dried Blood Spot (DBS) specimens, and speed of follow-up on results. The findings indicated that 66.67percent of samples were collected on time (48-72 hours), 75percent of DBS specimens were of good quality, and 83.33percent of follow-up results were conducted quickly (less than equals 10 days). Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test revealed significant correlations between the timeliness of sampling and the quality of DBS specimens (p equal 0.002) and between specimen quality and the speed of follow-up results (p equal 0.003). Overall, the quality of CHS in independent midwifery practices was promising. Timeliness of sample collection was found to be key to producing high-quality DBS specimens, which, in turn, affected the speed of result follow-up. The study recommends improving midwives' technical competence and family education, and strengthening the referral system to reinforce CHS's success in community services.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, training, and work commitment on employee work productivity through career development. The research approach employs a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The sample consists of 187 permanent employees. The results indicate that leadership, training, and work commitment have a significant positive effect on career development and work productivity. Career development also mediates the relationship between the independent variables and productivity. The R² values ​​show that the model explains 90.7% of the variation in career development and 93.8% of the variation in productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh media sensorik angka terhadap pengenalan konsep berhitung anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD KB Teratai Hanifa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest pada 10 anak PAUD kelompok A. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi menggunakan lembar penilaian yang telah tervalidasi. Kegiatan sensorik yang dilakukan meliputi menempel pasir warna pada angka 1-3, menempel biji kacang tanah pada angka 1-5, dan mengurutkan angka 1-10 menggunakan kartu warna. Rata-rata nilai pretest adalah 40 dan meningkat menjadi 83,33 pada posttest. Hasil uji paired sample t-test dengan SPSS-25 menunjukkan nilai p = 0,038 < 0,05, sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa media sensorik angka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengenalan konsep berhitung anak usia dini. Temuan penelitian ini sejalan dengan teori perkembangan kognitif Piaget yang menekankan pembelajaran konkret pada tahap praoperasional, serta teori Vygotsky tentang zona perkembangan proksimal. Media sensorik angka disarankan untuk digunakan guru PAUD sebagai strategi pembelajaran berhitung yang efektif dan menyenangkan bagi anak usia dini.
