Abstract

This paper aims to find out about the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment together on employee performance. performance is the success of an employee's work that has been carried out on the tasks or work assigned to the employee with indicators a. Work quantity includes completing work programs, completing work, making work reports, achieving work quantities, and adjusting work plans; b. Work quality includes developing competence, creating work strategies, having work quality standards, and being motivated to complete the leader's work immediately; c. Efficiency includes the amount of funds provided, working methods, competition with other employees, paying attention to work needs, suitability of work schedules, and completion of work administration; d. Effectiveness, including achieving work targets, utilizing potential, utilizing work time, setting work goals and work responsibilities, and e. Initiative includes several aspects such as the ability to take appropriate steps in the face of difficulties, the ability to do work without assistance, and the ability to take the first step in an activity. There is a positive and very significant influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment together with employee performance.

Abstract

Pengelolaan air yang efisien merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional di SMK Diponegoro. Tandon air yang selama ini dikelola secara manual sering menimbulkan kendala, seperti tandon meluap atau kosong akibat keterlambatan pengisian. Hal ini menyebabkan pemborosan air dan listrik serta meningkatkan beban kerja staf pengelola. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang sistem pendeteksi ketinggian air otomatis berbasis sensor ultrasonik dan Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Sistem ini menggunakan sensor water level control untuk mendeteksi batas bawah dan atas ketinggian air, yang kemudian diolah oleh PLC untuk mengontrol pompa secara otomatis. Selain itu, data ketinggian air dikirim ke database dan ditampilkan pada web secara real-time. Metode logika fuzzy Tsukamoto digunakan dalam sistem kontrol untuk mengakomodasi ketidakpastian pembacaan sensor, dengan aturan berbasis bahasa alami seperti “air rendah”, “air sedang”, dan “air tinggi”. Hasil implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan air, mengurangi pemborosan, dan meringankan beban pengelola di lingkungan SMK Diponegoro.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribute significantly to Indonesia’s economy; however, technological advancements and shifts in consumer behavior require MSMEs to adapt more rapidly to remain competitive. Digital transformation has become a strategic and inevitable step in facing the dynamics of the modern market. This study offers novelty through the integration of Generative AI (ChatGPT) with Management Information Systems (MIS) as an innovative model to enhance MSMEs’ digital marketing capabilities. Using a literature review method with a qualitative approach based on 2020–2025 publications from Google Scholar, this study identifies that the utilization of ChatGPT not only accelerates information processing and service automation but also supports real-time, data-driven marketing decision-making. The findings demonstrate that the ChatGPT–MIS collaboration can create a smart marketing ecosystem that strengthens MSMEs’ competitiveness by improving operational efficiency, personalizing customer services, and optimizing digital promotional strategies. Case studies on TikTok and Tokopedia Kenangan confirm that the adoption of AI-based digital technologies can expand market reach, increase sales conversion, and improve inventory management. Nevertheless, challenges such as uneven digital infrastructure and low technological literacy need to be addressed through continuous training and mentoring. This study asserts that integrating ChatGPT into MIS presents a relevant and innovative approach for MSMEs to adapt to an increasingly dynamic digital business ecosystem.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the regional economy, including in Batangan District, Pati Regency. However, most MSMEs still face challenges such as low digital literacy, limited technology utilization, and poorly organized financial records. These conditions impact the low effectiveness and efficiency of MSME business processes. This community service activity aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of MSME business processes through digital-based training for MSME actors. The activity implementation method uses a participatory and applied approach that includes preparation, training, and mentoring stages. The target of the activity is micro and small-scale MSME actors in Batangan District, Pati Regency. The training material focused on digital marketing through social media and marketplaces, as well as financial records based on simple applications. Evaluation of the activity was carried out through pre- and post-tests, observations, and discussions with participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding of digital literacy, the use of digital media in marketing, and the regularity of business financial records. The application of digital technology has a positive impact on increasing marketing effectiveness and business management efficiency. Thus, digital-based training has proven effective in supporting MSME empowerment and strengthening the local economy in Batangan District, Pati Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak Kebutuhan akan rengginang sebagai oleh-oleh khas daerah Rembang meningkat pesar seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah wisatawan local maupun domestic yang berkunjung ke Rembang. Peningkatan kebutuhan ini tidak diimbangi dengan kemampuan produksi dari para UMKM Rengginang khususnya dari Pasar Banggi Kabupaten Rembang. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak stok kurang. Solusi dari permasalahan yang ada dengan melakukan pembuatan teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin cetak rengginang. Kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi rengginang sehingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian mencakup perencanaan, kegiatan pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan UMKM Rengginang Desa Pasar Banggi telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen secara optimal baik dari segi waktu dan volume produk rengginang. Kata Kunci: rengginang; pasar banggi; mesin cetak rengginang; teknologi; kapasitas Abstract The need for rengginang as a typical souvenir from Rembang has increased rapidly along with the increasing number of local and domestic tourists visiting Rembang. This increase in demand is not balanced with the production capacity of Rengginang MSMEs, especially from Pasar Banggi, Rembang Regency. This causes a lot of shortages. The solution to the existing problem is to create appropriate technology in the form of a rengginang printing machine. The community service activities that have been carried out aim to increase the production capacity of rengginang so that they can meet consumer needs. The stages of community service activities include planning, implementation activities, and evaluation of activities. Through the community service activities that have been carried out, Rengginang MSMEs in Pasar Banggi Village have been able to meet consumer needs optimally both in terms of time and volume of rengginang products. Keywords: rengginang; banggi market; rengginang printing machine; technology; capacity

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan merupakan suatu metode dalam menyusun pembelajaran yang di lakukan dengan alat bantu belajar atau media pembelajaran konvensional. Pada alat bantu belajar yang selama ini untuk belajar mengajar masih kurang menarik menjadikan pembelajaran lebih monoton. Berbeda dengan metode untuk proses belajar dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis komputer. Media tersebut sebagai pembejalaran interaktif dengan tekstual berisi audio dan visual gambar. Dalam keterbatasan cara untuk mengajarkan ke perserta didik guru dengan menggunakan gambar-gambar tulisan asmaul husna dalam bentuk karton maupun poster. Sehingga dalam penyampainnya dengan gambar yang menjadikan kurang menarik dalam proses belajar, hal ini disebabkan anak-anak tidak dapat mendengarkan contoh audio dari gambar yang dimaksud dan tidak dapat melihat visual asmaul husna tersebut. Di sisi lain TK Aisyah sangat berpotensi melakukan peningkatan di bidang belajar mengajar, salah satunya sudah ada komputer dan LCD proyektor. Karena di sana hal tersebut cukup mendukung penggunaan media interaktif untuk diterapkan pada TK Aisyah. Dalam melakukan perancangan tersebut menggunakan metode SAVI, yaitu Somatis, Auditori, Visual serta Intelektual. Prose dengan metode SAVI merupakan metode dalam proses dengan melibatkan pikiran anak dalam bentuk emosi dan indra dari anak. Dalam penelitian tersebut ialah untuk merancangn media bebasis mobile learning bagi siswa TK Aisyah untuk meningkatkan minat untuk belajar dikelas.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, computer users are increasing greatly. Almost every job in school institutions uses computer tools, as is the case at SMA PGRI 1 Purwodadi which is located on Jl. R. Soeprapto No. 34 really need to use a computer. Especially in the school library section which has not been able to utilize sophisticated computer technology in recording school tuition payments. The problem that is often encountered is that in the data processing process, errors are still found during recording in carrying out tuition payment transactions because they are still processed manually by recording them in the book one by one so that the resulting school tuition payment calculations are less accurate. With these problems, the author tries to formulate the problem, namely how to create a computerized school tuition payment program and use a multiuser-based program at SMA PGRI 1 Purwodadi in order to process data more quickly with a minimum error rate. Abstract

The selection system at Bina Negara Gubug Vocational School Jl. KH. Hasan Anwar No.9 Gubug currently processes data on the criteria for each student for each type of scholarship. It does not yet have a database system but uses a computerized system with Microsoft Excel, so there are often delays in the selection process in preparing the selection report for scholarship recipients. This research uses the Research and Development (R & D) development model by Borg and Gall with 6 steps of development, namely Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Develop Premilinary Form of Product, Premilinary Field Testing, Main Product Revision, Main Field Testing. The scholarship selection decision support system application product uses the SAW (Simple Additive Waighting) method. Visual Basic 6.0 development software and Microsoft Access database. This system can provide a useful solution for the decision-making system for selecting scholarship recipients for schools so that a better and faster selection can be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to overcome problems occurring at UMKM Madu Asli Zhafira by creating a Web-Based Sales Information System using PHP & HTML programming languages and a MySQL database. The author used the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method for designing the information system, as this method uses an object-oriented approach to development. Using this method also speeds up the process and minimizes costs. The newly built system produces structured outputs that include product data, price data, product stock, product category data, account data, user data, and sales report data. In addition, this system offers important reports that enable UMKM Madu Asli Zhafira to collect information efficiently and accurately.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy, but still face challenges in branding, particularly in packaging design and conveying product value. This community service activity aims to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs through branding transformation with the integration of creative product packaging design and storytelling. The partner in this activity is the mackerel fish cracker MSME of Mr Siwito Wahono, located in Pati Lor Village, Pati District, Pati Regency. The method used is a participatory approach through the stages of observation, planning, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity show an increase in partners' understanding of branding, with an average increase of 36% based on the results of the pre-test and post-test. In addition, this activity produces outputs in the form of new, more attractive packaging designs, brand identities (logos and labels), and product storytelling that can strengthen the value and uniqueness of the product. The integration of packaging design and storytelling has proven effective in increasing the visual appeal and emotional value of the product, thus potentially increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the market. Therefore, this community service activity makes a real contribution to the development of MSME branding practically and sustainably.
