Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di XYZ., Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini melibatkan 84 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel servant leadership memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 5.517 > t tabel 1.988 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 < 0.05, sedangkan untuk variabel kompensasi memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 6.180 > t tabel 1.988 dan nilai signifikansi adalah sebesar 0.001 < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan variabel servant leadership, dan kompensasi terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ., Surabaya. Selain itu, Nilai uji F menghasilkan nilai F hitung 134.347 > F Tabel 2.717 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 < 0.05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa servant leadership, dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The effectiveness of public institution employees is vital in ensuring high-quality service delivery, but obstacles like supervision, engagement, and work environment can impede success. This research examines how Supervision, Employee Engagement, and Work Experience impact Employee Performance at the Pratama Surabaya Tegalsari Tax Office through both individual and combined analysis. Given the importance of employee performance in government agencies for effective public service delivery, this investigation is essential. The study adopts a quantitative methodology utilizing multiple linear regression to assess variable relationships. A census sampling approach was implemented, incorporating all 77 employees from the tax office as participants. Findings reveal that Employee Engagement and Work Experience individually demonstrate significant positive effects on performance, whereas Supervision shows a positive but non-significant impact. When examined collectively, all three variables significantly affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination demonstrates that the model accounts for a considerable proportion of performance variation. These findings shed light the importance of enhancing employee engagement and leveraging work experience as strategic efforts to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of K3, workload and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research using a saturated sample of all employees at PT Varia Usaha Beton Gempol Pasuruan Area, East Java, Indonesia are 69 people. The results of the questionnaire distributed via Google Form were processed using the SPSS 25.0 program. The research results are as follows: K3 has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, Workload and work environment have no significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, but job satisfaction does not mediate K3, workload and work environment on employee performance. This research aims to fill the gap by examining the relationship between K3, workload, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. Thus, it is hoped that this research can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence employee performance at PT Varia Usaha Beton and provide a significant contribution to the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of professionalism, discipline and reliability on employee performance. This research is a quantitative research using a saturated sample of all administrative officers at the Pamekasan Class II A Narcotics Correctional Institution, a total of 37 people. The results of the questionnaire distributed via Google Form were processed using the SPSS 25.0 program. The research results are as follows: reliability has a significant effect on employee performance, while professionalism and discipline have an insignificant effect. And simultaneously professionalism, discipline and reliability have a significant effect on employee performance. This research aims to fill the gap by examining the relationship between professionalism, discipline and reliability and employee performance in correctional institutions. Thus, it is hoped that this research can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence employee performance in correctional institutions and provide a significant contribution to the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management.

Abstract

Kriminolo Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan perspektif kriminologi feminis dalam memahami kejahatan berbasis gender serta tantangan implementasinya di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif melalui studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai literatur akademik, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan studi kasus yang berkaitan dengan posisi perempuan sebagai pelaku maupun korban kejahatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kriminologi feminis masih menghadapi hambatan struktural yang signifikan akibat pengaruh budaya patriarki, lemahnya perlindungan hukum, serta stigma sosial yang sering kali menyalahkan korban. Perspektif kriminologi feminis menawarkan pendekatan yang lebih inklusif dengan menekankan analisis interseksional, yaitu memahami keterlibatan perempuan dalam kejahatan dan pengalaman viktimisasi mereka melalui faktor sosial, ekonomi, budaya, serta relasi kuasa yang timpang dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa reformasi sistem hukum yang sensitif gender menjadi kebutuhan mendesak dalam menciptakan keadilan substantif bagi perempuan. Upaya tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan aparat penegak hukum, revisi regulasi yang bias gender, serta integrasi perspektif feminis dalam kurikulum pendidikan hukum agar aparat dan akademisi memiliki pemahaman yang lebih adil terhadap isu kesetaraan gender. Selain pembenahan struktural, peningkatan kesadaran publik melalui pendidikan, media, dan gerakan sosial juga diperlukan guna menghapus stigma terhadap korban kekerasan serta membangun dukungan sosial yang lebih kuat bagi perempuan. Lebih jauh, penerapan kriminologi feminis diharapkan dapat memperkuat komitmen negara terhadap prinsip hak asasi manusia dan menjamin akses keadilan yang setara bagi semua gender. Perspektif ini juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi penyusunan kebijakan kriminal yang lebih humanis, berkeadilan, dan berpihak pada korban, sehingga kejahatan berbasis gender tidak lagi dipandang sebagai masalah individu, melainkan persoalan struktural yang menuntut perubahan sosial menyeluruh

Abstract

Essential oil is one of Indonesia's agro-industrial export commodities, one of which is essential oil from Moringa oleifera leaves. This study aims to study the results of the yield and analyze the essential oil content of Moringa oleifera leaves using the steam distillation method and Soxhlet extraction using ethanol and isopropyl alcohol as a solvent. The fresh feed was either directly extracted or pre-treated using an oven and then followed by several stages of extraction. The pre-treatment of fresh feed was carried out in the oven at 70°C for 1 hour. Atmospheric steam distillation was carried out at 100°C for 6 hours using 500 ml of distilled water. In the case of soxhlet extraction, the temperature was set at the boiling point of the solvent for 6 hours. Once soxhlet extraction was complete, the essential oil was separated from the solvent by distillation. After various extraction processes, the essential oils were analyzed for their compound content using GC-MS. Based on the results of the study, the highest yield of 29.04% was obtained from the treated feed using two stages of soxhlet extraction variable with ethanol as solvent.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of brand image, physical evidence, digital promotion, and product quality on sales of MS Glow products in Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 55 members of the Dennis Love Shop. This sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data processing using statistical software SPSS 25. The results of the study are as follows, brand image, physical evidence, digital promotion and product quality have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on sales and in this study product quality has the most significant effect on sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance through employee work motivation. The research sample consisted of 75 employees of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai. Data analysis was performed by two-path regression analysis and sobel analysis. The results showed that: there is an influence of organizational culture on the work motivation of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees, there is an influence of leadership style on the work motivation of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees, there is an influence of organizational commitment on the work motivation of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees, there is an influence of organizational culture on the performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees, there is an influence of leadership style on the performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees, there is an influence of organizational commitment on the performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees, there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees, there is an indirect influence of organizational culture on the performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees through employee work motivation, there is an indirect influence of leadership style on the performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees through employee work motivation, and there is an indirect influence of organizational commitment on the performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Surabaya Darmo Permai employees through employee motivation. Abstract

Hukum acara perdata merupakan hukum formil yang berfungsi untuk menegakkan, memelihara dan menjamin ditaatinya hukum perdata materiil. Asas dalam hukum acara perdata di Indonesia salah satunya yaitu asas sederhana, cepat dan biaya ringan. Sejauh ini, asas tersebut belumlah terlaksana secara efektif karena dalam praktiknya penyelesaian sengketa perdata selalu membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan biaya yang besar. Pada tahun 2015 timbul gagasan baru untuk menyederhanakan proses penyelesaian perkara perdata. Mahkamah Agung menerbitkan suatu peraturan guna mengisi kekosongan hukum berupa Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 tentang Prosedur dan Tata Cara Penyelesaian Gugatan Sederhana. Proses penyelesaian gugatan sederhana atau biasa disebut dengan small claimcourt merupakan tata cara pemeriksaan di persidangan terhadap gugatan perdata dengan nilai gugatan materiil paling banyak senilai Rp.200.000.000,00 (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang diselesaikan dengan tata cara pembuktian sederhana. Kata kunci : Gugatan Sederhana; Pembuktian; Sengketa. ABSTRACTCivil procedure law is a formal law that functions to enforce, maintain and guarantee compliance with material civil law. One of theprinciples in civil procedural law in Indonesia is one that is simple, fast and low cost. So far, this principle has not been implementedeffectively because in practice civil dispute resolution always takes a long time and costs a lot. In 2015 new ideas emerged to simplify theprocess of settling civil cases. The Supreme Court issued a regulation to fill the legal vacuum in the form of Supreme Court RegulationNumber 2 of 2015 concerning Procedures and Procedures for Settling Simple Lawsuit. A simple claim settlement process or commonlyreferred to as a small claim court is a procedure for examining the trial of a civil suit with a maximum value of material claim of Rp.200,000,000.00 (two hundred million rupiahs) which is settled by a simple verification procedure. Key words : Simple Suit, Proof, Dispute

Abstract

Wastewater from the food industry that contains a high organic load, such as wastewater from the tofu manufacturing process, requires an appropriate and efficient treatment system to reduce pollutants before being discharged into water bodies. The most suitable treatment for high organic loads is the anaerobic treatment system. The anaerobic treatment process is a system of suspended media, attached media, or the combination thereof as a hybrid. This study uses a Hybrid Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (HUASB) reactor with the consideration that this reactor has advantages in maintaining high concentrations of biomass, high operating load rates, good decomposition capabilities, and good solid-liquid separation due to suitable granulation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of the trace metal FeCl3 on biogas production and the ability to remove pollutants in the tofu industrial process wastewater treatment in the HUASB reactor. The operation of the reactor uses variations in the concentration of tofu industrial waste water (75 and 100%) and trace metal concentrations (0.3–0.6 mg/L). The optimum biogas production was obtained with 8190 mL at a concentration of 75% tofu industrial waste water, a trace metal concentration of 0.6 mg/L FeCl3, and removal of COD and TSS of 94.09% and 94.2%, respectively. The role of the trace metal FeCl3in the anaerobic process shows that it is a source of nutrition for increasing the growth of microorganisms in anaerobic systems so that biogas production and pollutant removal are increased.
