Abstract

Background: Nutrition is an important part of patient management in the intensive care unit. Nutritional factors need to be known, whether there is a relationship between nutrition and ICU outcome in post craniotomy patients in ICU. Objective: The aim of this study is to know the relationship between gastrointestinal absorption function with the length of stay (LOS) and mortality in post-operative craniotomy patients in ICU RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Methods: Prospective cohort observational study design with the number of the sample was 60 post craniotomy surgery patients older than 18 years old hospitalized in ICU RSUP Dr. Sardjito. The gastrointestinal absorption function was assessed from the parameters of blood sugar examination before and after the administration of enteral nutrition. The association of gastrointestinal absorption function related to the LOS and mortality in ICU RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta was analyzed. Results: There were 60 patients enrolled in this study. GCS values 13-15 were 45 patients (75%), GCS values 9-12 were 6 patients (10%), GCS values 3-8 were 9 patients (15%). The average LOS in the ICU was 3.4±5.13 days. The outcome was 58 patients (96.7%) survived and 2 patients (3.3%) died. The 2002 NRS average score was 3.2 ± 0.4, average APACHE II score was 6.53±4.7. There were 47 patients (78.3%) with good absorption and 13 patients (21.7%) with poor absorption. Vomiting occurred in 14 patients (23.35%), diarrhea 6 patients (10%), constipation 10 patients (16,7%). Spearman's correlation test showed a significant correlation of GCS and APACHE II score with LOS (p<0.05). While age, gender, weight, height, and BMI were not significant (p>0.05). A significant variable in multivariate analysis was the gastrointestinal absorption function(p<0.05) with a regression coefficient of -9.3. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between gastrointestinal absorption function with length of stay and mortality, If the gastrointestinal absorption function was good the length of stay and mortality were decreased in post craniotomy patients in the ICU RSUP DR. Abstract

Working students generally find it difficult to divide their time between work and education, resulting in obstacles to students' educational performance. Students often prioritize work over education. Employed students have lower life satisfaction This hampers the university's performance in achieving its goals. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of dual role conflict experienced by working students on academic performance with life satisfaction as a mediating variable. The type of research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. Research data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The sample for this research is all students who study and work at YPPI Rembang University. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 60 students. Technical data analysis uses PLS-SEM assisted by Smartpls software. The research results show that dual role conflict has no effect on academic performance and life satisfaction. However, life satisfaction influences academic performance. In this study, it was not proven that life satisfaction can mediate the effect of dual role conflict on academic performance. Students must increase their life satisfaction so that their academic achievements become better by achieving cum laude and graduating on time.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in the global business landscape, contributing significantly to economic growth and employment. In the era of digital transformation, digital marketing has become increasingly important for enhancing the performance of SMEs. In today’s dynamic business environment, leveraging digital marketing strategies empowers these enterprises to thrive and overcome challenges in the digital era, thereby driving growth and sustainability. This study explores and synthesizes existing literature to assess the impact of digital marketing on SME performance. The findings reveal a consistent and significant pattern: digital marketing has a positive influence on the sales performance of SMEs in the Semarang Regency area. By adopting digital marketing, SMEs benefit from increased market reach, enhanced customer engagement, greater brand visibility, and improved competitive advantage. Digital marketing has emerged as a powerful tool for strengthening the competitiveness and success of SMEs in the digital age

Abstract

Strategi yang digunakan para pelaku bisnis dalam memaksimalkan potensi aktivitas digital bisnis yang sedang dilaksanakan. Setiap pelaku bisnis atau perusahaan memiliki strategi digital bisnis yang berbeda-beda, disesuaikan pada kebutuhan dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. suatu kegiatan pemasaran atau promosi sebuah brand atau produk menggunakan media digital atau internet. Tujuan stategi bisnis adalah untuk menarik promosi dan informasi kepada konsumen dan calon konsumen secara cepat serta tepat. Seperti yang kita ketahui, penerimaan teknologi dan internet di masyarakat sangat luas, sehingga tidak heran jika kegiatan pemasaran secara digital dijadikan pilihan utama oleh para UMKM. Sehingga para pelaku UMKM di desa Tratehmulyo Kecamatan Weleri saling berkompetisi membuat konten yang menarik untuk ditampilkan dalam pemasarannya di dunia maya. Media Social telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat, seiring dengan peningkatan kepemilikan telpon genggam atau gawai lainnya. Fenomena ini menjadi peluang bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan penjualan baik itu produk maupun jasa. Di era inovasi data yang sedang berlangsung, UMKM sangat mungkin bisa mengembangkan pasar dengan berjualan secara online, namun terbatasnya informasi tentang transaksi berbasis internet membuat potensi ini tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui seputar tentang strategi digital bisnis untuk meningkatkan promosi dan informasi bagi pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Vocational high school education is an important path to foster skilled professionals with skills in accordance with their fields and is increasingly attracting attention in the world of work. Vocational education emphasizes the development of practical skills and vocational competencies of students. This equips them with the ability to adapt quickly to market demands and contribute to social and economic development, one of which is at SMKS Harapan Mulya Kendal. Along with the advancement of globalization and technology, career planning has evolved beyond just career selection; career planning has become a comprehensive process that requires consideration of various factors such as personal interests, values, skills, and job market requirements. This community service aims to implement the application of smart career applications for vocational high school students, with the aim of helping them better overcome challenges in the workplace and realize their respective career goals before graduating from school. The implementation of community service activities focuses on solving problems, namely student human resources and counseling guidance in order to improve the quality of student careers, and understanding the career potential of vocational high school students.

Abstract

In general, chicken farmers still use conventional systems to feed the chickens they raise. They use their hands to sprinkle feed on the feed poles and walk along the cage where the cages for the chickens they raise are very large. Such activities for chicken farmers will take up time and energy. Feeding chickens can be made easier by using mechanical devices controlled by electronic equipment. The aim of this research is to design and create an IoT-based automatic chicken feeding tool. In designing this tool, we started by designing an IoT-based automatic chicken feeding tool. Where the Servo is a feed pusher in the pipe to spill animal feed into the feeder. The results of this research show the performance of Servo which functions to provide automatic chicken feed. The results of IoT testing which functions as a timer for giving chicken feed to this tool are quite accurate. This is proven by the difference between the time on the tool and the time on the laptop of only 1 second. And temperature monitoring can be seen on the LCD, if the temperature is above 30 degrees, the fan or fun will turn on, and if it is below 30 degrees, the light will turn on automatically.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a web-based application for monitoring stock that is integrated with Google Spreadsheet. The research uses the Prototype Method to develop an initial system prototype, which is then followed by Usability Testing to assess the effectiveness of the user interface and user experience. This application allows warehouse staff and technicians to monitor the availability and status of devices in real-time, thereby improving device stock management. Through iterative testing and prototyping, user feedback is incorporated into the design to enhance functionality and usability. This study demonstrates that combining these methods results in a user-focused design, improving the efficiency and usability of the application in stock management

Abstract

Batang Regency features diverse geographical characteristics, including coastal areas, lowlands, and mountains, which make it vulnerable to various natural disasters such as floods, landslides, and volcanic eruptions. The increasing activity of sand and stone mining along rivers has further exacerbated environmental degradation, heightening the risk of such disasters. To address this issue, a system is needed to help the local government accurately classify disaster-prone areas. A Geographic Information System (GIS) for disaster risk mapping serves as an effective solution to identify and visualise vulnerable locations across Batang Regency. This system supports disaster prevention, response, and targeted aid distribution. With public access to the system, it also promotes data transparency, strengthens community trust in the local government, and raises public awareness of potential disaster threats in their surroundings.

Abstract

This study seeks to model a decision support information system for determining prospective beneficiaries in Kenteng Village. The settlement method used in this research is the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). In this MFEP method, decision making is done by giving subjective and intuitive considerations to factors that are considered important. then build an information system that can help collect data and propose prospective beneficiaries of the Ministry of Social Affairs in Kenteng Village, as well as test the decision support system. The system in this study was made using CodeIgniter using a mysql database. System design using Flowchart, ERD and UML.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar ada pula guru yang mengajarkan hanya dengan menggunakan media presentasi, namun hal ini membuat siswa cepat bosan. Siswa kesulitan untuk menangkap maksud dari penjelasan guru. Terlebih jika mata pelajaran yang mengandung praktikum tersebut diajarkan pada jam siang atau sore hari ketika siswa sudah mulai merasa lelah. mata pelajaran Desain Grafis Kelas X Smk Diponegoro Banyuputih yang beralamat Jalan Lapangan 9A, Desa Banyuputih, Kec. Banyuputih, Kab. Batang. Dalam penyampai masih menggunakan metode ceramah menjadikan praktek yang mempersulit pemahaman siswa digantikan dengan yang mudah dipahami seperti pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar siswa mampu menyerap materi dengan cepat dan tidak jenuh dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Di dalam media pembelajaran interaktif ini juga terdapat video tutorial yang berisi materi pertemuan dan juga latihan agar dapat mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa dengan mengembangkan metode Motion Graphic yang digunakan dalam pembelaran lebih intektif karena terdapat animasi yang ada di dalam media tersebut
