Abstract

The patient is 13 year old female, came with her family to the Cut Meutia Hospital Polyclinic with complaints of a red rash spreading across the back of her thighs, stomach and face which had been accompanied by itching for the past 3 months. Complaints of itching come and go and get worse when she was sweat more after activity. The patient also complained that the itching made her sleepless. This primary data was obtained through autoanamnesa, alloanamnesa and physical examination at Cut Meutia Hospital. The assessment is carried out based on the initial holistic diagnosis, process and end of the visit to the clinic with by quantitatively and qualitatively. The interventions carried out include education regarding the causes and prevention that can be done for tinea corporis as well as personal hygiene that can be carried out in order to prevent the emergence of tinea corporis and break the chain of transmission. Apart from that, education regarding management and explaining complications that can occur so that patients want to seek treatment and take preventive measures.

Abstract

Fulfillment of nutrition is very important for the growth and development of children, especially in the first 1000 days of life (HPK). Family, especially mothers play an important role in providing balanced nutrition, therefore mothers must have good knowledge about it. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about balanced nutrition in toddlers. This activity was carried out in the village of Kiran Krueng. This study used a pre-experimental design method with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The target in this study were the women of Kiran Krueng Village, Jangka Buya District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The questionnaire in this study was used to examine the effect of providing counseling about stunting on increasing the knowledge of women in Kiran Krueng Village, Jangka Buya District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The number of samples taken was 20 mothers. It is known that most of the respondents were female as many as 20 respondents with a percentage of 100%, while most of them were aged 25-30 years as many as 12 respondents with a percentage of 60%. The highest level of knowledge of mothers before being given counseling was in the moderate category, 7 people (35%). The highest level of knowledge of mothers after being given counseling was in the high category, 20 people (100%). The average level of knowledge of mothers before being given counseling was 2,05 and after being given counseling, it was 1,00. From these results it can be concluded that there were positive results from the counseling process carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the types and functions of satire in Acehnese pantun in North Aceh. This research approach is qualitative with descriptive research type. The research data consists of rhymes that exist in North Aceh society, with data sources taken from the community in Muara Batu District. The types of satire in pantun are divided into two categories: Horatian (soft) satire and juvenalian (hard) satire. The function of satire in pantun is grouped into lessons, humor and social criticism. Data collection techniques used include interviews, recording and recording. The data analysis stages are carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research showed that of the 27 pantun data found, there were 18 pantuns with Horatian satire and 9 pantuns with juvenalian satire. Satire in Acehnese pantun in North Aceh functions as social criticism (17 rhymes), humor (1 rhymes), and lessons (9 rhymes). This research provides an overview of the use and function of satire in Acehnese pantun, which reflects the rich culture and social values contained in North Aceh society.

Abstract

With the development of technology today, there are various methods to conduct buying and selling transactions. One of them is electronic buying and selling or E-Commerce. And with us doing this online buying and selling transaction, whether the transaction has been carried out in accordance with the rules of islamic accounting. How can the provisions of islamic accounting be applied to the online buying and selling system. One of the ways to trade in islamic is by doing a contract, therefore we see whether this way of trading can be applied to online buying and selling.

Abstract

Controlling production costs in manufacturing is a crucial aspect that influences a company's efficiency and profitability. This research discusses various strategies and best practices in cost control, including analysis of raw material, labor and overhead costs. By implementing lean manufacturing principles, companies can identify and reduce waste, and increase productivity. Additionally, the use of technology and automation can contribute to long-term cost reduction. Implementation of a quality control system that has also been proven to reduce defect costs and increase customer satisfaction. Through regular performance evaluations and continuous innovation, companies can optimize production processes and achieve competitive advantage. This research is expected to provide insight for practitioners and academics in understanding the importance of controlling production costs in manufacturing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics of students with special needs, in inclusive schools.  The methods used were observation, interviews and documentation, after which the data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Social and communication development is the most important disorder, as in normal individuals, disorders of verbal intelligence or language and difficulties in continuously renewing behavior, desires, pleasures and habits.  Based on interview findings, observations and literature, it shows that child with special needed show characteristics in the areas of communication, social interaction, sensory abilities, playing styles, behavior and feelings.the child with special needed show characteristics in the areas of communication, social interaction, sensory abilities, play styles, behavior and emotions.

Abstract

The large amount of used cooking oil that is thrown into the environment by the community is an urgency that must be addressed. Therefore, it is necessary to handle it efficiently so that it can be used as a product and has economic selling value. Based on the existing urgency as an effort to reduce the impact of environmental pollution, this service was held with the aim of utilizing used cooking oil into solid soap through a saponification process with the help of a strong base such as Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH). The method used was a demonstration of making solid soap which was witnessed by residents of Karang Tunggal village. Apart from preventing the impact of environmental pollution, used cooking oil that is used repeatedly can also harm health, so this service activity is expected to solve this problem and increase public awareness and skills regarding the procedures for processing used cooking oil into solid soap. The results of service activities are training in soap making and distribution of solid soap to the community. It is hoped that service activities can increase understanding and skills in waste management to become more useful and have economic value.

Abstract

This study examines religious values ​​and the concept of patience and sincerity in the novel "Cinta dalam Diam" by Shineeminka. This fictional novel tells the story of household life and conveys moral messages and values ​​of goodness. With a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis, this study uses the novel Cinta dalam Diam published in 2017 as a primary data source. The results of the analysis show that the religious values ​​contained in the novel include the relationship between humans and God (belief in Allah, prayer, praying, reading the Qur'an, tawakal), the relationship between humans and parents (devotion), the relationship between humans and others (good and bad morals, helping each other, affection), and the relationship between humans and oneself (patience, sincerity, accepting destiny, gratitude, maintaining honor). The main character, Zahra, is described as a person who has extraordinary patience and a sincere nature and is willing to sacrifice. Overall, this novel is full of religious values ​​and strong moral messages, inviting readers to reflect on the meaning of pure, patient, and sacrificial love according to Islamic law, and to become a better and stronger person spiritually.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak fintech (teknologi keuangan) terhadap transformasi akuntansi serta bagaimana profesi akuntan beradaptasi di era digital. Perkembangan fintech yang pesat, meliputi peer-to-peer lending, blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), dan big data, telah mengubah lanskap bisnis dan keuangan secara fundamental. Dalam konteks akuntansi, inovasi ini membawa tantangan sekaligus peluang signifikan. Tantangan utama meliputi kebutuhan akan pemahaman teknologi baru, potensi otomatisasi tugas-tugas rutin, serta risiko keamanan data. Di sisi lain, fintech membuka peluang bagi akuntan untuk beralih dari peran transaksional menjadi penasihat strategis yang berfokus pada analisis data, interpretasi informasi keuangan kompleks, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi tren utama, implikasi, dan strategi adaptasi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesi akuntan perlu mengadopsi kompetensi baru yang meliputi literasi digital, analisis data, pemahaman blockchain, dan kemampuan konsultasi. Perguruan tinggi dan organisasi profesi juga memegang peran krusial dalam mereformasi kurikulum dan program pelatihan untuk memastikan akuntan masa depan siap menghadapi perubahan ini. Transformasi ini bukan hanya tentang penggunaan teknologi, tetapi juga tentang perubahan pola pikir dan nilai tambah yang dapat diberikan akuntan dalam ekosistem keuangan yang semakin terdigitalisasi. Dengan adaptasi yang proaktif, profesi akuntan dapat terus relevan dan berkembang di era digital.
