Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises aims to generate income for the lower middle class and is the most important driver in the national economy. In an effort to improve the welfare of micro, small and medium enterprises, the government currently offers various programs to business actors, including business capital, training, and business assistance with stakeholders. The banana chip business, which is one form of small micro business in Trunamanggala Village, Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency, has problems in the form of the absence of a logo as a product identity, the absence of attractive packaging and the lack of utilization of digital marketing technology in its sales so that an assistance is needed to overcome this. Therefore, this community service method uses a training and socialization approach which aims to provide training in making product logos as well as providing training in marketing products online. The positive impact of this training is to increase market attractiveness and interest to help product images with creative logos, MSME players have products in digital marketing so that they can increase promotion of banana chip MSME players and increase the economy and profits for banana chip MSME players in Trunamanggala Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Cahaya Sunnah Cileungsi Kabupaten Bogor dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja guru. Teknik Pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling sesuai dengan pertimbangan dan kepentingan data/informasi yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, pertama, gaya kepemimpinan yang dijalankan oleh kepala SDIT Cahaya Sunnah Cileungsi cenderung pada kepemimpinan transformasional. Hal ini terlihat pada indikator-indikator gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang terdapat pada gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Kedua, kinerja guru dalam kaitannya dengan perencanaan proses belajar mengajar masih rendah. Ketiga, langkah-langkah yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di antaranya adalah dengan melibatkan warga sekolah dalam penyusunan visi, misi, dan program sekolah, mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang dilakukan secara berkala, pendekatan personal, pembinaan, pemberian bonus, reward, dan punishment.

Abstract

Cash Management System (CMS) is a service provided by banks for institutions or companies to be able to manage finances non-cash. This non-cash policy is something that has just been implemented within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. This study aims to determine the implementation of CMS using the McKinsey 7S model, and analysis of strategies with SWOT and QSPM to obtain the best alternative strategies to improve CMS implementation. The method used is descriptive qualitative using primary and secondary data. The results of the study reveal that CMS implementation has been going well, although system errors, transaction failures and third parties still cannot make non-cash payments. The best alternative strategy that can be applied to institutions is to prepare SOPs, improve the quality of financial human resources, and carry out regular CMS evaluations. Thus, the implementation of CMS Banking within the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices still needs to be refined by considering the results of alternative strategies so that CMS implementation can be better in realizing clean, transparent and accountable financial management.

Abstract

Implementasi pendidikan anti korupsi di Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi merupakan upaya krusial dalam membentuk mahasiswa yang berintegritas dan aktif dalam pemberantasan korupsi. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif dan studi literatur, penelitian ini menyoroti peran penting tenaga pendidik dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai anti korupsi melalui keteladanan, peningkatan kesadaran, dan penyediaan mata kuliah khusus. Mahasiswa juga berperan aktif dengan mengadopsi nilai-nilai kejujuran, integritas, dan transparansi, serta terlibat dalam forum keterbukaan dan kampanye media sosial. Keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam pendidikan anti korupsi, baik di dalam maupun di luar kampus, akan membantu menciptakan budaya anti korupsi yang kuat dan berkelanjutan, sehingga mereka siap menjadi agen perubahan yang dapat mendorong pemberantasan korupsi di masa depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan anti korupsi tidak hanya memengaruhi pola berpikir, sikap, dan perilaku siswa, tetapi juga menciptakan budaya yang mendukung pemberantasan korupsi di masa depan. Dengan demikian, keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam pendidikan anti korupsi di universitas menjadi kunci dalam membentuk agen perubahan yang mendorong integritas dan keadilan sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of bureaucratic structure, organizational culture, and employee competence on organizational performance, with transformational leadership as a moderating variable at the Deputy for Regional Research and Innovation, National Research and Innovation Agency. A quantitative approach was employed, and data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) method, a multivariate data analysis technique combining factor analysis and regression, acilitated by the SmartPLS 4 Application. The population consisted of 546 regional agencies responsible for research, development, assessment, and application, as well as invention and innovation in local governments, with a total of 248 regional agencies respondents. The results that bureaucratic structure and employee competence significantly affect on organizational performance, while organizational culture does not. Transformational leadership positively moderates the relationship between bureaucratic structure and organizational performance but negatively moderates the relationship between employee competence and organizational performance. Conversaly, transformational leadership does not moderate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance. The results provide recommendations for improving organizational performance by improving adaptive bureaucratic structures and increasing employee competence on an ongoing basis, as well as strengthening organizational culture as a factor supporting organizational performance. Furthermore, adjustments to the transformational leadership approach can strengthen structure and competence.

Abstract

The development of sustainable tourism villages is an important focus in tourism development in Indonesia. Bantaragung Village in Majalengka Regency possesses both natural potential and community traditions that are conducive to development. This research aims to analyze the development of sustainable tourism villages in Bantaragung Village using the pentahelix approach. The research employed a qualitative method, utilizing descriptive narrative analysis. The findings of this study indicate that effective collaboration among the government, private sector, community, academic institutions, and media has been instrumental in the establishment of sustainable tourism villages. The community plays a pivotal role in the sustainability of the tourism village, while the village government establishes the management policy. The private sector has been instrumental in facilitating infrastructure development, including the establishment of homestays, roads, and local transportation systems. Universities contribute to the advancement of sustainable tourism village development models through academic studies. Finally, social media was identified as the primary promotional tool to introduce Bantaragung Village's tourism potential to a broader audience.

Abstract

The high stunting rate in West Kotawaringin Regency, especially in Pangkalan Lada Sub-district, is the basis for this study. One of the stunting prevention programs is the Family Assistance Team, which helps families at risk of stunting. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Family Assistance Team (TPK) Program in assisting the fulfillment of the nutritional status of toddlers in Pangkalan Lada District. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. For data collection, observation, interviews, and documentation were used. In this study, Budiani's theory of program effectiveness was used, which consists of four dimensions: accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The Family Assistance Team program has been effective, but has not yet reached its optimal level. Based on the research results, it shows that: 1) the accuracy of the program target has been achieved as seen from the implementation of assistance has covered all families at risk of stunting in all villages in Pangkalan Lada Subdistrict; 2) The socialization of the program has not been achieved as seen from the fact that there are still targets of the family assistance team program who have not participated in the socialization of this program; 3) the program objectives have been achieved, namely being able to reduce the prevalence from the previous year by providing assistance to fulfill child nutrition; 4) the monitoring program has been achieved through the monitoring carried out. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the Family Assistance Team program in Pangkalan Lada Sub-district has been effective but not optimal. Some of the obstacles encountered are the low economic income of the community and the lack of knowledge of parents about child nutrition. However, there are efforts to overcome these problems, namely through assistance to families at risk of stunting related to training, monitoring of families.

Abstract

. Leadership within organizations is no longer confined to structural authority but has evolved into a strategic function that influences the entire organizational process, including decision-making. This article aims to comprehensively analyze how leadership roles contribute to improving the quality of organizational decision-making. The research adopts a literature review method by examining various scholarly journals and relevant references to identify key factors linking leadership quality and decision effectiveness. The findings reveal that visionary, communicative, and participative leadership significantly enhances decision quality. Seven main aspects were identified: (1) leadership as a determinant of organizational direction, (2) the importance of analytical and interpersonal skills, (3) the leader as the center of information and organizational symbol, (4) leadership styles shaping motivation and work ethics, (5) leadership as a relational activity, (6) exemplary leadership in driving organizational transformation, and (7) the correlation between leadership quality and commitment to decision implementation. These findings emphasize that long-term organizational success is not only driven by strategy and resources, but also by leadership quality that fosters trust, manages team dynamics, and makes decisions that are inclusive and adaptive to environmental changes. This article recommends that organizations invest in developing leadership competencies that go beyond technical skills, encompassing moral, social, and psychological dimensions of leadership.

Abstract

Leadership is a competency that must be possessed by a person. Leadership is not only needed in organizing but in the smallest thing, namely leading oneself to achieve life goals, a leadership spirit is needed from the individual. One of the goals of the faculty is to prepare students to have a leadership spirit, especially the SEMA FISIP administrators who also play an important role in running campus organizations. Basic student leadership training is one of the faculty's efforts to develop student leadership. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to find out what students receive in basic student leadership training and how the knowledge from this activity impacts participants, the faculty and the campus. This study uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, LDKM activities at the FISIP faculty, Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi are activities that aim to prepare members of the organization to have a leadership spirit so that they are able to carry out their duties as SEMA FISIP administrators and can be an example for other students. Participants are equipped with knowledge about leadership character, discipline, how to organize, national values and love for the environment. Through this activity, the knowledge received becomes the provision for participants to develop a leadership spirit in carrying out their duties as SENAT administrators and has a positive impact on the faculty by providing an example for other students.

Abstract

Work stress is a physical and mental response of individuals to environmental changes that induce anxiety. Suboptimal employee performance is often caused by ineffective leadership styles, particularly authoritarian leadership. Authoritarian leaders tend to view the organization as their personal property, exhibit arrogance, and are reluctant to accept criticism, resulting in a lack of employee involvement in decision-making. This study analyzes the impact of authoritarian leadership on employee work stress levels through a literature review of national research articles published between 2014 and 2024. The findings indicate that authoritarian leadership has a positive and significant effect on work stress, as leaders take over all decision-making, leaving subordinates to merely execute assigned tasks without participation, which can trigger stress.
