Abstract

The rapid development of information technology drives the need for simple yet functional mobile applications to support daily productivity. One solution that is increasingly in demand is the short notes application, which allows users to record ideas, tasks, or important information quickly and practically. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based shortnotes application that prioritizes ease of use, efficiency, and local data storage without requiring an internet connection or integration with an external database. The system development method is carried out through several stages, namely planning, needs analysis, interface design, code implementation, and application testing. The Java programming language is used in the coding process with Android Studio as the main development environment. This application utilizes SharedPreferences and local file storage as data storage media, which are chosen to maintain the simplicity and efficiency of application performance on the user's device. The main features of the application include creating new notes, editing, deleting, and checking notes based on the results produced. The test results using the emulator show that the application runs smoothly and responsively in various usage scenarios. With a minimalist and intuitive interface, this application is expected to help users manage their daily notes more effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk Kota Tangerang Selatan. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling, penelitian melibatkan 44 karyawan divisi Store sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, karena t-hitung (4,830) > t tabel (1,683) dan sig. (0,000) < 0,05, demikian pula motivasi kerja t-hitung (3,0230 > t tabel (1,683) dan sig. (0,004) < 0,05. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, karena F-hitung (153,449) > F-tabel dan sig. (0,000) < 0,05. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja dapat menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan

Abstract

Fulfillment of nutrition is very important for the growth and development of children, especially in the first 1000 days of life (HPK). Family, especially mothers play an important role in providing balanced nutrition, therefore mothers must have good knowledge about it. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about balanced nutrition in toddlers. This activity was carried out in the village of Kiran Krueng. This study used a pre-experimental design method with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The target in this study were the women of Kiran Krueng Village, Jangka Buya District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The questionnaire in this study was used to examine the effect of providing counseling about stunting on increasing the knowledge of women in Kiran Krueng Village, Jangka Buya District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The number of samples taken was 20 mothers. It is known that most of the respondents were female as many as 20 respondents with a percentage of 100%, while most of them were aged 25-30 years as many as 12 respondents with a percentage of 60%. The highest level of knowledge of mothers before being given counseling was in the moderate category, 7 people (35%). The highest level of knowledge of mothers after being given counseling was in the high category, 20 people (100%). The average level of knowledge of mothers before being given counseling was 2,05 and after being given counseling, it was 1,00. From these results it can be concluded that there were positive results from the counseling process carried out.

Abstract

Teacher competency development is an important aspect in improving the quality of learning. The program of Kemahiran Mengajar Aplikasi Lapangan (KEMAL) is designed to provide hands-on teaching experience for students of Universitas Muslim Maros at MAS Darussalam Maros, South Sulawesi. The aim of this activity is to improve pedagogical competence, creativity in learning methods, and classroom management of students through participatory interactions with supervising teachers, principals, and students. The methods used include field observation, preparation of action plans, teaching practice, intensive mentoring, evaluation, and reflection. The results of this community service show an increase in students’ competence in compiling teaching materials, managing classes, and implementing creative learning strategies that are adaptive to students’ character. The active involvement of the school community encourages the creation of a participatory and conducive learning atmosphere. The implications of this activity show that the integration of field practice with a collaborative and reflective approach is effective in shaping the professionalism of prospective teachers and improving the quality of learning in partner schools. The novelty of this program lies in its sustainable and contextual participatory mentoring model.

Abstract

Ketidakfokusan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan tugas akademik menjadi permasalahan yang semakin kompleks dalam praktik pendidikan modern. Permasalahan ini tidak hanya berkaitan dengan karakteristik internal siswa, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kualitas interaksi dan kerjasama antara guru dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ketidakfokusan akademik siswa serta merumuskan strategi kerjasama guru dan peserta didik yang efektif dalam mengatasinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Sigi. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru dan peserta didik, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakfokusan akademik dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis (rendahnya motivasi, kecemasan, dan takut gagal), faktor lingkungan sosial dan keluarga, distraksi digital, serta lemahnya manajemen waktu siswa. Adapun strategi kerjasama yang efektif meliputi pemberian peran yang jelas dalam kerja kelompok, pendekatan personal dan dialogis guru, pemberian umpan balik konstruktif, serta penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan partisipatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerjasama guru dan peserta didik yang dibangun secara relasional dan berkelanjutan mampu meningkatkan fokus, tanggung jawab, dan keterlibatan akademik siswa dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Personal responsibility is a fundamental aspect in the development of psychologically healthy individuals, because it relates to the individual's ability to make decisions, manage behavior, and bear the consequences of every choice made. Reality counseling, developed by William Glasser, emphasizes the importance of personal responsibility as the core of effective and sustainable behavior change. This study aims to examine how the reality counseling approach can improve the client's personal responsibility through the application of choice theory and WDEP (Want, Doing, Evaluation, Planning) procedures. The method used is a literature review by analyzing various relevant scientific literature sources, both in the form of books and journal articles, related to reality counseling and the concept of personal responsibility. The results of the study show that reality counseling is effective in helping clients develop personal responsibility through the process of making the client aware that behavior is the result of individual choice, evaluating current behavior, developing a realistic plan of action, and building a commitment to implement it. The practical implications of this approach are relevant to be applied in educational, clinical, and community counseling settings to support positive and responsible behavior change.

Abstract

This study aims to identify challenges faced by novice counselors in guidance and counseling practice in the digital era and strategies that can be applied to overcome them. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 12 novice counselors who have practiced for 1-3 years in secondary schools and universities. The results show that novice counselors face main challenges including: (1) limited technological competence in online counseling services, (2) difficulty building rapport in virtual sessions, (3) security and confidentiality issues of client data, (4) adaptation to changes in counselee behavior influenced by digital technology, and (5) lack of supervision and mentoring in digital counseling context. Effective strategies include improving digital literacy through continuous training, using secure counseling platforms, developing virtual communication skills, collaborating with senior counselors, and utilizing technology as intervention support tools. This research provides practical implications for the development of novice counselor competencies and recommendations for educational institutions in preparing prospective counselors for the digital era.

Abstract

This community service program was motivated by the suboptimal role of Dasawisma as a grassroots community organization in improving family welfare. Several Dasawisma groups still faced challenges in organizational management, low member participation, and limited understanding of productive and sustainable activity management. The objective of this program was to strengthen the organizational capacity of Dasawisma, increase member participation, and foster a spirit of solidarity and independence toward family welfare. The methods applied included a participatory approach through counseling sessions, group discussions, simple organizational management practices, and mentoring of Dasawisma activities. The results indicated an improvement in members’ understanding of organizational functions and the importance of structured activity planning. Members became more actively involved in preparing work programs, maintaining simple administrative records, and implementing productive and social activities. Behavioral changes were also observed, including increased collective responsibility, stronger cooperation among members, and the emergence of several local leaders. Furthermore, the program fostered a new awareness that Dasawisma is not merely a routine meeting forum, but a platform for empowering women and families toward sustainable welfare improvement.

Abstract

Di Indonesia transisi epidemiologi menyebabkan terjadinya pergeseran pola penyakit, di mana penyakit kronis degeneratif sudah terjadi peningkatan. Penyakit degeneratif merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang berlangsung kronis seperti penyakit jantung, hipertensi, diabetes, kegemukan dan lainnya. Kontributor utama terjadinya penyakit kronis adalah pola hidup yang tidak sehat seperti kebiasaan merokok, minum alkohol, pola makan dan obesitas, aktivitas fisik yang kurang, stres, dan pencemaran lingkungan. Sehingga Indonesia menanggung beban ganda penyakit di bidang kesehatan, yaitu penyakit infeksi masih merajalela dan ditambah lagi dengan penyakitpenyakit kronik degenerative. Penyakit kronik ini bukannya saja dialami oleh lanjut usia tetatpi juga banyak dialami oleh remaja. Penyuluhan kesehatan ini dilakukan pada remaja  karena pola hidup remaja yang tidak sehat, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kebiasaan merokok para remaja dan kebiasaan makan makanan yang tidak sehat atau jajan sembarangan, kurangnya mengkonsumsi sayuran dan buah-buahan, serta minimnya aktivitas fisik seperti olahraga dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit degenerative pada remaja Kata Kunci : Remaja, Penyakit Degeneratif, penyakit kronik
