Abstract

This research focuses on halal lifestyle as a market segment of Indonesian society. In Indonesia which has the largest majority of Muslim population, so the need for halal lifestyle needs for millennials, is faced with the situation of potential halal lifestyle developments that has not been optimally well and demanded by the presence of increasingly advanced technology. This study analyzes the SWOT approach to get answers about the importance of halal lifestyle in Indonesian society. The results of the study introduce and create opportunities and a large market share for Indonesia by using communication technology, especially the internet, which can provide a one stop solution in the form of halal lifestyle applications so as to maintain maqashid syariah.

Abstract

Disabilitas yang disebabkan kecelakaan diyakini dapat memberikan pengalaman negatif bagi individu yang mengalaminya, berupa hilangnya semangat, rasa tidak berharga, bahkan keinginan untuk mengakhiri hidupnya di dunia. Namun dengan kondisi serupa, ditemukan ada contoh individu disabilitas yang tetap produktif, bahkan berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran apakah makna hidup menjadi kunci utama yang menyebabkan respon berbeda pada individu disabilitas. Menggunakan pendekatan medical ministry, individu disabilitas dibimbing untuk dapat menghayati pengalaman tragis yang tidak terhindarkan ini dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan mengambil sikap (attitudinal value) dan proses transedensi diri yang merupakan ciri khas dari penerapan metode medical ministry. Transedensi diri merupakan kemampuan untuk menyadari dan menilai keadaan “masa lalu dan saat ini”, untuk kemudian mengaitkannya dengan sesuatu yang bermakna di “luar dirinya dan di masa depan”. Desain penelitian menggunakan kuasi-eksperimen dengan tipe one group design dan mixmethod. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan tanpa memiliki probabilitas yang sama, melibatkan dua pria dan satu wanita, dengan kisaran usia 25-53 tahun, yang terdaftar sebagai Warga Binaan Sosial (WBS) di Panti Sosial Bina Daksa (PSBD) X yang berlokasi di Cengkareng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan 20-40 skor makna hidup yang diukur menggunakan Purpose in Life Test, dan seluruh subyek melaporkan perubahan perasaan positif, berupa rasa semangat menjalani kehidupannya, menilai diri berharga, dan keinginan mengembangkan diri untuk menjadi produktif

Abstract

This research aimed an investigating the influence of self-esteem (Rosenberg, 1965) and self-determination (Sheldon & Deci, 1993) toward students’ absemnteeism. Absenteeism is the intention to leave the lecturers. Self-esteem is one’s evaluation about his/hers’ quality they perceive themselves as having. Self-determination is the act or power of making up one’s own mind about what to think or do, without outsife influence or compulsion. The hypothesis was that self-esteem and self-determination influenced the students’ absenteeism. This study involved 280 participants at X University using accidental sampling technique. Using logistic regression, the study showed that self-esteem and self-determination predicted student’ absenteeism for about 1.7%. In other words, self-esteem and self-determination in this study impacted students’ presence in class.Keywords: Absenteeism, self-esteem, self-determinatiomn.

Abstract

Abstract: Methodologically, this research is a field research with qualitative approach. Data analysis is carried out inductively by drawing conclusions from the facts in the field. Primary data sources are school principals, school committees, administration, teachers and especially teachers of Islamic studies and students. While archival books, activity reports and CTL implementation documents are secondary data. In data collection, the methods used are obsevation, interviews, and documentation. The research utilizes qualitative methods, relying on inductive data analysis. The general finding in this research is the condition of SD Negeri 136917 Tanjungbalai object. Meanwhile, special findings in SD Negeri 136917 Tanjungbalai, namely (1) Planning of the implementation of Contextual Teaching And Learning conducted by teachers of Islamic Religious Education. (2) Implementation of Contextual Teaching And Learning in learning of Islamic Religious Education. (3) Quality of graduates after application of Contextual Teaching And Learnig at SD Negeri 136917 Kota Tanjungbalai. The results of this study are: Whereas the implementation planning of Contextual Teaching and Learning on the learning of Islamic Education conducted by PAI teacher through some preparation. Preparation done by PAI teachers in the form of RPP, Islamic religious book, carton, cassette, laptop and other supporting books as well as materials to be submitted in the form of existing case studies in the community in accordance with the material being discussed will facilitate teachers in implementing CTL strategy and students will also find it easy and understandable to receive lessons and be motivated in learning.Secara metodologis, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data dilaksanakan secara induktif yakni dengan menarik kesimpulan dari fakta-fakta di lapangan. Sumber data primer yaitu kepala sekolah, Komite sekolah, tata usaha, guru-guru dan khususnya guru bidang studi agama Islam dan siswa/i. Sedangkan buku arsip, laporan kegiatan dan dokumen pelaksanaan CTL merupakan data sekunder. Dalam pengumpulan data, metode yang digunakan adalah obsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian memanfaatkan metode kualitatif, mengandalkan analisis data secara induktif. Temuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah kondisi objek SD Negeri 136917 Tanjungbalai. Sedangkan, temuan khusus di SD Negeri 136917 Tanjungbalai, yaitu (1) Perencanaan penerapan Contextual Teaching And Learning yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. (2) Pelaksanaan penerapan Contextual Teaching And Learning dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. (3) Kualitas lulusan setelah penerapan Contextual Teaching And Learnig di SD Negeri 136917 Kota Tanjungbalai. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Bahwa perencanaan penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilaksanakan oleh guru PAI melalui beberapa persiapan. Persiapan yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI berupa pembuatan RPP, buku paket agama Islam, karton, kaset, laptop dan buku penunjang lainnya serta bahan yang akan disampaikan berupa studi kasus yang ada di masyarakat yang sesuai dengan materi yang sedang dibahas akan memudahkan guru dalam menerapkan strategi CTL dan siswa juga akan merasa mudah dan faham dalam menerima pelajaran dan termotivasi dalam belajar.Kata kunci : Contextual teaching and learning

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang upaya suatu perusahaan untuk menjaga kualitas layanan dengan menghidupkan inovasi pada sector budaya kerja yang mana harapannya dapat menjaga citra baik perusahaan. Budaya kerja tersebut dinamakan dengan Role play. Kegiatan Role play dilaksanakan secara berkala yaitu 3 kali 1 minggu oleh pekerja level front liner (Customer Service, Teller dan Satpam) dengan pelaporan kepada level BRI Regional Office, tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar prilaku yang diterapkan pada roleplay dapat diterapkan pada pekerjaan sehari – hari, role sendiri berisi kegiatan percakapan antara pekerja dengan nasabah dimana pekerja menyampaikan layanan sesuai standar prosedur yang telah diatur sedemikian rupa oleh perusahaan. Penulis menyusun artikel ini dengan metode studi kepustakaan atau dengan mereview serta menganalisis segala sumber pengetahuan dari sumber pustaka bertemakan pada jurnal yang terkait membahas inovasi dan budaya organisasi termasuk pada jurnal – jurnal terindex. Sedangkan tujuan artikel ini dibuat adalah untuk mendeskripsikan budaya kerja yang diciptakan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk menjaga kualitas layanannya. Didalam artikel ini membahas tentang budaya yang diciptakan oleh suatu perusahaan yang disebut Role play serta manfaat yang diharapkan terhadap kegiatan roleplay. Abstract

This study investigates academic ethics within Islamic higher education institutions, focusing on the impacts of technological advancements on academic integrity. As digitalization reshapes the landscape of education and scientific research, it offers both opportunities and challenges, particularly in preserving ethical standards. Digital misuse can undermine ethical principles, contributing to issues such as academic dishonesty and misconduct in scientific work. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, including observations, interviews, and document analysis. Findings reveal that Islamic higher education institutions uphold academic ethics grounded in national laws, regulations, and mutual agreements. However, there is limited engagement in research and academic activities by faculty and students, though no major ethical violations, such as plagiarism, were observed in the studied institutions. Despite efforts to enforce ethics, the digital era poses ongoing challenges, emphasizing the need for stronger ethical reinforcement in scientific endeavors.

Abstract

Otonomi daerah dinegara Indonesia ini telah dimulai pada tahun 1903 dan terbagi pada tiga zaman yaitu masa Pendudukan Belanda, masa pendudukan Jepang, dan masa kemerdekaan  Republik Indonesia pada tahun . Selama rentang waktu tersebut, politik mengalami perubahan situasi menyebabkan berubah juga pelimpahan otonomi  daerah. Sejak keberadaannya hingga saat ini, otonomi daerah di Indonesia telah mengalami perubahan mengikuti ritme “push-pull” kekuasaan daerah pusat. Otonomi daerah kadang bertambah dan kadang menurun.  Seperti itulah naik turunnya otonomi daerah yang telah berlalu dan akan terus terjadi di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper explains that multicultural education emphasizes the importance of respecting and understanding cultural diversity in education. In the context of Islamic education philosophy, multicultural education has a deep relevance and is in line with the basic principles of Islam that emphasize equality, justice, and equality among all humans regardless of race, ethnicity, or cultural background. Islam encourages its people to know and understand each other, in accordance with Allah's words in the Qur'an letter Al-Hujurat verse 13 which mentions the importance of knowing each other. Therefore, multicultural education in the Islamic perspective is not only a necessity in a plural society, but also part of the practice and demands of religion. The multicultural approach in Islamic education helps enrich students' understanding of diversity and teaches them to be tolerant and respectful of differences.
