Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how far the influence of transformational leadership style and motivation onteacher performance mediated organizational commitment in private high school teachers in the District of Pati. Theuse of this research is to clarify and enlarge the previous research about the influence of transformational leadershipstyles and motivation on teacher performance mediated organizational commitment. This research is an explanatoryresearch.The population is 193 teachers in private high schoolin District of Pati. Data analysis starts frominstrumenttest,normality test, muilticolonearitytest, heterocedastisity test, models test,hypothesis test and mediating effect test.The result showed that transformational leadership style has no influence on organizational commitment,motivation hasa positive influence and significant on organizationalcommitment, transformational leadership style has a positiveinfluence and significant on the teacher performance,motivation has a positive influence and significant on teacherperformance, organizational commitment has a positive influence and significant on teacherperformance,organizational commitment is not efective to mediate on the influence of transformational leadership styleon teacher performance, and organizational commitment is proved to mediate the influence of motivation on teacherperformance.Keywords: transformational leadership style, motivation, teacher performance, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitianini meneliti pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru dimoderasi oleh supervisi pada guru SMA N Wilayah Timur di Kabupaten Pemalang. Tujuan spesifik penelitian adalah untuk menguji bagaimana supervisi memoderasi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru di Kabupaten Pemalang. Kegunaan penelitian ini menjelaskan dan memperluas penelitiansebelumnya mengenai pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMA Negeri Wilayah Timur di Kabupaten Pemalang yang berjumlah 157orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan skala Likert empat variabel. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan dengan program statistik SPSS (Statistik Package for Social Science). Adapunmetode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas dan regresi linier dengan uji moderasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjaguru. Kompetensi profesional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Supervisi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Supervisi memoderasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadapkinerja guru. Supervisi tidak memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: motivasi kerja, kompetensi profesional,supervisi, kinerja guru

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decision on Oriflame product (case study on Semarang branch of Oriflame consumer). Sampling technique in this study amounted to 100 respondents as a sample with data collection methods using questionnaires by distributing a list of questions to respondents to obtain information. The purpose of this study was formulated to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions on Oriflame products. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of his research are: Price has a positive and significant influence on the decision of purchasing Oriflame product. Brand image has no effect on the decision of purchasing Oriflame product. And Product quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision of purchasing Oriflame product.Keywords: price, brand image, product quality and purchase decision.

Abstract

This study examines the Influence of Transformational Leadership Mediated by Organizational Culture and Organizational Learning Empowerment against (Case Study Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang). The population in this study were teachers Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang totaling 125 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method approach statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that transformational leadership has no influence on organizational learning. Organizational culture mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational learning. Abstract

This study was to investigate the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational climate is moderated. Population and sample are SMP teacher who has been a civil servant in the District Pemalang Ulujami consisting of five (5) school of 128 teachers. From a population of 128 teachers, all members of the population used as a sample with saturated sampling technique. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method uses computer software approach using SPSS for Windows version 21. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) type quasi moderator. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: (1) Cultural Organization positive effect on teacher performance; (2) Work Motivation positive effect on teacher performance; (3) Climate organization significant positive effect on the performance of teachers; (4) Organizational Climate does not moderate the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance and (5) Organizational Climate moderating influence on the performance of teachers work motivation. Theoretical implications, and recommendations for future research are also discussed in the final part in this study.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Organizational Climate and Teachers Performance

Population and sample were teachers SMP Comal District of Pemalang totaling 135 people from five (5) Junior High School, all members of the population used as a sample with saturated sampling technique. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method using SPSS for Windows version 21. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) type quasi moderator. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: 1) Competence affect teacher performance Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang; 2) Work motivation affect the performance of teachers Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang; 3) Cultural organizations do not affect the performance of teachers Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang; 4) Organizational Culture moderate effect on the performance of teachers competence Junior High School, in District Comal Pemalang; 5) moderate the organizational culture employee motivation influences on teacher performance Junior High School in District Comal Pemalang. Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the role of work satisfaction in the influence of employee engagement and competency to performance.  This study is conducted on employees of a hospital in Central Java, Indonesia. One hundred respondents were taken by using simple random sampling method. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used as an analytical technique. The result of this study shows that work satisfaction is able to be intervening variable; employee engagement and competency  positively significantly influence work satisfaction; and employee engagement, competency, and work satisfaction  positively significantly influence employee performance. Keywords: Employee engagement, competency, work satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dimoderasi supervisi akademik pada Guru Kelas SD di UPT Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Gunem Kabupaten Rembang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Kelas Sekolah Dasar di UPT Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Gunem Kabupaten Rembang sebanyak 116 guru. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner berisi empatvariabel, yaitu kompetensi, motivasi, supervisi akademik, dan kinerja guru. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Skala Likert 7. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Padapenelitian ini digunakan t-test pada tingkat signifikansi () 0,05 untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerjaguru, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, supervisi akademik tidak mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Selain itu diperoleh pula hasil bahwa supervisi akademik memoderasi dalam hal ini memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru, serta supervisi akademik memoderasi dalam hal ini memperlemah pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci: kompetensi, motivasi, supervisi akademik, kinerja guru

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of transformational leadershipon organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the teachers of State Senior High School in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. OCB is an individuals behavior needed in order to face the AEC in 2015 that will be a very tight competition in quality human resources. The research was a census study because the respondents are all teachers in SMAN Mranggen District, Demak Regency, totally 95. Data obtained from questionnaires consist of 4 variables and 65 indicators with 7 likert scale.Data processing for statistical tests performed with SPSS version 19. The results indicate that transformational leadership has positif and significant influence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has positif dan significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership has no influence on organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership has positif and significant influence on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positif and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence to organizational commitment, job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment mediates the influence of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership on commitment organizational. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja dosen di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang dengan dimoderasi budaya organisasional. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh kepribadian, kompetensi profesional dan budaya organisasional terhadap kinerja dosen pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dosen pada Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang sebanyak 114 dosen. Teknik pengolahan data digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan moderasi quasi interaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja dosen, budaya organisasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen, budaya organisasional tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kinerja dosen, budayaorganisasional memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja dosen.
