Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a web-based application for monitoring stock that is integrated with Google Spreadsheet. The research uses the Prototype Method to develop an initial system prototype, which is then followed by Usability Testing to assess the effectiveness of the user interface and user experience. This application allows warehouse staff and technicians to monitor the availability and status of devices in real-time, thereby improving device stock management. Through iterative testing and prototyping, user feedback is incorporated into the design to enhance functionality and usability. This study demonstrates that combining these methods results in a user-focused design, improving the efficiency and usability of the application in stock management

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, computer users are increasing greatly. Almost every job in school institutions uses computer tools, as is the case at SMA PGRI 1 Purwodadi which is located on Jl. R. Soeprapto No. 34 really need to use a computer. Especially in the school library section which has not been able to utilize sophisticated computer technology in recording school tuition payments. The problem that is often encountered is that in the data processing process, errors are still found during recording in carrying out tuition payment transactions because they are still processed manually by recording them in the book one by one so that the resulting school tuition payment calculations are less accurate. With these problems, the author tries to formulate the problem, namely how to create a computerized school tuition payment program and use a multiuser-based program at SMA PGRI 1 Purwodadi in order to process data more quickly with a minimum error rate. In writing this thesis, the author used Visual Basic 6.0 software and the data base used Microsoft Access

Abstract

The selection system at Bina Negara Gubug Vocational School Jl. KH. Hasan Anwar No.9 Gubug currently processes data on the criteria for each student for each type of scholarship. It does not yet have a database system but uses a computerized system with Microsoft Excel, so there are often delays in the selection process in preparing the selection report for scholarship recipients. This research uses the Research and Development (R & D) development model by Borg and Gall with 6 steps of development, namely Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Develop Premilinary Form of Product, Premilinary Field Testing, Main Product Revision, Main Field Testing. The scholarship selection decision support system application product uses the SAW (Simple Additive Waighting) method. Visual Basic 6.0 development software and Microsoft Access database. This system can provide a useful solution for the decision-making system for selecting scholarship recipients for schools so that a better and faster selection can be achieved.

Abstract

Vocational high school education is an important path to foster skilled professionals with skills in accordance with their fields and is increasingly attracting attention in the world of work. Vocational education emphasizes the development of practical skills and vocational competencies of students. This equips them with the ability to adapt quickly to market demands and contribute to social and economic development, one of which is at SMK Harapan Mulya Kendal. Along with the advancement of globalization and technology, career planning has evolved beyond just career selection; career planning has become a comprehensive process that requires consideration of various factors such as personal interests, values, skills, and job market requirements. The purpose of community service is to provide training for the implementation of smart career applications for vocational high school students, to help them better overcome challenges in the workplace and realize their respective career goals before graduating from school. In the implementation of community service activities with the Implementation and Implementation Method, Training, Mentoring, Monitoring and Evaluation with an emphasis on solving problems, namely student human resources and counseling guidance in order to improve the quality of student careers, and understanding of the career potential of vocational high school students. The conclusion of the training results for guidance and counseling teachers can provide stimulus to each student, in this case the teacher as a supervisor, to increase students' self-confidence in building personality and exploring the potential of each student so that students realize what potential they have in themselves to be confident in their future careers. Abstract

Abstrak Kebutuhan akan rengginang sebagai oleh-oleh khas daerah Rembang meningkat pesar seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah wisatawan local maupun domestic yang berkunjung ke Rembang. Peningkatan kebutuhan ini tidak diimbangi dengan kemampuan produksi dari para UMKM Rengginang khususnya dari Pasar Banggi Kabupaten Rembang. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak stok kurang. Solusi dari permasalahan yang ada dengan melakukan pembuatan teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin cetak rengginang. Kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi rengginang sehingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian mencakup perencanaan, kegiatan pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan UMKM Rengginang Desa Pasar Banggi telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen secara optimal baik dari segi waktu dan volume produk rengginang. Kata Kunci: rengginang; pasar banggi; mesin cetak rengginang; teknologi; kapasitas Abstract The need for rengginang as a typical souvenir from Rembang has increased rapidly along with the increasing number of local and domestic tourists visiting Rembang. This increase in demand is not balanced with the production capacity of Rengginang MSMEs, especially from Pasar Banggi, Rembang Regency. This causes a lot of shortages. The solution to the existing problem is to create appropriate technology in the form of a rengginang printing machine. The community service activities that have been carried out aim to increase the production capacity of rengginang so that they can meet consumer needs. The stages of community service activities include planning, implementation activities, and evaluation of activities. Through the community service activities that have been carried out, Rengginang MSMEs in Pasar Banggi Village have been able to meet consumer needs optimally both in terms of time and volume of rengginang products. Keywords: rengginang; banggi market; rengginang printing machine; technology; capacity

Abstract

Batang Regency features diverse geographical characteristics, including coastal areas, lowlands, and mountains, which make it vulnerable to various natural disasters such as floods, landslides, and volcanic eruptions. The increasing activity of sand and stone mining along rivers has further exacerbated environmental degradation, heightening the risk of such disasters. To address this issue, a system is needed to help the local government accurately classify disaster-prone areas. A Geographic Information System (GIS) for disaster risk mapping serves as an effective solution to identify and visualise vulnerable locations across Batang Regency. This system supports disaster prevention, response, and targeted aid distribution. With public access to the system, it also promotes data transparency, strengthens community trust in the local government, and raises public awareness of potential disaster threats in their surroundings.

Abstract

This study seeks to model a decision support information system for determining prospective beneficiaries in Kenteng Village. The settlement method used in this research is the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). In this MFEP method, decision making is done by giving subjective and intuitive considerations to factors that are considered important. then build an information system that can help collect data and propose prospective beneficiaries of the Ministry of Social Affairs in Kenteng Village, as well as test the decision support system. The system in this study was made using CodeIgniter using a mysql database. System design using Flowchart, ERD and UML.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar ada pula guru yang mengajarkan hanya dengan menggunakan media presentasi, namun hal ini membuat siswa cepat bosan. Siswa kesulitan untuk menangkap maksud dari penjelasan guru. Terlebih jika mata pelajaran yang mengandung praktikum tersebut diajarkan pada jam siang atau sore hari ketika siswa sudah mulai merasa lelah. mata pelajaran Desain Grafis Kelas X Smk Diponegoro Banyuputih yang beralamat Jalan Lapangan 9A, Desa Banyuputih, Kec. Banyuputih, Kab. Batang. Dalam penyampai masih menggunakan metode ceramah menjadikan praktek yang mempersulit pemahaman siswa digantikan dengan yang mudah dipahami seperti pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar siswa mampu menyerap materi dengan cepat dan tidak jenuh dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Di dalam media pembelajaran interaktif ini juga terdapat video tutorial yang berisi materi pertemuan dan juga latihan agar dapat mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa dengan mengembangkan metode Motion Graphic yang digunakan dalam pembelaran lebih intektif karena terdapat animasi yang ada di dalam media tersebut

Abstract

This research discusses the development and implementation of a Reorder Point (ROP) information system in the context of inventory management. ROP is a critical method for optimizing merchandise inventory, avoiding stock shortages, and minimizing inventory costs. The aim of this research is to design and implement an information system that allows companies to calculate and monitor ROP efficiently. The research methodology includes user needs analysis, software development, and system testing in real environments. The research results show that the ROP information system can help companies improve inventory control accuracy, reduce costs, and improve customer service. This research also identifies challenges in implementing ROP information systems and provides insight into how to overcome these obstacles. In an era of competitive business, the ability to respond quickly to changes in demand and delivery is the key to success. A sophisticated Reorder Point information system gives companies a competitive advantage by optimizing inventory levels and avoiding excess or shortage of stock that can be detrimental to the company. Additionally, by integrating data from various aspects of supply chain management, the system provides better visibility into company operations, enabling more timely decisions and accurate information. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that the ROP information system is a valuable asset in efficient inventory management and helps companies to remain relevant and sustainable in a dynamic business environment. In conclusion, ROP information systems are a valuable tool in efficient inventory management and contribute to the success of a company's supply chain.

Abstract

Education business innovation is an important solution to face challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the evolving world of education, especially in Indonesia. In a dynamic global context, education business innovation is key to shaping an education future that is bright, sustainable and has a positive impact on society and individuals. The purpose of this research is to identify innovations and analyze the challenges and prospects of education, and through the adoption of successful education business innovations, Indonesia can shape an inclusive, relevant and quality education system, preparing individuals to face global challenges and seize future opportunities. In this research, we examine various aspects of education business innovation, including education technology, project-based learning, collaboration with industry, development of distance education models, and enhancement of soft skills. We also discuss challenges such as resistance to change, infrastructure limitations, the digital divide, complex regulations and data privacy concerns, and propose how education business innovation can help overcome these barriers. By adopting successful education business innovation, Indonesia has the potential to create a more inclusive, relevant, and quality education system that prepares individuals to face global challenges and capitalize on future opportunities.
