Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mendorong penerapan sistem otomatis dalam bidang pertanian, termasuk pada proses penyiraman tanaman. Kelembapan tanah merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman, namun pada Persemaian RBC Perhutani BKPH Bawang, penyiraman masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi tidak terkontrol dan menyebabkan kelebihan air. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring serta penyiraman tanaman otomatis berbasis ESP8266 dengan sensor kelembapan tanah. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor kelembapan tanah sebagai input, ESP8266 sebagai pengendali utama, relay untuk mengontrol pompa air, modul RTC sebagai penjadwalan, serta aplikasi Blynk untuk monitoring jarak jauh. Metode penelitian meliputi perancangan, pembuatan, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja dengan baik, di mana pompa aktif saat kelembapan tanah di bawah 60% V/V dan berhenti saat di atas 60% V/V, serta dapat melakukan penyiraman terjadwal dua kali sehari. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam penyiraman tanaman.

Abstract

Corporate identity design plays a crucial role in building brand image and enhancing competitiveness, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). W&A Baby Shop and Spa, an umkm based in Batang that provides baby products and spa services, faces challenges in visual identity and promotional strategies. The existing logo lacks appeal, character, and does not effectively reflect the company’s vision, mission, and services. This study aims to redesign the logo and visual identity of W&A Baby Shop and Spa to be more communicative, attractive, and aligned with its brand image, as well as to develop promotional strategies through print and digital media. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method consisting of seven stages: problem identification, information gathering, product design, design validation, product revision, user testing, and final revision. The results produce a new logo design that is playful, friendly, and memorable, while supporting promotional activities through various social media platforms. This design is expected to strengthen the brand image of W&A Baby Shop and Spa and increase customer loyalty and engagement.

Abstract

Vocational high school education is an important path to foster skilled professionals with skills in accordance with their fields and is increasingly attracting attention in the world of work. Vocational education emphasizes the development of practical skills and vocational competencies of students. This equips them with the ability to adapt quickly to market demands and contribute to social and economic development, one of which is at SMK Harapan Mulya Kendal. Along with the advancement of globalization and technology, career planning has evolved beyond just career selection; career planning has become a comprehensive process that requires consideration of various factors such as personal interests, values, skills, and job market requirements. The purpose of community service is to provide training for the implementation of smart career applications for vocational high school students, to help them better overcome challenges in the workplace and realize their respective career goals before graduating from school. In the implementation of community service activities with the Implementation and Implementation Method, Training, Mentoring, Monitoring and Evaluation with an emphasis on solving problems, namely student human resources and counseling guidance in order to improve the quality of student careers, and understanding of the career potential of vocational high school students. The conclusion of the training results for guidance and counseling teachers can provide stimulus to each student, in this case the teacher as a supervisor, to increase students' self-confidence in building personality and exploring the potential of each student so that students realize what potential they have in themselves to be confident in their future careers.
